Hi myself abhijit and my mobile number is [protected] so I call you today to cancel my givn order and there is an customers represtative named MAYANK who received me and his behavior is abrupt and very unprofessional so this is the complaint against your all customers handling service, I ill convey this complaint to the cusumer court if I didn't recive any replys from you in 07 days of time period..my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

My restaurant listing in foodpanda website is more then 3 years old, but now they have made inactive my restaurant and from one month I am continuously following to activate but every time they say it will take 2 days more and they are not picking my call

    Dear Foodpanda,

    Yesterday I have ordered from KFC from your app around 9:00 PM with the name of Arjun Govil.
    First of all there was no contact number given from your end to whom we should connect for our order delivery, also when I was trying to connect with your Live chat they are not assisting us properly, they are not responding to our queries.after 2 hours we get connected directly to KFC merchant, & he said there was no vendor from FOOD PANDA to receive this order,
    Then KFC dispatched our order from 3rd party, & the order was not in the condition to eat it was become cold, because we received at 11:30 PM at night.which we have ordered at 9:00 pm

    So I would request you Food Panda to refund my money.

    Foodpanda is the real pain the a**. Filled up with a team of morons, always takes more than hours just to understand the concern rather than spending few minutes in resolving the issues. Their services, specially their customer services are pathetic.

      My Friend Saravpreet Singh ordered dinner today from one of the registered restaurant of FoodPands named as "FOODZONE".
      While ordering we ensure that "Biryani Rice" mentioned in menu is marked as "GREEN" which means it is Veg, however to my utter surprise we discovered some chicken pieces in that.
      As a food services provider FoodPanda should take this very seriously. You guys are playing with someone's feeling, food habit, culture and religion.

      I want full refund of that order as well as a written apology against it. Those Biryani rice should be marked as RED in menu..
      I have attached all the photos in my support of grievance.

        Dear sir,
        With reference to my food order booking done on 15.04.2017 using food panda mobile application vide order id no. R3ki-x0nr, i have few concerns for which i had lodged my formal complaint (As attached) on the national consumer helpline, union ministry of consumer affairs vide complaint number 238591 dated 24.04.2017 & pursuant to their instructions, i am writing this mail to get the following issues clarified from your end at the earliest:-
        I) total payment of rs. 309.25 was charged by food panda from me which is higher than the actual amount as per my calculation as below:-

        Ii) no bill was given to me for the above payment either by the concerned restaurant or by the food panda despite clear guidelines by the ministry of consumer affairs, government of india to provide the bill to the customer in each & every case

        Iii) as per rule 4 a of the service tax rules, 1994, the service provider has to provide the following details vide invoice/bill/challan to the customer /service receiver,

        I) name, address and the registration number of such person; (Ii) the name and address of the person receiving taxable service; [ (Iii) description and value of taxable service provided or agreed to be provided; and] (Iv) the service tax payable thereon:
        But as a matter of fact no such details along with the invoice copy was shared with me but service tax was charged from me as above
        Iv) regarding delivery charges of rs. 25 charged from me by food panda, no such charges were disclosed to me before placing the order on mobile app but it was charged to me

        V) regarding applicability discount @40% on voucher fp40, it is communicated to me by food panda team vide mail dated 26.04.2017 that maximum discount can be availed of rs. 75 only & they referred few terms & conditions available online on the website, whereas contrary to the facts mentioned by fp team, i have the following observations:

        A) as a matter of fact, as i had the booked thru mobile app, no such condition was available on mobile app and customer is not supposed to check the website for terms & conditions without any such information available on mobile app

        You are again kindly requested to clarify the above points at the earliest otherwise i would be compelled to take appropriate action/s against the food panda.

        I have just got the mail from food panda in which they have again provided me the copy of the order summary and no invoice has been provided and further no clarifications have been provided by them to any of my queries. Pathetic experience ever.

          I ordered food from food panda which is not in a good condition packaging was so unhygienic that i have decided not to oreder anything from food panda this is my second bad experience really disappointed your customer care number also unreachable no other source to reach you guyz
          firstly we ordered the food at 10:39 and it came after an hour and the food was very bad .we didnt get any response from the vendor as well as the foodpanda
          please go through my details and chech the quality of the restuarent as well
          you guy must need to check the quality packaging n the time
          we are customers and we are not satisfied and it shows it didnt even bothered you

            It's almost 2 1/2 hrs and no trace of food . I will drag food panda and the restaurant to consumer Court .I ordered @8.45 and was told it will be delivered in 67mins. Called restaurant to know they will need 20 more mins & have technical prob. Y they didn't deny my order if they can't prepare. My parents kids were waiting since so long.after that I get sms after 1 1/2 hr that it will take another 60 mins. It's pathetic . Called restaurant thrice and they didn't and in return tried cutting my call. Pathetic . I will drag both fp and the restaurant to court

              They cancelled my order but they deducted an amount to my credit card without refunding it!!! They said that it will be refunded 3-4 day. But its been a week i still haven't heard from them... I need my money back!!! Please return it to me!!! Or else i will sue you in the best that i can!!! I will make sure that you wouldn't get away with this!!! I am bery aggriviated right now!!! How could you do that!!! The lord is watching you. You will get what you deserve!!!

                Hi All,
                This is to inform you that on 9th April i ordered food from food panda and the order was late.Customer Care rep said its just 13 mins late then a supervisor said the order was delivered on time.Later on he agreed that the order was late.And today(15 April) the order never got delivered but its showing the order was delivered.

                  I see that cheating level reached the peak of Foodpanda, I ordered food from China Bite restaurant and they called after half an hour saying food won't be delivered to Beverly park, Koparkhaiene and cancelled by them. I tried reaching food Panda, no call support only chat, it takes 10 minutes to explain the situation, tried chatting after 3 days, now they told me restaurant is closed, call after 2 hours, called again after few hours, now the story they have is order was 5 days old Restaurant (China Bite) can't trace and hence we won't refund. I like this story a lot, thought of Informing others Foodpanda is big cheat company, plz stay away from it.

                      I had ordered food through foodpanda on 6 April 2017 on 9:10 pm and eta was provided 60 mins. At 10:10 pm I got an SMS from restaurant that the order has been accepted. Foodpanda jokers did not even update the status and the item delivered approx one and half hours ie. 10:35 PM. This is happening 2nd time in last 2 months. Such unreliable service - I would say expected from idiotic company like foodpanda.
                      And i was ordered of Chawla's tandoori Express.

                      I ordered yesterday from wah g wah shalimar bagh using foodpanda i received my order after two hours it caused very incovenience to me. Kindly provide me some compensatory benefit for this. I ordered on 7:45 pm and received food on 9:45 pm
                      Hi, kindly blacklist and refund order given yesterday to katyani rasoi, Krishna nagar, Delhi 110092 of rs. 2910 approx. As they did not deliver food. We ordered food in evening thru food panda and made payment online but order didn't came for 2.5 hr. Order was in name of manish.

                        I had made an order using the mobile app on the 2nd of April at 12:22PM worth 1, 260.00/- Rs. and after discount 995.00/- Rs. I paid it and then I get a call from the Cc team asking me to chose a different restaurant as the restaurant wasn't accepting order. Then my order was taken again for a different restaurant which soon got canceled and then the 3rd restaurant which also didn't deliver food and then when the 4th restaurant I chose had accounted for 300rs. more from the amount allotted and I was denied from the agent and then the supervisor. I then agreed to also pay the 300rs. extra and then I get a call again that even the final order is not been accepted by the vendor and so again I have to order or I just wait for 7 days to get my money back which was taken away within a sec even without delivering me anything. I need my money immediately or I need the order of 1500 which I chose at the end to be delivered.

                          Placed an order and then received call from hotel end (afetr 1:30 hr later)to inform that the address is too far and the delivery boy just left saying so. Now tell me one thing, which bloody site accepts an address and then the delivery boy cancels it? Of course, foodpanda!! And then the hotel people phone up informing what just happened and their food is wasted and how they will not get money too. Till now, no message from foodpanda. Then I call up this no. I got call from earlier, same person of foodpanda who had confirmed the delivery(I got 2 confirmation message), he says he told me its too far and this he told that time itself. Now tell me dear delivery guy, if you had informed me earlier, how did it not get cancelled that time? How the hotel prepared the food? How instead of a cancellation msg I got a cnfm msg? Wow!!!
                          So dear foodpanda service providers, please take action for such unacceptable atrocious behavior so that customers have a little faith in your service.

                          Also when I called the delivery person again and demanded an explanation, he just hung up. Great way to resolve any problem. Foodpanda, at least please see to it that they are capable of dealing with complaining customers.

                          Hi I ordered food from food panda and In order they delivered wrong food. I am pure veg person and they delivered egg paratha instead of plain parathas which i ordered.

                          Now they are not accepting their mistake and saying restaurant delivered right order.

                            I have ordered pizza from slice of italy. Sector 51 noida. But its quality was so bad. A bed smell was coming from it. It was so pathetic.
                            I will never order pizza or any other food from this restaurant and food panda.
                            It was a very bad experience for me. I never ate this type of pathetic pizza in my life. This is worstest pizza i ever had.

                                I had ordered food from foodpanda on 2nd feb, 2017 but as the payment was not completed i did not receive the order (Fair enough). But the amount was debited from my a/c which was further confirmed to be credited to foodpanda a/c by my bank as well as foodpanda team.

                                I was communicating with bank and foodpanda team for reversal. I got a mail from foodpanda team in which they mentioned a transaction no with date by which they had reverted the amount, but again i did not receive any amount till yet and foodpanda is not taking any responsibility.

                                  The food panda customer service is one of the most third class customer service..they didn't care about customer care problem I have many issues with them...and the hotels which are listed are all waste hotels...I ordered food from the restaurant mention on their website the restaurant name was mehfil restaurant in Hyderabad..I selected pickup option option because food panda delivery services are much slower..I got the food and got shock that the malai kofta which i have ordered is sweet in taste..How should i eat sweet gravy with rumali and tandoori roti? I sent photos and requested a refund / replacement to a customer service person named as ASHUTOSH but that idiot is not ready to listen my problem he was repeating only 2 things hotel is correct and I apologies...hence i disconnected the chat after hearing these two sentences for half n hour.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    My name is Varun & I ordered 2 half kg cakes from foodpanda last night. I ordered 2 chocolate & peanut cake from 24X7 cake shop and the amount for the same was deducted for a total of Rs. 875. After sometime, I received the call from the Vendor (24X7 cake shop) & they informed that the cake was not available.

                                    They requested me to deliver chocolate truffle cake & the total amount was Rs. 725 for the same. Obviously, I was not convinced by the deal since I paid more then what I was getting so I didn't agree. I checked the website & requested them to send me 2 half kg Chocolate Walnut Cake & they said OK.

                                    However, when I received the order, it was 2 chocolate truffle cake only. I believe I have been fooled & thugged since I paid extra money for what I was delivered, please see the pictures of bill & the cake that was delivered.

                                    I would like to have the extra Rs 150 back & will be looking forward for your response over the email.

                                      I ordered two cold coffee from CCD, and after one and half hours, i get to know that my order was cancelled. I complained customer care many times, he took around 20 minutes to let me know that my order was cancelled, that's the worst customer service one could get, that's the worst online food ordering experience one can get. Pathetic Service! I'll never order from Food Panda again, that's for sure.

                                        I order food from their portal and after ordering for about an hour and a half the food gets delivered to me and that also after I went half the way to collect the food as the delivery boy was totally ignorant of the directions I provided. once I receive the food I was totally in shock looking at the the condition of the food. I returned the food immediately and raising a concern here. I shall also post the pics of state of delivery here.
