Dear sir/madam
I had joined a gym called focus health club sahnewal on 7th may and paid the fees for 3 months membership fee of rs 5000 on 11th may, which i paid by credit card and they didnt give any receipt of that.
On 16th may i realized that because of twin kids i am not able to manage the gym timings so i called them and informed that i cant continue anymore and requested that they can charged 1 month fee of rs 2000 and refund rest of the money as i could not come, but they are not refunding by saying no gym refunds money. Just for 10 days how they can charge 5000 rs, even i told them they can charge 50 percent if they feel but at least refund 50 % back to me but they are not doing so and harassing me in this way.
They are not responding on email and ignoring my phone calls. Was this information helpful? |
