Hi team,

In reference to order placed under t8uz-0nde, failed to deliver within a reasonable time and outside of the agreed deadline is considered to be a breach of contract.

It is really unexceptionable and would initiate official complain against the food panda and the local vendor.
If not reasonable argument has been shared with me with given period of time, i would file official complain in court.

    I ordered cake from food panda from restaurant cake bhandar. the order was cancelled by the restaurant. I paid through paytm...the money was deducted from my account but I didn`t receive the refund..my order number was r3zn-yxbt/1. I mailed the company but haven`t received any reply from them. they say on the website that the refund would be made within 24 hours but I haven`t recived any confirmation of my refund. the order was made on 9th December 2016 at 8 p.m

      This is in regards to my order dated Dec 4 2016, Sunday evening for a Dominos Pizza.

      I have requested for dominos pizza delivery to my resident at 8:18 pm through FoodPanda App and paid for the same through my debit card. I waited for almost 1 hour and when i have not received any delivery. I contacted the folks for the delivery. Initially they asked me to wait for another 5-10 mins as they mentioned that delivery is already out and on the way. However, I never received it for another couple of hours. Atlast, when I tried contacting this food panda live chat, they said contact Dominos store that too around 11:30 pm. There was no one to pick up the call at dominos general number. Later on when I requested for the money back since no pizza was delivered to me after waiting for 4+ hours. This food panda refused to entertain me and start using foul language. Never ever use this crap service.

      I have placed an order on Dec 7 for a bill amount of 3852.64 and the order was cancelled as the food did not arrive.
      I was promised the money to be refunded. Could you please take immediate action and food panda should act for responsible for customers money.
      I tried to talk to customer care executive but there is no means.

        I had ordered the food through the food panda.Money has been deducted from my account but the order was place but no food has been served to me.I wrote mail to paytm as well as food panda but no reply from both the merchant even i tried the customer support number but it not worth.No one cares about their customer facing such issues.

        On next day i got a call from food panda regarding the refund but till date it not happned and the TAT is also finished.

        What should i do if such thing happens then who will use this again.

            Really disappointed with foodpanda today. Will never make a mistake of ordering food with them again and Will also make sure that people I know will stop ordering food with foodpanda. Made me wait for 45 minutes and then called in informing that it won't be possible to deliver food. Happening for the 3rd time. Their service to deliver food and also the supervisor whom I spoke to 'vivek Singh' both are good for nothing. They need to Teach him how to handle customer. Great going!!! Worst service ever!!!
            I have ordered food through food panda at sighri vikas puri but the vendor had refused order citing currency issue and I have already made online payment.. So how will I get my money back

                This is regarding order number: n7oe-vbq2 placed with food panda on 23-Oct-2016, when the order was placed due to some technical issues from your side the money was deducted and the order was not placed. On checking the customer service initial i was informed that the refund would be given by 24 hours and since there was no refund. I had checked again wherein they told me it would take 48 hours. It is 07-Nov-2016 and still the money has not been credited to my account. On 07-Nov-2016 i had rechecked with the customer service who informed me that the refund would take 5-7 working days but as of today it is the 11 day.

                In addition i have the complete conversation with the customer care executive Sapna on this issue who kept telling me same. This is the latest information given by her which i have copy pasted here who told me they have initiated the refund after 11 days.

                  I have ordered from foodpanda on 26-October-2016. I have ordered for Rohini Delhi. Order ID m9oa-nd2k . I received a message that order will get delivered in 30 minutes. After 25 minutes I receied a call from Pizza hut that where is your society in sector 13. I was surprised as my location is sector 24. I said its for sector 24. They said sorry sir you have to pic up the order as the address mentioned is for sector 13.

                  I checked the mail, the address is for sector 24, but showing Chennai instead of New delhi in mail. I asked for refund, they said they dont know that food panda has ordered it and asked me to call foodpanda for this. This is height of food panda non-sense. The same thing happened to me with foodpanda earlier as well. they are such stupid people.

                  I need the rsolution of such stupid things and money from food panda instantly.

                    Hello team,
                    It's not accepted from you guys I got m food with delay of 45 mins n food was not warm due to this.kindly refund the money immediately as we didn't had that food at all.

                    I had called them and had live chat with food panda team with every time getting tat of 10 mins which is extended to 45 to 50 mins of delay in delivering the food.
                    I also ask them to refund the money which was not initiated later.

                      If you are hungry and want to order some delicious food, Never Ever order from Foodpanda. You'll end up waiting for the order to be deliver and these thieves well not refund your money back for not delivering and you have to go through all the pain.

                      @Shameless Foodpanda, if you guys want to make money, don't play with people's hunger and emotions. A day will come soon where you die eating money and never get food.

                        I have ordered online food from food panda app, hotel name was "food ozone 5" pimple saudager, pune order was of 3 paratha gobi, aalo and mix veg. After eating more than half meal we both( me and my friend ) started feeling bad sweating, rise in hart beats, dizziness. So immediately we drink a bottle of water and vomited what we eat. We had keep a sample of what we had with us . Can you please suggest what should be our next step?

                          Order food at 10.56pm “batman food delivers”, till now not getting food. I call them at 11.10pm to inform my registered number not reachable and i gave them new number and reconfirm the other mobile number. they said 40 minutes to take reach food. till 12.20am nothing happen i called them again asking what happen, they said 20 minutes to reach food, after 12:40am again i called them they excusing my number was not reachable, so the delivery is delay to take 15min now 1:25am no food reach yet
                          Life ever worst service. food panda helpline is helpless.

                            I have placed food order from food panda and I have selected CHAWALA'S 2 (SECTOR 18).food is not delivered even after 2:30 hour after staring of 2:30 hour . I called customer care of foodpanda they said "you haven't mentioned your add. correctly it was wrong" (mentioning landmark in add is going to consider wrong address by food panda). i have got call of address confirmation.

                            shweta/swati was disaster she told me to refund and complementary food she called me again and gave me her condolences on death of her promise.

                            Lalit was painful. he was always stuck on same line(sir you have mentioned wrong add)

                            such a robot.

                                Hi, i am facing a consistent issue with foodpanda. When ever i place an order my payment is never successful at once. Money is always deducted from my account but they never confirm they payment. I call to their customer care they are never assured of the payment status. Last time i called them 4 times to know my order status at 1st call they said the order is confirmed, i waited for an hour but did not get any message.in second call again it happened.in 3rd call they said the payment is not done so it is not confirmed. Even i asked them to cancel my order they did not canceled it and i had to call them again for the cancellation status. Please take some action against it

                                  I had placed online order for food delivery from FoodPanda, did not receive the delivery even after waiting for more than 2 hours when promised time was within 1 hour. After contacting the customer care i was told the order amount also cannot be refunded even if the order has not been delivered.

                                  I have all transaction details and logs for the order placed and even the statement from food panda that they will not give me refund even though i did not receive my order
                                  I ordered food by 8pm and it's 10pm now. Till now it's not delivered. They are still telling as I will get in half an hour. 2.5 hours for delivering one dish is worst. It's the worst ever app I used as customer service by delivery. I'm still waiting for this idiotic delivery guy.

                                    Hi Team - I wasted 50 rupees trying calling the customer care at food panda just to get the restaurant phone number and location. I was not able to get the phone number even by 8:30 yesterday. Guest arrived little early at my home I was only searching for my food by i did not have restaurant location and contact person, contact no . I had no choice but to order to order another food pack for them by that time. After all this i got message at 8:34 pm with my order confirmation with contact info. I was manage to get the food after so many trouble anyhow It was pathetic in taste Just because the taste of food I spoiled my night. I have n't had bad food in the history of my life.

                                    after all this you need to work on these things.

                                    1. Just a small request to Food panda give a direct line of customer care
                                    2. The moment we order food we should have contact info add, ph no, location, contact person.
                                    3.Before listing any restaurant food panda team should check and quality of the food.

                                    If this would have done by you I have n't had spoiled my night and my money.

                                      Every time when i place order, it gets rejected, as the reason restaurant is closed, however it always open on their website but foodpanda rejects it. and then the call to select some other restaurant and forcefully you have to choose it and then they ask for extra amounts and all to be beared by customer giving their policy excuses.
                                      This entire process takes an hour, and the customer is harassed, and he left hungry for the entire duration. and even when he selects some other option on their website, and pay extra amount as well, he is again waited for 1 more hr to get the food delivered.in short even after so much of trouble, he have to wait for 3-4 hrs to get the food delivered.

                                        After waiting for a long time no one has delivered the food. And also one is there in food panda customer care to support and track the order.

                                        Please take a serious action against foodpanda and new royal treat.
