HELLO,
This is to bring to your kind concern that iam G Santhi kiran and i am a resident of Chandanagar, Hyderabad. In the year 2021, March 18th i purchased Ford Ecosport Titanium Diesel, after completing 10, 478 kms i was informed regarding engine jerk problem on 05/07/2021 but the problem was not addressed during 2nd general service at Kondapur branch.
On 24/11/2021 @ 16, 815 kms Again complained about engine jerk to ford servicing centre, kondapur, and given car for thorough check-up but they claimed due to blockade of Catalystic convertor engine jerks occurring and replaced Catalystic convertor spare parts and returned vehicle after 04 days. But engine jerk problem was not resolved.

On 13/12/2021 @ 19, 475 kms again complained about engine jerk to ford servicing centre, Tolichowki, and given car for thorough check-up and they said one of the fuel injector was blocked and due to insufficient fuel supply engine jerks observed. After 24 days on 03/01/2022 they returned my vehicle stating that delay due to fuel injector repaired at chennai and took so much time.
After completing 7, 872 kms again engine jerks observed.

On 19/3/2022 @ 27367 kms again complained about engine jerk to ford servicing centre, Tolichowki, and given car for thorough check-up. But iam not getting timely response from their side and this is not expected at all.

I Request you to kindly look into the matter and do take some needful action. I believe I will get to hear from you soon.

    I have purchased Ford ecosport, after running of 85000 kms I observed engine oil sensor on dash board is blinking so have taken vehicle immediately to dealers service station, to my surprise they told that there is no oil in engine, it is completely dry. As I am doing regular servicing as per schedule with dealer service station only how come all of sudden engine oil got vanished, As advised I did complete vehicle service & fill engine oil again. After running another[protected] kms again sensor start blinking due to low level of engine oil, when checked at servicer station they confirm that there is no oil in engine & it is dry.
    TO find out the reason now service station is asking to dis-mantle the engine which will cost me around INR 1 lacs, I don;t understand how come just with-in 85000 kms running we need to dis-mantle the FORD engine, so I asked the probable reasons of failure but dealership is saying they can confirm only after engine dis-mantling which is costly afair. I have raised complaint to ford service but they are also supporting to dealer & asking my approval for engine dismantle. I strongly feel this is internal material quality issue which cause this failure as there is no external impact / mark on vehicle which is lso confirm by dealership person to company. I request FORD to look into & support me to restore my vehicle at earliest.

      Hello,

      Today on 10th March I submitted my vehicle to the authorized ford service center.
      When I got there to pick my car up I saw that my diesel was almost empty while when I submitted the car it was a full tank

      Now I am thinking that these guys are thieves and they might have replaced my car parts with the faulty ones as well

      I need the complete refund for my diesel and the mental torture they have given me.

        Hello, i had given my ford freestyle car to orchid ford, Meerut for 3rd service on 24th February, 2022.
        I was told that it will take around 1-2 hours for the complete service.
        So, i waited there and re-scheduled my patients accordingly.

        After sometime,
        Mr. Sujel (Service incharge) told that he will confirm me the exact timings after 15-20 minutes ( if some or the other thing gets delayed).

        After an hour, I called Mr. Sujel for updating the time as i was waiting nearby and i had to get back to work, then he told that he forgot to call and it will take more than 4 hours for car service and asked me to collect car next day.

        This was something very very causal behaviour as it was clearly mentioned and explained to him about my schedule and so my waiting there..
        I really felt bad for such casual and irresponsible behaviour, so i asked him
        to pls send my car to my clinic which is around 18 kms away from there.

        He commited for 10:30am car delivery the next day at my clinic.

        Next day i called him at 10am for car delivery, he committed to deliver car in 45 minutes to an hour.

        But i received my car at around 2:30pm that too after my call only..

        On receiving car.., immediately, i noticed a dent on left side of car.
        I immediately informed Mr. Sujel but he denied the fact and told that he would call after 10-15 minutes after confirmation.

        But after 15 minutes neither he reverted back nor he picked up my any call ( plenty calls ).

        Thia is very disrespectful, unsatisfying,
        Disheartening
        behaviour of Ford service employees. Non - trustful behaviour .


        My intention for penning this down is not to make anyone punishable but i want full justice so please kindly look into this matter and resolve it.

          Utterly disappointed...helpless...these are the words that come into my mind. Heard very high about the esteemed service center, but did not expect that I would end up having a pathetic experience.

          After keeping my car (Figo) in the garage for 2 dyas, they returned my vehicle with "Broken Steering", which I am not aware of and started on over-night journey without knowing the issue.

          I never had this steering issue and no clue of broken steering. My car broke down in the middle of the journey during night with kids travelling with me. I had to complete the journey by renting another car as I have family and kids with me.

          I am sure, they never checked the dashboard after dismantling it for AC repair. This is utter nonsense.

          After 10 days, I got a call from the service manager (I don't want disclose his name) based on my negative feedback. He does not have any patience to listen what happened and the state of the car. He just asks rudely "where is the car now?" and the next day I got a message saying that a booking has been scheduled with ford.

          The funniest part is, I got the payment link in the same message asking me to keep for future references.

          So, I need to get my car service again ...and pay again...for the mistake that is made by your esteemed "Vibrant ford" guys. How pity is this?

          Dear Service manager, first of all ...please be trained on how to talk to customers...we are not here to bear your frustration or rudeness...whatever it is. Don't you think we owe an apology for all the torture that we went through?

          All in all...its a bitter experience ...people should think twice before leaving your vehicle with the in-experienced guys like these.

          I have already spent 50K for service bill and I need to spend more to get the new issue repaired. I need some one from Ford to look into this and resolve.

            Sir/Madam,
            With reference to the subject cited above, it is informed that I have done repair/paint work of my car UK 07DA 7061 in service center of AVS Ford, Dehradun through Oriental Insurance Company under zero depreciation. Against the repair/paint job, the service centre charged an amount of Rs.19339.00 from me and assured that the amount paid by me will be refunded in my account after deduction of processing fee.
            After passing of two months, when I enquired about my claim status, the service centre couldn’t respond properly and asked me to contact directly to the Insurance company. When I contacted the Insurance company, I came to know that the body shop department of service centre hasn’t submitted the complete claim documents. I submitted the required documents & processed my claim myself, which should have done by the service centre.
            When I receive the claimed amount, I received only Rs. 15950.00 against Rs. 19339.00. When I enquired about it from the service centre, again they couldn’t respond and asked me to contact directly to the surveyor of the Insurance company. When I enquired, the surveyor told that only an amount of Rs. 16976.00 has been approved for the repair/paint job, while the company has charged Rs. 19339.00 from the customer (me). When I asked the service centre about it, they assured me to resolve the issue. But now they are not even picking up my phone call.
            In view of above, it is requested to please instruct the service centre to resolve my issue and do necessary action to refund the access amount charged. It is a serious issue which could defame the dignity of your reputed Auto Company. I also deeply sad by the deed of Ford Service centre. Being a Ford family member and well wisher of your company I request you to take such issues seriously and take suitable action against the service centre.

              In last month I have visited the orchid ford meerut twice but not get the satisfaction,
              Whenever I visit the service station I drove the car 90 km due lack of service stations but I never complaint for the same but now the quality now service quality is degraded by ford.
              I told the service advisor please do the health check up and he confirmed that the everything is working fine but now I am able to open the Backdoor of my car.

              I received a from orchid ford meerut for feedback, I explained the same thing to her and she told me that I will do something but one week is over and I didn’t receive any response from them.

              My family believes in ford from last 20 years but now I am getting frustrated and service quality of ford is going down.

                We bought a brand new ford Eco-sport on 5th November 2018.
                We had serviced it at Sequel Ford, No 44/4 Kamptee Rd, Wanjara, Layout, besides Star Motors, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440026.

                Within 10 days the clutch-plate of the vehicle was found damaged and the vehicle was supposed to be toed 100+kms. We were blamed by the service centre for rash driving, whereas we own vehicles for 20+ years.

                The same incident happened again. We serviced on 1st February 2022, and yesterday(within 2 weeks) our vehicle broke and we are again being charged Rs.20, 000+.

                This is the worst service from any Ford authorised centre, and would never recommend Ford to anyone.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice the irregularities being done by Ford India.
                  I have been duped by the Delhi Ford (Dealer Code- 18200….Further details attached for your reference).
                  I had asked for an extended warranty for my Ford EcoSport car (PB02 DN 2100), which was due to end in May, 2022.
                  I was told that at the charge of Rs 22950, an extended warranty of 2 years with additional KM cover of 100000 will be done. I had payed 22950 with a surety of extension of additional 100000 KM to my existing warranty that already included 100000 coverage.
                  However, now I have been informed that additional money payed by me is only for warranty services upto 1 lakh KM and not for additional 1 lakh KM over the existing 1 lakh KM warranty.
                  I was duped in giving a misinformation by the concerned dealer. How is it possible to meet the extended warranty claims covering only 1 lakh KM and that too in 2 years period especially when the vehicle has already covered 66930 KM. If I would have been aware of this then at no cost I would have purchased extended warranty covering only 1 lakh at an additional cost of Rs.22950.
                  I received persistent calls from [protected] (recording available) for resolving my issue. The customer care representative assured me of refund for my extended warranty from dealership (Audio available).
                  However, upon calling the dealer, I was informed that no refund will be made.
                  I am being forced to continuously complaining and connecting with Delhi Ford and Ford customer care but I am being redirected to each other. Like switching the customer concerns between the customer care and car dealer!!!
                  I am feeling extremely harassed at this. Who will be responsible for the misinformation conveyed to me by the dealership concerned?
                  Also, post reassurances even I am not being refunded.
                  My initial complaints are been closed. The customer care member who contacted me upon my complain is not picking my call now. The dealership has declined me for the refund. It is extremely bad on the part of Ford.
                  Kindly look into the matter and provide me with an explanation and refund for the false extended warranty claims made by the dealer or provide me with any other alternative.
                  Else I will resort to legal medium for the misinformation given to me by the dealer as well as false claims assured to me by the customer care service at Ford.
                  Hoping for a quick and relevant reply from your side.

                    I was done normal servicing of my personal car Ford Figo tdci and also done timing belt replacement after running 93000 kms in last week of Nov 21 and also reported them about Some engine oil leakage nearby turbo .Ganges Ford Kolkata advice me for changing the turbo after it's My vechicle hardly run 250 kms oil leakage problem started that area again.About this issue I was also informed to Ford India representative Mr Bharat, After one week engine oil mixed with coolant chamber.I was sent my vechicle by towing ti Ganges Ford Kolkata again and that's estimated to me against vechicle repairing high cost about more than 1 Lakh.But Ganges Ford is fully responsible for its and it is the causes of wrongly fitted of timing belt that causes a serious problem occurs with my vchicle engine.Plz help me.

                      Due to knocking issue in my ford ecosports bs6 i gave my car for service center from 10 days but they were unable to identify and solve my problem and without solving my cars issue they have returned my car back..And again they have told me to leave my car for service center on 27/01/2022..So again for 10 days or more days i wil not be having car so it will be inconvenience for me without car..And I have requested them to provide lonar car but they were unable to provide lonar car from these many days..So please I m requesting you atleast this time infrom metro ford hubli to provide loner car without fail...

                        Dear Sir/ madam,
                        My above Claim number[protected] was registered against policy number[protected] on 21/12/2021. I gave my car to Bhagat Ford service center patiala on dec 11, 2021 but first claim was registered late and secondary so far the damaged parts have not arrived at Ford center patiala.
                        I called MR Jagtar singh and he informed that parts have not arrived so far. I also called repeatedly MR Kapil Rishi - their service manager and he does not pick up phone every time and then he disconnected the phone and he does not inform why the request was delayed.
                        Please look into the matter and get my car fixed as soon as possible.

                          We have purchased BS6 Ecosport 2020 from 6500kms the car has started engine knocking so we have complained the service centre metro Ford hubli but they said it’s normal Sound in BS6 engine so we returned.But later after some days I have riden same BS6 Ecosport but there was no sound like my engine.After that I again contacted the dealer and complained the same issue so the dealer said that on 24/12/2021 the car wil complete 12 months so u can come to 2nd service that time we will solve the problem..so I gave the car for 2nd service but problem was not solved..After that they have called me 3 times for the same problem but stil it was not solved..From my location the showroom is far away 80kms..Finnally on 5th jan 2022 they have again taken my car til today they have not given any update so I requested them to give Lonar vehicle but they are not providing any Lonar vehicles..so we request u sir please solve the problem as we have trust in Ford we have purchased the vechile.. so wat we must do next we are getting..

                            I had serviced my ford Figo on 19th feb from kairali ford edappally.. The next day i noticed that oil is leaking from the power steering oil pipe, i immediately informed the same to the concerned department., they askd me to go with the vehicle to them and they will rectify the issue as it was mistakenly happened by them,
                            As i am away from home and nobody is driving the car at my place i was not able to take my car to the service center as soon as possible... On 6th jan 2022 i took my car to service center, then they changed their statement saying the damage was happened due to wear and tear... And asked me to pay Rs. 2300 to get it repaired...
                            I had to pay the amount to get it done and ford service center is responsible for my loss..

                                I have Ford Ecosports diesel. On 7th December 2021 my vehicle got fired while I was driving in chennai. Fire caught half of bonnet and the flames were at 3 ft height. We all saved by God's grace.
                                After 20days of close follow-up with Ford, they responded to me that this Fire accident is because of non standard head lamp relay. Actually I haven't touched any of their HL wiring. I only replaced HL bulb ( I am not sure which brand it replaced, but it is definitely either Philips or Osram which already OE brand). I haven't disturbed any of the OE wiring. Moreover this change was 3+yrs before.

                                My suspect is that battery got overcharged by Alternator. There is a malfunction between Alternator, battery & ECU.

                                But Ford is refusing to take this. They are simply rejecting my claim and closing the complaint.

                                  There is the sound of tik tik tik in my bs6 Ecosport engine while we accelerate, and it’s just done 9260 klmtrs. In showroom they said there is noise in every BS6 vehicle, But there is no such thing in my friend's vehicle.

                                  We have purchased BS6 Ecosport 2020 from 6500kms the car has started engine knocking so we have complained the service centre metro Ford hubli but they said it’s normal Sound in BS6 engine so we returned.But later after some days I have riden same BS6 Ecosport but there was no sound like my engine.After that I again contacted the dealer and complained the same issue so the dealer said that on 24/12/2021 the car wil complete 12 months so u can come to 2nd service that time we will solve the problem..so I gave the car for 2nd service but problem was not solved..After that they have called me 3 times for the same problem but stil it was not solved..From my location the showroom is far away 80kms..Finnally on 5th jan 2022 they have again taken my car til today they have not given any update so I requested them to give Lonar vehicle but they are not providing any Lonar vehicles..so we request u sir please solve the problem as we have trust in Ford we have purchased the vechile.. so wat we must do next we are getting..

                                      Dear Sir, I have given my vehicle to service at JSP ford kudlu gate after threebdays they delivered my vehicle. I noticed the service quality was very bad, they didn't even applied greese to break, clutch, cleaning quality was very poor. Horn and central locking system is failed after service. I felt that the service engineers are intentionally made some parts damage to collect charges. I request to help to solve the issue ASAP.

                                        Hello Team

                                        I gave my Ford aspire (KA05-MS-5798)for service in JSP ford CK Palya body workshop branch on 7th December 2021. During my service there was a part (drive side mirror Cap) which was in broken condition . I asked to replace it . On this one I was told that spare is not available and they have ordered it . Today it is the 20th of December and still no response from the dealership . PLease take action from them . Also during service the master controls on the drive door are poorly handled and they have become loosened and the air valve caps have been removed .

                                        Kindly look into the matter.
