The Fuel injectors made by Continental are getting issues within 1, 00, 000 km. Hence while inquiring the Ford Figo model of 2010, 2011, 2012 are facing this issues and no further announcement from the manufacturing side to clam or replace within the Warranty duration. After the warranty period the injectors are getting failed after which it is too costly to replace.

    This is to inform you, that the service people at the dealership have tampered with my car's headlight switch and since then it has stopped working.
    I had given my Ford Figo for annual service at your dealership in Verna, Goa-Princely Motors Pvt. Ltd. on October 8th, 2022. Later in the afternoon, the service advisor (Ratesh Naik) called and informed me that the head light switch had malfunctioned and has to be replaced, which I refused since the switch was working fine just the night before and it was working fine even during the pre-service inspection. There was little play in the switch assembly, which was acceptable to me.

    Later in the evening, when I went to pick up my car, the service advisor stated that the switch had malfunctioned. When I checked it, it was clearly evident that the switch had been tampered with or may have been swapped with a faulty one.

    The service advisor refused to listen to my complaint and clearly stated that the switch had malfunctioned and had not been physically damaged. I had also complained about the same to the service managers, Ms. Dabolkar and Mansoor Shaikh, but the response from them was lackadaisical. For them it is just a 2500/- rupees switch which customer will replace anyhow.

    The question is not about the 2500/-switch. How should I trust them now ? They must have done the same jugglery with other parts also. It is very frustrating to see this situation after being a loyal customer for the last 7 years.

    Also, Ford customer care didn't provide any satisfactory resolution.

    I hope my concerns will get addressed.

      I did go to orchid ford bypass road meerut for a clame of back light and bumper which is break by a accidant, then I reach work shop I listien a extra unknown sound, then I ask for a chekup the told me to pay the fee and start the chek, after chekup he give me estemate of Rs 10000, then I denay to repair and ask to do the body shop job, but to day then I come to take dilevery of my car, my car is Breakdown, ..         Due to sound coming while braking in September 1st week, my Ford aspire was sent to Chennai Ford, Arumbakkam for service. They replaced the brake drum and shoe and gave a bill of Rs.8500. Again the same issue started and they took the car for 10days and said that it was fully checked and the issue is resolved. But the same issue persists.

            I am using a 2013 model Ford Ecosport Reg No. WB02-AD-8283)
            Last week I faced the problem of the Reverse gear (R) not working. The front gears (D, S) were working. I contacted the service center (Kaikan Ford). They picked up the car. Now they have quoted an estimate of INR 1, 52, 000.00 + taxes (total 1.72 lacs). This is an unbelievable amount.

            My car has always been a single person driven one. I always got it serviced from authorised service center at proper time & intervals. My car is never overused. Its always maintained well.

            The snag developed on its own. I did some enquiry and got to know that the Ecosport model of 2013-14 has this problem of Reverse gear ceasing to work. The service center personnel in charge of my car also told me that he had recently handles a similar case and the car was a make of the same period.

            I have been using and maintaining my car properly. Still, the problem has arise due to mechanical defects. Now, I am being asked to pay to rectify it. This is absolutely not acceptable. This is a manufacturing problem / technical problem and should be resolved by the manufacturer (Ford). Why should I pay such an exorbitant amount of money for no fault of mine?

              We have owned an Ecosport car having Regt No WB 24 BA 6360. Recently on 08.09.22 I visited Kaikan Ford Chetla workshop as my windshield got cracked due to some unavoidable circumstances.
              The service advisor asked to change the glass along with sensor and final bill ammounted to Rs 10091/-.
              I have taken delivery of the car after general inspection of car and while it was minutely inspected at home found that:-
              1) wiper moving towards outside of glass.
              2) one of the wiper cap got missing.
              3) there was visible white gum like things over joint area of glass.
              4) while inspected from inside of car, it found that there was almost 1 inch gap between glass and edge of dashboard, which caused visible the padding area of the edge.
              5) stains of black pasting solution found here and there making the roof of car dirty.
              6) The old sensor did not returned, as it is the standard policy to return the replaced parts of car.
              7) cowl cap is not fitted accurately.

              While, all the things have reported to the service advisor further and asked to send the car, and accordingly send it further to the workshop.
              But I was shocked to see that the other problem remaind same except sl no 2 & 3.
              The advisor keep telling me that it is usual to have gap between windshield and dash board edge.
              It is clear that while installing the windshield they did not fit it properly, which leads this type of situation, that completely unacceptable after a huge expenses.
              If the service like that received from an authorised service centre, how do we customer like us keep faith on Ford and its commitment.
              Please, look into the matter and oblige.

                    I'm very frustrated while sending this email that the service of my Ford Ecosport done during the running period of 30K Kms has lead me into a great vein. The service was done on 07/07/2022 and as a part of service we had also advised them to have a check on the wheel alignment of the front tyres of the vehicle. Right after the service we are right now facing the issue of wheel wobbling, and now it is very much painful to see that the front tyres of the vehicle have been burned out very intensively which will cost me a lot during this situation.
                    i'm expecting a positive reply from your end. I hereby attach the photographs of the tyre please have a close observation.

                      Dear Team,

                      You all should know what Ford officials are doing at service centre.

                      On 25th July 22, Ford Auth. service centre official hit my car badly to the wall of service centre. I sent the car for a minor repair i.e. Engine gaurd replacement.

                      After incident i receive a call stating that my car hits to the wall and needs to repair. For repair and replacement we need your insurance copy, Registration copy and licence etc. Other things we will take care for you car, and you need not to pay anything.

                      Firstly i deny to provide all the documents. Later senior official told me that it is not our sole responsibility, it is also customer responsibility if any car hits by official of ford in service centre also.

                      Then they convinced me and takes all the documents and told me that this history will not be seen anywhere. Most important thing ford service centre they repair my car and made a huge invoice bill of 2, 61, 774/-.” Also ford made a respectable amount earning through this car.

                      This is not acceptable, I don’t know this is accidentally or intentionally wherein @FordIndiaHelp is making money through this practice. How come you are making me fool by taking my insurance copy to repair the vehicle and telling me it will not show online.

                      Today when i want to sell my car and want to purchase a new car. I am not getting the resale value of this car due to accidental history traced by every pre owner car dealer. I am not getting more than 5 lacs instead of getting 8-9 lacs for my car.

                      I don’t want to continue with this car. @FordIndiaHelp @FordService Please take this car back to your ford service centre and give me my IDV value of car. Else i will escalate this matter of fraud to every social media platform and regulatory authorities.

                      The fault was of ford official and i am facing the issues, This cheating cannot be accepted. Please take this car back and provide me the IDV of car asap. Attached invoice copy and photograph for your reference.

                        I have given my car for servicing at bowenpally mody ford center and as i couldn't pay the large sum of amount which was estimated before the service i took back the vehicle and parking charges which were asked where paid. when on delivery they stolen the spare wheel and jack when i asked for it they said i am lying and i am the theif now. worst experience managers and service reps were rude and so irresponsible.

                            Hi Team,

                            I had worst experience at Swarn Ford Kanpur

                            I feel no one in this unit is dedicated to work rather they are looking out ways to just make money and make the working thing into a non working one

                            Here are the details below for the complete incident

                            I bought a second hand ford Ecosport diesel 2015 model and because i was facing some warning light issue, so i brought my car to Swarn Ford for inspection/diagnose and a general service dated 25/7/2022

                            I was assigned Mr. Santosh Shukla as the service advisor

                            Initially, it all started with the diagnose and clutch replacement as santosh shukla told me that the issue could also be because of clutch being so hard.

                            So i agreed and gave the approval for clutch replacement

                            Post that, he called me up and said that the diesel is not of good quality and that is the issue why the warning light is visible and also told me that complete diesel tank and the pipes need to be cleaned in order to resolve the issue.

                            I was highly doubtful regarding the diesel issue as i have two other cars at home(Toyota Etios Liva and Toyota Innova) which are every single time being filled from the same pump and from the same nozzle from last 10 years

                            I told him but he tried manipulating the situation and asked me that he had to anyhow clean the tank and cannot use that diesel. Note: The car was completely filled as i went outstation and came back to record the mileage. Still i agreed as i wanted my car to be repaired completely.

                            After this also this guy didn't stop and asked me to change the complete diesel filter assembly.

                            And even after that when the issue didn’t resolved, he opened my injector pumps and broke them while opening kept me in dark without telling me.

                            It was already 8-9 days when i finally asked him the progress and he told that he will have to get my injectors repaired in Ford Chennai which will take 15 days of time. He also told me that it is quite possible that all the 4 injectors need to be replaced which will cost around[protected].

                            At this time i was shocked to hear as after all this effort and wasting all my precious time and resources, i am still facing that issue.

                            So i was completely annoyed and decided not to go ahead any further.

                            I went to their place and talked to the service manager (Mr. Prakash Nayar) and Swarn Ford owner( Mr. Gurpreet Singh).

                            Even after talking to them, i didn't not get any satisfactory response for all the troubles i faced and getting my money wasted in so many other things, i finally asked them to reorganise my car and give me back as i gave them in a proper working condition.

                            Note: I need to mention one more thing which i forgot, i am highly suspicious that they have replaced my battery with a non working one as when i gave them the car, it had no issue except for the warning light. But after 11 days of my car being parked inside their service center, the battery suddenly got discharged.

                            Since they were doubtful that my car will reach my home still i asked them to drop my vehicle at my place. They them self knew that they have destroyed my car, so they sent my car through a new driver who just got hired in swarn ford.

                            When my car reached my place, i knew at that very moment that they have completely ruined my car. It was sounding so bad. It was sounding totally like a Tractor and not like a car. I was totally ferocious at that moment.

                            When i asked the driver who brought my car, he told me that he was just asked by the team to drop my car at my place.

                            Further he also told me that the car didn’t start in the service center directly and 3-4 people pushed the car and started it manually. When it got started it was sounding like a tractor/generator as i already stated, the driver asked the Ford person why it is sounding so bad, so he asked him to tell that the fan is broken and just not to ask any question and drop the car.

                            I will be attaching the video where he has stated everything.

                            I would request Ford India to seriously look into this matter and make sure these untrained professionals don’t t loot people. I have completely lost my faith on Swarn Ford Kanpur and never ever going there.

                            Please look into this matter at the earliest and provide me proper compensation for so much of trouble and wastage of my time and money and resources.

                              I want a spare part only for my ford figo titanium car, they are agree to give me the parts over telephone but when i come at 12.30pm for it, They sat me for a long time and said that we are not given parts like this.they gave me option for wait till 2nd half and they also said that after service card opening and labour charges apply then gave me the parts but i can't understand why they told me wait till 2nd half and why labour charges applied, I just needed parts only. I don't hope this type of misbehavior from ford company

                                This is to state that we had given our Ecosport Car No. HR26DB1675 at your Harpreet Ford service station near Hero Honda Chowk in Gurugram on the 25th May'22, and it is almost two months and we have not got the car back yet.

                                As per initial inspection of the car, we were told that the water has entered into the car, and it will take anything from 15 to 20 days for us to get the car back. Now it has been 55 days, and there is no sign of we getting the car back, though since last week everyone at the Harpreet ford right from the VP level, to the GM to floor manager to service representative are telling us that we will get the car, (initial date given by the vice president to us was 17th July, then they said, 18th, then 19th, then 20th, yesterday they said today but the day is almost over and there is no one who has any politeness to let us know when will we get the car back.

                                We have a very strong feeling that the officials at Harpreet Ford are using our car for personal use since they are keeping us in the dark over everything right from the beginning on the expenses to be incurred on the car, to the timelines.

                                We would like to submit a formal complaint against Harpreet Ford, and want a full investigation in our case as to why till today we have not received the car even after promises made by everyone from the senior most people to our service representative within the company.

                                Look forward to a quick reply and action on the same.

                                  I have purchased Ford Figo Aspire Titanium from your Udupi showroom on 29th May 2018. My car number is KA20MC1413.

                                  I am writing to let you know that the date of purchase was wrongly mentioned in Ford's online system and my warranty expired on 28th January 2022 instead of 28th May 2020. I have taken the extended warranty for 2 years too. But now I will get the extended warranty till 28th January 2024 instead of 28th May 2024.

                                  Isn't it fraud modifying the purchase date? Is FORD a FRAUD Company? I have attached the invoice for your quick reference.

                                  Hope you can go through it, verify and get me the warranty as per the purchase date/invoice attached.

                                  Hope this will conclude here and I do not want to go further legally to claim this, instead I want to get it sorted out here itself.

                                    My name is Sachin Sharma. Having a ford Eco Sport vehicle no. is DL10CF-3152 (Model[protected].5 Ti VCT AT Titanium) . I have never seen such a bad engine, system failure and pathetic service in any service showroom till date. So far I have spent so much money on this car. I have spent so much money on it, in which a new car would have come.

                                    At first, your automatic system failed in a little rain, for which your service center people took a lot of money from me. After getting it done, your car starts to have an engine overheat and the red symbol shows engine failure. And now the Delhi Ford service center located in Okhla is asking me for 2 lakh rupees for engine replacement.

                                    My car has run only 60000km and your engine warranty is upto 2 lakhs. This is my single handed car and I drive the car very carefully and keep it very maintained. Please get my engine replacement done free of cost. This fault belongs to the manufacturing unit of your vehicle. you should not get your internal defects rectified by the customer pocket.

                                    Your service Delhi Ford Service center has ruined my whole car. I gave them the car in fine condition only for the overheat but how many things they spoiled in it. Please get all the work of my car repaired free of cost.. as my car was before, I want it back in that same condition.

                                        I was told by the sales executive that there is smell of diesel due to leakage in diesel feeder pump. So I got it changed. Now I'm traveling, and I have covered a distance of only around 100 kms approx. And my car consumed 22 lts of oil.
                                        I'm surprised what kind of checking the company has done. This is pure example of lack of knowledge and very untrained staff..
