We have heard a lot about ford and was under impression that they provide good service as their products, but i am disappointed, sorry to say so.
My free seat cover which already they told me but after 4 months I have not received from kargo and also RC book .
In followup of RC book they told me it is in our office but they hadnot call me or informe me which is very urgent for me for loan purpose.So I want information about when cargo has received this RC book and after my followup they told me yesterday i.e 27/1/11 they received.its fact or not thats I don't no but my pending all works urgnetly

    I am shri Umanath L. Naik r/o h.no.02, Dhumase Menkure Bicholim, Post Colvale Menkure PIN 403513, had purchased car make ford figo 1.2 EXI EXi duratec from Caculo Motors Pvt. Ltd Panaji on 15.10.2010 but till date I have not received car mannual till date. I personalli visited more than five times to Showroom at StInez, Panaji and Severally request to dealer on phone but till date no solution. Please help.

      Hi,

      This Raja ravindra , I buy ed ford figo in the month of August 2010 now i realize that i wasted the money because of buying ford figo the main problem is ground clearance even after maintaining the recommended Tyre pressure also the vehicle is hitting the speed breaker .

      I already escalated to Mr.Avinash or Ashish North region head ( Not remember his name) i am very much disappointed with ford figo due to the ground clearance

      my complaint number is 9992709.

      Looking for your solution and also suggested people not to buy FIgo unless until this ground clearance issue was resolved

      I too agress with you.. I too have a figo petrol. and it will hit the groud if three adults sits in the car. Have to go very slowly in cross way to overcome any little big speed braker or hup.

      Ford India(FIGO) — ground clearance

      I have purchased a Ford FIGO in the month of August 2010, the delaer promished that the ground clearanc is 168mm and for other company it is 170mm,as the difference is only 2mm, there will not any problem in driving. However I really regret for this car as even on small bumps it is dshed. The company should recall the vehicles if it was in abroad. I think we should file cheating case against the company and its sales people for misrepresenting the fact.

      I am sorry to differ you here. Even a small speed breaker scrap the underbody of the car when more than 3 occupants are there.

      We also tested all to avoid underdoby scraping at speed breaker. No one will really want to get their car scraped with this speed breakers, bad roads and pot holes.. i drove other cars like Swift, Spark, Micra, Santro, Palio. I did not find this problem on the same route. Micra has only 154 ground clearance and did not scrap underbody even at a bigger uneven speed breaker.. i have taken the test drive of Micra to only test the ground clearance.

      There is something to do with suspension to fix the issue. I would like to bring this to MD directly to look into this issue seriously. It seems MD did not aware of this issue as middle man take care of this email. There will not be any value add if you send the same reply even in the mail which we already have in facebook from FORD FIGO user.

      The customers would not expect this kind of response from such good reputed company. I am really disappointed with your same old reply instead looking at the issue. What is the real problem to engage some engineers directly from Ford India at major cities to check this issue so that they will get direct experience.

      I understand that the engineers tested vehicle at the plant's test track. However, failed to give a good ground clearance in spite of claiming 168mm. I agree that this is class leading ground clearance, but has suspension issue which causing the underbody scrap. It is very sad that we have this problem for a great car like Figo.

      Greeting for launching and success of Ford Figo Hatch back car.

      I am writing this email to bring to your notice that the great car has very serious problem and everyone is facing this ie., Ground clearance problem or people says that it is due to very sensitive soft suspension at rear.

      I do face the ground clearance problem even maintaining the correct tire pressure. A little hump or speed breaker will hit the bottom when more than 3 occupants are there in the car. It is more worse if it is a big hump. I drive the vehicle diagonally to avoid the hit. However, it will hit sometimes. Lot of Figo owners brought this issue to Dealer and they simply says that "Its known issue and we informed to Ford Company and waiting for the reply" and some says "It is due to very soft suspension at rear".

      Its a year passed and did not here anything from Ford regarding the issue fix. I am not expert in car engineering, but, most of the people to suggest to go for stiff coil springs or upgrade tyre or wheels to increase the ground clearance. It will void the warranty and car dynamics and performance.

      Could you please let me know is Ford going to take any action on this to fix it permanently to all Figo owners. I know some of my friends withdraw the idea of buying Figo due to this issue. Other than this, The car is awesome and excellent in the segment. I drove all other competitive cars and did not find such a nice comfort and features like Figo.

      I hope you will take this issue very seriously and provide a fix for this. Till then can you suggest a solution temporally with the help of the Ford engineers. I don't want to void the warranty by going any modifications to the car.

      I will be waiting for a positive reply from your side regarding the issue.

      I had the same problem with my Ford figo. I complained online through ford community link in ford figo site and some gentleman from Ford Chennai contacted me on phone and told me that dealer at Hyderabad would look into it if I took the vehicle there. I did that, the dealer took photos of the underbelly and said that the same would be looked into by Ford Chennai.

      But for the lip service, I have not got anything till date and I am approaching the consumer redressal forum for deficiency of service and defective product. But for this the car is fine. But his problem recurring again would surely be bad for the car in the long run.

      As a senior defence officer I intend to give the company the run for the money that I have spent on their product. So pls get in touch and we can join together to fight. That would also give us strength.

      My ford figo (Diesel) diliver mileage of 15kmpl with A.C. and the mileage of 22kmpl without A.C. There is a lot of difference in mileage with A.C ON & OFF. And also i have faced the big problem of ground clearence. Please resolove my problems.

      I posted the same issue/problem in FORD website and got the same reply as you(sivaprasad) have got.
      I hope the company is riding on the joy of sales success and not willing to look at the customers queries.
      But i think this has spread to lot of people and even i have suggested all prospective buyers not to go in for FORD FIGO
      only for this issue.
      Hope the company understands this problems and give an effective solution to existing customers as well as a benefit.

      Hello to all of you FiGo owners.

      I was googling to find if there are ways to raise the suspension on my Figo. I hit this thread.

      Just to put all your minds at rest, I bought my car in July 2010. And in October I took it to Lahoul in Himachal Pradesh ( I live in Dharamshala and drive to Kangra every day for work and every other day to have coffee in McLeod Gunj) those of you familier with this place will know just what a gruelling drive it is to go from Dharamshala to Lahoul via Rohtang Pass ( it's 25 km of absolute horror from Marhi to Rohtang pass...that's just to begin.. Roads are non existent after Rohtang till Udaipur) AND MY FIGO DID PERFECTLY FINE with full occupancy in the car 3 adults and two children.
      There were horrible sounds when I scraped the underbelly of the car on rocks, on my return I stopped at Saluja ford in Mandi and got the car lifted up, walked under it for good half hour and just found a couple of scratches... That was all.

      I am looking for a higher suspension because I drive more off road than on road.

      As I noticed almost all the complainants drive on civilised roads compared to what I drive on. I request all of you to take it easy and notice how you don't roll around in the car on a 90 degree turn at the speed Of 60km per hour. It's a perfect car to drive folks... Just touch the brakes very lightly to turn even more smoothly.

      And Ford guys I really do have a genuine problem here ... Please tell me how to raise the suspension.. And NO.. I CAN NOT AFFORD AN SUV... This car is just fine.
      I also a proud owner of Ford Figo, despite the problems faced particularly with suspension. At least i might have gone to the workshop ten times and made continuous complaints of suspension noise escalated to all possible contacts of Ford. finally resolved after 2 months. But the ground clearance problem stays as it is, no body at Ford seems taken any initiative to resolve because of basic design issue. This is a major issue in indian market because of bad on non standard speed breakers. The clearance is designed as per american standards where the speed breaker height is limited to 3.5". where as in inida it is 6" to 9". Because of this issue though the performance of the car is good it is not getting market.

      Alas, its the only consolotation to know that i am not the only person to suffer from the low GC problem of ford figo and the heart break of broken mud guards.

      What is the tyre pressure you guys are maintaining?

        1. Noise in car interior and doors
        2. Lotts of noise in car shockers

          Hi!
          The Ford dealer o[censored]daipur can be given the title of worst ford dealer. I bought a fully loaded Ford Endeavour 4x4 Automatic last year Feb and from the second month the problem started.
          First it was the suspension which started making sound like a trust and the music system...which keep itself resetting & shutting off. If it reset then you again have to do all setting again and if it shuts off all you can do is send it to service center. If you send to service center they will keep the vehicle for 4-5 days and will inform you that everything all fine. You bring back vehicle again in 10-15 days same problem.
          The vehicle service history is full of same problems again and again and NO solution.
          The latest is, my vehicle met with a small accident and side type cladding got damaged. They told me to get it done in 1 day. After 1.5 week they tell its done but your music system will take another 10 days and I thought it's ok. Due to some work commitment I was not able to pick the vehicle. The service manager keep calling me from last 4 days that your vehicle is ready and please pick up. Today I went to pick vehicle and saw the tyre cladding was not changed. They just totally forgot to do it. The vehicle was with them for 2 weeks and was send to rectify this only and after 2 weeks they say 'sorry we forgot' and the best of all they will take another 10 days to get my music system.
          Hell with ford & their service network.

            i purchased ford ikon flair 1.3 petrol cum cng version model in april 2007. after driving this vehical abt 10 days i started realizing that this ncar is not running the way a new car usally run. i started complaning abt my problem to the workshop, but till now my problem is not resolved.
            my problem is - while driving the car engine stops at any point of time in the med of the road. they call it misfiring. there is some IC valve issue which they could not rectified till now.. in this situation my steering & brakes stops working.. another problem is with the RPM. in the morning when i start my car the RPM goes up till 2000 without accelarating the accelater pedal. i have filed a case against ford india & the dealer in dec 2007 & still awaiting the final judgement from the consumer forum. i request you all if any one is having the same issue pls get in touch with me at - ( kaul.[protected]@yahoo.co.in )

              Because you did not undergo an oral/ telephonic interview;

              You will be expected to resume your job with the Highgate
              Hospital after your 2 weeks training program; you are also
              entitled to receive salary during your training program in UK.
              5.1 VISA/WORK PERMIT & ENTRY CLEARANCE
              Since you have been successfully screened and recruited by
              the Human Resources Department, you are thereby advised
              to Commence on your entry process with the HIGHGATE
              Licensed Immigration specialist.
              The Highgate Hospital Management shall be shouldering your
              visa and work-permit expenses.
              5.2 You shall be required to Sworn an Oath at Her Majesty Crown
              Court of Justice before the management of the HIGHGATE
              HOSPITAL commences on lodging your entry application at
              the UK Border Agency of the UK Home Office.
              5.3 The Sworn Affidavit of Oath is a written form of evidence
              used in court proceedings. The affidavit sets out the facts as
              you remember them. Your statutory declaration/statement of
              fact to abide in this contract, never to neglect your job, will
              be made as your name is being sworn. Also you will incur the
              necessary expenses of such at the Court (Court expenses are
              duly reimbursed)
              5.4 All entrance related documents must be processed via the
              Highgate Hospital Licensed Immigration Specialist to enable
              the UK Home Office grant your Visa/Work Permit approval in
              the due time as stipulated and also to avoid Visa refusal in
              your Home Country; at the same time you shall be entitled to
              personally incur the expenses as related to the acquisition
              processing.
              5.5 It is only when you are Sworn an Oath at Her Majesty Court
              (UK) shall the HIGHGATE HOSPITAL commence on
              shouldering your entry expenses; also you be entitle to
              receive the “Reimbursement” benefit and Free Flight (Family)
              Ticket, and two (2) Months Upfront salary.

              7. UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY/ ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS
              Two (2) month’s upfront salary (Inclusive of all allowances &
              benefits) shall be paid in advance before employee re-locates
              to new job location (as soon as the entrance documents are
              confirmed ready).
              All payments of salary after resumption of duty in the UK
              shall be 75% paid into an offshore bank account which will be
              provided by employee while the remaining 25% paid in cash
              to employee upon arrival to the UK.
              This is in line with the British Expatriate Financial Statutory
              Laws. Also before such transfer is made employee's entry
              document must be ready.
              8. OFFICE GADGET
               Blackberry Bold 2 (9700onyx),
               Desktop Computer
               HP Laptop Computer,
              2.0 GHz Processor, 2 GB RAM (Core Dual), 24XDVDRW,
              150GB Hard Drive, USB, Integrated Network
              Adapter, Internal 56K Modem, Spare Battery and
              necessary software shall be provided for workers in the
              administrative, secretarial, layouts and managing
              departments.
               Full time WIFI access is available
              9. SAFETY & SECURITY
              Safety and security of personnel (local/foreign) and facilities
              on job locations and Communities are no small issues, You
              will be required to Comply with the requirements of the
              Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of
              Health and Safety at Work (Amendment) Regulations 1994 to
              take responsible care of yourself and other persons who may
              be affected by your acts or omissions at work.
              You must not misuse or intentionally interfere with anything
              provided in the interests of health and safety.
              10. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
              Recreational/Sports facilities shall be made available at the
              disposal of all employees with no expenses to be incurred.
              Laundry and dry cleaning, chef and gardener service will be
              made available to employee by the managements’ unit on
              request.
              11. TRAVEL PLANS
              The HIGHGATE HOSPITAL LIMITED is under an agreement
              with the ILFORD LAW CHAMBER for the easiest and earliest
              Work Permit acquisition with our international employee’s
              that will be relocation to start work with us here.
              All Entrance related document processing must be done with
              the HIGHGATE Licensed Immigration specialist, Expenses
              made/incurred by the Employee related to job before
              commencement of duties shall be substantiated and
              reimbursed by the employer on the conditions stated below,
              hence the process was done by the ILFORD LAW CHAMBER.
              12. FLIGHT TICKET
              Free UK flight ticket (via British Airways) will be issued to the
              employee by the HIGHGATE as soon as the work permit and
              visa have been endorsed by the UK Home Office via the help
              of the Company Licensed Immigration specialist (ILFORD
              LAW CHAMBER) Employee must present his/her soft-copy
              of endorsed visa.
              13. REIMBURSEMENT
              The employee will be reimbursed by the HIGHGATE
              HOSPITAL LIMITED for reasonable relocating expense(s)
              incurred ONLY as a result of relocation, e.g work
              permit/entry process, and early termination of leases,
              storage charges and Immunizations etc.
              Reimbursement shall be made upon arrival in London not
              later than fourteen (14) working days after submission of
              employee’s expense report and receipt from Country of
              origination.
               Expenses made by the employee in relation to house
              hood equipments (e.g. TV, DVD, Desktop computer
              etc) pets, and other personal assets shall not be
              reimbursed.
               Employee is strongly advised to keep original receipts
              and evidence of payment(s) made before arrival to the
              United Kingdom as reimbursement applications made
              without receipt or evidence of payment shall be
              denied.
              The Contract Agreement
               Neither party may assign their obligations nor rights under this
              agreement to any other person in any circumstances whatsoever
              except with the prior written consent of HIGHGATE HOSPITAL
              LIMITED.
               No waiver of any breach of this agreement shall be deemed to be a
              waiver of any other or subsequent breach. The failure of either
              party to enforce any provision of this agreement at any time shall
              not be interpreted as a waiver of the provision.
               This Agreement is constructed in accordance with section 6 of
              British Employment Act Bill 2000. A single arbitrator agreed upon
              by the parties shall decide any dispute between the parties arising
              out of this agreement.
               In submission to this contract/appointment letter, I hereby confirm
              and agree that the signature is not an impersonation of me and is
              all true, legal and I understand that false signature will lead to
              termination of my appointment.

                Am filing this complaint with lot of angrer because of the poorest service provided by the FORD co Mangalore. Nearly 3 (1/10/2010 )months back we went to the service centre for problem related with door locking,FORD IKON-KA19 Z 8681,Apple red color. Since now dated (5/1/2011) vehicle has not delivered. Initially they said it will cost 24000 and now they are telling 38000 is the bill amount. By this we can make out how much they are taking care of customer service.
                Don't buy ford cars for their after service is very bad
                I left my ford fiesta for general service at chennai ford at ambattur.They did not even wash the vehicle after the service.I had a new tyre in the boot as spare tyre.After a month after the service, I went to change the tyres at a tyre shop.To my dismay and shock, the spare tyre was already removed and a old tyre was kept in its place.I do not understand why these service centres are so cheap and they make us sick.

                    Hi Guys,

                    I write this only to benefit those considering to buy a Ford vehicle
                    in the future. I had purchased a Ford Fiesta SXi (10 lacs at the time),
                    the Fully Loaded variant in the confidence that Ford delivered
                    exceptional vehicle quality and service, alas none was met.

                    My ordeal began when I had admitted the Car, to the Workshop, with
                    "Battery light shows all time" plainly said, the instrument cluster had
                    the battery light turned on permanently. After few days, the dealer
                    called to present me a whooping bill of Rs 52,000/-! for replacing the

                    Alternator and the PCM (the brain of the engine). However, when
                    questioned, they couldn't give reasonable explanations as to why the
                    alternator and more importantly the PCM had gone kaput, and kept giving
                    evasive replies. I had asked the following questions:

                    1) I had followed the owners' manual when I saw the only warning light
                    of Battery,immediately drove to the nearest garage.The Engine Warning
                    Light was not illuminated at any point after starting the
                    Engine.Therefore, I had repeatedly,asked one core question if there was
                    no "Engine Light On (MIL)" then, how PCM-failure could be the problem
                    at all?

                    2)I had gone to the workshop to check the claimed "alternator
                    over-voltage" as the cause for these failures.
                    However, the concerned personnel could not demonstrate the same.
                    And in any circuit there is a fuse to take-care of shorting, therefore
                    fuse will blow-off and not PCM! Why so?

                    3) I had asked the ABOVE QUESTIONS in a written letter to Ford Co.
                    (it's M.D. Micheal Boneham) , they called me a few days later and all I
                    got was evasive replies based on "Somehow Logic" and NO WRITTEN
                    COMMUNICATION despite my insistence on so.

                    4) As I did not get any reply from neither Ford nor dealer, I had
                    posted the symptoms and diagnosis report given by Ford dealer to
                    various international(UK, US, South Africa,Venezuela etc) Ford owners'
                    forums including the one below:

                    the reply from Expert is:
                    "If there was or is no engine warning light on (MIL) then there is no
                    issue with the PCM."

                    At other forums, members had clearly replied that, they would not have
                    borne the cost of PCM & Alternator, looking at the age (3 year old) and
                    low-run, as it has clocked 24561 km.

                    IS BEING A FORD CONSUMER SUCH A PAIN that I have to seek answers from
                    elsewhere, and not from the Company itself?


                    Ford boasts a lot about ethics in their Customer Service, but on the
                    contrary, I was disgusted to find, that it is worse than that of a
                    road-side workshop as I was being ripped-off by several tens of
                    thousands.I have absolutely NO TRUST left in Ford and the vehicles they
                    produce are UNRELIABLE BREAKING-DOWN AFTER FEW YEARS VEHICLES!

                    So, please do yourself a favour and buy any other vehicle, so that you
                    avoid huge financial and mental pain as I have undergone.
                    (P.S. If anyone needs to see correspondences I had with Ford, I will be
                    glad to share it with you.)

                      I am an Officer in Indian Air Force. I have Ford Fiesta bought of 15 Dec 08. It has done 30,000 km as on 11 Dec 10. Had doge for 24 month service to Harpreet Ford Gurgaon. There more that half of the shceduled activities, as per user handbook, viz. Batter water chech, break fluid change etc was done. On inquiry I was told it ewas not required. Further I was told that Tie Rods require replacement and also that two year warranty was not applicable for tie rods. I wonder how come

                      1. Tie rods require a change within 30000 of city driving.
                      2. Why is it not covered in two year warranty as promised by the company. Incidently I have purchased extended warranty for additional two yearsin Jun 10. I wonder how many more such surprises are likely to be thrown up by the company to the costumer?
                      3. Half of the schedule activity for the 24 month service was not done by the service centre quoting they did not require a change? On cross checking it was seen that there was no fluid in the battery. Brake oil, engine oil etc were not changed at all.
                      4. Wheel allignment was not proper and vehicle was pulling to the right. I had to take it to another service centre next week to address the issue.
                      5. The company did not have spare parts (rear mud flaps) available. Next week the same thing was not available even at the other service centre.
                      6. One is not sure how much more is there in the fine print and whether the reply given the the service centre representative is in line with company policy for the consumet handbook clearly indicates something else.

                            i brought a car ford fusion plus in nov 2008. the initial reading in the speedometer was around 400km,to which i objected that it is not a new car. they told me that it is due to company's test drive. ididn't knew much about all this so i agreed with them. after a short time i feel slight tightness in the stearing.i complaint it every time whenever i go for car service to daisy ford service center hisar from where i purchased that car.but they took it lightly and ignored my problem...my car war in warrenty at that time. with passage of time the stearing got harder and harder .few day back when i go to there they told me to replce power stearing assembly costing around Rs. 40000. in between i also faces problem with cluch plate. three four times my car stops in between the way. with the help of local mechanics i some how managed to reach destination.this is all with your two year old car .daisy ford hisar demanding another Rs 20000 for it . ten days had gone my car is in service center hisar.after ten days they are demanding me another 19000 Rs. for all four wheel bearngs. i m confused what to do. i had worst experiance with your great name .

                              Hi,
                              I am Akshay Shukla , I got Ford Figo 1.2 duratec petrol ZXI as gift. I had to pay 31% of the showroom price of the car as the tax to the Indian gov.Apart from this road tax .
                              After paying gift tax I had submitted 29,500 rupees as the registration fee on the 26/10/10 to the dealer ( Harpreet ford, New Delhi) and completed all the formalities (told by the dealer )related to my car on the same date and took my car to home.
                              after 15 days when I called them for the permanent number ( as Car has Noida's Registration got temporary number first) they said that as I am having Noida's address thus they are facing some problems to provide me permanent number, and 1% tax is also raised so I have to pay approx 8000/- rupees extra money to them, they clearly mentioned that they have to pay 3000/- rupees to Noida traffic authority as bribe to resolve all the problem related to my Address.
                              I asked them to give my file back to me I'll take my permanent number from my own side. When I went to Traffic Office Noida I got to know that dealer sent my file to the traffic office on 20/11/10 and 1%tax got raised on 7/11/10 .if they would have sent my file before that I wouldn't had to pay that money.
                              Including 1% extra tax I had to pay only 28,800/- rupees ( Remember I already submitted 29,500/- rupees as registration fee to the dealer) and there were no any other problem that they ( dealer) were saying.I was completely surprised .It means they were trying to fool me ? they were trying to get 8000/- rupees by making me fool.and now they are not refunding me my registration money ;I had submitted to them.

                                Due to adulterated diesel 45 liters at Bharath Petroleum out let at Chikmaglur on 1st of Nov 2010, The engine has stalled and will not start. I was told that the fuelinjection pump has to be replaced with a new one costing about 160000/Even after fitting a new pump the car is not starting. Trial and error methods are continuing at Shimoga Cauvery Ford out let from 2nd of Nov.2010. all communications to the directors are in vain as they have insulated them selves effectively, only the custcare of Ford are replying bu in vain the problem persists even after more than a month

                                    Dear sir,

                                    My car is just about 2 years old and i fail to understand the reason for the number of problems that my car has had in just such short a span of time. My car stopped in between the way,3-4 times and with the help of local mechanic i, somehow managed to reach the destination.

                                    There is problem in power stearing in my car (FORD FUSION PLUS) from the first day of purchase. When i went to your service centre, DAISY FORD, HISSAR, they told me that it is ok. But now the stearing is very hard. In between clutch is also causing problem.

                                    Now, when i am going to your service centre they are saying that my car is out of warrenty, asking for 80 thousand expenses and saying that i have to leave my car for 1-2 months at the service centre. When my car is under warrenty, your service centre was constantly ignoring the problem.

                                    I am tired of the troble that i have been having with my car and your service centre.

                                    Kindly consider my problem and reply me as soon as possible otherwise i have to act strictly and have to reach consumer court.

                                        Hi ,

                                        I have taken a Second hand Ford Ikon 1.6 car from True cars in Rajaji Nagar Bangalore. After the purchase till now , I have spend around 60k and more. with 6 months. And still the Ford service Engineers are suggesting for few more things to be changed . I really dont know when it is going to come for an end. I am really fed up of spending so much on this.

                                        Every part has come for an repair before the completion of 10 years. It is really pathatic.

                                        Is that really Ford is Manufactured for the period of 5 -- 6 years ?

                                        Rough information that I have in my finger tips is :

                                        1. Suspension 22 K
                                        2. Alternative bracket 18 K
                                        3. Barring 2.5k
                                        4. Break with drum 2.5k
                                        5. Inside roof top bulb 800
                                        6. Break lights 600

                                        Rat bite is what it was mentioned and charged me 5.5k. For the lighting wire .I received this complient after getting the car delivered from the service centre. I did not check immediatly after delivery because I was not at house. Next day when I wanted to check this is the complient I came across.

                                        Even now I park in the same place inside my house ( portico )

                                        Next set of things that is to be replaced.
