Perfume bottle is a tempered one having a glue around the nozzle and leaking as well.

    My name is hirendra kahar. Registered mobile number is [protected] with flipkart. I have purchased 2 mobile phones 1. Redmi note 7 pro (Neptune blue, 64 gb) ekart logistics - fmpp[protected] order no. Is od[protected]. Realme 3i (Diamond black, 32 gb) ekart logistics - fmpp[protected] order number is od[protected]. I was supposed to get delivery by 14th aug 2019 and still i haven't received my products. Ekart delivery guy rejected to accept both the mobile phones that i have kept for exchange. 1. Samsung galaxy j2 and 2. Karbonn k9 smart. There was just a slight dent on the panel of the body and rest everything was perfect on samsung galaxy j2 mobile and there was no issue in karbonn k9 smart mobile and the delivery guy was mentioning that the battery of the mobile is swollen when there was no issue of battery and battery was not swollen. The delivery guy was very rude and even his manager as well and they asked me to get an email from flipkart to accept both the mobile phones and then only they will provide me the new mobiles. I have made online payment and still i haven't received my products yet and today is 16th aug 2019. I have sent more then 10 emails for getting resolution but whenever i call to flipkart customer service they mention me everytime that i will get a call from back end team as soon as possible and latest by 16th aug 2019 before 5 pm but still i haven't heard from back end team. I have wasted my lot of time just to get these 2 mobile phones but contacting flipkart customer service and i am still not getting any resolution for it. This is making me damn frustrated now and i don't know when will i get my products. I would also like to demand for my time compensation now from flipkart that they have wasted of mine.

      I placed and order worth ₹570/- with flipkart on 10th aug 2019 for patanjali chywanprash. My account has been debited but flipkart still shows payment pending for confirmation from the bank.
      Today is 16th aug, the status remains the same and no one from flipkart is resolving my concern, i am fed up following up with them almost everyday with nothing resolved yet.
      I am getting a standard that they are working on my issue. Being such a huge online shopping portal they are giving me a tough time for my money. This is about business ethics and service to the customers and unfortunately flipkart has failed on both these aspects.
      I have chat history with flipkart where all their csa are giving me their standard jargan.
      The only reason i ordered from flipkart as they promised to deliver it within 1 day and they even charged me ₹50/- for delivery. And i regret doing that. I should have just ordered from amazon as they mentioned 3-4 days for delivery. Now my money is also gone.. Time is wasted and i have not even recieved my order. I am furious and want this to be escalated and published in media on their incompetency and inefficiency and the added stress that they have given me for ₹570/-. I want this taken seriously and want flipkkart to compensate for all the inconveniece they have caused me.

      revert since when? today its been 9 days already and no update.. can you just return my money so I can delete my account with flipkart.. i would never want to deal with such unethical, unprofessional and incompetent expereicne ever again

        I have received the product on time (14.08.2019) for the order id od[protected], next day (15.08.2019) i have received an sms from flipkart that their installation person will come on 16.08.2019 and received the same notification sms on 16th morning. As my wife is 6-month pregnant and she stays alone at home, so i decided to take leave from office for the availability.

        I don't want to allow an unknown person at my home and my wife will also not able to arrange the other stuff for installation, like arranging the table, electric line, etc. After waiting till 11 am, i have called to flipkart for asking an update when their techincal person will come and the answer was that within 2 hours, but the executive didn't come. I have called every one hour for the update to both flipkart and ifb helpline and both of them told me that executive on the way and coming soon. (Called total 8 times)

        At 9 pm, after launching a complain i have received a call that flipkart will fix this within 21st of august. Now i don't know how many days i need to take leave, as the flipkart lady still unable to share me the tentative date and time. For an 11000 product, i need to pay 3000 (My per day salary) + 2 complete day?? I asked to refund my money and take the product, but they still not agreed to that.

        I also can understand that anybody can delay service for a day, maybe there a human error. But why they continuously said that our executive is coming and he is on the way??? I have wasted my complete day for this. If flipkart doesn't understand the value of customer time then i don't want to deal with such this company.

        Either pay compensation or initiate the return process.

          I have placed order of mobile on 8 august 2019 and i have paid payment via debit card. They give me delivery date 11august 2019. But still i don't get my delivery. I called to flipkart customer care many time they just told me that you will get resolution before 16august2019 7pm. But still i don't get my delivery or any resolution from flipkart team. What should u do?

            Dear sir/madam,

            I want to lodge a complaint against flipkart for non-refund of money.

            I ordered a product "hp x1000 wired optical mouse" from flipkart on the 5th of august, amounting to rs. 240

            Product order id - od[protected]
            The mode of payment was through debit card.

            Few days after the order placed, when i checked my order status no processing was done and suddenly on 11th august when i checked the status it shows me that the product is out of stock and the seller had canceled the product and wrote that the amount you have paid for this item will be refunded.

            The status of the product description shows me that the refund is completed but i still didn't receive my money.

            It's been more than 5 days i am waiting but still, i am not getting any response.
            I tried calling their customer care service but none of them were connecting and responding to me as an invalid dialed number.

            I have sent twice the complaint mail regarding this issue to flipkart concerned authorities, but still they haven't given any response.

            As proof, i am attaching screenshots of the sms sent by them and the details/description of the product ordered on the flipkart site.

            I request your forum to intervene and get me justice at the earliest by instructing them to give a full refund or sending the product again.

              I have bought redmi k20 pro black 8gb ram 256gb storage. The payment mode was online paymentand it is 30999rs. After placing order successfully i haven't received any tracking number for order. I was supposed to get my order on 9th of august 2019 but i haven't received it on 9th it was delivered to me on 11th of august 2019. I opened the flipkart packaging and i noticed the box seal was already broken and when i opened it the product which was the mobile was not in that box. I have contacted to costumer care flipkart on 11th of august in between 5 to 6pm and said what happened they suggested me to wait till 23rd of august 2019 so i was waiting but i have received a message saying that my issue was rejected and seller will not be able to resolve the problem.

                I ordered a watch. The amount was deducted from my account but the order was not placed. I called up to your customer service and he told me that due to some security reasons he is not allowed to tell me the mail id i used for the product to order.

                So far i know i have not used any mail id while ordering the product. I only mentioned my phone no. I also mentioned my alternative no. With the address.

                Your team is not at all helpfull and not at all responsive to my queries. I want my money back or else flipkart will be liable for this.

                  I would like to share my wrost experience with flipkart pertaining to above order.

                  We have ordered mi note 7 pro from flipkart and finally received defective item and same has been escalated and requested for replacement of item and same request got approved by flipkart team and item has been shipped.

                  After receiving item to nearest hub ekart executive neve called me for delivery and updated information as coustmer not interested.
                  We have again escalated issue to flipkart team and this time we have requested for refund and same has been approved.
                  After 2 days i have received sms from ekart logistics stating item out for pickup but no one called me for pickup and i called them for pickup almost 50 in a day and they didn't answered my call and cancelled request as coustmer not interested.
                  It has been a month process with flipkart still i haven't received any solution to m issue everytime they are raising request for refund else replacment and logistics partners cancelled the same by updating wrong information.

                  My money was hold by flipkart since last month and they playing games with me by not refunding and not picking the for return.
                  I have rasied many requests in twitter and coustmer care but issue not yet resolved...

                  Requesting you please look into this else i will never mind to approach consumer court on this.

                    I ordered samsung 6.2 kg fully automatic top load washing machine from flipkart on 7th aug 2019 it got delivered on 8th august 2019 the product defective i asked for replacement. The technician from samsung visited and without resolving the issue he is updating the flipkart that issue is resolved. And seller is rejecting my replacement request. Flipkart is not having proper system to track these things and no quality check is done. Please i want my money back from flipkart

                    2 times return request is rejected because Samsung technician is giving fake remarks. Out of two times only one time he visited and mark it as resolved though I informed him that product is defective. I feel he is talking with seller and trying to sell this product to me so that my return time should get completed. And flipkart is not having proper tracking system to track these cheaters

                      I have bought mobile phone redmi k20 pro black 8gb 256gb from flipkart. I was supposed to get the order delivery on 9th of august 2019 but it is delivered to me on 11th august 2019. I have opened the flipkart packaging then i have noticed that mobile box seal was broken. And when i opened it the mobile was not in that box. As this happened i have contacted to the customer care of flipkart they suggested me to wait till 23rd august your problem will be solved. So i was waiting but today i have received one messgafe from flipkart it is saying your request is cancelled so seller will not be able to resolve your problem

                        I have ordered real me c2 mobile phone twice, but flipkart not delivered the product. The customer care called me multiple times saying that the product will be delivered but still i haven't received the product. I have ordered the product at 21st july 2019. When it comes to deliver the product the ecom express executive didn't come to deliver the product at the given address instead he asked me to come to his place to receive the order and talked very rudely and in a unprofessional manner. Again flipkart customer care called me to cancel the product and place the order again. I have again ordered the same product which delivery date was 10th august, but till now the product is not delivered and not any update from flipkart side. Kindly look in to this matter as it will cost flipkart very badly.

                          I have purchased motorola one power from flipkart on 31st july 2019 same as received on 1st of august 2019, on 3rd aug 2019 i have complain about the charging issue it takes more than 3 hrs to complete the charge based on this they sent one # tech person to my place he doesn't know about the testing he simply closed the ticket again on same day i have contacted and raised the ticket again that same # only came and without testing he closed the ticket on same day night i have contacted and raised a concern about same issue still i didn't get any proper update from your side, i need a proper update from your side, kindly update as earlier. I hope i will get good response from your side.

                          That tech person doesn't know about anything, before closing the request they should get the update from the consumers those things they are not doing, i want proper solution kindly help me to get this issue solved.

                            Team has done called me date. 11 august. But i can't take my package. But i told them that i will receive tomorrow that's pacage. But team didnt responsece me. I was waiting teams response with 5 days. I hade done call flipcard costemer care. But didn't solve my problem. I am always available take my package. But i went flipcard msg that you were not available. This is not fare i am so nervous. If my package will not get tomorrow. I will not user another time flipcard.

                              I cant login my flipkart account since yesterday. Showing unsuccessful error
                              Login unsuccessful please retry in minute. And i am retrying it for last 6 days no success.
                              Please rectify the error. Since i had bought products. If there is a return that was due to quality issue of flipkart.

                                This is with reference to my order at flipkart vide order reference od[protected]. The order was of samsung a50 mobile with exchange of old smartphone.

                                During the purchase, it was informed by flipkart that customer has to exchange any smartphone in working condition and did not specified anything else. The exchange value flipkart was giving was 500 inr however due to freedom sale flipkart gave 2000 inr extra otherwise normal exchange rate was 500 inr only.

                                Today the flipkart delivery boy rejected my old smartphone as one small nob was misplaced. The old phone (Nokia) is in working condition with no scratches and at present i am using the same phone.

                                This is simply a cheating by flipkart and proved that flipkart is here in india to make foll of poor customer and only to make money.

                                Flipkart has taken my hard earned money of 16000 inr one week back and today flipkart has rejected to deliver my new phone.

                                Indian consumer complaints forum is requested to take up with flipkart so that more poor citizens of india should not face this situation.

                                I also need justice for misleading behavior done by flipkart.

                                FLIPKART has framed his answer in 360o direction, my question was why FLIPKART has rejected to accept my workuing phone as exchange.
                                I want now the mobile to be purchased at same cost which FLIPKART has very smartly refunded.

                                CONSUMER COMPLAINTS is requested to look the matter seriously so that no further poor fellow of our lovely INDIA should be cheated by these online money making portals

                                  Hi, i ordered for 2 mee mee liquid cleanser on flipkart and delivered date was appeared as 6th aug, 2019. But when i checked the order status on flipkart app on 6 aug, i show the order status was showing as delivered. I called the customer care immediately and they told me to wait 24 hours. I called again on 8th aug and flipkart customer care took my complaint and told me that you have to waith till 13 aug by which technical team will resolve my complaint 100%. I called them many times but every time they extend the time by 2-3 days. Again when i called on 13 aug, flipkart technical told me to wait again 72 hr. Today on 16 aug they are saying again to wait 2-3 days.
                                  Its too pathetic. Flipkart service is really a burst service i have ever seen. It have no control over its customer care, logistic dept, technical team. I never recommend anyone to purchase anything product from filpkart.
                                  Am planning to take this issue to consumer forum. Please advice me how to proceed for the same.

                                      Flipkart Delivery man called me and told me to wait at a place and I waited there for 15 minutes and left. After 15 minutes he reached there and called me. As I had left from there he called me many swear words that I haven't heard in my life. What will be the condition of Flipkart if the appoint such employees.. I'm having recording of that Phone call.

                                        I had booked a study guide from flipkart on 13/8... The product is at delivery centre from 12/8... But there is no response from deliver y centre neither the delivery centre try to contact me... And when i am contacting the ecom express executive & flipkart executive... They are giving me false assurance from last 4 days that product should be delivered tomorrow & tommorrow... Such a cheap quality servicei
