Hello sir/ maam
I have joined fluid fitness rana pratap bagh branch on 24 feb 2020 and government imposes lockdown in march 2020 i have paid 8000 for 6 months now when gyms are opend the branch at rana pratap bagh is closed permanentaly and they are saying talk to the owner of derawal branch and he is not listening to me at all. Neither he is giving me refund of the 5 months nor he is allowing me to do gym for 5 months . He asked me to deposit the money again. But it is not possible for me to go to derawal branch
Please help me resolve my problem. I belong to poor family and i have joined gym by taking loan from my friends.
