Hello sir, I purchased mobile vivo z1pro (Sonic black, 128 gb) from flipkart delivered on 01-aug-2019. On 06-aug-2019 i made a replacement request online because mobile is overheating while talking over calls. But no one called me for replacement (Replacement id:-[protected]) and know on 11-aug-2019 i received a massage that flipkart executive unable to contact me so they are closing the replacement request. Again today (11-aug-2019) i made a replacement request in the evening and now they updated the status replacement rejected replacement id:[protected] we're sorry. We are unable to process your replace request. I need a reason from flipkart company regarding this if they have replacement policy why they do this with me.
