Dear sir,

I deposited a sum of rs. 12, 000/- to fortis la femme, greater kailash and uid number was[protected].

My refund was of rs 5, 138/- and i was told that it will be made via neft to my wife account. On 26 nov 2019, i deposited the papers along with cancelled cheque copy personally and via mail too.

On 02 dec 2019, i received a message that the refund is processed by mr. Nitin tamang but till today no amount is received.

Every time i try to call the team then i receive a update that they will evert to me in one hour and so but no reply is received. The papers that got signed from our side by the hospital that clearly states that the refund of only more than 10, 000/- can be made by neft but they are not making any payment even cash.

Kindly help me get my refund.

    I deposited rs 9230 to conduct brain mri but patient will not respond due to i claimed for refund. My uhid no 4595334 and receipt no 1104/dp/1910/449025 dated 3 oct, 2019. Ms tabassum khan at opd counter was said your money will credited with 30 days but not credited till date. I have contacted several time telephonically but hospital have not solved my problem. Please help me and suggest how can get my money from fortune hospital india.

        not even single service is given properly to patients and their relatives

        Recently my dad is admitted in fortis hospital situated in mulund while admitting the patient they aske me which room would you like we selected signature floor and the promised free wifi lounge access etc and when i asked the access for the lounge they denied it by saying it cannot be opened the staff is highly unprofessional and lead to heated conversation this guys are very rude with patients and well as their relative as if we are getting...

        This mail is to bring to your notice the rude and arrogant behaviour from the person who attended the call when dialled on [protected], the number for booking appointments for immigration in fortis hospital bannerghatta road.
        I have already taken an appointment this morning for which a lady guided in a proper way and confirmed my appointment.
        I contacted once again at 10am, as i had some queries regarding the test. This time, a guy who answered the call hung up twice, and then on the third attempt, listens to what i asked. Instead of clearing my doubt, he says "we know what to do, you just come as per appointment timed scheduled for" u in a rude tone, and then he hangs up.
        This kind of a behaviour is not acceptable and i really want to bring this to your notice. From a class reputed hospital like fortis, we expect a more professional approach in such cases.
        Kindly orient the guy about how to treat customer and the importance of every person who contacts.
        This is intolerable.

          It was told to the technician that getting blood vessel is difficult and the senior technician should take the sample. But instead the needle was inserted and she tried to search for the vessel, the area swelled up. Finally the senior technician came and took out the needle, took the sample from other hand. Now even after four days the area is blacked and affected. A photo (today’s) enclosed.
          This is serious negligence for a hospital of your reputation, even after warning about this.

              Cashless facility here is paying 20000 as deposit first then delayed response in everything. non of the staff speaks to the TPA and gets the things resolved.
              Person accompanying the patient in an emergency has to speak everywhere and no help from the hospital. Only if money is paid of 80 % of the so called quote will be handled and taken care of even if you have mediclaim cashless faclility and you will get the refund in whatsoever timeline if we receive the money this is the policy here.

              Expect a call from fortis or any one for detailed query.

                  My daughter tulika singh customer was admitted in fortis, noida for two days from 17.10.19 to 19.10.19. After proper enquiry and verification we denied for dietician visit, which was confirmed by then staff and dietician too but at the time of billing we find a charge rs.400/- towards dietician visit, on asking the hospital (Billing, counselling) section, the same was not deleted from the bill and was charged from us saying that it was mis-communicated to us. Due to this mis-communication we lost rs.400/-. The counsellor present in the hospital at the time of discharge told us its only one time charge and it can not be deleted. We lost rs.400/- just because of mis-communication by the staff of such a big and reputed hospital and was not refunded to us.                     Our patient is there n kept on fasting for operation for more than 15 hrs while there is delay in operating for more than 9 hrs. Unprofessional behaviour to deal with cases.                       My father in law was admitted on 24th sept 2019 in bannerghatta fortis hospital. The management is so pathetic here that even though doctor advised to get discharged, official did not allow to get discharged until certain time. It's complete patient harassment.

                      Here is my experience:
                      1. Father in law was admitted in general ward for drowsiness and low platelet count on 24th sept
                      2. After 2 days of diagnosis, they found platelets are low because of existing lever issue.
                      3. On 26th sept night my father in law was informed my duty nurse that father in law will be discharged tomorrow morning (27th sept)
                      4. I visited hospital on 27th around 10:30am, asked on duty nurse about the discharge procedure. She said it's initiated already.
                      5. I went to floor manager to enquire about the discharge intimation. He asked iif it is through insurance or cash?
                      6. After hearing my response (Insurance), he said he wants another doctors opinion. I got frustrated then still kept my calm
                      7. After few minutes junior doctor came and i asked him if dr anil advised to discharge. Junior doctor confirmed the advisory.
                      8. I did not understand how any official can hold a patient with some lame excuse to pocket money for the hospital just because it's from insurance.
                      9. I asked him (Manjunath) to check with doctor again, he confirmed it will take time and ended up in a heated argument with that as he was not providing any timeline when the discharge will happen.
                      10. Later he agreed to start the intimation by 1:00pm today. How on earth you only think about your own business.

                      When you inform a patient that you will be discharged in the morning. He is mentally prepared and happy state of mind. Then you do these things to make money for hospital and start harassing patient and it's attendant. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable.in last 3 days, i have witnessed that doctors visit is very irreular, nurses don't know where is doctor. I, myself have seen cardiologist was not there for entire one day and nurses had no clue where the doctor is as he was not picking up the phone.

                        My father was admitted in fortis kalyan for 2 days. We were mentally harassed. The tpa department was worse. The estimate consellor was among the same. When i spoke to the complaints department executive she was even worse. These people are highly unprofessional. No informatiion and complete documents was provided by the tpa department/ hospital. Later on when asked multiple times we were told to submit an application. To receive which was supposed to be done by default by the hospital/ tpa department, we had to do multiple follow ups. Even after doing so we were welcomed with very rude and unprofessional behaviour by the tpa and complain department staff.
                        Worst experience. My parents were suffered all because of the service. If only their parents would have suffered such pathetic service then may be then they would have known the difficulty that my parents faced. Worst hospital ever

                        My husband consulted the senior neuroligust Renu Achtani.. she charged huge consulation fee and was not interested in knowing patient history as a neurologist does.//simply wrote expensive test and MRI.They are just money making Dr and very bad experience at the counter also.
                        Admitted my wife with insurance which is cleared but hospital still not clearing the deposit money, simply telling 2 days no one concern person.

                          rude and indifferent behaviour of doctor

                          I visited fortis, noida today with my mother whose blood pressure has been fluctuating constantly for last 10 days. My appointment was with head cardiology, dr suman bhandari.
                          I was extremely perturbed by the absolute indifferent and bad behaviour of the doctor. My mother is 71 years old. Instead of giving her comfort he was saying that if your blood pressure shoots up, get yourself admitted in emergency. He was just not bothered...

                          I've never seen a hospital with a faculty as impolite as fortis la femme, bangalore. Due to the absence of my opd doctor, the registrar, dr dakshainee, was supposed to # insert medication. She literally humilated and snubbed me for the pain i was suffering from durjng the process. She gets oaid for her job and irrespective of her post, she has no right to exhibit such cheap behavior. It happened in the triage of the hospital. Such are the people who brings shame to the branding of the hospital. So many of such cases go unreported. Immediate action is called for.

                            I had admitted my child niharika paul on 24th august 2019, and the billing staff raju, refused to process the insurance claim without her aadhar card. Asking father's aadhar card too, citing some outdated irda notification.
                            Private entities are subverting the supreme court notification and denying services to the people.

                              Fortis staff is scamming patient money by entering lesser than actually approved amount by the tpa. My insurer approved 73, 949 whereas the staff only mentioned 66, 949 on the bill to scam 7000 from me.
                              I personally reached out to the hosptial for correction, post which i was supposed to get a refund of 7000 inr. Vitthal kadam and atul patne denied the refund when my dad reached out and created huge hassle for the same. Post discussing and furnishing all the proofs finally they agreed. I would like for someone to look into this fraudulent corrupt staff of fortis who are scamming refund money of patients

                                This is complaint in reference to the one pillcam capsule endoscopy case which we have done at fortis noida on the patient of gastroenterologist dr. Ajay bhalla. Technician mr. Manoj - [protected] asked us to perform the case. As we have done all formalities of vendor registration with the hospital. As per negotiation done with mr. Lalit - -[protected] purchase head and mr. Gyanender - [protected]. The final price was decided capsule cost rs.31360/- inclusive tax and rs. 6640/- inclusive tax for procedure charges & rental on 60 days payment term.
                                We have done the procedure on 08.02.2019 under invoice no. Gst/19-20/0492 for pillcam capsule and invoice no. Gst/19-20/0508 for rental & procedure charges and expected to receive the payment by 8th april'19 as per 60 days payment term. But unfortunately we have received the payment only for pillcam capsule after 210 days. We have done lots of calls and visits after that we are able to receive only one payment. For another payment of rs. 6640/- they are denying to release the payment.
                                So, humble request is kindly do the needful to release our payment as soon as possible. Otherwise we will move to consumer court after non action taken by you.

                                  Regarding unprofessional and manner less attitute of your doctor Kapileshwar Vijay in Fortis Jaipur.

                                  My parent went to Kapileshwar VIjay in fortis jaipur for consultation on mother's gal blader stone. Mt Kapileshwar was very rude and does not have manner how to talk to patients. When my father shown him file he told my father why are you speaking and threw file and start talking mannerlessly to my parents and told that i am writing operation because you are speaking in between. he is very stupid doctor and damaging your hospital's reputation. Is this the way to talk to patient??. You charge money to patients and your doctors does not have manners to talk to patients. There are many hospitals and very good doctors in jaipur and Mr Kapileshwar should know he is not the only doctor in jaipur. YOu are requested to take action against Mr kapileshwar vijay and ask him to learn some manners. otherwise nobody would prefer to go to your hospital.

                                    Today on thursday 1st august. At 11:15 i had booked an appointment for a gynecologist. We reached there on time and had to wait for at least an hour while we were waiting one of the front desk assistant id no 202824 let a lady cut in front o[censored]s, the lady was after us and even her billing was done after us. Despite our appointment with the doctor the lady after us was escorted to the doctor before us. When we tried to stop her the front desk assistant started fighting with us and defending the other patient.
                                    I don't know the front desk lady's name but i have her id number and her picture which i plan on posting all over social media so that your image is trashed all across the media.
