MY CAR NUMBER IS GJ 6 BL - 1476. WE ARE SERVICE OUR FORD FIESTA IN YOUR RAJKOT FORD SERVICE CENTER. WE ARE PAY RS. 175000 IN LAST 18 MONTH FOR OUR CAR SERVICE & MAINTENANCE. EVERY TIME OUR COMPLAIN IS NOT SATISFY. AT THE TIME OF PICK UP & DROP FORD SERVICE CENTER IS WEST OUR TIME 2 HOURS FOR SERVICE CENTER CISTOME. AT THE TIME OF DROP OUR CAR FOR SERVICE & MAINTENANCE , WE ARE NOTE OUR EVERY MAINTENANCE COMPLAIN BUT AT THE TIME OF PICK OUR CAR AS PER SERVICE CENTER TIME,
WE FIND OUR MAINTENANCE COMPLAIN IS NOT OK. EVERY TIME WE FILL UP CUSTOMER COMPLAIN FORM OF RAJKOT FORD SERVICE STATION. NO REPLY FOR FORD SERVICE CENTER OF FORD.

      im jayakodi karthikeyan,
      my mom brought a ford fiesta car, every time it goes to service it comes back with other problems.
      recently it went for service and they never checked the battery and suddenly two days time battery is down.
      if we request the service person to pick up the car they hesitate and prolong and after making calls a dozen time they respond.actually the previous service provider for the vehicle was equally bad and the new service provider doesnt make it any better

      Hi I bought Ford Feista in April 2008, since then I never got good service, every year I did regular service last in July 2013 I did 80000 km servicing at Bhavna Ford Turbe Navi Mumbai according to me they didn't do good check up as all of the sudden on the NH 17 highway my clutch failed and unable to drive through so had to tow all the way to Ratnagiri, also I didn't get good service at Planet Ford Ratnagiri as they couldn't do service in 1 day so I am just fed up with Ford and its services my mail Id is [protected]@gmail.com

        I bought the Ford Figo Zxi(petrol)eight months back, during the intial enquiry ford had promissed me the Mileage would be average of 10-11 atleast but now i noticed its giving only 5-6. I have raised this issue during the first service and they told me it would be rectified but even now, i see the issue persist. I am really fedup o[censored]sing this car, as i see many cars now giving average of 25 Km/lit.

          i am a customer of Ford fiesta from 2007.I have my service requirements supposed to done by capital ford,Bhubaneswar.But there dealing with consumer is unparliamentary.Even they are giving us threatening of not fulfilling service requirements.i have my vehicle broken down from last 7 days but they haven't given any attention to my problem.they asking me pay 1 lac rupees in advance.they have already the public hatred.

          If this thing continues ford india might loose its goodwill in the market.

          Therefore i urge your immediate action to this matter.

            This is regarding a complaint for My two and half yr old Ford Fiesta Diesel , Reg no. MH43 8543 .

            For the past one week i observed slow down in the cooling of car AC which completely stopped working after a week. I reached SC ford - Malad, Mumbai for checking the fault.

            I was told by the service advisor that it is due to the gas leakage. I asked for the estimate which came to be after i left my vehicle in their service centre.

            Estimate was given to me for replacing the AC cooling coil, cost of gas which was approx. Rs. 12000??

            I was shocked by this. How can a car which is just 2 and half yr old can have damaged cooling coil ? As i have all my friends driving different cars never had this problem even after driving for more than 4 to 6 years also..... I was also told that it is the life of coil due to which it has to be replaced?? how can ford put such short lived cooling coils in their cars life ford fiesta?? ( If this is a genuine reason given to me by the service centre for the non working of AC)

            I have been driving different cars for past ten years beore i bought ford fiesta and never faced this issue with any other car which i drove for more than 3 to 4 years....

            I am waiting for a genuine reply to this and a solution....

            I have already paid huge amounts in the past two services on my car.

            hi, 1st of all i would say always purchase a car which spare parts are less costly, i am working in automobile OEM since past 14 years and believe me for each OEM after market business (spare parts sale in open market to end customers like us) is one of the most earning business and every company is doing on an average approx 15 crores business from this segment and this business is operated in each company by just 3-4 manpower
            2nd part NO OEM make any part inhouse except 5C( crank shaft, cam shaft, connecting rod, cylinder block, cylinder head)and these parts we rarely face any replacement in product life, rest all parts were purchased by OEM's from their suppliers, and few OEM's not even make above 5C,
            so we must understand that purchasing a part from a dealership by stating that it is a OEM part is totally wrong
            3rd and very important aspect which comes in mind to a common person from above written line that ultimately it is a part which is coming to dealership from OEM and it is their responsibility, now my dear friends pls be noted that any part which is fitted in your product after use it has no warranty (you never get any warranty card for replaced part ) although due to huge margins some time dealer may replace your part (that to on some charges basis which he claims from OEM, but not everytime 10 times out of 100 only)

            and 2nd part comes for quality of product
            believe me friends the product which you purchased as spare parts from market/dealership is not as good quality as it is fitted in 1st time in vehicle, why...i will explain in every OEM there is a system that at the time of any part that part is inspected at sample basis not 100 % parts and on base of sample (which is generally 5 parts in one lot and one lot could happen from[protected] rest all parts will be sent in stores without any inspection, and for spare parts which is sent in after market in lot if OEM's it comes from supplier directly packed in aftermarket packing with brand name and send in spare parts division (WITHOUT ANY INSPECTION) and we get without inspected part and worst thing in this system is that this is known to supplier also and lot of time supplier sent his rejected parts which may be not having any issue in fitment but at part of performance it will going to effect you o[censored]r vehicle so believe me after market spare parts is having poor quality,

            now question comes what to do then,
            better to go at local workshop and let him repair your vehicle you will save good money/time and better service each time and if you know supplier of OEM for any part it is better to fit that brand part in your vehicle, i know this line everyone will not understand but i will explain it with a example
            for example AC in all car OEM's there are 2 major suppliers for AC 1-Denso, 2-Banco they both are authorised suppliers for all OEM's (few other also might happen but these are major kings) just go in market and ask these brands and handover it to local mechanic and your work will be more better and you are going to get better quality product as compare to OEM, i will tell why, because these brands who is selling their product in market and competing with OEM product (which means indirectly with their own product, they never send bad quality product in market by their own brand name)

            and also believe me you will find up to 30-50% price reduction in spare part cost itself

            for example in 2 wheelers if we have to replace a set of Brake shoe of both wheels of ho*da acti*a u will have to pay approx 450 rs in dealership (labour charges extra) but if you buy Ask automotive brand name product from market (they are authorsed suppliers for all 2 wheeler OEM's for brake shoe, you will have to pay approx 300 rs only so 150 saving, with same company make product and better quality product ...so think 10 times before going to replace any part at dealership
            I bought my ford figo vehicle in 2011. I faced cooling coil problem 4 times till now. Each time i paid bills up to 10K. Now I am facing again and they are telling the bills around 18k. They wanted me to replace cooling coil, expansion valve and hose. Very pathetic quality they produce. I take my car regularly for service and never met any accidents. Till now i would have spent around 60K for this AC related problem itself.

              With deep regret I Kapish Poddar, prospective owner of your Ford Figo (Diesel – Exi model) car is writing here to bring to your notice the misleading activities performed by your company.
              Twice we have been misleaded in buying the car.1.In spite of several conformations regarding the tachometer (RPM indicator), it is missing in the vehicle allotted. When asked for, Explanation is given that it’s a manufacturing change which cannot be mentioned to everyone. We should have checked it in the news paper.When checked in the showroom, a car of same model which was yet to be delivered was having the tachometer placed. Hence, I’m attaching herewith the proof which shows the presence in different car and not in mine.2.Without intimation the prices are hiked naming them the rise in insurance price.It’s indeed a pleasure that the vehicle has received 21 different awards in the field of automobile but a not a single one in the field of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. It seems your dealer wont contribute to get that award.We request you to look into the matter and help us in being a satisfied customer rather that a cheated one.

                I have paid an amount of 5000/- as booking amount on 25th Feb 2011 Receipt No: 01589 and i asked them will they be able to deliver the car before 31st March. So i can gift the car for my parents 25th Marriage Anniversary.
                And i paid full amount of 4,20,060/- on 14th March 2011 Receipt No: 01675 and paid extra amount for accessories. I used to call them daily regarding the issue to know the progress.
                I called them two days before 31st March they said that the car is on the way from Chennai Manufacturing Unit it will reach Hyderabad on 29th March and they said to collect the car on 30th morning. But on the next day i came to know that car wasn't delivered from Chennai and it will take few more days.And asked me to wait up to 6th April but the same thing repeated again. Till now i didn't get the car and my 1st EMI is deducted and second is going to be on 1st of next month That is May 1st 2011.

                Every alternate days i used to go showroom to speak with managers and General manager, every time they say they are in the meeting and till now I haven't met with the Managers. I used to wait for them for 1-2 hours but its waste.

                The Sales Representative of Fortune ford Mrs Swaroopa who has with me from day1 tried to solve the problem but it is so that she have been forced by the Managers to give wrong information regarding the car delivery.

                I got one of the Managers Mobile number and spoke with him regarding the issue and instead of solving the problem he forcing me to go for the next Model that is "Ford Figo EXI". Till now their is no confirmation from the dealer nor the Ford india.
                The dealer M/s Fortune Ford not showing the minimum responsibility to pass exact and clear information about what they are doing in this issue.
                So the last hope i thought of complaining you regarding this and i hope i would get a positive response from you people at least.                   I have received job offer from above hospital and the offer looks very suspicious.How can some health agency offer job in UK without enquiring about GMC registration status.The hospital is genuine and the agency has liason with ILFORD Law Chamber for completion of legal formalities.Please look into the matter

                  hai friend. you fell into that pit dig by those frauds. Few months back i too recieved, the certificate made me also believe them. But one thing i did, i contacted the hospital directly on the highgate hospital website via email and knew the truth.
                  Its just simple to know they are fraud, they dont demand ielts. 2nd they are contacting you via their personal mail, not official one.
                  THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO SEE BEFORE BELIEVE THEM. SEE THE EMAIL ADDRESS THROUGH WHICH THEY HAVE SENT. IT WILL BE MOSTLY LIKE [protected]@yahoo.com, [protected]@yahoo.com etcc etc.Got it it??

                      Sir,
                      It is submitted as under: -

                      1) That I purchased a Ford Ikon (CRDI) Car bearing Chasis No: AA70567 and Engine No: AA70567 Model: 2010 on dt:[protected] from the above mention dealer.
                      2) That after finalizing the deal I was insured that delivery of car duly completed/furnished at 5:00 PM. But the same was handed over at 8:30 PM and we remained booked for 3:30 hours there in the showroom and felt uneasy during that period awaiting the delivery.
                      3) That while handing over the key of the car it was not got checked from us. Ignoring necessary accessories, service book, first aid box and other helping tools to be required in the vehicle.
                      4) That while asking for the temporary number the dealing personal shored their inability of the temporary number. As the same is to be collected from M/s A.B. Motor Showroom at Ludhiana. However, on insisting our requirement they took another one hour to collect the same from Ludhiana.
                      5) That they refused to issue a cashless insurance policy of the car and also not agreed for 50% NCB of my old car.
                      6) That I contacted out sider agent for the purpose of insurance of the car and taken the delivery of vehicle be spending a 1 hour more in botheration.
                      7) That necessary basic accessory was not provided at the time of delivery for the same. I was kept waiting for 1 month and have to visit many times in showroom.
                      8) That copy of service book is still awaited.
                      9) That on receipt of call from the service center for first service of the car. The service of car done was not satisfactory. On pointing out the defects in alignment of front tyers, nobody bother. Light of indicator of Left side found broken and instead of its replacement it was temporarily fixed with M. Seal, etc.
                      10) That I was asked to visit after a week. I went on Saturday as per scheduled time. The Foreman in the workshop took try of the car and agreed that alignment is actually out, but did nothing, simultaneously told that our executive fix Saturday for those customers who are to be harassed by way of kept waiting for long time. In case you can’t wait get the defect of the alignment be removed from any where else. Then I spent 500/- Rupees from my pocket for removing the above said alignment problem.
                      In the end would like to inform you that I suffered a lot inspite of request through calls, personal visit but seems to be no result be providing satisfactory service as well as will delivery of service book. Resultantly with whom I share my grievances in friendly circle, every body depreciate me by dealing/ purchasing car from your Patiala Showroom. In such circumstances how will I ask other close friends to purchase cars from your dealers? I request you to pull on the personals posted in the showroom for not behaving properly and not providing co-operative attitude in the episode. A line of action may kindly be conveyed to the undersigned.

                        First of all we got a car in dec 2010 wheich was already 80kms run secondly the third day of the car the flap which is located at the lower left side of the glass window which is ont he driver side hanged itselffor which i have to pay another Rs 200 to get a new one and now the most important thing "THE AC OF THE CAR HAS STOPPED WORKING AND ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY THE GAS HAS LEAKED AND WE HAVE TO PAY AGAIN FOR THE GAS TO BE INSTALLED .. IS THIS A FUN ???

                          This has ref. with our New Car Delivery at Delhi Ford Handled by Mr Jasjit Singh....


                          I finalized my Car Purchase after taking test drive from Harpreet Ford and getting my Loan Approved by ICICI Bank Ltd.. thereupon I started enquiring about best deal , if possible
                          from any dealer in Delhi.. Mr Jasjit of Delhi Ford Offered me Free 3 years Body Care pack worth 5500 and today after paying all money and signing all dox we are coming to know that he has cheated us
                          what kinda service commitments such a organization can fulfill. Shall they change my Engine Oil or Gear Oil after charging for it in future ?Whats the guarantee????

                          His colleague says its not possible but he has got our Car Anti-Rust Coated and Teflon Coated for once which is cheating... we came to his counter for purchase only because of his offer fo 3 year body care pack. Beside We dont even believe its teflon coated or Anti-Rust Coated even for once until its inspected by a independent Ford engineer.

                          We dont know what are your internal rules for discounts or offers but at least in common sense this is cheating, we would like to go any extent to solve your Sales Administration problem. I want other prospective customers to know about such tendencies of your staff so that they are not duped next time anyone enters Delhi Ford Showroom.

                            I have purchased Ford Fiesta 1.6 Ltd Edition Petrol on 12th Feb 2010 from Harpreet Ford Moti Nagar .
                            Registration Number DL4CAF5490.
                            Pls go through the Mechanical Issues in My new Car with 100 visits so far to service center & you can judge the height of Harassment faced by me .I used to visit service center on every weekend .Almost spend 10k on petrol .

                            1.Mechanical Issue 1"Blower Motor of AC Faulty ">Within 1 month blower motor of AC gone faulty & i need to visit twice to replace the same & wasted my whole day in service center .Same was replaced on 9th Mar 2010.

                            2.Mechanical Isssue 2"Noise In Steering ">Within 5 months ,i faced noise in steering while turning left/right & visited 6-7 times ,at last steering pipe was changed on 21st Aug 2010.

                            3.Mechanical Isssue 3"Noise In Steering ">Post steering Pipe replacement in August Month ,again i faced same issue in December2010 with in a gap of 4 months .I made 10 more visits to service center & again steering pipe was changed on 11th Dec 2010.

                            Now again i am facing same issue post 4 months .Steering pipe replaced twice but problem is still there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????????

                            4.Mechanical Issue 4"Water Pump Issue">In the moth of March i started noticing noise in engine & water pump was detected faulty ,same was replaced on 9th April 2011 post another "N" visits.

                            5.Mechanical Issue 5"AC Noise">Post replacement of Water Pump ,now i am facing Noise in AC..............

                            Note :I am in big trouble ,pls let me know what is going to happen to my pocket when my 2 years warranty period will be over ?How much money i need to spend on this defected Fiesta Car.

                              I am purchase ford figo in may 2010 , after first service 2500 km , car pickup totality Zero, Head light Problem , back light Problem , then 2nd service not change Air filter , so many sound in a car .

                                I am Laxmi Singh Purchased the Ford Figo Car From The dealer Pacific Motors Bareilly (UP) On dated 11 Feb,but till now the dealer has not provided me the registration papaers and billing papers of the car so i suffering problem to drive the car on road without any papers of the car,at purchasing time dealer only provide me the reciept of the cash as i have given full payment for the car and promise me to give all the papers with in 15 days,but now he is not giving any response about the papaers.My dealer name and number is Abhishek Jain ([protected]).NOW I am in doubt that there is any fraudgiri for the same so i think to make a cash in court for this,

                                Please help me and suggest me what i do

                                  I would like to inform you about harrasment from Ford india & there dealers
                                  14th March 2011:

                                  I visit one of your dealer ( Victoria Ford) to buy Ford Figo 1.4 EXI
                                  diesel version.. Same day I paid Rs-25000/- in cheque as advance
                                  amount..As per my Bank statement the cheque was honored dated 16th of
                                  march.. Deal sheet was made & Proforma invoice was issued on the same
                                  day to process my auto loan from Bank... & Promise made to deliver the
                                  Car with in 4-5 weeks ...


                                  18th March 2011:

                                  On 18th of March my auto or car loan of Rs-4.59 lacs approved from
                                  Bank...but I hold to disburse it due to some Negative feedback about the
                                  dealer regarding there status in Ford ... I continuously following up
                                  about my Car delivery . same time your another dealer Ganges Ford
                                  poaching me to shift from Victoria to them. But I was stick to
                                  Victoria


                                  30th March 2011:

                                  I Came to know that Victoria Ford wont be able to deliver my Car with
                                  in month of April. They extended the delivery to May 5th.. I
                                  Canceled My Booking .

                                  1st April 2011:

                                  I Wrote a mail to Customer service about my experience ... & reached to
                                  your another dealer Ganges ford for my Car...

                                  2nd April 2011:

                                  Morning 9.25 am I reached to Ganges Ford office I made a Payment of
                                  Rs- 83000/- among the amount Rs-25000/- through Credit card & the rest
                                  amount through Cheque ..
                                  The same day I reached to my Bank for my auto loan disbursement &
                                  disburse 4.59 lacs in Favor of Ganges ford ..The TAT (Turn around
                                  time) of the Bank about loan disbursement is 48 hrs... Ganges promised
                                  me to deliver the car with in 15th of April 2011 & might be the time
                                  extended up to 20th April...




                                  7th April 2011:

                                  I Received Rs-25000/- cheque from Victoria Ford as my Cancellation of
                                  booking by the help of your Customer service Executive...


                                  9th April 2011:

                                  I rang up to Ganges Ford to Know the Present status of My Car. I got
                                  the information that the Price of the car has increased & billing was
                                  made as per new price grid with out informing me..& Now I have to Pay
                                  Extra around Rs- 5100/-. More over they confirmed me that billing has
                                  done but from regional office of Ford the Car requisition or booking
                                  will be done with in 16th of April.. After that the Car will arrive
                                  with in next 5 to 7 days at Kolkata.Then the Ganges will be able to
                                  deliver it....

                                  12th April 2011:

                                  I called up Ford India Kolkata Office & enquired about the pressent status of my booking..They said invoice will be done with in 21st of April 2011


                                  From all above incident or consequences I am totally confused about
                                  the Procedure.. This is my compulsion now to take the
                                  Car..

                                  As a net result I am the Looser because I paid Extra 0.5% Processing
                                  fees to bank for change of dealer name as well as now I have to Pay
                                  Rs- 5100/- as per new pricing grid .

                                    I have bought a ford ikon car during 2009-June and from the beginning it emits black powder from front wheel and on being pointed out the service people told it happens with all vehicles. but now the menace is giving much trouble and cleaning is a problem and I fear that the liners are faulty or something is wrong with the system. no other cars have such a problem and why ikon? I may be given an explanation for this fault.

                                      I booked ford figo exi(white,diesel) model a month ago .i was told that the car will be delivered within 20 days but after a month the sales representatives are saying that they dont have a single car of this model and it may take another 20days which they are not sure.This is a total customer harrassment and companies ineffeciency to fullfil customer demands

                                      Bhagat Ford Amritsar — Non reciept of bill and other discounts

                                      I baught a Ford Fiesta on 27th of Feb, 2008 from Bhagat Ford, Amritsar. The temp. no. of my car is PB10 BX 2710. At the time of buying, dealer offers me a less of Rs. 5500 under corporate plan and Rs. 10000 as exchange offer. Dealer told me to submit the documents to get the exchange offer. The cheque of Rs. 10000 should be sent to me directly by Ford and the accessories of Rs. 5500 will be given to me, he added. So I submitted the sale letter and photocopy of RC of last car.But still neither the accessories nor the cheque of Rs 10000 is given to me. Whenever i called the dealer he replied that they have sent documents to ford and the same should be given to me soon. I can't understand that when his SOON will come. Even the bill is not given to me. Now i feel that i didn't buy a gud car, actually i baught a endless pain. Dealer mently hrash me too much..

                                        I own a ford figo zxi (diesel) car TN10AA2217 6 months old. First i was excited abt the car.
                                        Problem 1 - Later i find the car product quality was too pathetic and poor. First i got some issue in my car head light, it starting giving some crack on it after a long fight they replaced it, but while replacing they didnt fix the front bumper properly this issue still exists after second service also.

                                        Problem 2 - Later i find the front tyre mud flap is breaking ofen, becaue of low quality plastic and low ground clearance. In my experience i never saw such a stupid design mud flap which is made up of hard and low quality plastic which will break when it hits our indian speed breakers in toll and in our local roads.

                                        Problem 3 - The service center (chennai ford) is very worst performance they never listen customers issue they just do the regular service other than that they dont rectify our issues, did not met quality service level...

                                        Problem 4 - Ford figo is not designed for indian roads, vvvvvvvvvv vvery very low ground clearnace which is not suitable for indian roads. Very poor service and feedback from the company and servicecenter.

                                        Thing really before u want to buy ford. I suggest go for someother car.
