I have purchased ac in 2014 and i selected godrej as i was hopeful that godrej will provide best products as it is one of the best companies in india. But now i am facing regular malfunctioning of the product.in 2016 the service engineer told me the reason of its dis functioning is due to the leakage of gas. I paid 3000 rupees for repairing. This summer also i faced same problem and service engineer pointed out that the reason is again the leakage of gas and demanded 3000 rupees for repairing. As a customer i am totally disappointed and i am worried whether i have to spend a huge amount on my ac every year. Many consumers of ac of other companies told me they never faced such problems.     Sir,

    We bought a cupboard from godrej interio mega store nh bypass kochi. The problem is that we paid the bill amount on 17/4/17 and the cupboard is not yet delivered. Todays date is 17/5/17. They never informed us anything about this delay. Everytime we phoned them, they give silly reasons like the colour is not available. What is the real problem behind this? We are one of your loyal customers. We want an immediate and favourable reply from your side.

      Bajaj emi card fee - 350/-

      Initial payment - 3000
      Advance emi - 12278

      Installment period 8 months - 05/08/2017 to 05/07/2017
      Monthly installment - 3228 /-
      Total amount paid by emi installments = 25, 824/-
      Initial payment+advance emi = 15, 278/-
      Total amount paid = 41, 102/-

      Total charges to be paid (Item charges +processing fee+emi card) = 39, 835/-

      Excess amount paid = 1267/-

      Repeated request was made to mr. Swaroop d. Desai, asst. Manager, customer relationship executive - sales (South) godrej interio but there was no proper response from mr swaroop d. Desai, rather refused to refund the extra amount paid.

      I request you to forward this complaint to the concerned authority/person and refund the excess amount paid earliest.

        Hi Sir/ Madam,

        Am annoyed with Godrej Interio company, as I have placed my order before 2 weeks and still I didnt get my almirah.
        Please find enclosed Invoice bill for details.
        I purchased Godrej Almirah on 2nd May 2017 with assurance that my product will be shipped before 2 weeks from date of purchase. I had done complete payment at Godrej Interio Showroom, Gachibowli, HYDERABAD.

        Can you please assist/ help in escalating my concern to get the product soonest else my money back with interest immediately. I have already wasted my precious time walking to the showroom couple of times.

          I have purchased a coffe table from flipkart as it is prepaid product i have paid the amount while ordering the product.
          I did not recieve any call or msg however i got the mail that product has been delivered and installation completed though i did not receive any produxt how thia possible. Past 1 week i am trying to call customer care and everytime they are saying that issue already escelated and will be resolved. I dont know how many more days they will take to resolve this issue. Very bad experience with flipkart.

            (b) Taking back of a pair of Wadrob-H doors lying with me since Dec.2015 which were delivered free of cost vide Invoice No.SAC/16012090
            dt.11.12.2015

            Note: I have purchased a Wadrob H in the month of Feb.2015. Since one of the door of the wadrob is with visible colour patches, made a complaint for replacing the same. The doors delivered for replacing the existing doors vide above invoice are also contains metal damage and the same are lying with me since then.

            I sincerely request you to strengthen your complaint redressal mechanism. It should be brought to logical end in minimum possible period.

                  I had purchased a 3 door wardrobe from Godrej Interio at Naktala showroom, Kolkata. During the installation process some denting in the parts were noticed. The technician informed that same will be replaced at the earliest. The Call No. is 446041 dated 14 April 2017.

                  I have not received a single response from Godrej interio till that date. In fact I had talked to the Service Centre at Kolkata (Sarkar Enterprise) and also your call centre but with same of set of reply "we will get back to you".

                  I had purchased the article with some purpose behind this on certain occasion. But I am disturbed now. I was not expecting the same from a company like Godrej.

                  I want the issue to be resolved at the earliest or take back the article which is lying for 2 weeks in my house.

                  Hope an early action will be taken

                    I thought that Godrej will be the right manufacturer for office furniture. With that in mind, I bought an office chair. To my disbelief, I found the chair I bought a useless piece of office chair. The local manufacturers make a better office chair. I wonder how all those big industries and offices who must have bought Godrej office chiars must be feeling lousy to use these chairs

                      I bought a four door wardrobe with wooden doors. The delivery was late and they could fix only three doors
                      .one fourth of the wardrobe Os not assembled due to defective piece.

                      They said they will replace in couple of days..but now it's over a month. And the showroom guys just give false promises. The assembled three door wardrobe is also flawed.

                      The parts within are not good. The rod for hanging clothes keeps falling every couple of days..

                      I am shocked.. This is the product and service of so called reputed brand. I m thinking of going to consumer court

                          I had bought a bed, side table, study table, wardrobe, side tables.
                          There were defects which i noticed in some items and have been following up from feb. Had called their call center in feb who came and checked the same and told me that fresh items would be sent. Had waited for a month and called their call center again and it was told to me that your defective items were replaced as per their record. I was shocked to hear the same and when i told them that it was not they adviced again u pls raise a complaint.
                          I did so but with no result as no one turned up as per the time and date i had given.
                          Went to the showroom from where i bought but they just tried to shed away their responsibility.
                          When i was firm on my stand that they have to support me as they had sold me the goods they call their service center and i was told some one will come
                          Again waited the entire day by no one came
                          Agin i went to their showroom now one of the show room manager took some initiative to send a person
                          Total 14th april the replacement items had come don't know when they will be fitted
                          After sales service extremely bad and they give false commitment and lie. They violate the terms and conditions on service level.
                          Godrej interior a reputed same in indian industry, just don't know how they can take customers for a ride kits simply cheating on the service level committed.

                            I purchased a Recliner Sofa from Godrej Interio in Pune. The quality of the sofa is very poor. One get's back ache by sitting on it for 5 - 10 minutes. The cushioning is extremely bad.

                            Multiple emails, calls and visit to their Interio store on Nagar Road has done nothing to resolve my issue.

                            Further, when the warranty claim emails are sent to Godrej Interio, they don't even acknowledge the same.

                            Really cheap behaviour and quality for a reputed brand like Godrej Interio.

                            I raised a complaint against Godrej Interio Sofa and Furniture on the governments consumer forum and Godrej Interio is not even responding there.

                            Please be aware before buying any Godrej Interio product thinking it will be quality. In my opinion, Godrej Interio is just selling cheap Chinese goods in their brand name.

                            Please be aware that Godrej Interio does not provide any service and usually do not respond to your follow ups as well.

                              I had purchased godrej '1ton spilt a/c 5*' on 26th march and it has been delivered on 28th march. As committed by snehanjali back office team, there technical support team supposed to come for installation on 1st april but till today there is no any confirmation. I called to snehanjali back office team at various times but there executive name dikshita behaved very badly as like they are giving me a/c on free basis.

                              My experience with snehanjali for 1st time purchase is very bad. As per my knowledge they are believing only for sales but after sales service wise rating is below zero.

                              I m giving 1rating between one to five as i don't have any option below one.

                                I've booked godrej interio futter dressing table(Rs16399), floyedsingle bed(Rs16162), , geniss study table(Rs17188), dual magic matress(Rs9414)on26/2/17at M/s Harsitha enterprises, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam26 and paid advance Rs25000 Receipt no28927. On 23/3/17 showroom called me for balance payment and paid remainingRs 30404 Receipt no28959 on that day. On24th items delivered to my address but mattress not delivered & on delivery accknoledgement of dressing table customer name&ph.no found different.Informed to show room. On 25th, installation acknoledgment also name not changed.While informing godrej customer care, they told that dressing table & mattress not registered, so they are helpless. So far mattress not yet delivered after one month of booking and full payment also.

                                  We bought one Godrej Interio Almirah from Ghar Sansar - Rourkela, Odisha. The locks which are in it are very tight and very hard to lock it. So we have stopped putting the locks. The day they were fitting the Almirah that time only we told the technicians that it's very hard in putting the locks. They told us to use it and after few days it will be alright. But it's more than a month and still the same issues. The locker is totally not working. And it's a real pain now. We informed Ghar Sansar guys so many times but no response from them. We have the same Almirah in Bangalore but the locks are very smooth in that and if any issues happens the dealer immediately fixes it. But these guys are so pathetic. No one is turning up. I wanted to know why Godrej is harassing the customers like this. They took the money and now vanished. God only knows why Godrej is troubling us.

                                    7 months back i purchased godrej swing 5 mattress 72*72 size. After 2 months only bidding stitching torned out and since last 5 months i am continuously following up with the distributor/dealer.

                                    I purchased that mattress from akea furniture shop and after complaining to him he gave me no. Of mr. Manjunath raj, who is concern person to replace that mattress but since last 5 months i am following up with him and everytime he is saying mattress will be replaced soon. But not yet replaced.

                                    Pathetically poor response.

                                      We have bought Gruvz King Bed in December and it has continous sound coming from it when we seat on it. We have complained the same to the dealer too but no action has been taken till date.
                                      It has been more than a week that we have complained about it in the Head Office too but noone seems have actioned anything.

                                      On having bought such a costly bed and having this problem is not at all expected and a company so large should always have a good customer support but i fail to see that in Godrej.

                                        I have purchased a Godrej slimline purple coloured almirah from Godrej interio showroom, Behala Chowrasta, Kolkata on 27th Feb'17 but I regret to inform that till date some portion of it has been delivered and the overhead portion is still not delivered as per the version of the lady representative of the showroom when I called her over phone after the delivery was done as I was unable to view the whole parts because of packing.Yesterday evening I also visited the showroom personally again and I was told by the lady representative that it will be delivered as soon as possible maximium within 2-3 days time but I requested her to arrange for delivery of the rest overhead portion of it buy today only as during the purchase I already requested her to complete the delivery & installation or fitting process by 10th March'17 as we will not be available for some days after that and she assured that it will be done much before that time.Now the lady representative is telling that the overhead portion is not ready and it will take more time for another 7 to 10 days and trying to convince me to allow for installation with the available portion and rest later. As the furniture is occupying a lot of space in my home in uninstalled position and I have decided to not to allow fittings or installation unless the whole portion is being delivered because already Iam harrased quite a lot and I no longer have the eargerness to buy any item from that showroom neither I would reccomend anyone unless my issue is solved immediately.I would request you to kindly intervene and solve the matter as soon as possible and your immediate action on this issue will be highly appreciated.
