I had an order (Od[protected] placed on sept 4, 2019 to flipkart. The item was not provided on scheduled date (Sept 6, 2019). On complaint, another date (12 sept 2019) was provided, but the order was cancelled on sept 9, 2019 unilaterally, without any information to me either on my registered mobile number or email.
Customer care refused to reinstate the order or register a complaint when contacted on sept 10, 2019 (Time of call 12:32 p. M.) and disconnected the call when requested to register complaint. They kept me busy or waiting for long (Call duration 44 min 54 sec) to discourage me to talk and then my call was disconnected. Customer care was again called at 1:18 p. M. But again kept on evading the main issue (Order cancellation) and also refused to register a complaint (Call duration 17 min 26 sec).
They neither agreed to reinstate the order, nor register a complaint.
