Fortis Healthcare — overcharged and wrong ultrasound report at fortis shalimar bagh

I was admitted on 24/09/2018 and discharge on 25/09/2018.
There first of i was taken for ultrasound where there was no organised system ipd patients and opd patients both were in the same que and despite being ipd patient i had to stand there for 15 minutes as there was not vacant sitting place.

My father sh sadhu singh ipid is[protected]. He was admitted twice in emergency on 12/09/2018 and 13/09/2018 for treatment. He is a central govt pensioner. He has been charged for his treatments vide bill no 1002/18/1/cs/0007224 dated 12/09/2018 for rs. 1399/- and

Fortis Healthcare — carelessly handled in patient

My wife mrs. Sulogna mukherjee have been a patient of dr. Smita vaid for the last 7 to 8 years now. Dr. Smita has been an angel throughout, and under her treatment my wife was admitted in fortis jaipur in 2016 for a histectomy operation. The hospital experience was praiseworthy and my wife recovered fast.

I had taken appointment for breast biopsy two days before as i was traveling from rajasthan state just for treatment.
As i arrived on right before appointment time, doctor denied for the test (Dr. Saurabh) saying that he is alrea attending lots of appointments & kisne appointment de di... Blah blah. Another person from management told me that test will be done once all patients are treated, yet i was the one who was supposed be attended...

Fortis Healthcare — poor service and response

One of the worst hospital i have ever seen. First came to reception with emergency condition, they took about 20 minutes to attend, after complaining loudly they attended. later we insisted for admission. They were not taking anything seriously. after admission, we called nurse for attending patient after completing the drips. we went to nursing room personally later they came. there was no sonography facility, there was no one to tread kidney...

Sir namaskar main Delhi mein rehta hoon mujhe Bees Saal Ho Gaye Dil Mein Rehte Hain lekin sir Jab Mujhko Pata Laga, की दिल्ली के हॉस्पिटल एस्कॉर्ट में BPL कार्ड राशन कार्ड लेकर जाओ तुम्हें मुफ्त इलाज होता है परम से किसी प्रकार का पैसा नहीं लिया जाता सर लेकिन फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल जो है इसमें BPL कार्ड वालों से राशन कार्ड वालों से बदतमीजी बोलने का ढंग नहीं और BPL कार्ड वालों को इस तरीके से मतलबी लोग अपने नजरिए में देखते हैं कि यह कुछ है ही नहीं और मैं खुद अपना इलाज कराने के लिए तो Mujhe Kaha Gaya ki aaj doctor nahi बैठेगा और साथ में कहा आप कल आना फिर मैं कल आया तो कल भी बोला मुझे क्या सुबह आना अब सर BPL कार्ड वालों से ऐसा क्यों करा जाता है इनकी तरफ से इनको ना कोई सी तरीके की नोटबुक भी नहीं आती जिसमें डॉक्टर सारा कुछ रिकॉर्ड रखें पर हमसे जो स्लिप बना करके दी जाती है उसमें ₹11 00फीस दी जाती है लेकिन सरकार भर्ती हमें नहीं भरना पड़ता लेकिन सर सरकार पैसे दे दे तो उसका मतलब यह थोड़ी कि हमें कोई चीज ही नहीं है

    I am really unhappy with the services provided @fortismohali. First of all patient was moved out of ot without informing us and then we were allotted room with dual occupancy but the staff shifted the patient to normal ward. On enquiring, staff said no room is available now. Is this the service which your insitute which cosiders itself the best is rendering to the patients. Up till now, no doctor has paid visit to patient.

      Me and my family are/were loyal comsumer/visitor/patient of fortis anandapur since last few years. But recent circumstance that i have faced with fortis in house doctor sujata dutta has forced me to change my doctor and preference of hospital. Infact doctor vineeta kaul too is no different.

      Fortis, vashi, is worst ever hospital manned by idiotic doctors and other people. 'service' and 'treatment' are completely missing here. Money is the main aim. Doctors don't have patience to listen to patients. Because they have to finish all available patients and go to personal clinics or hospitals to earn more. Here consultation period is less than a minute. My wife's health check up complimentary consultation took place for below one minute having paid for ₹4100/-. Because, by this they will get another separate consultation. They also prescribe medicines which are very costly and earn % from pharma companies also. They insist to do unnecessary tests and reports. If you show an existing report of 8-10 days old done elsewhere, they will not accept and insist to do again at their lab. Fees are very high and not affordable by middle class. Never recommend anyone to visit this hospital. Very pathetic. Sucking blood of common man.

      I am a corporate (Sbi) customer of fortis, vashi. So far i have done 2 major surgeries and many consultations here. But every time i experience deficient in service and treatment. I can also name doctors like dr. Anand mishra, physician, dr pramod bhore, ortho (Who left today) etc. Don't have the service mentality. They are only here for money.

        I am ECHS member Running around with my Wife Medical Tests report from Last three days Which was adviced by Doctor K.P. Singh on 9th of Aug 2018 I was told to get Test reports and come directly, I am came on Thirsday, Friday and Saturday and today attended told me to come on Monday as I speak to Doctor directly he told me to come on Tuesday my wife told him that I have problem I need some medicine but no use, I went to ECHS office in Hospital no help I went to Patient help office of Hospital they get my appointment done with other Doctor for Monday nothing else

          Fortis Healthcare — refund against cancelled appointment

          On 17th july i made an online appointment for dr shalini joshi, at fortis hospitals, bannerghatta rd, bangalore. I paid the sum of rs. 655 online as the consultation fees. But, the doctor was on leave that day, so the appointment had to be cancelled. Since then i have mailed and called the hospital several times asking about a refund, but there has been no reply from them....

          My father dr s. K. Dhir is a regular dialysis patient id no 657232. On 23/7/2018 at around 5.30 pm there was tremendous rush for the closing of dialysis of a number of patients.             Dear Team,

            My father is admitted in Fortis Hospital, Noida sector 62 under internal medicine. He is suffering from Fever and cold. He is a patient suffering form Parkinson's disease for the last 5 years. We had admitted him in the hospital on 12 July. Since then he is kept in ICU and not been told the reason. The reports and culture findings are all normal. Then also he is kept in ICU and the treatment is going on till date. On talking to visiting doctors and nurses, they say everything is normal, then why still he is kept in ICU and not even cured till date. I think ICU name should be changed to General Ward, coz if things are so critical, then why reports are normal. If you are not able serve/cure the patient, please inform us, rather making it a business all the time.
            We are now helpless and seek your intervention or need to take help from other sources, to ensure your truth is known to all general people.

              Doctor operate cystoscopy surgery at 3, o'clock.                 Fortis Healthcare — appointment cancelled not giving further

                An appointment with Dr Upal Sengupta was there for Namita Saha, app no : 3, time 11.00am. I am service person taken leave. Suddenly appointment cancelled due to some reason. It is very urgent to review all the reports referred by Dr Sengupta. Now seeking appointment of any senior consultant on 07/07/2018 within time. But no response from Fortis Hospital, Rashbehari avenue. Thus registered complaint so that they may give us review for report...

                One day she interview in fortis hospital ludhiana and she clear all test and then your staff comitted that urgent hiring and tell please leave own job and join fortis immijietly but when she leave our job then they said i have no vacancy now

                  I am an employee of an emcore capital pvt ltd. Which is in front of gate number 3 of giragaon fortis hospital. I always commute by metro by wearing my company's lanyard. I was going to my office on[protected] around 5 o clock in the evening but i needed yo buy some medicines so i asked to a gaurd sitting on the gate number 2 that where is the medical store but instead giving me this ans. Gaurd said "aapko encore jana h na" i saod this is none of your business just yell me that where is the medical store thn gaurd laughed on my face & said "mujhe pata hai aap bahane bana rahi ho aapko koi dawai ni leni aapko encore jana hai" thn someone else told me the way to medical store. The gaurd name is ravinder singh then after taking medicines i thought to take exit from gate number 3 instead gate number 2 as my office will be nearer from the gate number 3 but than again on gate number 3 gaurd incharge stopped me & said kaha ja rahi ho madam than i have informed the same thing to him but than he asked for the bill, which is fine, this is his futy to adk but after i have given bill he handed over my bill to another gaurd & asked in a very rude tone ki check kar aaj ka hi bill hai na like i am a theft or something thn even after checking the bill he scolded me & doubted me that i never visited the medical store & i am lying, he said mai sab janta kitna jhooth bol rahi jo agar medical store se aayi ho to is side se kyu aayi, than i have informed again that this is the first time i came to this hospital & i don't know the way, i asked someone & they guided me that way only but he agsin & again scolded me for the same thing eve n after checking my bill i want to take immidiate action on it & please let me know what action you guys have taken

                    My mom had a surgery from fortis Mohali. The surgery went smooth but after that when she was in the ward, the nurses showed alot of negligence towards her care ! I mean why are we paying lacs if you can't provide us with the basic requirements of the patient and can't provide her with what she needs. Even where they inserted the cannula that part and the whole hand is abnormally swollen and she's in alot of pain due to such negligence. They were so untrained that they didn't even figured out that the medicine was dripping out and wasn't going where it needed to be. Also they served her stale food and nobody even asked for water. We trusted this hospital as her treatment was already pursued from the same but this time they did a blunder!.
                    I hope to get a reply soon !
