The quality of vida sofa i purchased two years back is of horrible quality. I bought this sofa for 45000/- and after 2 years the maintenances cost quoted by company was rupees 17892/-. Therr is sign if slight threads coming out from one sitttinh position for that they are quoting this amount. The customer care is pathetic after 50 calls i have received the quote and then after asking for revise quote they are still yet to submit the revise quote. I will never buy anything from godrej hence forth. These guys are fake and duping people under brand name

    We have purchased slimline 2 door on 05.09.2018 from godrej interio shop at satellite area Ahmedabad. However, product supplied /installed was without drawer. It was mentioned in delivery note. However, till now we not received drawal till now.please look into matter resolve the issue as i have made full payment of product on 05.02.2018. It looks godrej is loosing its old established shine.

      Work order has been placed to supply furniture and fixtures for official use of dsms (A district unit of ormas) vide letter no. 114 dt. 06.06.2018. But after repeated follow up and assurance by the dealer, the products/items have not yet been received. Already 3 months have passed but their is no assurance on delivery of products. The godrej dealer of kendrapara district of odisha is also not responding to the calls. Due to this the official work is also getting hampered.

        An agreement was done on 06/03/2018 between alak dasgupta& godrej & boyce for service contract (Applianceprotection plan). But no paper is received still now. I have verbally requested your kolkata office to provide proper document. After that i have made contact with mr. S. Omkar of mumbai office. He had assured to provide it, but nothing is received from your end.

        Please provide proper paper for that contract & help me.

          I purchased wardrobe h1 0r 41 from indcon sales link pvt ltd karve rd pune ms on 13072018 po 902 the backside of the product is not properly assembles and is making noise when pressed this was shown to the repair team and was also communicated to the shopkeeper who inturn has forwarded the same to your esteemed office now one month has passed but no replacement received so far i am a regular customer of godrej products but why this delay now not known

            I ordered a Morpheus King bed from godrej interio showroom paying the full amount of Rs 25926 on 04 July 2018 at Gachibowli, Hyderabad. After 2 weeks I received my bed and the installation guy installed on the same day.

            After 1 week, painting of the bed started falling down and whistling sound was coming from all over the bed.
            After falling of paints, I can see the material is also not steel.

            Since, I had to shift to a new place I asked the service centre to disassemble it, which they told will take 2 days and even after 2 days no one came to visit. I called customer service, MD of godrej interio, Hyderabad and even the salesperson. No one was taking it seriously and after a few calls, everyone started hanging up the call.

            I had to shift as I was staying at a rented place before completion of a month. I started disassembling it by myself with the tools given with the bed. I was able to open all the screws except 2 of them(which they do purposely, so that later they can ask huge money for it). I again called to salesperson and customer service and asked to open the screw which has been installed by the technician of godrej. Again, no one came and stopped lifting my calls.

            After one day, I asked the local technicians, everyone was giving a different way to open that screw and finally, I decided to cut the screws and I cut the screw using sea saw and shifted to a new place(If I would have waited for their service, It would have took a month to get a service).

            godrej service is pathetic and warranty doesn't mean anything for them. They will make any excuses to make it void. Any service during warranty they ask for a huge amount of money.

            Service under warranty or without warranty is a business for godrej.

            I asked for the return but they agreed for replacement of the bed. After 1 week two technician visited my place and assured me of the replacement of a full bed with service id-5410501.

            3 weeks as of now, even I registered the complaint with consumer affairs with complaint id-868699, they are denying for everything and asking me to give installation charges of Rs 650 to fix everything.

            godrej interio must refund my amount and take their product back.

              Purchased a e swipe safe locker on 19.08.18. Requested the store for early installation as we will not be available. The lady who sold the product prasanya was so rude and lethargic as she has not arranged for a demo and installation. I did it personally from my end now and have wasted one full day by taking break to office. I need a immediate response and she should call me an apologise for being so rude.                 Hi godrej interiors,
                I have purchased an almirah 3 months back and according to me the quality of godrej has gone down over the years.in a span of 3 months it has strarted giving noise while closing the doors. Also when i went to purchase the sales executive told me that it has 8 coated paint finish on it. But what i can see is it has scratches on the body panel in 3months span.
                I would never ever recommend any one to buy this product because boss it is making sound while closing the doors. Also the quality of almirah used is worst. I mean don’t know what product they have used it is very very thin and it will get damaged if i press it.
                See the quality godrej is selling these days.
                I make a gentle request to refund my money and get this almirah out of my home.

                Our dining table of 6 chair is glass body and it's 4 legs are attached to glass body by some glue...
                Few days ago 2 of its leg displaced its leg when glue came out...

                Then we complaint and it was rectified .

                Now it's other 2 legs is left the glue from glass body.

                I complaining for these two legs

                    I am having a godrej king size bed, the mail holding nut and bolts were damaged. Therefore i booked a service call ref no k[protected], the same was confirmed by sms dated: 28.05.2018 "kolkata-there-tarun ghosh will be attending".

                    On attending he suggested to get the entire sets of nuts to be purchased through there to care. Accordingly i have made the advance payment on 07.06.2018 for an amount of rs 1431.00.

                    Now after a time of more than 2 months i have not been given any update of my order. Even the telephone number i am having is out of order.

                    Request you to kindly help me out, and if possible provide me some contact number of there to care kolkata representative, whom i can contact to get an update.

                      I bought a bureau fram crown engineering your registered whole sale dealer .The bureau model is storewell model 2 .The rate estimated was 22000 . I received product today.the carton around it was model 3 with rate of 21973 .I was shocked and called dealer but he said that carton was misplaced.i seriously doubt that dealer cheated me I have attached all photos of bill and bureau s photo down.more over the person in shop said he was giving 3percent off for independence day.

                        This in refrence to the subject cited above i wish to advice that i have purchased these following items from bliss industries near jagadhari gate ambala city having invoice no bi/18-19/0118 dated[protected]

                        1 godrej king bed sonama oak (With back of anather bed). Photo attached herewith
                        2 godrej matress ortho plus
                        Bil has been attached herewith

                        I was charged rs 2, 000 extra by ur authorised dealor for changing the back of anather bed (Above the stipulated/fixed price) moreover that dealor also promised new double bed bedsheet with bed and matresses but did not provide any doublebed bed sheet after repeated reminders (I also personely visited the place)
                        There is great amount of trust with godrej brand from years as i personely recommend this brand to others but dealors like these are breaking the trust. Not at all happy with their service
                        Company should see into this matter and kindly resolve the issue as early as possible

                          I ahd purchased a refrigerator on 12/02/2009 model axis. The front door of the refrigerator has been rusted. The refrigerator is under warranty. I ahve lodged two complains but each time getting sms regarding closure of service complain due to non customer do not want to pay service charge. But i want to pay service charge as fixed by the company. This is a poor response from a big company. Please replace or repair my fridge front door at the earliest.

                            Dear sir, this complaint is in regards of My Fridge of Godrej company . I have been using this fridge and . This fridge has burn and my all room appliance has been burn . pathetic company fridge need an action against the godrej company . as per the telephonic discussion they are not taking this case seriously . this was really as dangerous for whole family . this case is around 6 am in morning at 27 of july 2018, and all family members was sleeping on the same time, this is very fortunate that i awaken and seen the scenario otherwise it could be a very serious for my family . We want our fridge new otherwise we will make a case against the godrej for all our loss which is happened in this case.

                            Take this matter seriously . We have word with the company representative Mr Rohit [protected], they said that we can give you the old fridge, i this can be a big problem . this is the case of fire in fridge.how its posible. I am attaching pic of this incident for your reference.

                              As i would like to inform you that i as your customer purchase different items of godrej not only this but as per me i am a premium customer and consumer of your brand by using different products from past 10 years but from on dated 07/10/17 i totally got dissatisfied and hopeless by using one of your brand which is mentioned in the aforesaid cash memo which is got attached in the same mail.

                              In which bin bag is one of the product which contains very poor quality where i am facing a huge problem the problem is:-

                              Completely shrinked to the ground and it is not worth sitting my money totally got wasted i am 100% unhappy from the aforesaid product.

                              Not only this but also i was moved to your authorised service centre for the same but they also didn’t take any initiative action for the same.

                              So, i request you kindly get replaced my product and provide me a new and healthy one...

                                  We have bought a study table. It's front door hinges got damaged. We have called up local service number given by the showroom, they said visit would be charged and so we paid to check up visit..

                                  The person visited said the front panel needs to be changed and he asked for a weeks time for replacement. This story is of april 20118.

                                  Ever since, we must have made 100 plus calls to local and toll free care no.in most of the instance, they either did not took calls or kept us on hold for sometime and disconnect it later.

                                  Finally, got connected with vishal ([protected]), he claimed to be heading service of ap&t state for godrej interio. He assured to help and assign the work to firoz suleman ([protected]). Firoz too like all other assured and also like all others, did not do the work.

                                  4 months has passed and the time also energy we have spent to restore the issue simply now tell that ; issue will never get resolve..

                                  I now belief that i can boil my blood, crib, cry and shout any no of times, it makes no difference to seller. They can put add and keep fooling buyers and can get away with this, easily..

                                  I am not in sink with this idea, i have paid full price for the product and demand product quality and service, as it was assured..

                                  Pls suggest how should this matter be resolve. I demand piece replacement or repair. Along with compensation for mental trauma that godrej interio and its representatives has brought to us.

                                    I had bought a godrej almirah recently but found that the top was found to be damaged the technician informed that it will be replaced in 8-10 days but this has not happened

                                    They have provided us bala ganesh with numbers[protected] and [protected]. These numbers are nit responded very easily, there is no call back or status update
                                    We hope to have our almirah after this complaint at least

                                      I have order an godrej expresso cofee table on 3 june 2018.
                                      I did full payment on 3 june 2018 only, today is 24 july almost 2 month is going to be completed. Their is no any status update.. No any revert. I called many times to godrej showroom gajuwaka vizag. They are not responding anything and only telling lie and deceiving customer. I have taken this item because of your brand.. But now i regreting because of your poor service.in future will not recommend to anyone.

                                        I had purchased one 3 door steel almirah from your godrej show room at kankurgachi address p-44, cit scheme 7 m, kolkata 700054 on 08.07.2018 making full payment of rs 25953/ vide order no 61213.

                                        On 11.07.2018 the almirah was delivered to me in packed condition. When the person for fitting the almirah came on 13.07.2018, he said one door was defective and needs to be replaced. I have called godrej show room and

                                        Service centre many times and i am being told that this needs approval from mumbai and will take a lot of time without specifying any specific date. I have given my old almirah and as a result i have to keep all my valuables in

                                        The open.

                                        I have purchased so many items from godrej previously but never did i have such a horrifying experience i am an employee of lic of india and my colleagues are astonished to hear my experience as we are using so many

                                        Furniture's of your esteemed company.

                                        Finding no proper answer, i had to official lodge a complaint against your dealer.

                                        I am attaching the scanned copies of the receipts for your ready reference.

                                        I would like you intervene for a immediate replacement of the defective door.
