Hi,
I had ordered food through Food Panda site from Eatsome Restaurant in Pune for 180 rs a month back.But due to some payment gateway issue, my money got deducted but my order was not confirmed.
So after that till today I have contacted the Food Panda Customer Care for 5-6 times, but they are not willing to return my money saying that It will take 5-8 business days...but it has been 25-30 days and i din't hear anything from them.
So requesting you to sue them, so that they can't cheat with anyone else like this in future.
Requesting for prompt action against them.

    Resp. sir I mast Shrirang wants to hereby notify you that my order no r5ps-e2af/1 was completely incorrectly delivered I ordered a margherita pizza and I was given a pizza full of onions. and as per our culture we are not allowed to eat onions in these days. so this was a complete cheating & I request a refund, as my parents are blaming me

      Through food panda i ordered Hyderabadi Dum Biryani Chicken from Khanabadosh. When i went to take the delivery, i had 500 rs with be and the bill was of 240, so i gave the money and asked the delivery boy to give me change he gave me change and then said that i am yet to give him 500. I told him I had. Even the office guard was there he said i had. He kept insisting that i did not. They said they want to see the footage. It being a weekend no one from the IT team was there so we can not show the footage. also there is no grantee that the thing was captured in the footage. The the manager of Khanabadosh called me and misbehaved. I called food panda even they did not support. Date- 10/24/15 Time-10:11

        Horrible experience #Foodpanda! I placed an order today at Subway via foodpanda...i didnt receive a confirmation for more than half an hour nor did their lousy customer care bother to receive any calls. So i placed an order directly somewhere else. So after around 45 mins, i receive a confirmation from this lousy food service. By this time, i had already recieved my order which i had placed somewhere else. So when i try to cancel the order via #foodpanda, their rude customer care folks refuse to cancel the order and are totally unapologetic for this mess. #Pathetic #Lousy customer care and #Foodpanda/ Totally disappointed!!!

          Dear Sir/Mam
          I have placed a order by Using Food Panda App at 9:07PM. My User ID is ([protected]@gmail.com). But i didn't get any msg from Food panda. And after a long time i did a call on Food Panda Customer Care[protected] ant the executive told me they your order is under process please wait for 10 minutes. Then i again wait for 10 mints. But Event after 10 mints i didn't get a msg then i called back (10:18 PM) again. Now a lady picked my call and saying me that your order is cancelled by the restaurant. And a refund ticket is raised from food panda. But they didn't inform me for a single time for that. Me and my family is having Fast today and we didn't eat a single bite from morning. And the lady is saying me that you will get your refund in 5-7 days. Now please tell me one thing at this particular time what should we eat the initiated amount or the food panda app.
          Me and my family will highly thankful to you if you take a correct action for this kind of activity.

            I had placed an order on 12th October with food club restaurant through food panda at 2100 hrs. I had to rigorously follow up for getting my order delivered at 2230 hrs. While having the dinner I realised that complete order was nt delivered. I called up d restaurant who rudely responded that we have delivered full order. It is imperative for food panda to check the credibility and quality of restaurants aggregated by him.

              Today I have ordered food through foodpanda.in mobile. Order confirmed at 12:44 hrs rightnow 14.57hr more than 2 hours food was not came. I was little sick that's why I am ordering online. I called "chowringhee" restuarent which was in channa market, Karol bagh, they r saying food on the way at 14.00hrs. But till response no food came. Help me this rediculas.

                Now I am a very loyal and consistent foodpanda user. I have paced orders for all across the country and never once placed an issue till now. It's unbelievable how uncooperative the customer care services have become. Now I have faced two consecutive foodpanda issues in two consecutive days. The first problem was quickly resolved, however my food was delayed by an hour. The main issue that I am facing right now is the order I placed from one of the restaurants called Masala Delight. In the app you type in your location and they show you restaurants that deliver to your place. However after the payment and confirmation. The order went to the other address in another locality altogether and never reached me. I had once placed an order from that other address, but this time I had specifically chosen Ashram as the locality and placed the order for that address. Now when I complained to the customer care, he made me believe that Masal Delight doesn't deliver in Ashram at all. However in the image I have shared, which is a screenshot from the app, you can see that his statement was false. So he made me believe that I made a confused mistake when it was indeed a technical glitch on their part. Now they are refusing to refund the amount I paid or admit to their fault. I require a refund of INR 245 and a sincere apology for all the inconvenience that has been caused due to their confusion. I neither got the food or my money back.

                  Food panda is an online food provider. company name pisces eservices pvt. ltd. we booked sandwiches for the first time as guests were inhouse. i received a confirmation message and online payment for the same. later their executive called me and showed their inefficiency in providing our order. i told him to revert the payment made earlier in this reference, but he denied the payment made cannot be reverted back. for your ready reference the online payment transaction reference number of sbi is ig0aryyll7 for rs. 540/- on 18/09/15 at 09:25 pm. the executive further asked me to make order for something else, from some other restaurant, this is how we felt betrayed. even then i to compensate my loss i placed an order for vegetable biryani's from element lounge and restaurant (vardhaman nagar) with approximate delivery time 60 min. but no order was delivered nor the amount is reverted back. i tried to call the company but could not contact. i kept on calling to the restaurant but no one picked the phone and after that the no. was switched off. element lounge and restaurant did not respond nor the food panda responded to our order, and in this manner we were left helpless in front of our guests. we were expecting the order by late night, and due to this all the other restaurants of the city were also closed. this was a real mess. kindly help us

                    I ordered chicken from foodpandaindia, the vendor name was hii mirchii, jabalpur, he send me blood laiden chicken piece. When i complained to him, he misbehaved with me and told me not to order again. When i complained to foodpanda customer care, no resolution provided to me. Foodpanda customer agent barkha rawat misbehaved with me and told me not to order again from foodpanda. Foodpanda customer support is favouring vendor and fooling customers and playing with customers health. Foodpanda just gave me resolution to keep quiet and not to order again from foodpandaindia. No action has been taken against that fraud and cheap vendor. It has been 27 days since i have raised complaint, but no resolution given to me When i complained to foodpandaglobal, they blocked me on twitter Foodpanda agent meenakshi gave me threatening call to keep quiet, Worst customer support, fooling & cheating customers Foodpandaindia is suppressing customer voice & supporting fraud & cheap worst quality vendors I want justice

                    Wrong order delivery- Non Veg

                    We had ordered a veg Chole Wrap. Box8 delivered a chicken wrap. Since my son found it spicy, I opened the wrap, was shocked to see Chicken instead of Chole.
                    thats a sad story...foodpanda threatening customer????? this shall be taken seriously.
                    that peice looks all blood. u shud go to media for this. and have recoring of threatening calls.
                    I have waited more than 3 hrs multiple times, and the customer support asks to treat this as an exception. They give voucher to compensate your hunger and the foolish customer accepts it as a gift.
                    This is how Foodpanda is running their business
                    I placed an order and the order was picked from restaurant .. and later the so called foodpanda delivery boy switched off his phone and ate the food and threw back empty box at the restaurant and i was like a fool waiting for the person to deliver my food. Earlier too i had issues with food panda and they never refund the money. Noida is now facing this issue everyday with local delivery boys looting us .

                      I was provided with coupon which when trying to order did not work out. After talking to customer care I founf out that support staff Shiva tried to explain me that website might not be working at their end, which I found out after talking to Ajay Senior manager customer care I was given option that next order would be given off as per the voucher. My concern is they dont mention that their website might not be functional during payment and if this happens customers should call customer care. None of this happens with any website in India. I had to sleep with a lot of guilt tonight that people are being fooled around without any information on their domain. However I had paid total amount (without coupon being applied). Its depressing to see the common man being fooled with such big ventures. I want to sue them as inappropriate information on public domain and penalize them just because these are people responsible for making people sleep without food

                      Are bloody managers and customer care support, whom I talked to after placing my order despite being provided with voucher, which doesnt work. What they say customer care should be advised before making payment. Bloody food panda is making fool of people giving them vouchers which doesnt apply when you. These bloody people are just making money by fooling around. My next step is I am going to sue them in consumer court.
                      I would advise everyone who orders from food panda that never do this mistake. They are going to fool you by providing leaked food and no voucher being applied

                        I had ordered food from LA kababiya restaurant via foodpanda online site on 30.08.2015 at 1.22 pm( order no 000006) The food provided was horrible: 1) the onions served in salad were probably dipped in phenyl, the floor disinfectant and smelled of same. Phenyl is potentially poisonous when consumed. 2) The tandoori rotis were extremely hard & dry (jawbreaker) and unsuitable for consumption The restaurant when contacted on their phone number[protected] and[protected], merely said sorry and took no rectifying action. They will probably continue to serve the horrible food to customers . The foodpanda site has no system for registering consumer complaints. They will probably do so only after a food poisoning death happens due to food ordered from them Need the foodpanda organization to take up the complaint and take necessary action against the restaurant.

                          Hi, Here are the details : Data of Incident : 18 July 2015 Order Id : m2js-v7qw Full Description : I ordered on 18th July 2015 in Food Panda (https://www.foodpanda.in/) from Kaati Zone through my mobile application for IOS. The final bill was Rs 543. I used 300 off coupon and the amount I paid after that was Rs 243. When I got the receipt sent by them on mail, there was a calculation mistake there. They have charged approximately Rs 63 extra. FoodPanda should give the correct bill and should compensate all the people they have charged extra for this.

                            Hi, I have ordered from foodpanda app three times to a particular vendor. Three times the vendor rejected the order since I was using the foodpanda coupons. Foodpanda never called to inform the order was cancelled, only after i check them they come back to me. I want the proper response from the foodpanda team and refund me double the amount i paid online.

                              Placed a order for food yesterday night from my account with mobile no. [protected] but despite of showing and deducting amount from my paytm account the order was not confirmed or delivered by foodpanda stating that payment was not through and as a result I have to sleep all hungry despite of paying for my food and on contacting their customer care a ridiculous reply that money will be refunded if order is not confirmed this shows their commitment towards the poor hungry customer trusted their services simply useless now on I will call the restaurant directly to ensure that I will never sleep hungry again

                                Hi, I have ordered the food from kings foodnation restaurant in indirapuram. And i found a bone of chicken in my Veg item. I am a pure vegetarian and it is not acceptable for me to happen such incident. I have not eaten the food after found a chicken bone in my food. I request you to please take any necessary action.                                   Hi, I have placed an order (Order No.:n7ur-p6me) by 28 Jul 2015. The Food Panda team cancelled my order due to restaurent not available. So I requested for re-imbursement. The next day I received a mail as "Reimbursement Pending". After that I have not received any update. For this failure transaction, they provided gift voucher and it was not used by me for a week. After a week I tried to place an order using this voucher and application said it is INVALID. After customer care confirmation, voucher used by some one in GURAGON where Food Panda customer care is located and GURAGON is voucher allocated location. Now the Question is : 1. Basically I am from chennai location, then how come I order in Guragon? 2. I have not received any order confirmation for this order in my mobile? 3. This order shows "Raghul" as user name, my name is as you know "Vijayan" 4. have u confirmed to my mobile number with that order? 5. The password no one know apart from myself, in that case how come third party know the login credentials? 6. In that case you people are cheating the customer/ your customer care persons are mis-using the customers details? 7.In that case I think you people can misuse my payment information also?

                                      Yesterday i. E. On 23.07.2015 at about 9:00pm i placed an order from food panda in 'khana khazana' (https://www.foodpanda.in/restaurant/n4yd/khana-khazana-bannerghatta-bilekahalli... of rs.415 which became rs.215 after coupon. I did payment by internet banking o[censored]bi bank, the payment of rs.215 got deducted from my account but no order was placed I called on "[protected]" four times but no response was received thereafter. I also mailed them on "[protected]@foodpanda.in", but stilled no communication is received Kindly tell me what should i do now for this inconvenience. Waiting for your fast and positive response. Contacted restaurant, but they informed me that FoodPanda has not placed any order with them. Could not contact Food Panda over phone hence emailed the issue to customer care.
