Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter severs as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to your main branch at Rajouri Garden during the procedure of registration and admission formalities.
After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 11 months vocational training course- Frankfinn certificate in aviation, hospitality and travel management (FCAHTM) on 10th may 2023 and paid a total amount of Rs.15000.
was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. I had visited and submit application twice to the Frankfinn institute at Rajouri Garden, but i did not get any updates and she has not tell any refundable/non-refundable policy earlier.

Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, I request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me the admission fee so that I can bear the expenses of my further education.

I attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that I had paid.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiving refund.

Sir, I got a call from Frankfinn airhostess tranning that I went there for free seminar, they showed me big dreams, they forced me a lot, they told me about their course, which was 1 lakh, then I got 15000 rupees immediately. Told to give and said that today is the last date of admission, I did not have money, I gave 5000 rupees, said that you can hold the seat now, he showed a lot of dreams, so that I gave more money, after that he gave 10000 cash, then he forced me a lot. For this, they cheat the students by giving loans from themselves, they trap them, they brain wash them. I didn't attend class for a single day, there is a finance problem in my house please refund my money i need it very much😭😭

I got admission in frankfin and submitted 15000 rs as admission and registration fee now due to some personel reson i dont want to join the institute and want my money back so i contacted the instiute they said that the money will not be refunded, this is not done . Dear Sir,
I am writing to express my utmost grief regarding the recent harassment incident that took place in the office. I sincerely apologize for any discomfort or pain that I may have caused to the any individual or to the company as a whole.
I would like to provide some context regarding the events that led up to the incident. Recently, I have been dealing with some personal family issues that have caused me a significant amount of stress, due to which I had to take a day off and I had informed my TL, Mr. Tuhin Mondal regarding the situation. At the first place, he misbehaved with me over call, using foul language.
When I joined, the very next day, I got verbally abused by the TL, Mr. Tuhin Mondal. I was asked not to login to the system and within sometime, I was asked to leave my chair and hand it over to a new employee. On denial, they called the security guard and forcefully got me removed. I’ve been working with this company from the past 2 months now, this kind of a behavior was really unexpected. Then, I was asked to leave and not to come from the next day. They also said that my salary will be deducted and will be credited only after 90 days.
As per the rules, an employer can terminate an employee by giving him at least 30 days of notice or a salary in lieu of such notice provided. Even if I’m not getting a notice, I would at least require my salary on time as I’ve worked the whole month and secondly, I had no intentions to leave the company so soon.
Sir, I understand that all these people are my seniors and probably have much more experience than I do. I joined this institution to learn and gain more knowledge about how this industry works. But instead of guiding me, they started harassing me to this extent. They have harassed me quite many times, previously as well. I’ve always kept calm and accepted the harassment as a part of my job. Now, when things got out of control, I couldn’t help but write to you.
I would also like to inform you that the TL and the manager, Mr. Atanu Ghosh, are well connected, personally as well and they are all teaming up against me. Holding a junior position, I’m not being able to take any action against them. I honestly do not have any personal grudges against any of them.
I don’t think I’ll be accepted as a part of this company anymore. But I really wanted you to know what’s going on, so that, you take some action and make it a better place to work.
Requesting you to do the needful and take necessary action and hoping that this issue gets resolved here itself and I do not have to approach any legal authority, speacially for my salary part.

I'm a student from frankfinn Camac street.
We were told from frankfinn that our swimming classes were from 1-2pm but then we went over there and found out it was supposed to be 12:20-1:20 pm. The swimming teachers still allowed us for sometime to swim. Then we have a class from 2:30-4:30. We left the swimming place at 2:15 and managed to make it to frankfinn around 3:30. Maam told us to shut up and get out of the class. I still made it on time but got marked absent. I want a present against my name.

They invited for a counselling session and had not given time to think further. Trapped us and took 15000 as advance fee then had never told us that fee will be non refundable rather got the document signed towards the end at the last page only, in which it was mentioned that fee is non refundable. Later when consciously we thought we identified that it is not something my cousin wants or ever wanted. They are not returning the amount now
