The Order was made on 21 Feb and around 8.00 pm . And then at 9 pm i received a call from the delivery boy stating that Hotel Atithi (Bangalore) was closed, and thus he came up saying that he could get an equivalent meal from another hotel.He then said that a suitable amount is going to be refunded as the meal he is going to bring is cheaper than ordered. I also received a mail from FOODPANDA about the refund of 62 rupees.The mail stated:-

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM FOODPANDA . I WILL DELETE MY ACCOUNT IT WAS A BLUNDERi was blunder to order from foodpanda guys dnt order from food panda
I placed order at 4.40 pm vide order no. y8ypvfz0 but the restaurant did not accept the order and at 5.40 pm I was informed that the amount paid by me online will be refunded within 7 days. They did not inform any reason for failure. I also do not know whether the sum will be refunded to me. Is it the practice of foodpanda to act like this regularly ?

    Hi ordered food through foodpanda on 26feb on 8:50 pm and eta was provided 60 mins. At 10:04 pm I got an SMS from restaurant that the order has been dispatched. Foodpanda jokers did not even update the status and the item never got delivered. This is happening 2nd time in last 4 months. Such unreliable service - I would say expected from idiotic company like foodpanda.

      Your agents, Submit and shah are the worst agents I have ever seen in my life.Shah had ego.He did not even reply properly. He even didn't feel sorry abt wht he did to me.He is too rude.Why u people hire such @gents?         Reference to order no: Order ID s0zl-jk8i, i have received the spoiled food and the Food Panda team is not ready to address my query on it. They are leaving the chat (Hope you can very well track it)

        I have told the Food panda executive in chat that refund is not required to me and at the same time the amount should not be released to restaurant because they dont deserve as they have provided the spoiled food without considering the safety of the public. Later i received a call from restaurant people and they agreed that they will come and check the food as there is no chance of spoiled food. But till ow, no one has come to check it.

        Later i inquired the Food panda and i hope they have already released the payment and ofcourse Foodpanda might have also taken their share itseems. On this issue, the executives are not ready to chat and saying restaurants are not ready to refund.

        I request to refund my money back or donate it to the government dept which will be used for the public.

          I ordered from mast kalandar today. The delivery time is 35 mins. I did not get any information for 90 mins. I contacted their customer care but did not get any proper relpy. Last week also i lost rs 210 when i ordered from american bites. I have lost around rs 1500 due to ur pathetic service. Today their customer care person kept me on hold for 45 mins. Pathetic service and harassing customers.

            When I checked at table only one item was there and some salad of onion in 3 packets with chutney

            I informed Foodpanda but they told restaurant is closed ask tomorrow I.e. today

            Fraud committed by Foodpanda or there rider or restaurant, but I think rider took some items in between restaurant and my home...

            Now they are not excepting there fault sad putting all blame on me ...

            I want full refund of 1100+ rupees which I paid

              My order number was s1en-bxjr and it was expected to deliver in 50 mins and I almost waited for more than one hour after that I called the resto and they even dont know where is my order and I chat with live support they dont have number of the person who is bringing my order and when I told him how can you third party without having his number so he dont have any answer, my issue is if I am trusting for food from this website they should do this.They just charged and quality is so bad, now when my food will come it should be wasted, they dont even care about this .kindly look into this matter.

                    I (Abhishek Pandey, [protected]) am a regular customer of Food Panda Service.As regular I placed order in foodpanda, order code is n4bi-dk9c. Foodpanda executive Mr. Devendra Kumar ([protected])first confirmed that my order has been placed and being prepared. Afterwards he called me and said we are placing your order in other restaurant, when I asked him not to do so and asked what is the problem and why you in first place confirmed my order. He abused me and said 'nahe ho rha tera order, cancel kr le..' and cuts the call.

                    Is this the way Food Panda or any service company should treattheir regular basis customers ??

                    I ordered chicken kandhari, which is a main course item from Ruchies restaurant through food panda, but they delivered some dry item which is not even chicken. Called back to restaurant, but no one received, even no response from food panda as well. The delivery was done at 11:45 pm, so got no other option other than to sleep hungry.

                      This is regarding Order ID s8ls-fx6m, the promised time for delivery was 60 mins. I ordered from Abhiruchi hotel.

                      I ordered the food at 7:45 PM, till now the food is not delivered. The food was prepared within first 20 mins.

                      Also I believe stale food was delivered, I had a bite of it and there is an after taste it seems.

                      My Dad had it and he is not feeling well. I want to take a legal action over foodpanda and Abhiruchi Hotel.

                      Food Panda talked to the Owner of the restaurant and he has agreed to call the customer in case they is a delay that is going to happen from their end. They have cancelled this order and have refunded the amount, as the food became stale and had to be thrown in garbage.

                        Hi it is really disappointing that food panda customer care is asking to pick the order next day. First thing the order came as pick up not sure why.. while I ordered it said free delivery. I immediately contacted customer care they said first restaurant closed. So boss refund then it's only 65. Then they are telling please pick it tomorrow. What nonsense is that. Neither I could not have dinner nor refund nor delivery.

                              Hi Sir,
                              We have tieup with foodpanda a month ago for our restaurant in electronic city phase 1, bangalore area.
                              Restaurant name: foodleshop
                              Restaurant code : s5bo

                              This is 3rd time am complaining about the android app problem of food panda ordering app.
                              Previously i sent the issue with screenshots also. Now also am not able to place orders from android app its keep on rolling especially in mornings. None of the android users are able to place orders in mornings due to some technical issue.

                              Its shame that one of the big delivery system across the world doesn't have a single app and technical staff to maintain the app in backend.

                              Due to foodpanda problem i lost most of the business since we are opened since morning 6.30 am - 11.30 am.

                              I want food panda to compensate for my loss with a clear explanation also. Otherwise i would proceed legally.

                              I would take this technical issue seriously since its directly affecting my business and causing loss for us for the past one month since we tie up with you.

                              I suggest FoodPanda to maintain some good technical team 24/7.

                                I had ordered food from this site online on 23rd december. The site was saying payment failure but my account was debited for three times. I neither got my ordered food nor the deducted amount it's 5 days late now also they are saying to wait for 24-48 hours. Now i want my refund. I had conversation with there customer care for three times i mailed them also but everything is useless. Kindly check the matter.

                                  Myself staying in shirol (Jaysingpur) herewith clarify & complaint that, against use of my card details fraud done by mr. Pramod kumar from gurgaon for which foodpanda, gurgaon agreed to reverse the amount debited rs496.46 to my account which they confirmed over phone & through mail but yet not reversed. Mr. Bharadwaj as well mr. Goyal & mr. Faisal simply telling all lies things and passing & wasting the time without solving the problem reported by me. The response from foodpanda is very very poor. This is happened on 23.11.2016 at 6.21 pm.
                                  Simply they are saying action is taken and in process but yet not resolved the issue so far and not yet responding to our mails.

                                  His all details of mail id, phone number, ip address through which he did the fraud. Please punish the person who did the fraud and how the transaction is takes place at foodpanda, gurgaon.

                                  Please take strong action against food panda. This problem is reported to foodpanda on 28.11.2016 & on continuous basis we are chasing with them over phone but very very poor response from foodpanda. Whatever details they had requited all we have provided them.
                                  I m Oder on rava dosa and planner tikka...But I received very poor quality...food

                                    With continuous followup from last 20days with food panda Head officers over phone & chat about the information given to them of deduction of money Rs496/-dated 23.11.2016 at 6.21pm against without placing any order fraud takes place and the detail of deduction is showing as against money paid to merchant foodpanda.As we were not at all aware about foodpanda and which is located @2500Km far from our place.This is related to cyber crime done by a fraud person, fraud through on line transaction with use of mine account .This is also informed to Food panda, Gurgaon but still they are not taking any action & not returned the money back to my account.Simply they are just wasting time without doing anything & not meeting their commitment .The name of those guys are Mr.Goyal & Mr.Bhardawaj from Food panda.This also pointed to their chief on the address [protected]@foodpanda.in but regret no action.

                                      December 3rd, 8:36pm food panda delivery boy came to deliver an order, after delivering the order on the way back, he lifts a helmet from apartment parking area. The person came on a bike holding a white packet, we have his name and phone number in our visitors records, but we dont want to deal with the person directly. We expect your delivery boys should maintain some ethics. We will go a head and post this video on police portal if this is not resolved in next 2 days..

                                      I've not received my order food since two hours from Mahesh Friends Food Center through Food panda, Bangalore. Please refund my money or give compensate that.

                                      Note: I received two different invoice bill for that. Both bills are different

                                        प्रिय महोदय/महोदया,

                                        मेरा नाम सुमित है और मै गुडगाँव में रहता हूँ | मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है | दिनांक 30 नवम्बर, 2016 को मैंने आपकी एप्लीकेशन पर दो आर्डर दिए थे | जोकि Midnight Sutra रेस्टूटडेंट को प्राप्त हुए | पहले आर्डर का समय 9:29 PM था और दूसरे आर्डर का समय 9:34 PM था | जिसका डिलीवरी समय 45 मिनट का था | 45 मिनट के बाद मैंने आपकी एप्लीकेशन के जरिये आपके ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी से बातचीत किया जिसमे मैंने उसको बोला की अब आप मेरे पास आर्डर मत पहुँचाना क्योंकि मुझको काफी जोरों की भूख लगी है और मैं कहीं पर जा कर खाना खा लेता हूँ आपका आर्डर पहुँचाने वाला काफी लेट हो गया है | जिसके बाद आपकी तरफ से कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं हुई । उसके तुरंत बाद मैंने किसी और रेस्टूटडेंट पर जा कर खाना खा लिया । जैसे ही मैं खाना खा कर उठा उसके तुरन्त बाद ही यानि की 10:47 PM पर आपके आर्डर पहुँचाने वाले लड़के का फ़ोन आ गया कि मैं आपका आर्डर ले कर आ गया हूँ जबकि मैंने आपको 37 मिनट पहले मना कर दिया था |

                                        आपका एप्लीकेशन उस समय भी ये ही दिखा रहा था कि आपका आर्डर अभी भी तैयार हो रहा है | जबकि मैंने इस से पहले जितने भी आर्डर किये मुझे हर बार आपकी एप्लीकेशन पर सब कुछ पता चल जाता था | कब आर्डर किया, कब आर्डर प्राप्त हुआ, कब डिलीवरी वाले ने पिक किया, कब वो वहां से चला और रेस्टूटडेंट से चलने से पहले हर बार आपका डिलीवरी वाला लड़का फ़ोन करता था कि श्री मान जी मैं आपका आर्डर ले कर आ रहा हूँ । परंतु इस बार कुछ भी ऐसा नहीं हुआ | जिसके कारण आपके और हमारे बीच संचार-व्यवस्था ( Communication ) का अन्तर हो गया था जिस कारण से मुझको ये आर्डर स्थागित करना पड़ा |

                                        घर आने के बाद मैंने आपके ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी से बातचीत किया जिसमे मैंने उससे पूछा कि मेरे पैसे किस तरीके से वापिस हो सकते हैं । परंतु उन्होंने साफ-साफ मना कर दिया कि हमारे यहाँ पर पैसे वापिस नहीं हो सकते आपको वो आर्डर रेस्टुरेंट पर जा कर लेना पड़ेगा |

                                        जबकि मैं खाना खा चुका था और अब वो आर्डर मेरे लिए बेकार था ।

                                        अगर आपने आर्डर समय पर पहुँचाया होता तो ऐसा नहीं होता |

                                        मैं उनको पहले ही बोल चूका था कि अब आर्डर की डिलीवरी न करें |

                                        और अगर आपकी एप्लीकेशन हर काम को सही से दिखाती तो शायद मैं दूसरी जगह पर जा कर खाना नहीं खाता |
                                        उसके बाद मैंने उनको एक ईमेल किया जिसमे मैंने उनको मेरे पैसे वापिस करने के लिए बोला परंतु उन्होंने मुझको ये कह कर मन कर दिया कि हमने आपका आर्डर आपके दोस्त को दे दिया जबकि मैं और मेरा परिवार ही मेरे घर पर रहता है और हम लोग अभी घर से बाहर खाना खाने गए हुए थे । अब आप ही बताये मैं क्या करूँ और कहाँ इस कमीनो की शिकायत करूँ |
