We purchased a wardrobe which came in with a broken locker. The person who turned up for assembling informed us that it has to be sent to the factory to be fixed. We have been following up for the last 40 days, and no action has been taken yet.
What is annoying is that they are shameless enough to demand Rs. 60000/- by cash, instead of a cheque, and provide such pathetic service in spite of prompt payment.
I hope this matter is looked into at the earliest, otherwise, this would be escalated to higher authorities on grounds of mental discomfort. Rs. 60000 is not a small amount, and we do not like to see a half-assembled wardrobe lying bare in our bedroom for a month and a half!
