[Resolved]  Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Money deducted from wallet but operator did not receive.

I recharged Rs 149 on 31st March 2017 through Freecharge wallet to a reliance jio number with order ID FCVA[protected]. Freecharge is claiming that recharge done successfully but I confirmed with operator that they didn't receive the said amount.
I did not get the refund yet inspite of contacting Freecharge numbers of time.
Please do the needfull.
