    At Fortis Cunningham Road, I've had better experiences before. But this time, it's a BITTER one. I literally saw ur staff allowing their friends surpassing the que to ECG and TMT tests while innocent people waited for hours on the other hand!

    When enquired, they say it was an emergency case. I understand emergency cases must be given priority. But I don't believe emergency patients walk in with grand dresses and make up in to the labs.

    If such is the case, consider having a seperate VIP labs to those who u favor. Don't think the common man's time is available for ur disposal.

    As a serious suggestion, pls issue tokens and make the process of lab tests transparent.

    If nothing is done in this regard, I'm sure u are not having a great future in customer service industry.

      Dear neha,

      Please be note that as per instruction of dr. Rajen doshi my son ved was admitted in the year 2017, we have paid the hospitalization bill in cash at the time of discharge and we processed the same through reimbursement.

      After submission of necessary documents to ericson tpa, they raised some query (Enclosed letter) against documentation part. For the same purpose i concerned with dr rajen and he has issued the prescription letter (Enclosed) to us and same has been submitted to tpa but the claim got rejected due to following reason. Refer the below print screen. Fortis is really doing the fraud with the customer while charging the very high amount indoor charges like dietitian, non medical charges, doctor fee etc and it is not affordable to everyone that’s the reason we prefer the claimed but that also useless to us.

      Kindly give the clarification of this case we are really loose the loss of around 30, 000, we want the settlement for the same.

        1. No towel since yesterday.
        2. Voice therapist recommended drinking hot water and steam therapy. None s provided. Still no water after asking for it 4 times.
        3. Ringing bell does nothing. Patient going to toilet by himself despite being dizzy.
        4. Earlier patient das kept in the same room with a malaria patient and he succumbed to the disease as well.

        Patient was in apollo earlier and i regret moving him here. Apollo was 100 times better. Unsatisfied with your services. Will spread the word. Your are totally unskilled to provide healthcare services.

        I hope your representative gets in touch while the patient is still admitted. Looking at the response rate for everything, I highly doubt it. The voice therapist suggested the patient to drink warm water and inhale steam. When I visited the patient yesterday, nothing was provided. After repeatedly asking for it over and over again, I managed to get hot water. Steam was never given. The service that you provide is ridiculous when you think about the money that you charge. Hopeless.

        Just arrived at the hospital today and learnt that a number of actions have been taken after my complaint. Thank you and appreciate the quick response. This is what is expected of a hospital like Fortis and should be like this in the first place. Wondering why this need to be escalated in order to fix it. But thanks anyways.

          Hi team,

          Fortis charge me two times for mask which needed for bipap and it's cost around 2200 each. Also i need that mask at home for further treatment when i ask for ask for mask they said it's fortis mask.
          Because of it i have purchased another one and end up paying 7500 for mask.
          This is what non medical person could calculate but i don't know whether they did same for other things.
          I am attaching few proof for your reference.

          Could not attached photos for proof give me email i'd to send you the proof.

            Hi team,

            My dad was admitted in fortis on 1st march. Yesterday i found big fraud which i hillighted but they have some technical limitations due to which they could not solve my problem.

            At 1 o'clock 9th april bill was 4260000.
            When i did payment of 50000 in night of 9th april bill is 436000 i asked what this 10000 charges for they said you will get breakup in morning.
            Next day 10th april the bill amount reached to 474307.

            I have asked them what you did within 12 hrs and you change 35k for it.
            When i went inside billing office they try to calculate amount from 10.34 pm 9th march to 1pm 10th march and i found nearly 20k fraud they could not explain me what treatment they have given for this 12 hr for which they changed us 35 k.
            When i asked breakdown on time based they said due to technical limitations we can't provide you time based data.
            Also according to them 436000 receipt is not updated so how could they provide me receipt.

            Some good points: treatment was good

            Fraud hospital not recommend to any one.
            If you have enough money then only admit your relatives. You will run out of money at the end.

                This is with regards to the malfunctioning dialysis machines and physical and mental harassment being faced by dialysis patients at fortis mohali. My father dr sudhir kumar dhir 67 yr/m who is on maintainence dialysis went for his dialysis on 6/3/2019 with particulars to remove 2.3 lt. However to his shock the machine did not remove any ultrafiltrate. I am uploading the particulars of the dialysis booklet. To this complaint when confronted the staff said that we will call the machine technician and noone will be put on the machine till then and if you face any issue you can come at once. My question is that is fortis running a scam making the patients lie on bed with fistula needles in place with no urea creatinine or ultrafiltrate being removed? A whooping rs 2800 is being charged for a session of dialysis and if that is also done ineffectively then it is no less than playing with patients life. If anything happens during these 2 days as his dialysis is scheduled for 8/3/2019 fortis hospital mohali would be responsible for the same.

                  I have to do a pipe test which is recommended by urology department, bannarghatta forties.

                  Its like almost everyday i am calling and asking them for the appointment but till now i have not received any answer.. What i have received is, when ever i am calling they are saying that they wud call me back in 10-15 mins, but no calls till now.

                  Since 12-14 days i m facing this problem.
                  Since then only once i have received a call from thr side and even that time they were not given me the appointment for the test.

                  They said that they have sent me a msg regarding the appointment but i have not received any of such.

                  This is very unprofessional and disturbing in such medical environment.

                    Hi team,

                    In forstis vashi. Management kept swine flu patient with other patients in icu.
                    Infact if i am asking for mask they don't provide me. I have to fight to get mask but other patients relatives are just entering without mask. They may spread h1n1.
                    Do keeping swine flu patient with other is allowed. As i read many articles about it everywhere it is mentioned that they need isolation treatment. And do this writing may harm my patient.
                    Few more problems i want to add.
                    1) staff is not train they even don't know they can't keep thermos bottle in oven i have hillighted it twice.
                    2) they don't force or guide other patients relatives to wear mask.

                      Even though tpa had sent them approval mail, but then also they have not considered and charged 29590 more wrongly by manually clearance of bill.
                      Fortis has taken 29590 more than actual insurance bill amount.
                      I request fortis to refund my 29590, else i have to reach out to next level of

                        We have come to fortis hospital anandapur kolkata today 23-2-19 under corporate package if hpcl. There was no separate registration process nor a person alloted for the company to guide us unlike all other hospitals tied up with hpcl in different locations where we hv been going for the regular check up. The registration process itself took 2.5 hours. After that proper guidance was not given as to where to go next. There was no one giving proper information about the arrival of doctor or the time of the test at entire as well as papsmear test. Moreover we were misguided. At tmt initially i submitted the file at 2 pm and was told of 2 hrs waiting time. At 4 pm again when i visited, the lady says it will take another 2.5 hours because some opd and ipd cases hv come up. How can the earlier submitted file be pushed to last??? The lady was very rude in answering. When i approached health care desk she bluffed that i will be attended in half an hour.in totality after taking huge amounts from us there is utter unprofessionalism and you people failed to give proper services
                        Inspite of spending one whole day at hospital from 8 am till 5 pm still three tests are pending. Hopeless customer care services. I hope this complaint atleast is taken seriously and not unprofessionally unlike today's experience.

                          I took appointment with dr rajkumar on 16/2/19 and paid online with name manjunath. But my wife was patient so they told to do make payment again and full refund will be done on online payment.
                          But received only 337 please check and clear the amount.

                          I had an prior appointment with the oncology head at fortis gurgaon but the entrry to hospital was a disaster. I was asked that i need a visitor pass and i need to submit my original id and than if i dont need i need to enter from front gate. After i reached the front gate they again started asking fr id and make a cisitor pass. I am nt comfrtable to give my original id with any third person and wher according to law is it bieng asked at a hospital entrance.
                          Post the discussion i still agreed as i had a prescheded meeting which i ddint want to avoid but the security personel mr. Hukum singh was so rude that he even pointed a finger at me.. And used profenity even. Is this profssional. I need an answer to this or else i am gona take it to consumer forum.

                            I wish i could give this place zero stars! The hospital is a money making machine and has incompetent specialists. My father-in-law was admitted recently with an infection. They did numerous scans (Ct, mri, ecg etc.) and kept changing the story with each scan - uti, kidney disease, liver disease, and finally the possibility of cancer! They sent him to the icu, refused to address a lump in the liver, and charged several lakhs for a completely inconclusive outcome. Finally they recommended a pet scan (Which they don't do themselves because they don't have the machine). Specialists at apollo finally diagnosed the disease as an amoebic infection. This could have easily been treated by draining the lump in the liver right in the beginning. It would have been a 2-day affair instead of a 2-week saga. Please stay away from this terrible place!

                              I visited here for my foot corn.. The doctor deepak subramanian.. Told me that i should get a surgery to treat this.. And he did the same.. But it got worsened. Then i visited a private dermatologist. On analysis he said it is not a corn it is a wart.. And he said that foot should not go through surgery since we have cryotherapy.. But what i lost is lost.. I couldn’t walk until now and it’s been 2 years now.. They charged 60000 for a simple foot wart.. Money is not a problem but i lost my walk i couldn’t recover and i have to live with it.. These people to buy a mercedes they are playing in our life.. No ethics

                                This compliant is in reference to patient Mansi Chauhan IP GN[protected] DOA 08/02/2019. Sir patient is female child 16Y 2M old, she want to go to washroom for toilet, but GDA department didn't turn up on call, they were also physically informed by attendant but no response received. GDA personnel came in but it was too late then.

                                    My father got admitted in fortis mohali. I know its a costly hospital. But after one day i was told that my bill is close to 1 lakhs. It was surprising as i myself a medico so i was curious to know how it can be possible.

                                    First my father was suspected of swine flu. They charged me for surgical icu although there was no surgery planned. Secondly, after paying opd fees of the doctor, they charged me consultation fees again in the bill. Thirdly, my father was on oral medications only except iv paracetamol and ceftriaxone which caused bill of 11000 for medical consumables that too in 1 day.

                                    Please look into this fraud.
