I LOKESH RAMESHCHAND GUPTA, I PURCHASED FORD FIGO ON LAST YEAR NOVEMBER, SIR BEFORE TWO MONTHS I MET WITH AN MINOR ACCIDENT SO I TOOK MY CAR TO XYZ SERVICE CENTER, I GOT MY CAR IN 8 DAYS, THATS OK, BUT MY CD PLAYER WAS NOT WORKING SO AT THE TIME OF GIVING MY CAR FOR REPAIRING I TOLD THEM TO PLEASE LOOK OVER MY CD PLAYER THEY TOLD ME THAT ITS UNDER WARRANTY AND WE WILL REPLACE IT BUT IT REQUIRE 15 DAYS SO I SAID OK, BUT THEN NOW ITS OVER TWO MONTHS AND THEY KEPT MY OLD CD PLAYER ALSO AND NOT GIVING ME NEW ONE, EVERYTIME I CALL THEY JUST TELL ME WAIT FOR FEW MORE DAYS, YOU JUST TELL ME FOR HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I WAIT, YOUR EXECUTIVES NOT ALSO TALK POLITELY, PLEASE LOOK OVER THIS MATTER AND BELIEVE ME YOUR SELL IS NOT GOOD JUST BECAUSE THE WORST SERVICE YOUR STAFF PROVIDE AND ITS ALSO EFFECTING YOUR SELL, PLEASE REPLY ME BACK WHAT SHOULD I DO????????

I am sorry to hear your difficulties with your ford car. Even i have the worst experiences with ford and its service people. I am updating and contacting people having trouble with ford. Can you pls add me to your Facebook and update all your issues in there. here is my link for that. I believe we can fight against ford. Pls help us to give more awareness to people.
