I have Purchased Ford ecosport Titanium in February 2021 from PPS Ford Pune,
At the first service which was after completing 2500 km, i complained about sudden loss of engine power as the rpm suddenly drops down and the vehicle in motion loses its constant speed and the vehicle gets jerk and suddenly stops .
After the test ride with the adviser he suspected the accelerator sensor are not functioning to it's best and told that they would do the necessary settings . Sill the problem exist and after completing 3400 km of total usage the malfunctioning indicator gets activated and at point my car gets jerk and stops in the middle of the road . I reported the problem again to the service adviser and I was told to leave my vehicle for inspection. In the evening I got call from the adviser that the problem is resolved and I can take my car from the service station. Upon asking my me about the problem the told me it's due to the filter in the exhaust which they claim the have cleaned it .
I am totally unsatisfied with the performance of the car as the problem is not resolved yet
Requesting you to seriously look in to this matter and resolve the issue asap

    I am Himadri Ghosh, car no-WN20BD7588 tried a lot to connect with the service center but not getting response from that side. Only 2 yr I bought the car. Some minor pblm happened which need to rectify till now I have warranty

      Sir.i book trend petrol ecosport since 18 feb.but not received yet delivery in absolute black in colour.I confirm regularly after 2_3 days about car from dealer at swarn ford Kanpur civil lines .they said only one line yet location not confirmed from company.sir.its pandemic time my parents are old need car to avoid any problems related to vivid.plz sir look into the matter.my mob no [protected].i am very thankful to u i[censored] provide me absolute black in colour trend ecosport immediately.🙏

        Dear Sir,

        While we are comparing other SUV's with EchoSports Titanium 2021 they are providing cupholders in the middle. It looks very nice and impressed also. But in the Ford you are going only for top models like EchoSports S. So there will be a many chances to loose your customers. I am planning to go this varient EchoSports Titanium 2021 model Petrol. But you are not providing Rare seat cupholders.. I's it possible to update for this models as well. Other companies with this price they are providing example Vitara Breeza.

        Customers are looking even I am very interested with this. Because, if we bye the "EchoSports Titanium" but not having the rare seat cup holders not looks good much, not impressive also.
        I personally interacted and requesting this needs to added. then at least 2021 July onwards people will happy to bye.
        If required increase that cost in the Ex Show room price. Thanks for the understanding.

            I am writing this about the service center of kairali ford, cheranallur Kochi. I have given my ford Figo for some patchworks, due to the lockdown the delivery was delayed around one month. After getting the car the color was different on the new painting parts. Now I am waiting for reopening the service center for solving the issue. due to this, I have to lose my money as well as time. I got this kind of issue every time. So I do not suggest to anyone for buying ford cars, because of the poor service. This irresponsibility is not only on cheranellur, kottayam service center also I know.

              New car given for service to thane service centre. Car was returned with scratch also the manager misbehaved when questioned about the damage. Very unprofessional behaviour and irresponsible staff

                Dear Receiver
                I own a ford Figo diesel 2012 Model No GA03P 2010
                This vehicle has a problem with its wiper motor which was addressed to Naik ford in the month of March. However there has been a dealer issue in ford service in Goa due to which this complaint was not addressed. Now after a new dealer was appointed KING FORD VERNA Goa this complaint was raised to them for part change a month and a half back. The part arrived and then I learnt it was damaged so it was reordered. From God knows where. Three days back the ford Goa people called me that the part had arrived and we would be taking your vehicle for part change. As you know the monsoon has hit Goa and it is very difficult to drive sans wiper.
                Today 11 June 2021 the vehicle was picked up by King Ford Goa at 10 am by its ambassador Mr Gawas and reached the King Ford at 11 am. At 5 pm no service advisor called me. I get a call at 5pm to inform me that the part has come but its connector has now been ordered.
                Just wanted to know if this is possible that a circus is being run by Ford India wherein people should not go in for Ford vehicles.
                As even if a screw part is required the monotone is we will order it. Now my vehicle is between the devil and deep sea.
                Surely I must be to blame. As the name Suggests KIng Ford and the King can do no wrong. The customer is at fault.

                  I am proud owner of ford ecosport and feel gud and proud to ride my ecosport. I am an adventures person and YouTuber, I want to install 4x4 system of my car can ford India had provide the 4x4 system for my ecosport if any please provide details and price. Please it's my request I want to explore whole world of my ecosport but on mountain and some muddy area I feel helpless for my ecosport please 🙏 provide for my car 4x4 system so my car beat all the hudels and become No.1 compack suv in his segment.                     I machhala devi I purchase car from Ks ford alwar in september2020. My car accident in March 2021, . I subit my car to ks ford alwar on 23 march 2021, . There is a long time away for waiting to get my car.
                    The employee & general manager making me fool from last 1 month at the name of corona.
                    I am waiting for 2 months. I very urgent need of car in this pandemic situation .
                    What is the rubbish service is this, ford is a brand I believe on it and previous purchase 2-3 cars from ford. At at that this type of behaviour with customer at the name of corona & lockdown I did not like it and I never refer any customer to buy ford .
                    Because the services is very bad.
                    I request you to pls ready and give my car in next 1-2 days. My car pending work is for 1 day i[censored] want to do you will do it.
                    Pls corporate with customer is this pandemic situation. Car is very important thing in this pandemic situation.

                      Hi,
                      I am writing here because I am fed with Ford service.
                      I have purchased ecosport in 12 june 2020 and financed by FCI. During the purchase I had given 60 cheque to Bhagat ford Ludhiana. This is my Company account which I am using last 20 year with good CIBIL.
                      I received so many calls regarding your EMI laps kindly pay. I always explain everything that I have already given the cheque after it works 2 month then again same problem occurred..

                      They spoil my company account CBIL. Who is responsible for this?

                      I am not getting any loan because of FORD mistake they are not operating properly.

                      So many time I sent an email but very late and unuseful response.

                      I am fed up with FORD.Even Bhagat dealer also not able to sort out the problem.

                      Due pandemic I had applied for loan but unable to get it because your mistakes and irresponsibility. Now how I run my business who will provide the financial help to us.

                      Kindly contact me I am frustrated and going in depression because of Ford.

                        Am not satisfied with our tolichowki service center. As i shown my vehicle to a service point but they have not cleared my vehicle problem. Even they also don't know what is the exact problem. And they are not responding us correctly. You have to take immediately action about my vehicle.                           I Bought the car in march and from day one i am feeling vibration and shaking in car and specially in steering and also pickup and performance in less in 3rd and 4th gear. Complained to dealer on 2nd day of purchase and they took my car 4 times for inspection and software update. After waiting for 15 days i complained to ford customer care and again they told the dealership to take my car for inspection and after a month they are saying that your car is fine and there is no problem. After repeated calls and emails and messages on their social media platform no response from their side. Now its been 2 months and still my problem is not resolved. Even the dealership has acknowledged that my car has abnormalities even after that ford persons are saying that there is no issue in the car. My concern no is[protected]. Very pathetic and horrible experience . I am not going to recommend ford to anyone in my family and friends.

                            I visited ford agency ferozepur road, one month ago and have ordered headrest, one of your employee took my order and said he will call me back within 2 -3 days but its been a month i havent recieved any call, kindly arrange my order for headrests

                              Got a poor service from one of your employee in ferozepur road agency . I have called several times to my pre ordered headrest, but always got a negative feedback from them . kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible

                                I bought Ford Ecosport on 24 Feb 2021. The car has run around 1500 km (1512 km exact), One morning while washing the car I saw the rear tyre was flat when I looked closely there was also a cut. I called Ford CC and they sent a guy to replace the tyre and the guy told me to get in touch with Ford assistance to get the tyre checked. I went to the service centre and they told me to leave the tyre there for an inspection. The next day I received a mail that they won't be replacing it as the tyre is not under warranty. I checked with local Goodyear dealers and they informed me that if the tyre does not have any bug impact it is included in the warranty. I called Ford service centre again and they informed me that they can't do anything as it is rejected by the Goodyear company. I am feeling cheated as the car is only one and a half months old and it's a compact SUV. I confirm there was no impact this is a 100% manufacturing defect. Please help.

                                  I went for servicing of ford ecosport at pearl ford ambala.
                                  Before service, mechanic driven the car for trial, there was no problem in the car. When I came back, on my way to home, I felt jerk and shock problem, when I went back to the agency, they told rear shockers are unserviceable.They replaced the shockers and charged me 7500 rupees.
                                  I talked with them regarding this, they told problem can come anytime. Before that there was no problem like this in my car.I am totally unsatisfied with the service and I have full doubt something wrong they had done.
                                  Also they took car out of the agency without informing me.
                                  As per checklist also shocker was ok.

                                      This has in reference to my booking for FORD Endevour in Motinagar Harpreet Show room. The booking date was 22.02.2021, they promissed me to provide delivery by 30.03.2021 but could not delivered. They again committed to delivered on 3rd April2021 but failed to delivered due to unknown reasons. 100% Payment detail given as below:
                                      1. Payment made on 22.02.2021 of INR 50, 000.00
                                      2. Payment made on 23.03.2021 of INR 30, 00, 000.00
                                      3. Payment made on 02.04.2021 of INR 8, 73, 207.00

                                      In spite of my regular follo-up and regular meetings with them, till date they have not delivered my car to me which is a serious of matter to me. I am in trmenduous pressure and under mentel agoni as money paid to you is financed by bank and interest is incurring on the same. Request to intervene and provide delivery of car at the earliest as motinagar management has been failed for providing solution.

                                        I have booked Ford Ecosport Titanium Diesel on Feb-06-2021, at the time of delivery they promised to deliver vehicle in 20-40 days.After 40 days when I contacted the dealer(Lakshmi Ford Guntur) and Ford India they said that they will deliver vehicle in April for sure but again they failed deliver.Please take action on Ford India. They only care about bookings mainly the Dealers and don’t care about Customers and delivery of vehicles
