I have a complaint regarding not repairing my car since from long time ago, its been almost 6 month my car hasn't been repair, in fact the servicing dealer are not responding my call they have already charge 25k in advance,
Iam very upset with the behavior of tinsukia servicing dealer.

    My car no KA 05MP6515 I have te car for servicing on 6/12/21. The car was serviced in such a pathetic manner. It was not even washed and sent.

        Gear shifting issues

        Dear concern,

        I have been driving Ford Endeveour since one year.
        Every time giving in service I mention to check the gears which give a very drastic jerk shifting between 2-4 gears.

        But the problem has not been resolved.

        Once the jerk was so hard that my 2 years daughter fall off and hurt herself on head.

        In future it could be more dangerous.

        Dear Representative,
        I beg your pardon for the support which is not extended to me in giving my car repaired.
        Vehicle: TN05 BA4074 which was flood affected on 9th and same day it was transferred to Ambattur Branch on their acceptance. Next day they were revoked by not accepting and transferred to Poona mallee Branch. Till now there is no keen update from the service advisor, and I am unable to get the commitment from them. Daily I have been following but 3 advisors who took initiation were not able to update me. They always give excuses by saying Insurance has not given approval and the same which I have discussed with the Insurance Agent (IFFCO TOKIO) he said it has already been given from his end. Moreover, the insurance of vehicles was allotted by Chennai ford and why still there is a problem in resolving it. It has been almost 16 days with no clarity on when I will get the Vehicle and If Chennai Ford is very serious on Customer Complaints, please resolve my problem immediately. I was also given false commitment that the Vehicle would be delivered in 3 days’ time on Monday but no action call towards it.

        Chennai Ford Representative Udhaya Service Adviser was not in a position to solve the problem and postponing everyday by giving reasons which is not found in vechicle. There were correlation between CRM department & Body shop side. Different opinions from them within the same organization make the customer suffer.

          I bought my Vehicle(Ford EcoSport Titanium S Diesel) on 5th Feb 2020 Bearing VIN:MAJAXXMRKAKP65810, Reg No:TS11ES6500, ever since the purchase i been facing issue of vehicle drifting towards left, i complained it to the dealer numerous times but they aren't taking the issue seriously and they blame it on the uneven road surface but this problem happens no matter the surface of the road, even to this date i haven't got any resolution for this issue, i am very much frustrated and i feel wasted my hard earned money on this piece of junk, despite my numerous complaints they don't take it seriously at all, the dealer 'FORTUNE FORD' the workshop manager was shouting at me for comparing my vehicle with another one, i never expected this kind o[censored]nethical practice by a dealer workshop. i am very much disappointed, i demand resolution for this issue and change the necessary components else i will drag them to consumer court, i am fed up with their monkey business and i can't tolerate their lame excuses any further.

            Hello,

            Hope you are well.

            I am writing to you in regards to my car which is Ford Endeavour bearing registration number GJ06LK0787 which is currently with S. P. Ford, Himmatnagar, Gujarat, India. Below mentioned events have happened:

            Incident
            13/11/2021, 1500 to 1600 hours - Car breaks down at Bichhiwara, Rajasthan between
            13/11/2021, 16:00 hours - Informed Roadside Assistance via 247 Call Centre
            13/11/2021, 19:00 hours - Taxi arranged for us to be dropped off at our location and the Towing team from S. P. Ford, Himmatnagar, Gujarat picked up the car and took it under the custody

            14/11/2021 - Sunday - Holiday, No update

            Follow ups with Ford Service Station & Ford Customer Care
            15/11/2021, 1100 hours - Called various people at S. P. Ford and no response or when they answered they were not aware except that the car is already received by them, no information if the work has started or not.
            15/11/2021, 11:15 hours- Spoke to Pragnesh (introduced himself as Service Manager at S. P. Ford), informed me that he is on holiday as his wife is unwell and at the hospital. Asked me to call him again the following day at 11:00 hours
            16/11/2021, 11:00 hours - Called Pragnesh and he informed me that he had just reached the service station and would give me feedback until 14:00 hours.
            16/11/2021, 15:00 hours - Called Pragnesh and I was informed that work has started but it needs to be done as per the Ford guidelines as there are no external damages and as the car is under warranty. He was preparing a report for the same while diagnosing the car which would be submitted to Ford and then I shall be informed of what further actions are being taken.
            17/11/2021, 11:00 hours - Called Pragnesh and I was informed that they have checked and there is no leakage in the Cooling system and there must be a problem somewhere internally. He is waiting for further actions from Ford and in the meantime if I can bear with him.Asked him how long it will take? Reply was 10 to 12 days. Asked me for a loaner car until everything is complete. Informed me that he can't help as he is not authorised and will get the right person to call me who would be his senior.
            17/11/2021, 11:15 hours - A person called Mahendra called and said he is Service Manager at S. P. Ford and asked me for my query, informed him of all the events happening from 13th Nov onward until date and requested him to please arrange a Loaner car as I have been left stranded. informed me that it is not the policy and I can use a taxi service and give the GST Bill to the company to reimburse, this again would be on a daily basis but with limited kilometers. I don't understand the policy and asked him again that I need a loaner car as simple as that and also asked him for a feedback on my diagnoses and to both the questions, there was no response. On further questioning, I was informed that Mahendra will share the General Manager number for S. P. Ford with me (this is yet to come).
            17/11/2021, 13:00 hours - Called the call center to register the complaint and I was informed, I will get a call from Chennai in next 24 hours
            17/11/2021, 18:10 hours - Got a call from Mahendra to give me a feedback and said that car is still under diagnosis and not sure of the problem yet but will let me know and reassured that work wont start in the car without my consent. Asked him if there was any feedback on the Loaner Car and I was informed, "no". I asked him to give me the diagnosis report in writing and asked him that any further communication be done only via email or in writing. He told me that he is trying and this was in a very cheeky tone "Sir, you've already registered a complaint again today with Ford, right?" (this time I actually felt like I think I have wasted in buying a car from FORD as he made me feel FOOLISH) and I replied, "Yes I did as its been 3 days and I am still sitting her in the black and not knowing what exactly is happening plus the response I get from him has been very pathetic and lethargic to say the least.
            18/11/2021, 13:00 - Got a call from Salma Sultana from Ford Call Center, Chennai and I requested to help me with the answers to 2 questions i.e. 1) When can I get the loaner card? 2) When can I get the diagnosis report of the car and also need the report in writing? And requested her to call me only with the exact answers or deadline and nothing like, "please allow us sometime" or "we are working on it" or "this will be done soon" and she promised to call me by 16:00
            18/11/2021, 19:00 - Salma called and said, "apologies but she didn't get the answers to my question and hence was a bit late in calling me". She gave me his Team Lead email but the line was bad so I could not understand and hence when I am trying to send an email, it is bouncing back.

            I have requested all the people I've spoken, to give me feedback on my car as to what exactly is happening but until this day (Today is the 4th day) I think the car is still being diagnosed or god knows what is happening. I am all stranded and frustrated and not able to get my work done and on top of that not able to speak to anyone who can help me speed up on things and give me a proper response.

            I understand there have been rumours in the market that Ford after sales services have not been up the mark and now since Ford has closed the after sales services are going really low but didn't know this would actually happen with me as until date everything has been a pleasant journey.

            My request to you is that please can you guide me the name and email of the either RSM or anyone above him so that I can speak to them and understand what actions are being taken on my car and may I request everyone at Ford to keep every communication only in writing as to be honest I do not have the energy left to explain everyone new I speak to the whole thing that I have written in this email.

            In case, you're unable to help, I would highly appreciate it if you may please help me with an email address of someone who would be able to do so.

              I bought ford in 2016, from starting it never worked properly litle issue here and there, major breakdown happened in 2019 when a warning light came and when we took it to service, we got to know that engine oil and coolant got mixed and engine for sealed, so engine got replaced, very recently my vehicle for services on 20th July 2021 but Gautam budh service guys was careless after mentioning battery in G so batteru gur replaced with one month and starter motor has to be replaced next one month when it was working fine,
              2 weeks back, warning light came for veichle temp becoming hot, we towed it to service center now these people are coming with estimate of at time 45k at time 2.5 lakhs... as they say again engine oil and collant got mixed, This is absolutely their engineering fault, when warning light came, we immediately get it towed then how it get mixed

                  My Car Ford Figo (2011 Model) DL 6CM 0347, went for service and heavy steering problem to Vaishali Ford Service Center (Adiv Ford, Ghaziabad ) on 26th Oct.

                  Today i received the car. After drive the car, i observed that there is no improvement in the heavy steering problem even service center replaced the Gear PWR STRG Rack and Pump Power STRG. The final Bill amount is29607K INR.

                  Now my complaint is that even after changing the spare part of cost 29607K (including filter and Oil), the problem remains the same so this shows that there was no need to change the parts.

                  The service center cheated my by changing the spare parts (which was not needed actually) to achieve there monthly targets. My problem remains the same.

                  I will request you to look into this and solve the issue asap.

                    It's not been first time since my journey with ford is 4 years old and now ford is leaving India I guess this kind of behaviour and attitude will remain with such dealership.

                    Previously because of Harpreet Ford person my insurance got expired and after waiting for 15 days and customer had to sacrifice issue was closed again when I reached the dealer services center with a problem that I am not able to open any nut of my tire with the spanner provided I would like to add it's a brand new spanner still it's not working the service advisor told me that the nuts are all worn out change them asking me to shed out Rs300 per nut approx Rs4800 well this is the kind of quality an international brand gives. I get my vehicle service by certified ford dealers but this kind of behaviour is next level. They are just in a seek to put a hole in customer pocket and shell out money. It's a sad journey from the day I purchased my vehicle till date and not a single satisfaction service from Ford.

                    I have earlier also filed numerous complaints and all are in vein so I expect the same with this one.

                      Figo titanium model 2017 from Satyam Ford Thane with assurance comparing other leading cars in this segment are totally false and disappointing.
                      The total KMs as on today are 23000km, as sales person coveyed that upto 100000kms no maintenance required, it's tough car and spares are very strong.
                      But sorry to say that just in 23000 km the POOR ENGINEERING AND POOR QUALITY CHECK led us to spend on change of complete front suspension assembly, staring rack assembly, and now water leaking problem has come up from back side vent.
                      And moreover nothing is covered in insurance.
                      It's one hand soft driven vehicle and we have incurred upto Rs 80000/- on replacing these parts.
                      The question is how can company pass these vehicles with so poor parts which needs to be replaced complete suspension assembly just because the rubbber Bush's have gone hard.
                      Does this has any meaning in buying such a brand car with so many hidden loop holes?
                      Our Suzuki Maruti Also-800 is far better than this Figo...
                      These issues have unnecessarily given me a big zhatka by spending so big amount on these repairs.
                      I have written this message by expecting necessary feedback, support and help us in getting our money back which we incurred on these company bourn poor engineering.
                      Reply to avoid further escalation on other social media and ford internation level.
                      Attatched images and bill of last month this month's bill yet to come as car is still Ford service station.

                        Engine prformance is poor after 1st service
                        take it to another ford dealer and ask them to connect the IDS and Clear the DTC Codes or ask them to check the car by Diagnosis of OBD port.

                          The incident happened on 02Oct2021 when I was driving with my entire family including 3 year old kid. Front tire burst and we lost balance. My car is only 1 year old(purchased on Jun2020 from Cauvery ford, Koramanagala Bangalore). It ran only 10K kilometer as of now. I already communicated this concern to Ford as it affects safety of my family. I have asked for complete replacement of tires with good quality one (michelin) . However I did not receive any response till now. I would like to register this complaint so that Ford look into this on high priority and they consider providing good tires with their vehicle. Currently My car is in Malayalam Ford Kannur, Kerala Service station. I would like ford to do the needful at the earliest.

                            My car was taken to service and i was indicated there is a high pressure AC compressor pipe leakage along with clutch.
                            though the vehicle has ran just 31800 kms and i was asked to replace it. they told it is the max life of the component. how does the component is good in another vehicle for 70000kms and not mine. this is not investigated and they told me to replace . i want ford tos ee this issue at highest priority as this involves any fire accident and no issue to life, ford take complete reponsible

                              I bought my Ford Ecosport from Harpreet Ford Delhi and got the same registered in Delhi on 10 th June 2021. While my visit to Himachal Pradesh the vehicle failed to climb on incline and even after that gear box locked and I was not able to switch between the gears.

                              I raised this concern to the to which it did not check the vehicle and returned it within 3 hours without washing and correcting the issue instead of the fact it was first free check up at 1700 KM.

                              Also, till date the dealrship is holding my vehicle RC.

                              Request you to please arrange to fix the issue failing to which I will be forced to move to consumer court.

                                I had purchased new Ford Eco-sports 1.5(D)Titanium MT model in Jan2021 from Mosaram Ford, Lakhimpur Kheri.
                                Yesterday my 205/60r16 Goodyear tyre was blasted on a very good condition road, I was in a normal 30 KMPH speed and tyre pressure was below 35p…. when put down outside I saw nothing unusual around there. I have also visited nearby Mosaram Lakhimpur Ford showroom but according to them it does not comes under warranty.
                                I have seen this common issue with many other Ecosports car owners who are having tyres of Goodyear brand.
                                Good year team has also done the inspection and provided negative report as per them its external impact, but its manufacturing defect. The quality of Good year tyre is not up to the mark and having majority of customers are facing blast issues. There can also be severe accident if was in a high speed.
                                I am feeling like cheated as no one is listening in FORD/Goodyear both are just showing their policies and trying to escape from their liability as Ford is going to exit from India.

                                  I am possessing Ford Ecosports Ecoboost car with registration number JH02AM2506. On 17 Sep 21, my car failed to start in the morning. I called up Harpreet Ford, Sahibabad, NCR for assistance. They could push start my car and took it for assesment and necesary repair. On 18 Sep 21, service manager informed me that the self starter of my car is not working and it requires replacement. They dont have that part and thus, placed order for self starter. Till today the self starter motor for my car has not reached Harpreet Ford. I am without my vehicle for a small parts like starter for almost a week. It is highly unacceptable that when the part is available at Chennai, still it is taking more than 7 days to reach another well connected Metro city of Delhi NCR. With Delhi rains, it is adding to my inconvinience. By getting drenched in rain everyday while going to office without my car might result in some illness. In that case, Ford India will be directly responsible for it. And it will leave me no options but to take legal actions against Ford India. Looking forward to a quick resolution of the issue.

                                    My car engine guard fallen down i call sequel ford service centre they behave very rudely they toe my car to service centre and then not deliver home saying company rule and argue and say its not our responsiblity very disapointing response from sequel ford .

                                      Breaking but without telling the owner

                                      I would like to complaint chand ford service for breaking the casing of air filter without telling me.On the 20th August i take to ford for servicing and now i found out that they fix with glue/pasting for the casing.Atleast when they make a mistake they should have told me before.My vehicle no.ML05 Q 3240...
