[Resolved] Flipkart — worst customer service | |||
I bought an mi note from flipkart. When I received it I found that the camera was not working. I called them the very first day. I was told that I will receive a call next day. They called only once & that was too very short call. I missed it & they rescheduled me for next day. Same thing happened again. After three days I was finally able to receive the call & the guy called me asked about the issue. Then he told me that I will receive another call within 24 hours. I haven't received any call after that. It has been really bad experience. I can't understand that why do I need to wait for so many days & why a person calls me just to say that I will receive another call. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered HP pavillion P204TX on 4-4-2015. It got delivered to me the very next day (best first time delivery service indeed). But i found it defective so i requested them to replace it as they had promised 30 days replacement guaranty. I lodged the return request on 6-4-2015. I explained my position to their customer service representative and in return he assured me that all my issues will be resolved by 10th of April. So i waited for them. But trust me, since that day, they have been just postponing things. They will just say " our product specialist will call you to resolve your issues" but nobody cares to call. Its the worst customer service i have ever seen.
I bought it for INR 45500 and i wont let it go that easily.

My order no:OD[protected]. It is really a good product. I got this product with full excitement. Just on the second day, it was not indicating the charging light (RED). So i didn't know that it is charging or not. So I opted for replacement almost 10 days back. But still waiting. No response from FLIPKART. I am dialing following up with flipkart executives but no help. Daily they use to say that I will get a call within 24 hrs. But almost 10 days passed, I didn't get at least missed call from them.
So my suggestion is product is very good and please DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART.
