This was sent to my mother from Kanchipuram office to Mettupalayam office on Nov 2 and today is Nov 8th. Till the courier is not yet delivered but the tracking shows out for delivery from Nov 3rd. From the tracking it says it has reached Mettupalayam on Nov 3rd. When I called customer care at Mtp, he is asking “what’s there in courier and why don’t you buy it here, why are making it an issue?” See how reluctant he is . I doubt that man must have taken it since he said if it’s clothes, there are chances to get stolen. Next worst part is Chennai head office customer care lady ., again very irresponsible person . When I made a call for complaint, I hear background songs., so that she is not able to hear me properly . Then again made a call and her reply is “ahhhhhh, ohhhh, hmmm” this is exact way of her response . So Guys, highly recommend., DONT EVER USE THIS FRANCH EXPRESS.
