Hi. My name is sachin giri. I had ordered a realme 3 pro mobile on 9th aug. And i have cancelled that order on next day. It was a prepaid order. So it's been 10 days and i have not received any refund yet. Flipkart extend refund time every day. Every day they said that we are working on it and will call you back in 72 hours. Please look into this matter and help me out.

    I have ordered many items from flipkart, and my account suddenly says unable to login, few items which i have returned did not receive refund as well. I tried to login many times but unable to, mailed to the customer care but did not receive the response yet. Few different colour and bad quality products received. This is very bad for customers. Can you please help to reactivate my account.

        Sir my name is kethavath kiran. I was not able to open my flipkart account in my pc and phone. I have attempted so many times and its showing login unsuccessful, please try after a minute. When i clicked forgot password its also not working. I have a gift card worth 7000 in that account. Please resolve this issue. And i have to pay emi for 7 months.

I placed return request but when delivery boy came he rejected it on the basis of price tag and original adidas box.. How can i bring an adidas box and price tag when there is nothing inside..

            Today, i ordered vedcy henna indigo kit from flipkart. I opted for net banking from icici bank. Rs. 330 deducted from my account but there is no email or sms or order confirmation on flipkart account.

              I have purchased Redmi Note 7 Pro - Order ID OD[protected] on 11th of Aug during freedom sale using ICICI credit card with offer 10% discount ( Rs.1064) on the product but the discount is not provided when I purchased the mobile as promised so I raised a complaint IN[protected] customer care on 13th Aug. The customer care executive who spoke to me said that I am eligible for 10% discount and I will get cashback of 1064 ( Conversation with executive was recorded). The ticket was raised and passed with the concerned team, will be resolved by 15th Aug but this is still pending even after escalating this with customer care for 9 times. I was supposed to get the product delivered by 14th Aug initially but I have to change the delivery date 4 times as the ticket is not resolved. I have called 9 times and spent around 5hrs to escalate the issue but no solution provided yet. A person by name Rakesh has called and confirmed me on Saturday 17th Aug afternoon that I am eligible for 1000 cash but can't confirm that in writing and promised to close that in 48hrs by transferring to respective team for closure but it is more than 48hrs now but no response even after multiple followups today asking for response. I now understand all teams are fraud passing on time without any resolution.

              In case if the mobile is delivered to me, if I don't get the discount I will not be able to return the mobile as per T&C until there is an issue with product functionality. Now I have changed the date from 15th to 16th Aug, 16th to 17th Aug and now from 17th to 21st Aug. I will cancel the order if the ticket is not resolved by your team by tomorrow evening. Hope you understand the problem and provide resolution at earliest. I am not at all happy and frustrated with the way the ticket is handled.

                    I am getting 4th time a different delivery date, may I know what's the trouble that you are getting in delivering just a mobile for which the promise date was 11th August.Is it really a big deal?? I was never expecting such poor service from a big company like urs, this is very disappointing me.I will make sure that I will give negative feedback for this as this is very frustrating for me.After wasting half an hour over a phone call still there is no action taken by your team this is not acceptable.I want my order to be delivered today..but today also I had called to customer care but that stupid and useless fellow told me to cancel this order as flipkart is not able to trace the order status, nit able to trace model... this is all failure of flipkart management team .they are just doing time pass with customers

                      I place an order Xiaomi note 7 pro worth 13, 999/- on 08/08/2019 via payment online (through debit card) and cancelled this order on same date. But my refund amount not received yet even i lodged complaint many and many times in flipkart customer care and sbi customer care.

                      My humble request is that my amount may please be refunded as early as possible. It is also submitted that i serving in force and i have no much time to talk or complaint in customer care.

                      Please short out my problem as earliest based. I shall obliged for your kind job.

                        Hi all, on 8th of august 2019, i have ordered a i phone 6s from 2gud via flip cart. Phone has many issue and 2gud are not able to refund the phone, i have contact to flipcart, then they are saying we are not responsible for 2gud product and their policy.

                        I have purchased phone due to faith of flipcart service and flipcart application now i am felling like they have cheated me and flipcart also helping me.

                        I am navigating to 2gud product from you mobile application and your executive is telling that we dont have any access on 2gud. So my question is why you have associated with them. People have trust on flipcart hand hence we do order refurbished.

                        Due to internal existing problem in phone i have placed 2 time replacement and 2 time for refund both of time they have rejected. Now tell me what to do.

                        They said we follow flipcart return polices.. Then again i asking you why you have given this authority to them.???

                        I have ordered realmi 3i and pay online but before the delivery i have canceled it but yet not received my money back into the account they say that refunded my money but i have still not received in my bank account

                          I am very much dissatisfied with the service provided by flipkart.
                          Flipkart don't respects value of customer time and money. I booked a mobile in flipkart with exchange of my old phone. At the time of delivery, delivery agent denied to accept my old phone because it has minor scratch.
                          Then i raised complaint in flipkart cc and sent snaps of my phone to them and they said we will tell that hub manager to accept. I don't know after 2 days my order got cancelled and reason for cancellation is customer not available for delivery. Now i wont get it for that amount. I wasted my 15 days for trusting flipkart and my money also stucked for 15 days. Are they going to give any compensation for this unethical behavior?

                          I ordered Vivo Z1 Pro from flipkart on 10 Aug 2019 at 11:58pm with offers available. I made payment and amount deducted from my a/c but my order was not placed. I was not able to see my product in my order section. Next morning i received a sms from flipkart we could not completed your order.
                          Order grocery on 3rd Aug expected delivery was on 7th Aug between 4pm to 8:30pm Delivery boy called at 10:40pm. they reschedule it for 8th Aug at 5pm on 8th Aug they reschedule it for 13th Aug, . this is totally fooling your customers. Order ID: OD[protected]

                            I bought a refurbished iPhone 6 from 2gud.com via Flipkart. It's was delivered screen damaged, so I requested a replacement. Again I got another damaged iPhone 6 as a replacement. Now I can't find return or replacement option. I tried to contact customer care, but failed every time. Once they contacted me via a phone call, but without any notice they disconnected within 10-15 sec. They are not replying to my mails too. My account is linked to mail id.                               Hi,
                              I had ordered an Realme X phone from Flipkart on 9th August 2019 with exchange offer(old mobile). However the delivery guy refused to pick up my old device stating it was damaged when it was not with device being in accord to Flipkart exchange policies. Looking at the rude and illogical behaviour of delivery boy i decided to cancel the order.
                              The order was cancelled on 13th August for order number OD[protected].
                              As per Flipkart, the refund of 15799 Rs was supposed to be credited by 16th August 2019. This has not happened yet. Suprisingly Flipkart website shows refund completed without any transaction reference.
                              I called up Flipkart support for transaction reference of refund the representative was unable to provide transaction reference. Further he is unaware of the mode (NEFT/UPI/IMPS) by which Flipkart made this refund transaction.
                              How is it possible that Flipkart doesn't have transaction reference for refund of Rs.15799 if as per them it was initiated and processed?
                              Its really irritating to listen to the replies given of Flipkart customer care since most of them are hapless and clueless.
                              To add when I asked for their escalation matrix they state that they do not have any escalation matrix, everytime "cs.flipkart" is provided for escaltion when it is customer care email id and not of escalation.
                              The customer service is really bad and you cant track progress of any queries raised on Flipkart website. Even now Flipkart representative state issue will be resolved in 24-48 hours on phone but refuse to drop an email on that.
                              Is there any way of getting this expedited? It has been 3 days since Flipkart promised date of refund i.e. 16th August 2019

                                  I ordered Note 7 Pro from Flipkart on 9 Aug 2019 and as per delivery schedule it was suppose to be delivered on 14th august 2019. As it was not delivered on 14th, I called customer care for enquiry and they said due to some seller end issue it was not delivered but you will get this order on 16 Aug. I agreed for 16 but phone not received, i called again and they have raised a request and forwarded the issue to technical team. Technical team replied after posting on there social media page on 19th august, they called me and said your order was placed but not processed, kindly cancel the order. I refused as its already 10 days gone and if i cancel the order i will also loose the 10℅ discount which was availed in sale period. Now i am not getting any response from Flipkart, just getting false assurance of issue resolution. My order i'd is - OD[protected].

                                  This was freedom sale and i made a mistake to choose flipkart.

                                  I haven't got any resolution except for the false promise of someone will call you in 4hrs or 8 hrs.

                                  I didn't received update from Flipkart on the same. This order should be delivered on 14th August.
                                  Now, 12 days have been passed and product not shipped yet from seller's end.

                                  As per last update from Flipkart agent, they are not able to reach to seller "SuperComNet" and the same seller is delivering the same product at same place (that i have kept for this order) in 2-3 days.

                                  Flipkart agents are doing false promises and provide us false information.

                                  I think they didn't had word with seller.I need all the information seller number/communication email and discussion with seller by email.

                                    I ordered Rakhi worth 148 and my brother got a very cheap one delivered. It's totally different from what I ordered. When I complained about it they said as per the policy I cannot return this item. They provide no resolution. Please find the attachments what I ordered and what I got.

                                      When i purchased oppo k1 from flipkart, i also purchased buy back guarantee. But when the time has come to redeem the buy back guarantee then there is no buy back guarantee shown in my order history. They removed it from my purchased items. Please never buy this fake trick of buy back guarantee. Flipkart only cheats with you.
                                      I contacted their representative they are saying that bring proof that u purchased it then we will think about it. From where i bring proof about it. Only order history is my proof and they removed it from there.

                                        I am very much dissatisfied with the sevice provided by flipkart. The company cheat me and take my money and till now he didn't delivery my consignment and i have already paid the amount of the product and as just like court they give me date and date only.. Dear sir /mam plz help me i am facing lots of problems i have already complaint against the company on national consumer and my complaint no is 1528810

                                        Every products in Flipkart is showing out of stock in my pincode from 3 days back onwards. I cant't buy any products. My pincode is 683542. I don't know if it is a software problem.
                                        I have placed an order 7th Aug 2019 and i was supposed to get the delivery by 10th Aug.. Its almost one week and i have still not received any delivery. if this is the state then i think i will never order from this site
                                        I have received a refabrished iphone of 64gb, instead of 32gb new one i have ordered.

                                        When i have reached the team for a replacement, flipkart has rejected it.
                                        After trying twice and getting rejected, i am trying to get back my money or a brand new Iphone.
                                        Without any notification flipkart is cancelling order and giving the reason seller cancelled and the whole amount flipkart is keeping for 7 days this should not happen request to look and take action.
