    Dear sir/madam,

    I ordered above mentioned watch from flipkart website. I got different product and also damaged product. So i refunded the item. They sent me a money through the phonepe wallet i tried to withdraw the money we got otp to my mobile and we got message like successfully withdrawal done. But money did not credit in my bank account. We already contacted to flipkart and phonepe. But i did not get call or message. So kindly solve this issue.

      My flipkart account has been deactivated and now i want be activate it but it is not activating. I have 2 accounts, one with mob. Number and one with email id.
      When i enters the mobile no/email id, and the password it shows "account is inactive contact the customer support to reactivate it".
      I want to merge the both accounts (Email account and mobile number account) as one. And need to activate that account.

        I had purchased a wall clock in october. Since the quality of the product was very bad, i had requested for a return but flipkart had repeatedly cancelled my return request for no reason inspite of my multiple phone calls at their customer care centre. I want to return the product with a clearcut refund and don't want the same bogus quality product in replacement.

        Customer raised a complaint because the product quality was not good, we apologies and taken the refund request for customer. Product picked up and refund completed from our end. Now we tried to contact the customer but we could breeze through hence mail sent to customer regarding the refund completion information and close the complaint from our end.

            I ordered a blackberry shirt from flipkart but the product delivered was a used product with stains and without any price tag or blackberry tag. So i asked for a return immediately. But unfortunately the returns was denied saying tag missing.
            Now what can i do with this when the shirt i recieved was a used one without any tag
            The customer service failed to resolve my issue

              I placed an order before Diwali, I returned that lehenga dress before a day of Diwali itself but I didn't get the amount so far. the expected material was not good. its not same in the exact which you had shown in the flipcart page. moreover, the cloth was too short. no embroidery work in that shirt like in the view pic. i have sent my bank details to refund my amount earlier itself. kindly go through it and do the needful.

                I ordered my womens nike shoes of 3013/- from flipkart on 8th oct and as the shoes was first copy i returned it the next day. I immediately applied for the refund too but now it's more than 1 month and i didn't got my refund back. They are not even helping me in this issue. The higher management is least bothered. Today it's 19th nov. Flipkart sucks totally.

                We had interacted with the customer informed that the seller has refunded ₹ 3013 on 12 Oct 2017 and this should have been in customers Debit card by now.
                Customer may contact bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of customer's card with the reference number:
                KUR[protected] in case further assistance required. If they are unable to help, customer may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                  I have purchased lg 80cm (32 inch) hd ready led tv order id:- od[protected] cost is inr 15248/-.

                  I have initiated return and refund the money on 30-oct-2017 & the return is accepted on 11-nov-2017.

                  I have calling to flipkart care lot of times. However the issue not yet fixed & they said that issue will be fixed before 01-dec-2017. Hence i need refund will done before 25-nov-2017 b. Coz my credit card billing date is 25-nov-2017.

                    July i purchased a kobo shoes that i returned on aug 11th but i never got my refund back. It's been over 4 months and i still didn't get any resolution.
                    During this period no one called back to check if i got my refund. And whenever i called they told money sent back to source give some more time.

                    They even told me that i just spoke to someone thrice between july till now. As if not professional not to maintain any record of staff's who handled my complaint or enquiries.

                    It is very disappointing to highlight today they disconnected my call twice already while i'm typing this complaint amandeep singh who said he is a floor supervisor also disconnected my call. I'm waiting for his call back let's see.
                    He also mentioned that he is not the right person to talk to if i have a complaint as there is other quality department to take care of this type of complaints. There is no ownership taken for it.

                    I have still not received any credit on my credit card account for the same. I can share a copy of my statement as well.

                    But i need my money back or credit of the same in my clipart account.

                    I hope someone will look into it and expecting faster resolution with better tat as i have already waited for more then 4 month for my money.

                    Hey even I am having the same problem..Flipkart is totally fraud..They don't refund the money back..Even my 3013/- is yet to come I received fake Nike shoes from them. I returned the product and yet didn't got my payment..Soo disappointed from FLIPKART !!!

                      I ordered a moto x4 smartphone with the exchange offer on my moto xplay, i was a getting a total discount of rs. 6170/- on the flipkart app which had run all the tests and registered the information. But when the delivery guy came to my house, the imei number somehow didn't match with his data. This is messed up and they are cheating me. The guy returned without giving me the phone. I called the customer care and they took 2 whole days to resolve the matter and told me i had to re-order the phone. Now i'm getting a discount of rs. 3170/- only... They did all this only to reduce my discount! Lenovo made a huge mistake by selling moto x 4 as a flipkart exclusive... Their online market is gonna crash!

                        I ordered lipstick of city color matte bold hues (Pack of 6), ordered on sun, oct 29th '17 from flipkart my order id is od[protected] and was delivered to me on wed, nov 8th '17. I have called your executive several times that i have been delivered a fake and duplicate product ie city color collection matte lipstick. Also quality of the product is very pathetic. They have displayed the different product on flipkart site and delivered to me different product, though it is non returnable but this doesnt mean that u will deliver a duplicate product as you know that we wont be able to return this product. But still no any action has been taken place. I havent thought this kind of behaviour from ur brand name like yours. Fraud site fraud people making people fool.
                        I have also shared the photos of the product.
                        I want this product to be returned or exchange for the original one with quality.

                          I had ordered cell phone on 17th based on the assured delivery committed on site as 19th sunday delivery date. Accordingly also received a message as well with contact no given of wish master to contact him

                          But your wishmaster written feedback on site as in complete address by calling once when i was driving a vehicle.

                          Later since morning i am tried to call him on the given no at least 50 times, regret to say that he is neither calling back after my calls nor he is picking calls.
                          This is too bad that even after registering complaints with your cs, they comit to organize it today but sending messages about resolving complaints by 21st nov, this is not acceptable to me and really frustrated with flpart's approach to handle customer complaints. The phone was booked considering comitted delivery by today other wise its of no use.
                          Let me know what compensation flipart will give it to me against this disatisfaction or poor response by cs & wish master. I need a delivery with in today it self 19th nov as i am already waiitng and following up with team since morning.

                                Defective ajanta classic wall clock hsn code - 9105 prepaid through paytm shipped to me by "yes celebration, pin-335512" gstin - 08anspt1206c1z1. Manually i have to adjust the time every day even after replacing with the new battery as it runs 5 min late for every 2 hours. I was in bangalore when it was shipped,, i came to very recently after and i am writing after analysis. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                  I have received oppo f3 plus on 11 november and on thursday what i observed that there is a heat in phone ear speaker from where we listen voice of person on other side and half of the phone from above also get heat and when i complaint flipkart regarding this they arrange a technician visit and technician just check battery temparature by an application called antutu told me that phone is ok and after that when i check that when phone ear speaker get heated and when half of the phone from front and back get hot than i found in website callled www.ORDUH.COM that it is the issue of device itself and when i inform flipkart regarding this they are denying replacement i deserve the replacement as issue is not related to battery it is the issue with device

                                  More over they have a policy of rearranging technician visit again if customer is not satisfied as told to me by their executive but yesterday when i ask for the same they told me that know you have to visit service centre i need a replacement because why should i go to service centre just in a week even oppo policy says that you can ask for replacement with in a 30 days it is there in page number 18 of important information guide which i receive along with phone

                                    My problem iam informing flipkart september 22, 40days after my problem not solved flipkart, my issue iam using phonpe wallet just day me checking phonpe wallet 0balance me shocking because me very hardworking making money iam checking phonpe wallet history showing flipkart account debited my money i am not any placing order iam not paid money automatically flipkart account my money debited then me calling flipkart our response please contact phonpe then me contact phonpe our response please contact flipkart because you are money flipkart account debited please contact flipkart phonepe response then me again contact flipkart our again same answer please contact phonpe phonepe again contact same answer phonepe, then me 40days after witing then november 16 iam talk 5 34pm flipkart manager sir response you please 24 hours wit, you are problem 24 hours not solved you please very valuable product ordering cash on delivery through product received you not paid money our manager response then me witing then november 17 me 4 28pm talk you flipkart senior department our response ok you are already my manager saying today wit you are problem not solved you very valuable product ordering you not paid money then me writing 24hours after my problem not solved then me ordering valuable product then me product pick up to coming delivery man me product received then me calling flipkart some time talk you but delivery suddenly me shouting then my mobile delivery throughout iam ordering product delivery return pick up suddenly going manager response our senior department call my mobile saved please help me

                                    Flipkart customer care today me calling our response please you wit 24 hours you are problem not solved you please very valuable product ordering product received you not paid money iam last then me problem not flipkart phonepe all evidence my mobile saved iam 40days after witing my problem not solved then flipkart heigh authority response please 24hours wit you are problem sure solved OK iam writing my problem 24hours my problem not solved iam all flipkart against phonpe against my mobile saved iam all social media news paper all medias this me issue speeding then strictly filing with prof consumer court medias all social medias me spreading because all customer flipkart phonepe wallet using customer safety security provided this two app customer this app using this issue no any other customer not facing then me all social media all other full medias with prof spreading last wit 24hours me writing

                                      My two oreders were cancelled with out my knowledge i orde a puma bagback in my home address and was accepted by flipkart but was not delivered by delhivery courier delivery person asked to come to a place 5 kms away and asked to collect it. Refused to deliver to ordered address. Same case happened second time also both times the order cancelled without my knowledge i complaint flipkart twice but didnt do the needfull as per their instructions i ordered second time but it was also refused to be delivered. I lost my 15 days for this case, need compensation

                                        Refund not yet credited to my credit card, i'd contacted the flipkart customer care as well as bankers, bank people are very clear that "there is no refund from the flipkart" and flipkart people saying we'll get back to you to discuss further on this regard, annoyed with the customer care response, please help me to get back my money.
