My previous experience with flipkart and ekart was good but lately it has been terrible. The delivery people are not only rude but they also do not have any logical arguments if you try to explain something. The problem lies more with ekart because amazon delivery in the same location is superb. The tracking id in this case was fmpp[protected]. Sadly, even flipkart did not resolve the issue and decided to cancel the order without contacting me. The delivery person refused to take the phone even when the phone is perfectly fine as per terms and conditions. When i tried to argue, he behaved very rudely. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have paid rs 1412 for Herbalife protein powder through sbi net banking the amount has been debited from my account but message came payment unsuccessful can I contact my sbi branch pls make it clear payment mode is cash on delivary the amount credited in your account pls take necessary action
