Foodpanda, is running a misleading advertisement of flat 40% when all they are offering is rs. 100 as discount.

I placed an order of ~rs 800 after seeing this tempting advertisement. image attached of my order. however i got only 10% discount against this offer. it was somewhere mentioned in the terms & conditions that it is ristricted to rs. 100 only. this feels so nagging

Their customer care foolishly respond that this is theirr "marketing strategy"... sic

Is this ther marketing strategy to mislead customers, trap them and assume the customer will just ignore your cheap tactics

On top of it, their customer care team boast that i can log my complaint at any forum,

Stop this immediately, else i would post your advertisement to asci

So, the day before yesterday I ordered food from foodpanda for the first time. My experience? I'm sure nothing can be worse than that. The restaurant didn't have all the items available and I got to know this after the order was accepted and the restaurant manager called and told me to change the order which I did. Then, it got delayed. Not by 5 or 10 minutes but by freaking 45 minutes. The food? It was ice cold. Thought of never ordering for foodpanda again. But today again, I thought of giving it another try. So again, I place my second order from another restaurant which is just 1.5kms away home. The same thing happened. The delivery got delayed by 30 minutes. I regret ordering from foodpanda. I could have gone there and picked it up myself. I don't understand why does foodpanda even exist if they have to give such a service. I think that is all because I had paid in advance. If I had not paid, I would have cancelled the orders. Nothing can be worse than waiting for food till death by hunger. I hope you guys have some sense and try to change this. There are so many food delivery companies which are better, I guess. Swiggy is one great example. You guys should learn something from them! Anyway, this being said, I just wanted to tell you that I am not going to order from foodpanda anytime in future, for sure. And no recommendations from my side. Thanks for the amazing experience. I placed order to Guru Nanak Sweets & Restaurant mohali sector 66 at 10:36 pm on 30/06/2016 after some time the restaurant called me and said the items making 75% of the total ordered food is unavailable ; which was not described on the website at the time i placed the order . which is totally unfair by both the parties that is the Guru Nanak Sweets & Restaurant and the food panda . when i asked for the refund from the food panda people they said it will take 5 to 7 business days, i dont want it as i paid the amount on spot i want my refund back into my debit card . but they are denying to issue it and i feel like im being astray by them. it is totally unfair i need my money back and want to file the complaint against their denial of services.

Food panda never refunded the order they cancelled for some reasons. I have contacted them 10 times on chat support and email.

Every time I contact they say I will receive refund in 15 days. I received a email that they gave me refund, but I never received money in my Credit Card or PayTM walled. Even Paytm and foodpanda.in have some connection as I never got issue resolved and tired of contacting them.

I am filing a case in consumer court and will claim lawyer fees from foodpanda.in this time.

THEY ARE SO CONFIDENT BUT I NEVER RECEIVED REFUND IN EITHER CC OR WALLET. THEY KNOW HOW LONG YOU WILL FOLLOWUP AND WILL GIVE UP ONE DAY.

I have ordered food from foodpanda app at 920pm on 19jun16 as i wanted it to be delivered by 1015pm as my mother takes medicines for bp and some medical problem. I did't received the order by 1020pm so i called chwala directly and the person who picked up the call said it will be deliver in 2-3mins as the delivery boy is already reached. Time was going by but the guy never reached. I could't order any other restaurant as all were closed by then. I was continuously trying their number after calling the guy picked up the phone and asked me take down the number and follow it up with the delivery boy as his job is at the counter. I did't took the number and asked him follow the guy at 1040pm. When i called him again and got to know he never followed up the delivery boy. Fyi : chawla is exactly 5mins walk from the tower i stay. My mother who is a bp patient was starving and so i prepared bread toast for her at 11pm so she can atleast have her medicine on time. At 1115pm the delivery boy comes with the leftout foods and he was neither ashamed nor sorry. The role of foodpanda: they just 1050pm that they regret and they not able contact the restaurant. Would have been no bread or something to eat at home think of my and mother's situation. I have attached all the screenshots required to prove my facts. I have also attached the screenshot where foodpanda and chawala gauruntee 60mins delivery. Now i demand a strong action against chawla and foodpanda so they understand feeding people is a serious job and they should't take it as a joke.

I order food on 27th april 2016 through food panda app and pay through paytm and my money was deducted but order did not place. I complain them many times but till now i got zero response.
My rs.343 has been deducted and paytm's customer service do not resolve my complain and ignore my query.
Please help me with this regard and i' ll be highly obliged to you.

Yesterday i place an order to green restuarant gomtinagar lucknow through food panda app.
I ordered paneer chowmein, chilly paneer dry and begum paneerbaharrs but i got simply veg chowmein instead of paneer chowmein and they took extra rs.40 from me.
I complain to food panda customer care through e-mail but till now i do not get any response from them.
I also convey this message to food panda through live chat but its representative ended the conversation in middle.
Please help me with this regard.

Yesterday i ordered food in Jalapeno restaurant, Chennai. It should have been come by 9:20 PM .. But i got it by 10:05 PM only.

I made 3 calls to food panda.. The person who spoke firstly told like i will be getting a resolution after u get the order.

I asked for a refund of my order Since they have delayed my the order and we had arranged alternative for the dinner yesterday nite..

But the food panda representative who spoke to me third time was not ready to give refund.. His tone was not customer friendly.. I am asking his for the refund many times but he is not at all ready to hear me..

VERY VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I asked for refund of Rs.300 only.

But NOW AFTER YOUR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE .. I just need THE COMPLETE AMOUNT of the order. which is Rs.630

I ordered one veg Spinach and corn wrap from tikki tikki through foodpanda app but they delivered some non veg wrap.That box also had red circle on it.
I am pure vegetarian . it is prohibited to eat non veg food in our religion .They have played with my religion please take strict action against them.

We placed a order at food panda tonight at bala pindi dhaba mayur vihar we are staying at pocket 1 mayur vihar The distance between our home to the restaurant hardly half km. only but we received delivery 11.30 and we refused . This is not done at all. You should see to it and make changes for fast deliveries. Please be sure every order is on time .

Ordered dinner from hello curry in ulsoor through food panda on 6th may 2016. Order id m7vy-s7wh. Chicken roll was like just taken out from freezer, lollo pollo chicken was so pathetic that they used the same pieces that were in the chicken roll, methi parata was like 2 days old aata (Batter) being used
When i contacted food panda same day with photos of the food they said they tried reaching hello curry & the restaurant didnt respond, later yesterday (7th may 2016) i got a call from mr. Varun from hello curry (+91-[protected]) & he promised not to initiate any legal course of action or approach food inspector & he would refund my amount in full, but its been 2 days since either food panda or hello curry are bothered to answer my query.

As its sunday, so thought to have yummy food and planned to order via foodpanda as its been ease for past orders. Ordered food [order id: m2wx-b8wx] at 13.42 [sree dwaraka grand, kukatpally, hyderabad] and waiting for restaurant confirmation regarding my order. I know its takes hardly 10 mins max for order to get confirmed. Waited until 13.55 and got a doubt and called foodpanda customer care and as expected my call not picked at first attempt and waited for nearly 10 mins and given second trail to test my luck, for my goodness care person picked my call, informed same to care person, he replied with respectful sorry sir, order got cancelled due to unavailability of ordered food. Then i said you guys can msg/mail me regarding same and me waiting for confirmation. The funnier response was "due to technical issues you might not got message" then he said he will compensate same for dinner with same amount. Said no more interest to order via foodpanda.
I got confirmation at 14.20 as my order got declined. As am much hunger planned to go same restaurant directly and requested for same order and i got shocked by hearing "bhai please wait for 5 mins your order get served". How come you guys can serve me same order when foodpanda can't and enquired about foodpanda declined order, owner of restaurant said it's common for foodpanda cancelling with un-proper response at peak times. Attaching ordered bill as proof.

Finally if guys can't handle peak hours better shut your business, alot competitors available in market to serve us better than you. Learn few good escape reasons rather than explaining same for all like you guys described to me! It's not matter of discount to order at your site, it's ease us to get food at door step but you guys proved us you are far away from our expectations!

I have ordered food from food pad 3 sear ate days to 3 separate restaurants over a span of 3 months . None of the times the food got delivered to me. The restaurants accept your order and then they don't respond even if we call them many times. I have stayed hungry all those nights and they don't even care to inform that they don't want to deliver.
Now as I'm typing this, I got cheated again and feel so disappointed. Food panda doesn't take any responsibility if the restaurants suddenly decide to cheat the customers of their hunger . Very disappointing

I ordered food from Night spoon restaurant through Foodpanda app, the first order was Chicken burger, mixed fried rice & Chicken fried rice. the Burger was uncooked it was hard to taste even a small bite of it. in the mixed fried rice, i nearly had two spoons, it got bones and stones. i was literally starving for food and after spending nearly 500 rupees on my order i was very unhappy. and when i raised a complaint to foodpanda, the executives gave me a answer that made me to file a complaint against them, "it was usual to find a bone piece in a mixed fried rice and since the restaurant is under renovation even some stones might have been in the food". this clearly shows how they care about the customers.

Today, I was going to order some food late night, and happened to notice the excess VAT calcuated amount (12.5%) of subtotal.

The VAT rates are not decided by the delivering restaurent and this ad-valorem tax is capped at a standard rate of 12.5%. The following attachments show the irrational VAT amounts (not 12.5%) being collected by Foodpanda.

Please provide an explanation and breakup for the following order summaries as displayed in the attachments.

First I thought of it as a product mistake, but is was seen across restaurents (with or without reaching the minimum order amount).

I have ordered a food from food panda app. the quality of ffod is very bad panner taste is not at all good. its seems like panner is 2-3 days old. after that i called food panda they have confrence with me with hotel manager and food panda executive they both dont listen to each other even they both are not agree. after that food panda called me they will replace the order but they did not after that i have called food panda they hold my no.

When I called them at 10:55pm. They didn't respond properly and disconnect the call. After 11:00 PM their call service was not available, so I tried to contact them via their chat system.
Every time I got the response that the rider is on his way and he will call me once he reached my locality. This was continued for 3 hours. But still they never said that the order is cancelled and we will refund your money... Instead of that they tried to cheat me
