My father, Mr. Darpan Singh Karki (UH ID[protected] is a dialysis patient of Dr. Suresh Chanda in Fortis Faridabad. He was admitted in the hospital on 27th May 2019 and discharged on 4th June at around 1400hrs. I visitef fortis near huda city. I checked via call before visiting the place to which the admin told there are doctors available. On reaching the hospital i got to know that there is no doctor. Got this informatio after struggling for half an hour where a lady told me to wait for half an hour and did not book my appointment. After 1 hour suddenly someone came to the admin desk and asked to wait again for 1 hour and book the appointment....

Dr amit gupta on 4th itself recommend for discharge on 5th morning as everything is normal.in today morning one of lady doctor visited and found ok and told us that discharge will completed before 11am but every staff has no information about this even they are least bother to listen any thing.

I met dr. Bela media 15 days ago and i had another appointment scheduled with her on saturday. While she is only available on monday, wednesday and saturday that too till 12.45 pm, i had booked my appointment in time.

The hospital staff made me wait for an hour saying due to an emergency, dr. Bela isn't available and some other dr. Leena will see dr. Belas patients. I couldn't find any records of a dr. Leela on fortis website...

Fortis charge me two times for mask which needed for bipap and it's cost around 2200 each. Also i need that mask at home for further treatment when i ask for ask for mask they said it's fortis mask.

It was very bad experience, we got appointment of doctor on 10/03/2019, we visited hospital and came to know that opd is closed today. It is really killing time and money of patient you should understand this. Patient is a senior citizen and did not come everyday.
