I purchased a godrej interio mattress size 6"-6.3" 4-6 months back from a local dealer "UP Handloom, Sector-18, Noida Contact No.[protected]

The Mattress now losing its shape and not fitted on the bed and also create problem of discomfort and back ache. we approached the dealer and Godrej Sale support person- (contact[protected] for last 4 month and both are not resolve the problem or replacement the mattress. Please Help..

    Dear sir/madam,

    A helix coffee table (Sales order no 986262 dated 27/6/2016) was purchased from bhagirath interiors godrej interio (Invoice no 2001) on 6 th july 2016. The table was received with manufacturing defects of welding and scratches on the glass top. The same was replaced on complaint.

    Thereafter another complaint was made for shaky legs and the technician visited on 2 nd october 2016. The nut bolt of the table were fastened well.

    Yet another complaint was registered on 29 th november 2016 for the leg which came off the table and separated the glass top. This was the third complaint made ever since the table has been received. All the complaints have a remark mentioned on the physical copy.

    Its saddening to say that godrej used to manufacture the products themselves but ever since it has been manufactured abroad there isn't thorough quality check. Also there is a vast difference in the quality procured.

    I have used godrej cairo model earlier and was very happy with it but back then it was being manufactured in india itself. It had a floral itched design on the glass top which made it stand out and our decision not to buy cairo but to go for helix was the elegant design only.

    I would be happy if this helix coffee table is replaced with cairo coffee table once in for all to avoid future problems with its use.

    Looking for a resolution at the earliest. The complaint is still unresolved since 29 th november 2016.

      Booking of 2 slimline (darkwood) wardrobes worth INR 45208/-was placed on[protected] with planned delivery schedule of 2 weeks. 50% (22000/-) advance payment by cheque was completed with confirmation call for the balance amount to be made by the sales person when the shipment would arrive at the warehouse.
      follow up call for the delivery was made post 1st week for which the revert was, "your order will be delivered within 3-4 days". Post 3-4 days again follow up call was made with similar reply. on 25th Dec, Sunday again a follow up call with the revert of " your order will be delivered on 30th Dec" was confirmed. (please mark 2 weeks time has already crossed, order not received).
      Again on 30th dec a follow up call to when will the order be delivered to make sure timings don't conflict with order arrival & personal schedule; shocking reply of "your payment is still pending therefore your order was not processed for delivery; had the payment been completed the order would be completed" An apology for manufacturing of the darkwood had some issue at factory level was uninformed till that day. (Please mark call was raised from us for payment completion which was promised from Godrej salespersons end at material arrival)
      with other continuous follow ups and unrest and inconvenience the complete payment was made on 3rd jan 2017. (3 weeks completed, order not received).
      The new commitment for complete order delivery was[protected] with balance payment completed on[protected]. Today,[protected] I got a call from Godrej Interio, that they will be delivering only one wardrobe as the other is found damaged during PDI at the warehouse. On inquiring the delivery of 2nd one, the manager at store replied it will be delivered by[protected]. Extremely disappointing service with too much inconvenience is being served.
      Request you to complete the order delivery within a day or 2 along with some compensation (indemnify) for the not keeping the given word (which is very unethical) & providing unsatisfactory services.
      Payment bills & other necessary documents attached herewith for your reference & further strict needful actions to be taken.
      Hoping for a good service at least this time.

        I have bought a swing 5 mattress from Godrej dealer, after using 4-5 month its looks like fault on it. I have communicate with them as it has one year warranty. 1st they said you should communicate with dealer, when goes to dealer they told they will contact. After few days and continue multiple followup, one person from godrej came for inspection and checked it. He clearly told me that yest it is faulty and we will replace it. but on that time I have to moved kolkata from Noida, they need one month for replcement. So they told me we did inspection. you no need to worry, after reaching kolkata just call kolkata person, they will replace it and we will support all regarding.

        But after reaching kolkata multiple followup, call even after one inspection has done they did not reply anything. after multiple time call today again one person came for inspection And from the time of entry in room he forcefully tried to convince me that problem is very little and its not product problem, Its very usual. Even he does not try to see properly.

        Though person who checked in noida take pics and used scale and tape after that he told yes its faulty product, now this person saying no its not a faulty, its very usual to increase or having fungus on it and even loosing firmness is very natuaral.

        Problem Description:-Some portion puffed up, have fungus on it, and its looses its firmness after using 6 month only, also increased in size.

        And regarding the inspection of Kolkata team, as earlier I have stated that, this person was not interested to listen even properly, just from the beginning he was trying to convince that it is natural, there are not any problem.

        Regarding softness- he told it may occurred even after only 4-5 month use.

        Regarding increasing size- it may occurred as we are using it continue.

        Regarding fungus and black spot- it also may be very common.

        Regarding puf[censored]p portion- as I have hit repeatedly or for transport, even it was before transport.

        Regarding down line- he does not bother to see and touch that, as it is very slide that normally not noticeable from standing position.

        How all those problem in a single mattress itself, and he clearly told us that he will report regarding only puffup portion, that also as we are forcing, otherwise all is good.

        And now they simply close it.

          The drain system of the washing machine is not functioning since 2 months. We filed ourcomplaint in the customer service office of godrej but their response was not at all satisfactory. They sent their service guy, he checked the washing machine and said that some part needs to be changed and said he'll be coming with the concerned part in a week but he didn't. We again called the customer service office and again they sent their guy, that guy also came and returned without repairing the concerned problem. 3 days back when i called their customer srvice office they said that we denied to get the machine repaired. Its been almost 3 moths and they have still not resorted our problem.

          I urgently need help since I am sick and tired of coordinating with Godrej interio on never ending problems. It's not even 1 month that the same has been installed and push lock system is already defected. Pls see attached video.

            I (Rohit Patil) had visited your Godrej Interio Office at Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Co. Ltd. Pirojshanagar, Vikhroli.

            On 27th November I made a down payment of Rs.23, 424/- by cheque to order a Four door wardrobe. I was assured that the delivery of the same would take place in 15 to 20 days.

            • 20 days after, I was informed that delivery would be delayed by 5 days due to some internal issues.
            • Last week I was promised that the delivery would be done within a week.
            • Till the date the wardrobe is not delivered.
            • Today I again called up your Vikhroli office to check about the delivery but your office is unable to provide any information on delivery.
            • Every time I am given some story, problems, issues. (Please note: Customers are not interested to know your problems. Why should customer face the problem for your internal issues?)

            This is not acceptable from the well-known brand. I am very disappointed with the service and attitude. This delay in delivery without any right information is causing frustration.

            If you are unable to fulfil my order in weeks’ time, I would like to cancel my order. I don’t want to keep on following up and check for the delivery. Hope you will take the prompt and necessary action.

            Waiting for your prompt & positive response.

            This whole experience has left a bad taste and I feel like sharing the same on social media to create awareness among my circle.

            Avdhoot from Godrej Interio called up and assured that the delivery will be done by 10th January, 2017. I have requested him to send me an e-mail with a delivery date mentioned in it. Waiting for the e-mail.

              Kindly confirm that my call P[protected] has been treated as closed 2nd time without any reason or action from Godrej side.

              I have followed up the calls and email on phone. Few nos of Godrej are not working including +[protected] just for your feedback.

              When I got through I was lucky to speak to Mr Anil Manager (After Sales Service), who was though polite but again wanted all the details after giving my Call no. P[protected], which only added to my frustration and was of little help.

              I am waiting for YOU to return back after due investigation. If at all you have any system in place, a complaint can NOT be closed without attending when a customer has purchased your furniture at such a heavy price for this kind of extremely poor After Sales Service.

              I am interested in first knowing as to how the Call no. P[protected] was closed even without attending it.

              The following call was closed without even attending it or even making a call as a courtesy. Please do understand that my time is equally valuable and also please be informed of your CUSTOMER CARE pathetic attitude.

              The following complaint thorough after Sales Service portal of Godrej Interio website with Call no. P[protected] and SMS received on my mobile [protected] at 06:11 pm on 27.12.2016. The call was closed and an SMS received at 09:42am on 28.12.2016 stating "that your call in completed THANK YOU for ur payment of Rs NIL"without even attending it.

              I have been transferred from Jabalpur to Nagpur and have got accommodation in Ambajhari Defence Estate. I have also logged a complaint thorough after Sales Service portal of Godrej Interio website.

              I have been requesting the local NGDA dealer to arrange assembly. He has in turn directed some technician. The technician is however, not reporting and giving dates after dates. This shows poor quality of After Sales Service on part of Godrej Interio, after having purchased a bed of Rs 50, 000 five years ago. I had no problems in assembly and dismantling of the same bed at Jabalpur, however, Nagpur Service appears to be strange. Kindly look into this and revert back. I am not able to shift to my house for want of this and paying heavy charges in alternate transit accommodation please.

              Kindly escalate this call and do the needful ON IMMEDIATE BASIS.

                Hello Sir,

                I have ordered a modular kitchen unit from Godrej Interio from your authorized dealer in Bangalore called Sarada Agencies.

                My Order number is SAB/QTN/16-17/047.

                The total cost asked from me for the modular kitchen is 183000 rupees. I have already paid amount of 90000 rupees as an advance payment.
                The order was made on Nov 6th 2016. I was told that kitchen will be installed on December 3rd or 9th.

                It’s been more than 7 weeks that I have not received the kitchen unit.
                I have planned to do Grihapravesh Pooja for my house on Jan 14th since all my family members are available on that day.

                Delay in your delivery of my kitchen is worrying me whether I will be able to go ahead with the proposed Pooja date.

                Requesting you to kindly delivery the kitchen as early as possible.

                    We purchase Godrej products for thier quality and good after sales service. This carries guaranty of 10 years.keeping this in mind, we bought one Godrej mattresses on July 2016 from nala road, Patna. after one month black spot started in one place in mattress and spreaded across mattress. hence we registered our first complaint vide number X[protected] dtd. 12.11.2016. Your technician visited us kindly and assured a replacement within 3 days . Thereafter calls continued and one fine day on 07.03.2015, I received an email that the call is complete, without any change of mattress and they wil not change my mattress. Getting furious because of this attitude, I again...

                      Dear Sir,
                      I have purchased a Godrej make Squadro Queen Bed vide invoice no. HE/16-17/0314 dated 13/11/2016 from Godrej showroom - HOME ELEGANCE, Home Furniture: 16/5, Nr. Old Faridabad Chowk, Mathura Road, Fbd - 121002. Please not that this invoice was generated one day after the purchase of bed and the the showroom personnel handed over me the order confirmation form no. 3752 dated 12/11/2016 after getting full payment. The company delivered the bed in packet form on dated 24/11/2016. Two days after this when the godrej personnel reached my house to install this bed found that 02 nos. of panels were in damaged condition. Then they left that saying that company will change that with new panels. Sir, till that Godrej people are only assuring me telephonic-ally that they will change and install my bed but have not take any action in this regard.
                      Is this the professional behavior of a renowned company like Godrej. I am just hopeless. Showroom personnel are not helping me any-means.
                      Can I expect any help from Godrej???

                        I had purchased a godrej zurina king bed invoice no.560 dated 17.09.2015 from your authorised godrej dealer m/s raj furniture, jajpur k road, jajpur odisha. After installation, i found some shearing/twisting and in the frame structure of the bed. All other parts seems good. With passage of time, i noticed that the problem aggravated and difficult to prevent the bulging. I booked a complaint via your toll free no. I explained the problem

                          I am surprised to inform that I have ordered on 22.08.2016 for the following items to your dealer M/s Glory Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. Taldanga, G.T. Road, Chinsurah, West Bengal for its delivery on 27.11.2016 and paid full amount on 18.11.2016.

                          The items are:
                          1.Sqadro King size Bed not yet delivered
                          2.Sqadro Premium Dressing Table
                          3.Sqadro Bed side Table not yet delivered
                          4.Hero Matress and
                          5.Slim line Blend Almirah Colour -215 Text purple but wrong delivery of colour 221

                          Only three items, Sqadro Premium Dressing Table, Slime Line Blend Almira of wrong colour of 221 instead of 215 and Heo Mattress delivered on 27.11.2016 at 8.00 p.m. after three times calling over telephone.

                          Whether it is expected from your like reputed organisation ? Whether we can trust on your commitment for the delivery and service ? Whether it is justified for the paid customer and who have booked 3 months ago, i.e. on 22.08.2016 for the purpose of marriage ceremony ?

                          Please arrange to deliver the ordered items in good condition and should be fitted within 02.12.2016 so that the purpose of the purchase is fulfilled.

                          With reference to my complaint it should be noted that
                          Slim line Blend Almirah Colour -221 delivered instead or ordered colour of 215 Text purple, moreover the doors are defective and giving trouble during shutting the door which should be immediately replaced.
                          The Sqadro King size Bed and Bed side table have been delivered on 30.11.2016 and fitted on 01.12.2016
                          Please replace the doors of the said Almirah with the ordered colour of Text purple 215 within 04.12.2016 as it is related to marriage cermony. Astik Dev, [protected]

                              I bought a dining table with a marble top from godrej interio. The marble top was broken from the corner so a month later i received a new table top. This wasn't broken but after the technician left i noticed the surface had numerous fine circular scratches in arcs indicating that the equipment used to polish the marble had left those. Moreover, the technician that delivered and installed the second table top did not take the first one with him. He said someone from the warehouse will come and take it.

                              I contacted the godrej customer care twice regarding this. They said a technician will come to check the table top and someone from warehouse for the discarded table top. No one came. I found out the number for the guy who handles logistics in delhi, prateek. I told him about the defected top that came the second time but my main concern was the discarded top that had been lying around in my house. I told him my house was not a dumping ground and i will not incur the costs to have it disposed off. He assured me someone would take it from my place in the next two days. Silence! Some 10 days later i contact him again, and someone under him, vineet, assured the same thing to me. Nothing happened! I called prateek again and this time i had to speak to him in a loud tone. He again assured me the same thing and as you would expect, no one came. I now spoke to prateek's manager nischal. Told him my problem politely and implored him to act on this matter immediately. This guy too told me the same old same old - "sir i'll have it done by saturday." i wasn't expecting him to be truthful so i reminded him the next day and he confirmed that someone will be coming the next day (Saturday). I wasn't surprised one bit that one no turned up. Mr. Nischal turned his phone off on saturday (19th nov).

                              I am dumbfounded that a company of godrej's repute is not just scamming its customers by providing such a substandard quality of items, but actively lies to dupe its customers. It's been two months since the marble top has been lying around my house. What is stopping them from coming and picking it up from here? I have no other rationale than that they just don't want to... And in effect put the cost and effort to dump it on me. Doing business with this company has turned out to be such a nightmare!!!

                                Dear sir. The slimline locker body delivered by godrej interio on 22/5/2016. Since then this is the third time i am calling for the technician to rectify the fault in my locking and unlocking devise. Now the current reason for immediate action from your technician. All my passbook and cash locked up in the above cupboard since sunday evening. My first complaint call made yesterday at 10.15 morning indicating the urgency to attend giving the reason for opening the cupboard. Till now 4 times called your customer care number [protected]. If this time the failure of opening the cupboard takes place, i will clim it as the defective one and you should replace with another cupboard. Please send your technician immediately. The lady attending my calls just telling me that my complaint is forwarded to the technician and he will attend before noon.

                                  I registered a query for assembling godrej interio dining table and centre table through customer care on 3rd nov-2016. Then i received call and appointment for saturday evening that is for 5th november was fixed. A charge of rs 900/- was told to me would be charged. A person came in the evening and after seeing both the items (Centre table and dining table) informed me that he is not having the required machine to assemble the same and will come on next dat i. E. Sunday with the machine. He also told that charges would be different that his boss will tell on sunday. On sunday no call came from them. He called on monday and appointment for next saturday was fixed. After receiving no call on half day of saturday i again called the person and he informed that machine is not available and so he cannot come on saturday. He also said that revised charges would be rs 2000/- for which i agreed. He also said he would come on sunday. On sunday when i again called he said machine is not there and his boss will call. His boss called in the afternoon saying machine is not there and assembling would be done on moday i. E. Today. Time was fixed for 8 pm
                                  Now today when i reached home at 7 pm and called the person, i was again informed that machine is not there and person cannot come today.
                                  This is heights of bad service from your part. I came back running from office for this work. They could have informed even if they were not coming today.
                                  I have been waiting for more than 10 days now and my work is still not done.
                                  I have been a very ardent fan of godrej and most of my furniture and kitchen utensils are of godrej. But this type of service is not acceptable.
                                  I was talking to mr. Sandeep (Mobile no. : [protected]) and one more person from godrej whose no. Is [protected].

                                    I ordered a modular kitchen for my tollygunje flat from godrej interio chowrasta more behala. I am highly disappointed with the service. They took wrong measurement, provided with crap materials and misfitted everything. Its 4th months running and the issue is not resolved. They have taken the full payment. There are numerous false promises and harassment. As a customer i am fed up and want to take it upto consumer forum or legal action....

                                    I was using a fully automatic washing machine of godrej company, I purchased it 4 years back, suddenly it stopped working and then I called an executive from godrej company, he told me that some part of the machine is damaged and he took that part but from last one month they have not returned I have asked them for a new part but they are not picking my phone's neither replying me on e-mails, I am suffering from lot of inconvenience from last one month they are not doing anything to resolve my problem they are very negligent, I appeal you to help me in the best possible way. And I want my machine repaired or give me the money or buy me a new washing machine.

                                      Ironically, india's largest furniture brand has the worst quality & after sale service. i bought a glass center table of godrej in the year 2014, new delhi. within a year the leg of the table came off. after repeated calls it was repaired. however, since last 3 months again, that problem has resurfaced and even after calling the customer care endless times there has been no resolution. nobody even cared to visit.
                                      Over the phone they say that our technician will come and replace the nut bolt and the problem will be addressed. but its been 3 months now and so far there is no cooperation from your end.
                                      Looking forward for an expedite action. at least live up to your brand name. regards, mr. r. batra - [protected]
