I visited abhinav bindra targeting performance centre, okhala, delhi on 27.10.2018 for consultation being the patient of paralysis on the recommendation of my friend. I was under impression that i will be cured through machines with modern technology. On the same day, i was asked to deposit some money as advance. Rupees re.5000/ were deposited. First & second visit for physio therapy session was made by me on 29 & 31st october, 2018. On 31st, i was asked to deposit rs.35000/_ to avail 10% discount which i was not allowed.in lieu i was made to understand that my session will be increased in the end.in continuation, i visited on 2nd, 6th, 14th, 15th & 16th november, 2018 but not even visible improvement in state of my health was noticed by me. There was gap during the sessions on one account or other.
At present, i have been suffering from cold, cough and fever for the last few days which has resulted weakness in my body which has restricted my movement further. On this ground, i am in not in a position to visit your centre further. If the process had continued without any gap, my session for 20 days would have been completed. I am no longer interested in these sessions.
In view of above, i hereby request to refund the balance amount and transfer the same to my son lakshay kumar chowdhury account no.[protected] (Ifsc code no. Kkbk 0000214).
Thanks
(H. K. Chowdhury)
