I've booked godrej interio futter dressing table(Rs16399), floyedsingle bed(Rs16162), , geniss study table(Rs17188), dual magic matress(Rs9414)on26/2/17at M/s Harsitha enterprises, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam26 and paid advance Rs25000 Receipt no28927. On 23/3/17 showroom called me for balance payment and paid remainingRs 30404 Receipt no28959 on that day. On24th items delivered to my address but mattress not delivered & on delivery accknoledgement of dressing table customer name&ph.no found different.Informed to show room. On 25th, installation acknoledgment also name not changed.While informing godrej customer care, they told that dressing table & mattress not registered, so they are helpless. So far mattress not yet delivered after one month of booking and full payment also.
