Dear team,
I have purchase above mobile through online by flipkart. My order id is order id od[protected] and order date fri nov 3rd 17 9:39 am and total amount β‚Ή 2999 i paid through debit card. I received the product on sat, 4th nov at 9:06 pm. Same day i checked this product. I am not happy with the phone performance. So same day i put return request. But filpkart executives told me that they will not return it. They told they donot give refund amount on this product. This mobile have so many problems. Camara quality not good and software is not performing in proper way. This is 4g support mobile but internet is very slow with this mobile device and what ever they are showing features of this mobile on their sites. Its not up to mark with this product. They are telling this mobile have 8 gb internal storage. But when i checked the mobile. Its showing only 4 gb internal storage. So all most they are cheating the customers. So i am not happy at all with this product. So kindly help me out in my refund the amount at the earliest.

    Replacement was approved, initiated and subsequently confirmed with numerous phone calls. Just discovered from your website that the replacement proceedings were cancelled, without stating any reason.
    The incident: item was received and installed by the concerned technician, wherein there was a cracked bolt inside the chair. Immediately after the technician went when the chair was use, the bolt fell apart. Technician came and assessed the bolt and informed that the same was defective and the chair warrants replacement.
    This is so disgusting and obnoxious, which compels me to initiate my next step, if no action is taken by the flipkart (Thru vendor)

      Ordered a Philips trimmer for which I made payment through my debit card which was showing in Flipkart account but not updated hence ask me to make cod and confirmed that amount will be reversed one month has been already passed but still my amount has not been reversed contacted customer care so many times every time fake promises they are making no proper resolution within time they are providing

The guy was very rude and he told me that today we will not delivered the order. What can i do..??? Kindly do the needfull

I searched online service centre. I got the madurai address. I went to there for repairing purpose. He asked 6000 rupees. I really upseted. I tried lot of time to contact customer care. They also did not answer properly. Really i frustrated. This problem will be short out...

          I ordered a washing machine. Paid in advance in full.
          Product came to my city. Every day i get sms out for delivery but gets post-poned for next day. This happened two days.
          On third day after checking into the ekart office, the product moved out for delivery in night 8:00 pm. At 9:00 pm after an hour, it got cancelled automatically.
          Ekart says that flipkart cancelled.
          Flipkart say that ekart emailed that they could not contact the customer (False statement - they spoke to me all three days but could not deliver.)

            I have ordered an instant geyser in flipkart..I have received storage geyser...The warranty was mentionrd during purchasing is 3 yrs in heating element and 7 yrs in inner tank...But in warranty card it is mentioned as 2yrs ingeating element and 5 yrs in inner tank..this is totally a fraud...

              In reference to order number od[protected], by wrong item selection, i happened to cancel the order before being processed, i got a confirmation from flipkart the amount will be refunded to my credit card by 24th of october 2017, but they never did. I have contacted customer care have also attached my bank statement to show payment not refunded, it has been a couple of days since complained them though i did not get any response. Have been a flipkart customer from years.

                  I had not even cancelled my order but its automatically cancelled.. Why??
                  There was a call for confirmation as a day before i cancelled an item. And the amount of item was being said wrong.. But i gave input for cancellation of my first order. But my needed item is cancelled.. I want my order back with the same price. The reason seems behind is price was supposed to be risen and cheated me in this wise way.

                      I have bought product in flip kart on 16.10.2017. Scheduled installation is on 26.10.2017. But the installation is not done on time and executive came to me on 02.11.2017.
                      When we have opened the product its broken. Immediately i have raised return request. Then technician visit scheduled on 06.11.2017. Technicain not visited the yet.

                      I have called cc team on 9th and they committed that product will be picked up by flip kart on or before 12th november and if you are failed to pick the product you are going to refund my money. You will have call recordings for this.

                          I am facing a serious problem about the emi of redmi note 4 bought from flipkart on no cost emi.
                          I placed the order on 21st sep'17. From november onwards i have to pay the emi. But on 2nd nov'17 bajaj fin serv has charged double the amount (1834 x2) from my bank a/c. When i noticed i saw there are 2 loan accounts for the same product are running simultaneously.

                          And the 2deal codes are also there...

                          I humbly request you to cancel one loan account please. Otherwise it is really difficult for me. I have spoken to your executive, but it did not work or i am not satisfied.
                          Please help me. It is charging double the amount for the same product. : (

                          My problem has not been solved yet. Some mr. Younus called me and told me that by 8th nov'17 my issue would be solved, but neither any communication after that from your end had happened nor my problem has solved till date.

                          Today again i spoke to your customer care number, and again they asked me to wait for 24 to 48 hours.

                          It's a humble request to you that please solve my problem. I did not expect such behaviour from flipkart.
                          Please look into this matter.

                              I had bought a product (Fostelo shoulder bag
                              Color: pink https://www.flipkart.com/fostelo-shoulder-bag/p/itmeek8sg4nr2mp8?pid=HMBEEK8SQHF...⇄ during flipkart's big billion day sale on 16th october, 2017. Its offer price was rs. 585/- with 20% cashback in case of payment through phonepe. It had an expected delivery date on 27th october. Order id is od[protected]. On 22nd october, i got an sms stating that the item has been picked up. However, in the portal, i cannot track its shipping progress.

                              On 27th october i wrote to customer care to know what is the status of my order. They replied that it is delayed and will reach by 1st november.

                              On 1st november, i got a mail from them that my order i cancelled; after enquiry, i got reply from them that it is actually delayed and will be delivered by 6th november.

                              Again on 7th i had to write to them to get a similar reply that it is delayed and will be delivered by 11th november.

                              But, on 11th november instead of getting my product, i got the same kind of email stating delay in delivery due to same "unforeseen issue". On 12th november, i got another email stating my issue will be resolved by 16th november.

                              I have completely lost my believe and trust to this e-retailer and its fake promises. It may happen that again on 16th november i will receive a similar email instead of my product. The service is awful, and absolutely unsatisfactory and unprofessoional. There can be no valid reason for a simple product like that to take 1 month to get delivered. I am very much unhappy with the situation.

                              I want either my product by 16th november, or complete refund of my money (Without deduction of the cashback amount rs 117/-) along with a penalty for this undue delay.

                              I am attaching the email correspondences of the incident with this email.

                              I hope, my issue will be resolved.

                                  My itesm is not macth color or size
                                  And i select the size of products 34 and deliver 32 and colors are no match black is missing how is possible plz its wrong way of selling products and no option for return and change

                                  The recieved product is different form ordered.
                                  I have ordered and received mi in ear headphone basic hedset with mic on 1st oct 2017.
                                  Since past 3 days left part of this earphone is not working.
                                  Kindly guide me regarding replacement.
                                  The payment section is not working in Flipkart, everytime I try to buy, it is getting a technical error and reverting back to order page again.This is frustrating.

                                    Date of acceptance of the product - 13/11/2017, 9:25 am

                                    I have got my micromax canvas2 a120 battery this morning and i found that the product is not functioning. It's not taking charge, not detecting at all. I am very much frustrated with this. How can a widely circulated company be so irresponsible?

                                    I want to replace this battery immediately. Please take some necessary actions.

                                    I bought ifb washing machine ... With order ID OD[protected]... it got delivered on 31st ... The machine was broken... I asked for an exchange but still did not get exchange... You people only know how to make a fool out of people...
