I have order redmi note 7S and delivered on 13th august. But after opening the box there was nokia mobile inside the parcel. I have requested for return/replacement but rejected twice. I have contacted customer care of flipkart but there is no proper explanation from their end

    My previous experience with flipkart and ekart was good but lately it has been terrible. The delivery people are not only rude but they also do not have any logical arguments if you try to explain something. The problem lies more with ekart because amazon delivery in the same location is superb.

    The tracking id in this case was fmpp[protected]. Sadly, even flipkart did not resolve the issue and decided to cancel the order without contacting me. The delivery person refused to take the phone even when the phone is perfectly fine as per terms and conditions. When i tried to argue, he behaved very rudely.

      I have ordered redmi note 7 pro for exchange with lenovo k6 power which delivery date was 17.08.19. Today at the time of delivery (2 days delay), delivery guy denied to take my old phone (Lenovo k6 power, imei: [protected]) and talking very rude. He told that my mobile (Lenovo k6 power) got damaged.

      But physically the mobile (Lenovo k6 power) is very good condition & fulfill all criteria of flipkart exchange policy.

      It's my request to deploy some flipkart representative & check my phone. If any damage found beyond flipkart exchange policy, then i'll pay the full amount of my new hand set i. E 14, 999/-.

      Still no action has been taken. Ekart already cancelled my order without my knowledge.

      I ordered Mi LED Smart TV 4A PRO 80 cm (32) with Flipkart vide order ID D[protected], it suppose to be delivered to me on 13.08.2019 between 10 am to 4 pm. But till now it is not delivered at my residence.

      Let me know when can i get this.

        This is with reference to my order at flipkart vide order reference od[protected]. The order was of samsung a50 mobile with exchange of old smartphone.

        During the purchase, it was informed by flipkart that customer has to exchange any smartphone in working condition and did not specified anything else. The exchange value flipkart was giving was 500 inr however due to freedom sale flipkart gave 2000 inr extra otherwise normal exchange rate was 500 inr only.

        Today the flipkart delivery boy rejected my old smartphone as one small nob was misplaced. The old phone (Nokia) is in working condition with no scratches and at present i am using the same phone.

        This is simply a cheating by flipkart and proved that flipkart is here in india to make foll of poor customer and only to make money.

        Flipkart has taken my hard earned money of 16000 inr one week back and today flipkart has rejected to deliver my new phone.

        Indian consumer complaints forum is requested to take up with flipkart so that more poor citizens of india should not face this situation.

        I also need justice for misleading behavior done by flipkart and want my mobile at same cost as flipkart has rejected to deliver.

            How it is irrelevant??? I am navigating to 2GUD product from you mobile application and your executive is telling that we dont have any access on 2GUD. so my question is why you have associated with them. People have trust on flipcart hand hence we do order refurbished.

            due to internal existing problem in phone i have placed 2 time replacement and 2 time for refund both of time they have rejected. now tell me what to do.

            they said we follow flipcart return polices.. then again i asking you why you have given this authority to them.????

            then accepts that you both cheating customer together with internal policy.

            And once more you avoiding to say just 'irrelevant complaint'

              But thats not iam hoping.. I want my flipkart account back.. I have lot of invoices in flipkart account.. Without that invoices i cant get warranty of my purchased product's..                     I have order mcafee total security on flipkart. It was paid order. My order number was od[protected]. The order has to delivered through e-mail. It is very sad to tell that no product was sent by the company on my email. On call to customer care they said "no email is registered with company". This is total false statement. I revived the order confirmation on my email. Moreover, i checked in my profile, the email is registered there. I need this product urgently therefore i ordered ths product through e-mail delivery.                       Sir,
                      I placed an order on 11th august, 2019 for a smart led tv which goes by the brand name "marq by flipkart". I order the tv during the promotional event known as "freedom sale". I was scrolling through the electronic appliance section and found out the amazing deal on this product. I ordered this product for one of my friends and promised to get it delivered to him as a gift. Next morning, i received a confirmation call from flipkart regarding the same product. After few hours, i received a mail from flipkart (Attached) that the order has been cancelled by seller due to unforeseen error. Also, the reason mentioned on mail and application differ from each other.in return, i was provided with a rs. 2500 gift card. I have pledged the smart tv to my friend and after cancellation of the order, i feel like a fool informing my friend about the same. Can you please help me with the purchase of the tv at same rate as the order was canceled by the company? Also, the order was confirmed on email and through phone call which made my expectations higher from flipkart. Need your help to look urgently in the issue and do the needful. I personally feel these promotional event as hoax as whatever promised by the company is not delivered and we as consumers feel ashamed about it

                        I placed the order on august 9, 2019 which was estimated to be delivered on august 13, 2019.
                        It's august 19, 2019 today and apart from several customer service contact, i haven't received the order nor any resolution. The supervisors have been very rude. The order worth inr 9999, prepaid, no resolution has been given. Every time i am asked to wait by end of the day. Tracking shows package is in pune itself. It has been a long wait and helpless support received.

                          Recently i purchased a vivo z1 pro mobile from flipkart.com. My order id is od[protected] i ordered it on 07 aug 2019 and received it on 9 aug 201 9. Right from the first day i noticed that there is a major issue with the phone speaker. Ringtone sound not clearly audible. I have reset the phone too but problem is stand still. So on same day 9 aug 2019 i filed for a replacement request. The customer care executive told me that a technician will visit my home and give approval for the replacement after verifying the device. So on 10 june 2019 the technician arrived. Now the technician was a very rude fellow, had absolutely no knowledge about mobile. Actually he was a electrician. After i showed him the problem about phone speaker, and reset the handset again and again. I said him that sound output is too low to listen, and totally dead on alarm sounds. He rudely told me that "isme speaker may kya band bajega" i told him that howz he talk like this... Then he made that issue his own prestige issue. He then took out the form, marked as "problem resolved" and then he forced me to sign it. When i refused to sign the form, he started talking rudely again and kept on saying you have to sign this, so i hesitatingly signed it and thought about complaining to flipkart later.

                          Now comes the interesting part. A guy from flipkart called me and told me that not to worry the issue will be taken care of. Right after the call within 30 minutes i saw on my flipkart account that my replacement request was canceled because the technician denied. I asked flipkart team about this... They told me that will provide resolution till 14 aug. But no resolution till yet. Today i contact him n they simply told we can't provide resolution regarding this.

                          Please note that this product was "f-assured" and had 10 days replacement warranty.

                            Hello there

                            I have placed a return request for redmi note 7s mobile phone on yesterday 17th because i am facing very much heating issues and also the phone hangs sometimes. Today morning i got a call from flipkart executive saying that a technician will visit to solve my issue and if he can't able to solve it then your product will be accept as a return and you'll get the refund.

                            The technician visited and checked the mobile but couldn't helped me in any manner.in fact he was unaware by the problem i am facing with this phone and wasn't ready to hear me. He also said that all redmi phones comes with heating issues and nobody can do anything about it. He argued with me for a long time and wasn't ready to accept that there is any problem in my phone. But i am still facing the problem.

                            And the most strangest thing is that my return and refund got rejected flipkart! I am very much surprised on that! How can flipkart do this to a plus member without confirming? I am seriously want this product to return but i am not getting any type of help from flipkart and it's so called return policy.

                            Since one hour i am trying to contact the customer care but it wasn't reachable. The return is valid only till today according to flipkart website. I am stuck in between this game of flipkart and their so called technicians who doesn't know anything about technology and mobile and gives silly excuses.

                            This is my humble request to you that please call me immediately. Call me now! Or call me half an hour later but please call me before 12 a. M. Because i seriously want to return this problem creating product.

                            I have gone through each and every process provided by flipkart executive and also follows their guidelines then how can they made decision on their own?

                            It is very very very unfair!

                            Even there was an option for me to return the product and get the refund then why didn't it happened after making return request?

                            I am very much annoyed by this unprofessional behavior.

                              Hi,

                              I have been calling and writing emails from last two months i. E from the
                              Month of may,
                              I have mailed many times and escalated the issue but there is no
                              Satisfactory response form flip-kart's back end team, when ever i have
                              Called every customer support executive understood the issue properly and
                              Always found my concern as a genuine one, they always escalated it to the
                              Back-end team, but the the back end always rejected the escalations and
                              Sends a same vague reply every time.
                              I have order few products on 19th of may :
                              1) od[protected] : 7 products (Shoes and clothes)
                              2) od[protected] : 7 products (Clothes)

                              This order id has 7 items and out of them it has 3 jockey track pants od[protected] from which i have only received one trackpant, the package was very small and has only one trackpant and it's invoice claims it has three trackpants, i have called flipkart team in the month of may for this issue and they assured me that my pending order will be delivered in 3-4 days, and afterwards instead of sending me the products. My account was blocked, for which they give a reason that:

                              "our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns"

                              I have been claiming for my genuine products which i have not received,
                              Even out of the order id's have mentioned which has 14 products in
                              Total (7+7), only one item was returned and 2 items were replacements for
                              Size change.
                              I have been mailing and calling from over two months now, i have also sent
                              Mails to grievance. [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com with
                              Subject line:

                              *incomplete order received | account blocked with inappropriate reasons.*

                              But didn't received any reply from these, though i have received same
                              Reply from backend team.

                              Also, i have attached few photo's of the package carrying jockey products.
                              (Please notice that courier package is very small and it can hold only one
                              Product, how will it carry 3, as the invoice claims.)

                              I am asking for the products which i have not received either by refund or by the sending the products ordered. Also out of the order id's i have mentioned almost 50 % of the products are fake and defective i have to return that also, since my account is blocked i can't even return that also,

                              I have asked the flipkarts backend team to call on my number, but didn't received any call till now.

                              Flipkart has 30 day return policy over fashion and lifestyle (Clothes and shoes)
                              I have asked for return under that policy, and there is no extra clause on that which i am not able to fulfil, i am not sure why flipkart is doing injustice to me.

                              I have provided all the details, and this reply from flipkart is totally vague and factless, I have only returned one product out of the order id's mentioned and two products were for replacement(size change).
                              While i am asking for the items which i have paid for:
                              1) Ordered 3 jockey track-pants, recieved only one. (prepaid order)
                              2)when flipkart say's high number of returns i have countered that statement also.
                              3)when flipkart has a 30 day return policy without any clause to restrict the number of returns, and all returns made under compliance with policies, instead flipkart should work upon quality of the products they deliver, although i have not made much returns, but as per policy i can return every product if found not suitable for use.
                              4) The order id's mentioned above has other 5 products which are fake / defective i.e not suitable for my use stuck with me, i am not able to return that also, since my account is inappropriately blocked.
                              5) i have ordered few products on cash on delivery, which were not delivered to me because flipkart's backend team has blocked my account meanwhile.

                              I have wasted more than 3 months to explain this to many flipkarts executives, they understood the issue, but flipkarts backend team always replies with the same vague and fact less answer.
                              This is harassment and one sided judgement, i have asked there team concerned over the matter to call me and better understand the issue, no call received till now. this clearly proves their fraudulent intentions.

                              if flipkart's backend team want's to discuss product specific returns also, for previous orders, i am ready for that also.
                              I can bash them with genuine and valid proof's and can prove how fraud and in genuine activities are done by flipkart.

                                I ordered redmi 7s from flipkart on 9 august 2019 and as per delivery schedule it was suppose to be delivered on 12th august 2019. As it was not delivered on 12th, on 13th i called customer care for enqury. They said due to some technical issue it was not delivered till now and they have forwarded the issue to technical team. Technical team didn't replied anything. After posting on there social media page on 16th august, they called me and said your order was placed but not processed, kindly cancel the order. I refused as its already 4 days gone and if i cancel the order i will also loose the 10℅ discount which was availed in sale period. Now i am not getting any response from flipkart, just getting false assurance of issue resolution. My order i'd is order id - od[protected].

                                    Flipkart delivery agent rejected a handset which was meant to be given in exchange policy. He said flipkart has trained them to reject phones and get full money. When i cancelled my order saying i will not pay anything, he neither gave me the new phone nor flipkart returned back the money i paid using credit card in advance. The order was supposed to be delivered on 15th. The order as per their site is still yet to be delivered.
                                    After many calls on their toll free number and many tweets also, i haven't got any resolution except for the false promise of someone will call you in 24hrs. Sadly flipkart's 24hrs is more than 100hrs.
                                    Flipkart rejected the exchange handset for no good reason and also doesn't bother to refund my money. Called them to ask for a mail id where i can send them the photos of my old phone (Which they asked for), they say they don't know the mail id and the authorized team will call me for it. Haven't received any calls from anyone till date. They fail to provide a basic information about where can i mail them the pictures of my handset.
                                    Rakhi gift has turned out to be a big pain now. Thanks to flipkart and their false advertising about easy exchange policy.
                                    Noticed the same complain by many other customers on twitter. Flipkart is trying to loot people by fooling them about their exchange policy. No use being flipkart plus member.

                                      I have placed an order for sofa set on 15th august, 11:56 pm, flipkart order id: od[protected],
                                      And order is just approved now and seller is still not started processing my order not even it is packed or shipped but when i tried to cancel my order it is saying you can't cancel this order.

                                      I tried my best to cancel my order but flipkart is not cancelling it and talks about some policy which i didn't even see while purchasing the item. I trusted flipkart and made a mistake.

                                      I have also contacted to flipkart customer care but they said they can't help in this.in flipkart cancellation policy it is clearly mentioned below:

                                      You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

                                      In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

                                      Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

                                      In order to cancel an item in your order:

                                      Log into your flipkart account and go to the 'my orders' page
                                      Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'view details' link
                                      In the detailed order page, you will see 'cancel' links against each of the items in that order
                                      Click on the 'cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
                                      Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

                                      But they denied to cancel the order even they have mentioned this in policy.

                                      I request flipkart to cancel and refund.

                                      Please help me to cancel this order.

                                        Name of the company - flipkart product/ service type - online date of purchase/transaction - reference no -[protected] refund amount – 8499/- present status – consumer said that placed the order from this company after that returned his order and then refunded his amount from this co0mpnay to his bank account but after that amount was not transferred his account from 1 month and then he contacted to the bank branch they are told our branch is merged so did not received his amount.
