We had on 16th June 21 enquired of Ford eco sport with 2 dealers in bhopal ie SAI Ford and galaxy ford. They had told that the spare wheel is not being supplied by ford motors. I had rang up ford customer care where I was told that car is supplied without spare wheel because we are providing one air pump and puncture solution and our car can run a distance of 250 kms with deflated tyre thus spare wheel is deleted .
Convinced with this I had given up theidea of buying Mahindra TUV or Honda AMAZE and purchased the top model ECO SPORT SE on 17/6/21.

But to my surprise the vehicle tyre got deflated twice on first travel itself and the puncture kit failed.
After trying to fill air I moved the car in order to take to safer place, but within a distance of 1 km the entire wheel was damaged throwing the tyre out. There was no network in order to call assistance.
The ford motors claim turned false . Till now about 50 complaints has been lodged but every time their call centre says they are trying to resolve the matter. the two dealers claim and ford claim turned false .
Buying a top end model spending 13.50 Lakhs is a foolish decession rather thrown the money into some orphans charity would have been made peace of mind.
Ford now puts the responsiblity on dealer end where as vehicle was purchased on fords brand name and not looking the dealers face value.
tHIS IS NOT THE FIRST CAR OF OURS AS WE HAVE MULTI BRANDS CARS WITH US. WE HAD A PLAN FOR BUYINGTWO FORD BUT NOW THIS IS FIRST AND LAST FORD VEHICLE AND WE ARE TO BUY ONE MAHINDRA XUV 300 CAR THIS MONTH.
I APPEAL TO ALL THE INDIAN CUSTOMERS NOT TO PUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN BUYING FORD MOTORS VEHICLE AS their service and after sales back up is very very poor. IN FACT I CALL THEM CHEATS DUPING INDIAN MONEY.TE FORD COMPANY IS A GREEDY ENTERPRISE AS SINCE THE PAST ONE MONTH I AM COMPLAINING NOISY SUSPENSION AS WELL AS OTHER COMPLAINTS.They ask us to contact dealership always where as dealership say they are helpless.

I request people to think multiple before buying Ford vehicle and go through posts in various websites .
Mahindra vehicles of ours have done scorpio 4 lakh kms where as TUV 300 1.49 Kms, Honda Amaze 49000 kms, Alto 100000 kms, XUV 500 99000 Kms without any trouble where as marshal jeep model[protected] kms . Indian vehicles are very good where as FORD MOTORS are greedy US company, suspect that the reumors are correct about their closure from Indian market
I appeal that think multiple before buying ford Eco sport atleast.
This car do not even have place to keep spare wheel even if you buy one, FORD CHEATS My contact no is [protected], [protected].

Posting a complaint on ford motors yeild is zero except phone calls. Ford in fact is cheating indians selling cars without service. I suspect they may flee India . THINK MULTIPLE BEFORE BUYING SUCH AN PRODUCT TO JUST BE SORRY TO HENRY FORD

      I have purchased a Ford Ecosport sport edition on 31st March 2021.in name of rahul Khushlani with car registration no rj20cj9990 . After lockdown when I go to first service, I was advised to change the oil filter as it was showing filter need to be clean and filter overloaded I changed it as per advised now it has been since 2months every 7th that message pop up on display window I have to go to service center they simply just say that to remove that message and filter cleaning it has to be drove at least 100km @ 70-80km/hr now within 2months I have to go to service around 5-6 times and in each service they have driven 150km to remove the message that handover it to me again and again in 6service they have drive 800km my car to just remove what a pathetic service it is

        I own a Ford Figo 2017 model. In feb 2021, I took my car for a leakage issue in the truck area. My car was still in warranty period. They checked it but couldn’t found the fault. Asked me to visit the service center in monsoons and we will not charge you because the fault was not rectified earlier when the car was in warranty. And when In monsoons in July it started leaking again, I went to the same service center on 2nd August, but (taking a u-turn from previous statements) they are charging me for the repairs.

          I had been to buy a amaze Honda car when by chance visited adjecent showroom. Seeng Ford brandname I decided to buy Ford Eco sport even though it was costilier by 4 lakhs. The sales person told now a days cars are being supplied without spare wheel.
          I rang up ford customer care where they informed ford need not have stepney anymore in top end model as out car is puncture proof and can travel about 250 kms with deflated tyre.
          But within 300 kms of run the theory did not work and tyre gor punctured on highway. The puncture repaire kit was of no help. The car could hardly move 1 kms to 1.5 km and tyre was thrown out automatically in hilly jungle highway.

          Now ford customer care putting blame on dealers claim that there is no tyre in world which is puncture proof.
          The 13.2 lakhs car has become a show piece. I APPEAL PEOPLE OF INDIA TO THINK MULTIPLE TIMES BEFOR BUYING SUCH COMPANYS PRODUCT WHICH IS NOW ONLY CHEATING PUBLIC AND IS AS PER REPORTS PLANNING TO SHUT DOWN FROM INDIA.

            My Car's Wifer linkage is not Working. And car is given at Gondia, Maharashtra Sequel Ford Work Shop in 23/7/2021 I'm in Regular fallows up for Part availability.
            Even 8 Days Part is not available.
            I have contact with Spare parts incharge Mr. Kapilji Sequel Ford Nagpur.
            He is not replying Property.
            His behavior was not good.
            So, please take action to you're employee and make Part available as early as less time.

              Last month I had been fortune ford to get my vehicle serviced at azambad branch. The service adviser asked me to get the bush changed of my gear and the same was done and while I was returning back to my home at Raichur I could feel my gears have become hard and till today they have not rectified it.

              I request you to get it repaired as quickly as possible.

                I have mailed about the warranty issue regarding my Car No. HR13N2586. Purchasing date was 22 july, 2018 and warranty started from 29 june 2018. Therefore, I requested for the change officially and asked to take this matter seriously but there wasn't any response from the Ford side which disappointed me a lot and I have waited for about 3 months with regular mails to the company. Moreover, warranty extension amount ask for 20, 000 but showroom isn't agreeing to this and asking me to pay 31000. Kindly adress this as soon as possible.

                  This is inform u that my car no. GJ--HV-0848, purchased from cargo ford sanand Ahmedabad doesn't have any proper customer services, as my car Ac is not working properly from last 8 months . WE HAVE REQUESTED them many times about the same to check it but no proper response. Once we kept the car for 4-5 days but still the problem is not solved. We r shocked that such a reputed company FORD, doesn't provide proper service as it should. I hope that my complaint would be solved as quickly as possible .

                    Comming straight ro the point i gave my vehicle ecosport for service on 11th of july after booking. I reached to the service center before 9:30 am. Mr. Ahmed was appointed as service advisor. After knowing all the fact he said that the vehicle will be delivered after sevice at 2pm. But the vehicle was delivered after 6:30 pm.
                    It took about 9 houra to get service a car.
                    But it's ok if it is serviced properly. After delivery when i driven my vehicle the brakes were making noise. And it was late evening when i switched on head lamps one of them was on dimmer side.
                    And the biggest problem came in notice when i reached home the mats of vehicle were wet . I had seen this one first time since ever i had started driving.
                    And when i given feed back about all these problems i was called upon for check up.
                    Being a doctor i gave 9 hours to my car to get service because i love my vehicle too much. If you guys are little bit sensitive you can guess how difficult to get so long time for us in this covid19 situation. And when i reached after driving 150 km on 19th july for that they said it will again take 8 hours to get it repaired and you have to pay around 8 thousand for this.
                    Is this the way to treat corona warrior.
                    It's all ok . I left my car in lucknow at my friend's place and called the advisor to pick it up to get repaired because i had to go sultanpur where i m posted (150 km from lucknow) to join my duties.
                    The advisor agreed but he didn't picked up my vehicle .
                    Today it is 22nd july but he is not been able to pick my vehicle yet and i m facing biggest problem ever to get on my duties till today.
                    I don't know what you guys are capable of but now i have decided that i will burn my vehicle aftr getting live with some media channels.

                      I am raising this concern to your awareness regarding the extremely bad service provided by Ford Dealer (PAHWA FORD).
                      I availed a service from them Pre-Covid, which requires a part of my vehicle to be replaced. To my surprise, recently I got my vehicle checked where the replaced was faulty. Shocked to know this as PAWHA FORD has raised no fault in the part when they provided the service.
                      Due to extended lockdown from 2020 till now. I wasn't aware of the pathetic service provided. Wasn't it for self-check, I would not have traced the fraudulent service. I have reached out to PAHWA FORD, but they have denied any kind of service and support which is quite expected considering the low-level services provided by them. Please note the staff was rude, unempathetic which is the opposite of how they behave at the time of service. I am sure they will not help me out, therefore I am reaching out to you directly.
                      Requesting you to please approve the replacement under my insurance coverage. I would request a call from customer cell and appropriate support here.
                      I may be exaggerating but this incident could have cost me a lot more, apart from vehicle damage to personal belongings.
                      I am ready to provide all the details as required by the process (Documents), I would not hesitate to challenge Ford Customer Service and PAHWA FORD in the consumer court if required.

                        My car ford ecosport is cranking most of the time but not get started.. first time this happened in march 2021 i dropped my car in ford authorized service centre which is pahwa ford located 20/1, 21/1 mathura road, block A, DLF industrial area, sector 27c, Faridabad, Haryana 121003. i dropped my car for 1 day they checked properly but they found nothing.but for my satisfaction i changed my car's battery. so after 3 months I suffers same problem. my push start button isn't working my car's self couldn't work it's only cranking but not start again i dropped my car they found nothing again.. they changed my car's self start also.. but after 2 days i again faces same problem.. they can't resembles my problem.. ford pahwa engineer's can't solve my car's problem even they can't understand what is the problem... even i changed my car's key battery also.. but they can't solve it.

                        We had been to two ford dealers who had told that ford motors and all manufacturers shall not be providing spare wheel for future as it is discontinued. Next day I had called the customer care where we were told that we need not worry if vehicle tyre get punctured, then even, the special tubless tyre can be air filled and taken to 250 kms distance without trouble.as the vehiclke carry special tyre which is puncture less.
                        When asked about big cut etc, they told that company is providing a liquid which shall run the vehicle to 250 kms with defalted tyre even.

                        Upon this on 16th june we booked and car was sold to us on 17th june.
                        To our surprise, we found that the tyre got deflated while on way to outstation, and we tried to fill ait but it was heavily leaking and after liquid fill drove the cat but hardly it could do 1 kilometer when the disc got damaged and tyre thrown out in pieces. Calling ford motors for help failed. A spare wheel arranged from third source got car back.
                        Now ford motors claim that the top end costly model is deprived with spare wheel and there is no tyre in world which do not get punctured or deflated and we should carry the wheel from car to a nearest puncture shop for repairs.
                        This has made us so panic that it is nearing 45 days only once the car could be taken on long run. It is a show piece since then worth 13.50 lakhs.
                        I was going to purchase a Honda car worth 9. 18 lakhs, but just went to adjecent showroom to compare the quality OF FORD MOTORS BRAND
                        I AM PROUD TO ANOUNCE THAT BIGGEST FOOLISHNESS DONE BY US TRUSTING FORD MOTORS CHEATS. YES THEY CHEATS . The other complaints is
                        No arm rest, no roof hold, starting trouble, and noisy poor suspension. full of jerks.
                        We do own Mahindra, hyundai, honda, toyota, Maruti range vehicles at present but first time purchased FORD car which is giving a bad impression that ford intend to cheat Indians.

                          My old car that was exchanged has still not been registered in the new owners name. The guy has violated traffic rules in Delhi for which he is getting challaned the challan is being sent to me instead of the guy.
                          Harpreet ford had assured me last year that they had made sure the new owner wud register the car in his name
                          He hasn't done it in 5 years.
                          The general manager Pawan can't b bothered taking my call.
                          The police need to be told I have exchanged my old car for a ford EcoSport.
                          The old car is no longer in my name.
                          Should not be.
                          No one at Harpreet ford is taking responsibility.
                          I am harassed every year because of this.
                          Can someone look into the matter asap please???

                            I have Ford ecosport . on 8-july-2021 i serviced my car from bhagat Ford Ludhiana. the next day I saw the heating issue in my car.on 10-july-2021 I visited the service centre . I told him that the car has a heating issue. They said your radiator and condenser is completed block . and your fan is running at high speed. and your engine seized . I said why you not tell me on service day. they said on that day we didnt get any heating issue. i said my car is fined before service. and they said we are not check your radiator and condenser of your car. then what they diagnose on the service day please tell me if they check coolant of the car then why they didn't check the radiator. after one day of the service they said your radiator is full blocked. then what is meaning of the service ? service manager said on service time they never check any radiator which is not in our scope. now give as 16000 so we do radiator work then start engine work. never go bhagat ford ludhiana . and the worst manager behavior

                              This is really ridiculous services received from Fraud, i have sent my car for repairing in Harpreet Ford Guraon but the service was very poor, i have handed over my car on 25th May and today i am sitting on 7-july and we are still not getting my car as the service center is still not received the part.

                              i would recommend to all of you do not purchase any Ford car as they are providing pathetic service to the customer.

                                while driving the car the car gets stopped automatically so i took the car to kaikan ford BIRATI by self driving and in starting condition later i decided to sell the call and it was finalizes with kaikan ford used car. on 5th of june i went to kaikan ford as i have to deliver the car to used car department at that time i was informed by kaikan ford service station that your car is not starting condition and it is not in running condition also, they also charged me 884 Rs .and were trying to hand over the car which was not in running condition .when i told them make my car in the same condition which i gave you so now they r now forcing me to replace fuel injector which cost around 54000 approx. according to their quatation .i am in real trouble please help me

                                  I had booked petrol ecosports automatic car on march 8th 2020 in patson motors Belgaum Karnataka after booking is done they had confrimed us that car will be delivered in one month or maximum one and half month but till today means july 2nd we had not received our car its been 4 months we are enquirying them about our car delivery one who is halding our booking, sales manager kamat is not responding properly he is not giving any proper information and not even picking our call if we book car in hyundai or in any other mators companies they r ready to give car delivery in 15days but we trusted ford and we booked r car here but ford is treat a customer in very bad impoliteness we r very disappointed with the service with ford
                                  This is how ford company treat a customer ?
                                  Seriously i dont recommende any of my friends to by a car in ford company

                                    Me Alok singh having Eco sports UP65 BL7100 sent my suv for service but no proper service was done . Only washing and handing it over on 23rd June 2021.
                                    On the very second day the ac stopped working .. and very poor reply by the service team . Today the driver gate stopped working . It is unlocked permanently in the mid city ..

                                      Me alok kumar singh having eco sports no-up65bl7100 a proud owner of ford felt very poor services provided by gsr motors varanasi ... When i send my car to company service centre they did it and oked it on 23rd 0f june 2021 . I took back the suv and on 26th its ac stopped working .. Poor excuses given by the person attending the suv. Till date its running without ac .
                                      Moreover today the driver gate stopped functioning ( gate is free no lock ) in the midcity .
                                      The service station is some 30 kms awway from my house and am i sending the suv only for washing cleaning or the experts sitting there should check all major points before handing it over to custmor ?? pl see to it seriously...
                                      Ford India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        I bought ford ecosport car on October 2020 in Chennai. Due to the lock down I came to my home town it's around 200 km from Chennai.
                                        Here the problem is, Today I took my car to the service station due to petrol leak issue ( seems rat put a hole).
                                        Service center person is saying they will deliver the car in 5 days atleast, Due to lack of spare part availability ( interestingly spare part or oil pipe is not available in Chennai plant too).
                                        How a person can leave a new car in service center for 5 days for a small issue.
                                        Last year during lockdown I got a same issue with my grand 10 car the Hyundai service took just 1 days to get the spare part and fix.

                                        Seriously I'm not going to recommend any of my friends to by the Ford cars.
                                        Ford India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
