After 3 days i saw in app it's showing delay in delivery. I called up filpkart customer care and they registered compliant and they have escalated the issue, they ensured that the product will delivered by 26/10/17.br...

Flipkart despite several requests to deliver my order before diwali, not even bothered to deliver it after diwali.

Issue was escalated & resolution date given was 23rd, while delivery date was 20th.
No update by 23rd. New date given was 25th by customer care exec.
By evening of 25th no call. I called back just to get a reply that there is no update from seller omniretail & another 24-48 hour given.

Hi, i am abhilasha who ordered a smart phone named `moto c plus' and received the phone on 9 october 2017. But when i started to turn on the phone it was not getting started. It was restarting continuously. So i filed a complaint regarding this error issue. Then the next day the technician arrived my home and checked the phone.
