Franch Express Courier Complaints & Reviews

I sent brass items to my aunty in kavali and paid 1600 rs towards transport charges to franch express stating that the items should be handled with care and fragile mentioned several times on box too. They mishandled the box and delivered extremely damaged products without even concern. They are now using improper words and reasons for damages they did to my parcel. Worst service extremely upset with the damages they did...

Your franchise behaviour is very worst with us and my clients and he asking money in the name of franch express for the paid bills and more, if its not taken neither actions on it, orelse we have to raise a dispute on him behalf of our concern it make affects franch express network,...

I sent sweet on 15th Dec it has to received 17th Dec but to 18th till now it didn't received .very worst courier service I ever see...

I need to know the status of the above consignment. Your service centre are useless and they don’t have the status. I was asked to call [protected] n[protected], both the numbers are wrong. Another number [protected] which continuously ringing. It’s my daughter’s music examination records which has to reach Annamalai university by 15th December. I had sent it via express courier by paying INR 150. Status in online still reflects intransit....

Hello St and franch express courier your courier service very very very worst why becose I have send one courier 2nd dec2020 denkanikottai to Dharmapuri doc no:[protected].till date not delivered. I have completed to Chennai help desk no [protected] so many times today 5.12.2020 some people attended call but no one responded to me and immediately disconnected my call some people Chennai help desk people telling me we cont deliver your courier...

I have faced bad experience with FranchExpress since past one month, two packages from different senders have not been delivered, tracking number: [protected] and tracking number: [protected] never delivered even after one month to Bangalore. Most useless service. Not trustworthy, they are irresponsible and cheats....

They do not deliver the parcel. If the courier boy walks and tries to deliver, goal can be achieved. Here there is no attempt to deliver the parcel.
Never try your luck here....

I sent a courier from Barugur (Krishnagiri District) to Coimbatore. As per the tracking status, the product reached the destination Hub on the next day itself. But even after 3 days, the courier is not delivered to the destination address. Very poor management & Services....

Courier sent from Chennai 3 days ago to Chennai. But the courier did not reach the destination even after 3 days. No proper response from customer care and booking office...

On Monday we have sent a courier to pennadam eraiyur, it shows delivered but still we have not received the courier.. How can the status be delivered but we have not received the courier yet. I need an explanation on this as soon as possible...

When I called Mr. S.N.ESWARAN - [protected], he was rude in his talk and told me that it can be delivered only in the late afternoon. The delivery address is within the city limits. Request you to take action regarding the same....

This was sent to my mother from Kanchipuram office to Mettupalayam office on Nov 2 and today is Nov 8th. Till the courier is not yet delivered but the tracking shows out for delivery from Nov 3rd. From the tracking it says it has reached Mettupalayam on Nov 3rd. When I called customer care at Mtp, he is asking “what’s there in courier and why don’t you buy it here, why are making it an issue?” See how reluctant he is . I doubt that...
