I have launched a complaint regarding my service to my Shankar furniture at Baghajatin Gangulibagan in kolkata-86 for 15 days ago.Unfortunately I have not obtained any cooperation till now from your end.That coffee table is totally unused state.They said that particular nut screw is not available .So I do n't understand what to do.Looking forward to your early cooperation.

    We were committed that our product would be delivered by Monday.. it is thursday today and we still havent got any confirmation from the showroom in pune sadhu vaswani chowk. Every time we call to find the status of the delivery they say "5 minutes we are loading the product".
    Very rude and shrewd employees at the showroom, while buying the product they commit something and after paying the commitment is not fulfilled.

      Dear Team

      I had purchased a Dining table 2 years back. I had lot faith in Godrej Product and the brand name.

      But I am very dissapointed to tell you that I feel cheated with the product I got from Godrej. I am not able to believe that Godrej having such a big brand value and has been manufacturing such a high quality product has been manufacturing such a poor and low quality product.

      I got this 6 seater dining table in the year 2014 at Rs.36000 from Godrej Interio at Saheed Nagar (Near Empire Hotel), Bhubaneswar.

      The leatherite from the chair seats is coming out which is looking very ugly.

      When I called the technician from godrej, he took Rs.350 for the visit and stated the change of leatherite will cost us Rs.24000. This is not expected from from a brand like Godrej.

      Why should one invest again Rs.24000 after paying the full price of Rs.36000??? and that too within a period of two years.
      Is this the quality of product Godrej is selling???
      Why as a customer I was not made aware that the product will waer out within 2 years and I need to relace it which will cost me Rs.24000????

      I request you to kindly ensure that my issue is attended at the earliest and resolved.

        Booked 3 and 2 door cupboards. Initialky technician came and couldnot fit the 2 door slimdoor cupboard. Complaint gvn..but no response. Bottom panel not delivered of other cupboard...which promised to be sent in a particular day but postponed. Took holiday next day...when call is made after half the day...not coming but will make it tomorrow. Is this the way a reputed company responds. We too are working with certain responsibility at our office front too.

            I registered a complain with Godrej on 20.07.2016 no x[protected] . A mechanic from your Motihari, Bihar division visited on 26.07.2016 and said that compressor is not working. I gave him a copy of cashmemo & guarantee card. Then he informed that guarantee is not covered because the product number was not mentioned. So I sent required paper. The Motihari agency(name of the person is Shamsher ) now says that I need to pay Rs 6500 for the repair. This is unacceptable because the product is within guarantee.

            It has been a long wait and you have not been able to resolve the complaint for the last 15 days. If the complaint is not resolved in next three days then I will have no other option but to take the matter to consumer court.

            I registered complaint long ago and all I have got is call to get feedback. This is ridiculous service they have. If they don't intend to honor and resolve complaints then they should just close this service.

              Purchased two mattresses in march 2016. One found defective and complaint registered. Registered complaint on [protected]. Technician visited. Took some photographs and went away. After that no action. Now more than one month passed. Followed lot of time with them. Complained on their tweeter account also. But no response. The only give excuses on phone but do not help consumers. I have never seen such bad after-sale-service. Kindly suggest what action can be taken. - sanjay alshi - [protected]

              Company after sale service is very bad. They gave false promises and didn't bothered to comply. Ultimately I wrote to their Chairman and MD at their address at Vikhroli. After that there was some action and got the replacement after more than 3 months. Surprising to experience such an attitude towards customers by such a big brand name.

              We have a 6 seater godrej dining table with glass top in good state. Can we able to assemble it to 4 seater by changing its top glass to 4 seater small glass ?
              Or Do you have any option to replace this dining table to other 4 seater ?
              Only 2 moth of matteress condition is very bad and no response of costumer service my complent is already registered

                Hi

                I had purchased a pure leather sofa set from godrej interio, Kolkata.

                I was told that the leather will never get spoilt and is very long lasting. Unfortunately, the leather is now cracking and tearing. I did not expect this after shelling out around 70K on a sofa set.

                Earlier also the sofa had issues with its cushioning. But now this looks ridiculous that I have a torn sofa in my drawing room.

                Any attention from your end will be highly appreciated.

                  We have ordered slide & store cup board from here. It arrived in 10 days. When company guy came to assembled it, he told there is one damaged piece which need to be replaced. So we contacted customer care guys many time for replacement of damaged piece. It took around 45 days. After 45 days they sent replacement of damaged piece & company guy came & assembled it. But they haven't picked up damaged piece from my home. Every time when i call customer service people tell they will send guy in 2 days. But those 2 days never come for them.

                    Issues :
                    Suffering from back pain.
                    Bubbles on the mattresses. (bad fabric)
                    Low quality fabric.
                    Up and downs (no flatness) on mattresses.
                    Bills and mattresses images are attached

                    I purchased godrej eleganza 6 from sana furniture outlet. this store will work under hyderabad area
                    I have a good opinion in godrej products and service. but about mattress i am facing lot of issues.
                    I have registered complaint and number is mentioned above. your executive told that is will come under the distributor process he cant process anything on this, and simply he forward this issue to area distributor.

                    You team came to my home and checked for issues and gave me one letter that having mentioned issues and taken the photos of that. those images also attached in the mail

                    I have asked distributor, they are still waiting for reply from you, i mean godrej.

                    I am not using mattresses from 10 days. please do it asap.

                        Let me start by stating that i had thought that godrej is one of the finest brands in India. And being under this impression we had bought a five seater sofa. The kind if promises and assurances given to us while purchasing have been all false.

                        This is what happened when we were about to have a party at home. The price we had paid for this would have allowed us to buy some thing more fancy which would have lasted ages.

                        Let me know what you guys plan to do with this complaint...or else i will have to take the route.

                          I am trying to get a almirah installed and is continuosly raising tickets and following up from last 7-8 days but seems like they godrej interio customer care is playing around as yet i haven't rec'd any technician number so far.

                          There is some specific deadline to close a ticket, so to keep their bucket clean they are closing the tickets by providing any non-sense information like 'customer refused to pay' ref ticket k[protected]

                          Tried calling [protected]/ [protected] and not sure several other number, every time i get assurance that it will be resolved and also have given missed call [protected] (which was for the cases where your work is still pending) more than hundreds times but no call back or actions i can see.

                            This is to complain against the delay and harassments suffered by me (ref. no-pm/dgp/kit/15-16/076) who has bought and opted for a modular kitchen installation on 12.01.2016 from godrej interio showroom at durgapur (address-phoenix machines pvt. ltd., city centre, near junction mall, durgapur-713216). this is to be done in my 2 bhk flat in benachity, durgapur. although full payment being done on 04.06.2016 there has been continuous delays in installation. also there are hidden payments which they telling me now not being disclosed to me during purchase. apart from that there has been delays from the coordinator and the installation guys. i fully cooperated with them but every now and then they tell me that they are very busy. they ask me to buy plywoods and wood which they will add to the walls in order to adjust their measurements. they had even asked for a wooden adjustment which they will get done through a local carpenter who i will have to pay additionally.
                            Every now and then they complain about the wall where the casing units are to be installed and get into pursuation with my builder to break the plaster of paris (which my builder doesn't want since they feel their work is complete) and add a layer of customization. if i am to dig and waste my time in all these rubbish then why have i opted for godrej. i am a very busy professional and i am feeling harrassed in all these stuff. since godrej is a trusted brand i have opted for it keeping aside other vendors but now i find myself in troubled waters.

                            Godrej has by now installed the equipment in my kitchen now.Thanks to this Forum. But one thing I need to add to this complaint is that as a customer I am terribly dissatisfied with their behaviour and way of conducting things.Although every service charge was documented in agreement still the technician, material delivery Van delivery man send by them asked for grease payments which they termed bakshis from time to time.Worst is the marketing guy who calls up and instructs me to go to their showroom and sign the closing doc since he and other technicians as as busy as our politicians.Even on the days of installation they periodically disturbed calling on my mobile phone as if I had committed a crime opting for Godrej Mod kitchen.I think many other Godrej consumers like me will be on the same page like me. Time has come when strict action needs to be taken by the Government for mod kitchen vendors like Godrej.They have ruined their own reputation.

                              I had complained regarding tia chairs. The resolution given was it will be taken back and refund will be given back. This was dated 28th june by my. Bala of service department. However it is 20days. Chairs are still not taken bank. I wa promised complete resolution will be done within 15 working days. We are daily waiting for vehicle for promised vehicle coming for pickup. Excuse given vehicle is not available. Need to complete the resolution on priority.

                                We have 3 godrej split ac's out of which one is purchased recently, we have a problem that water is coming from indoor unit and ac not getting cooling.i gave a complaint on 28/6/2016, one service person came after 3 or 4 days and went without doing anything, again i called the customer care but still didnt receive any service person from them.every time this is the problem with godrej service, they do not attend the service well.very much irritated with the products of godrej and the way they offer the service.

                                  I purcahsed a king size zenith bed from godrej interio store in jaipur. Upon receiving the bed, when the bed parts were opened by the godrej assembling team, some parts were found damaged. We informed the same to the Godrej Interio Store's Mr. Surendra Singh. He told us that the part would be replaced in 15 days, however, please let the assembly guys assemble it for the time being and you can start using it till the spare part is delivered at your location within 15 days.

                                  It has been more than 20 days and till date no action has been taken, the godrej store guys keep on giving excuses and I am now in a stress just to get my issue resolved. I am a senior citizen and such issues break me mentally and physically. I request Godrej to look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchased two wardrobe cupboards last month and one of them is recd in damaged condition. The company has promised me replacement with in 15 days but after 28 days also there is no revert form the company. The sales persons are not responding also the service team also not taken care some of the minor defects in another one. And no one is giving firm answers and not adhering the time frame they have promised.

                                      We purchased a slimeline 3 door wardrobe with overhead on 18/6/2016 from godrej interio showroom at mohini palace, ac 7, jyangra saha bagan, vip road, kolkata 700059.

                                      The full price of the product has already been paid. However till date only half the product has be delivered. The remaining half is still pending and we have no communication when it will be delivered. The installation of the entire product is due.

                                      There is complete lack of communication when the entire product will be delivered. Each day we get confirmation that product will be delivered that very day yet no product is delivered.

                                      Request you to look into the issue. If product is unavailable, please do not waste our time anymore. Refund the money. We will purchase product from other company that provides better services.

                                      Please resolve the matter within the next 24 hours. Please note we have waited 10 days before making this complain. Please ensure that product is installed by day end tomorrow else we will be forced to take up further action.

                                        Purchased a slimline 2 door slider from bangalore, mahaveer marketing (Jayanagar, 4th block).

                                        While selling the product dealer confirmed that product will be assembled in one day.. Its been more than 3 days product is still lying idle and no godrej interio assembler is listening to customer requests and coming to fix the product.

                                        I am struggling to get it assembled. Despite of number of requests made to dealer and the godrej company, no one is listening to customer.

                                        Both company and dealer are looting the customer and fooling them.
