no doctor to attend

I visitef fortis near huda city. I checked via call before visiting the place to which the admin told there are doctors available. On reaching the hospital i got to know that there is no doctor. Got this informatio after struggling for half an hour where a lady told me to wait for half an hour and did not book my appointment. After 1 hour suddenly someone came to the admin desk and asked to wait again for 1 hour and book the appointment....

Fortis charge me two times for mask which needed for bipap and it's cost around 2200 each. Also i need that mask at home for further treatment when i ask for ask for mask they said it's fortis mask.
Because of it i have purchased another one and end up paying 7500 for mask.
