Due to severe back pain i had to go hospital evn in such covid 19 pandemic for mri test, i reached to hospital on time, but the whole hospital staff made me run lik a dog in hospiral for 2hrs in such back pain.. Aftr 2hrs finally my appointment mri time was gone bit they did my mri.. I called 8times to know whether my reports are ready but no reply no body answers the calls n front desk staff has no idea of anything.. Infact on few help desks...

No attender seating area for CCU admitted patients

The Ordeal: Night of August 24th, 2020.

I had admitted my Mum in law Fortis Bangalore Cunningham Road Hospital for treatment around 7.30 pm. Initially they took her to ER did what was necessary and as I finished my formalities for admission and paid a good amount, they had prepped her to be shifted to CCU as confirmed earlier over call.

Until here it's all good and smooth. Ordeal starts once patient is shifted...

Incorrect representation on bills to insurance

huge bills generated with little attention to the patients needs although treatment is good

My mother was admitted to fortis multi speciality hospital anandpur in emergency early morning on 30-1-20 and was kept in the icu with milti organ failure and frequent dialysis in the icu which housed only one dialysis machine and hence scheduled timings could not be adhered to. She was in a terribly bad state with her hands tied up, pipe in her mouth, oxygen masks and nebulisers etc.
She was hardly eating anything since days since...

hospital bill

I had my lscs delivery on 03.01.2020 at fortis hospital shalimar bagh. I availed deluxe room package for 3 days. However, the hospital authorities are denying to provide break up of my bill.
