I booked for a kreation model 4-door wardrobe along with a study table and a tea table on 14.05.16 at the godrej interio showroom from brabourne rd (Dalhousie), kolkata-700001. The salesman of the said showroom assured us that the said products are under warranty for one year. But, at the time of delivery of the said items, only a invoice-cum-challan were handed over to me. Surprisingly no warranty cards or final bill were supplied to me. (Ref.Invoice nos.80i/24223143 dated 31.05.16; 80i/24223515 dt 09.06.16 & eac/24009726 dt.24.06.16). Logically/legally to maintain transparency of bussiness, you should issued a warranty cards against the said individual products mentioning the period of warranty. Honestly, people like us always trust the brand like godrej and you must honour such faith maintaining the principle of good business. Let me clarify at the earliest.

    We recently bought new house & for which we wanted to buy good quality wardrobe & bed. After lot of research we opted for Godrej Interio for good quality (??) & accord booked on 14/5/16.
    When we got our first lot it was badly damaged from inside !! We were assured that it will be replaced. But till date whatever consignment are received (4-5 Nos) by us, it has some issues or the other !!
    It is very hard to believe that a co like Godrej cannot resolve such issues timely.

    I am sure this forum will help me to resolve this issue.

      My 6 months old Godrej Eon fully automatic Washing machine model Number WTEON650PHU stopped spinning on 17/06/16
      I logged a complaint on 18/06/16 vide complaint no. Z[protected].

      Since Sunday 5 Technicians have visited my house and none of them has been able to identify the problem going on with the machine. They are trying hit and trial method and changing one or the other part everyday and till now the machine has not started working at all.

      I asked for the replacement of the product from Godrej, the Dealer-Sargam Electronics Ghaziabad as well as Godrej Service Centre. No one is replying with a satisfactory answer.

      Extremely bad experience with Godrej Washing Machine.

        I have bought a mattress and almirah 7-8 months back and i am having a problem with the mattress and almirah was bought with a dent on its door... I have asked them to replace n filed the complaint 6 months back and till now i have not been satisfied.. Such a poor service.. I was just about to file a complaint in consumer court, if not resolved within this week.

          I purchased Dual Magic Mattress on 19-04-16. Next two days i logged complaint against quality issue i called & informed the where i purchased they are also not supporting properly, After 10 days your engineer ( Mr. Manjy ) came to my home 12th of May he take snapshot also he went to office they call & inform me to replace the mattress with in 15 days. Then 15 days also over I called so many time he is not interest to pick my call not yet replace, Next Mr. Nagaraj spoke to me regarding to replace with in last week After that he not picking my call, still not replace more then 45 days over no one supporting me i paid 15000/- . What kind service you are given to client very very poor service Quality . Now I suggested to my Family, Friends & Neighbour do not buy Godrej Interio Mattress . So much suffer.

            Vide your service call k[protected] dated 30/05/2016 your service provider, at belghoria, dt-24-parganas north, pin-700056, opened my cot. Till date i have not received my bill for rs.1150/ please arrange to send the physically or my e-mail.
            Now it should be reinstalled at dakshin para, po-garulia, dt-24 parganas north, pin-743133 (place is between shyamnagar and ichapur railway station. I booked it on 11/05/2016 your service call no k[protected], but with given me any service i received one sms on 13/05/2016 at 12.45 pm that the said service call k[protected] completed thank youfor your payment of rs nil to our authorised service provider.
            On 16/06/2016 i booked another call no k[protected] (service for sunday) till now i have not received any call from your local service provider.

              I am makarand deshpande i booked 4 door viva wardrobe on 9th may 2016. Sales order no. 172146 & invoice no. 75i/25006105 dated 25.05.2016. Separate wardrobe sheets were delivered on 25th may 2016. I have been informed that within 2 days assembly would be completed at my home. Godrej assembly people came on 27th may 2016 however assembly was incomplete. I have been told that one of the sheets to complete assembly is faulty. I have been told that it would be completed in a week once we receive correct sheet. Today its 16th june 2016 still there is no proper follow from the godrej interio, vikroli office. It's almost 21 days and still i am not when wardrobe will completely assembled. I am not happy with the service as well as follow up and delay. I want to cancel my order and i want my complete refund from the godrej interio.

                I complained to the handyhome that my fridge was not getting chilled on 02.05.2016. A person from perfect engineering coimbatore inspected it on 04.05.2016. The fridge was repaired with a new compressor and ice tray on 09.05.2016. But the problem is not solved. It aggravates more. I have called the service engineer many times and i waited for 20 days for their visit, but no response. Again i lodged a complaint in handyhome on 01.06.16. The same service engineer came and went back noting something day before yesterday. Still i didn't find any remedy from their side. I am totally frustrated by godrej product. I indeed feel that godrej is loosing it's goodwill. Godrej authorized service centre had cheated me by getting rs 7500 for its parts and rs 850 as service charge. If immediate steps have not taken i will face this issue through legal channel.

                  I bought a sofa st from godrej interio, sahid nagar, bhubaneswar odisa. While taking delivery cuts found on the sofa (Two seater). On complain they taken out the sofa and again handed over after repairing. But the finishing is of substandard and not matching with sofa (3 seater). Again complain lodged for replacement but in vain. Service call no-w[protected] dated 23.04.2016 not yet attended. They told that their team will be vising but after laps of one and half month nothing has been done by them

                    I brought crystal coffee table on 7th may 2016... During installation i found damages in leg parts so raised a request for replacing legs... Now after 1 month i got replaced legs but not assembling of table wasn't done properly whole table is tilted on one side... They did it just like that... It's a real pain reaching out godrej for these thing... For a single coffee table we have to contiously reach them for 1 whole month and at the end we get table like this.. Attached is the fotos.

                      I buy this product from the authenticate dealer VYAS & CO of godrej. but the product i got have damages from different sides. so i go to the shop and register a complaint but its gonna 15 days but there is no single action about it. i called them many times but they always freaking me because they always told me call in morning or in evening . ma'am is't in office. so i was finally fed up with the fake services of the godrej even i have a 1 year warranty policy still they are treating very badly.

                        My almirah was to be delivered on 15.05.2016(today) between 2 to 4 pm. However when I called the delivery help desk at 3.30 pm they said that the almirah in stock has been damaged and now the new almirah will come from Mumbai and it will take time. For your kind information it was a Sunday and I had shifted all my personal commitments according to the delivery time. It should have been the duty of Godrej to inform me well in advance. It is very disappointing to get such a pathetic service from such a reputed company. You take full payment in advance and then harass the customer like this.
                        Please give my money back and I do not want to purchase a Godrej because of such service.

                          After looking at am amazing ad made by Godrej Aer Pockets, I bought couple of packets recently. But when I used it, I realized that it is not able to deliver even 10% of what has been promised. It does not even last for 3-4 days, as against the promise that they make in the ad for 30 days. Very disappointed with the product quality and misleading public communication.

                            Respected Sir, I had purchased the spilt A.C on 08/04/2015. through your store from jaipur .
                            on 03/05/2016 i had booked a complaint regarding non cooling of A.C . and i received a message that your complaint is booked and technician mr . kareem will visit soon.
                            I had further make a call on 10/05/2016 for knowing reason that why the technician had not visited till yet and your representative instead of supporting provide me the contact no of Mr .singh (service department) and cut the call.
                            when I call Mr. Singh he made a excuse for non visiting of techician and gave a reply that work load is too more during these days and provide me a no. of his assistant/ techician Mr .Ashraf that he will visit soon your place
                            i had made a further call to Mr. Ashraf and he told me that he will visit by 5.00 pm but still no person had visited and i am still facing the problem .
                            kindly look into the matter at earliest otherwise I have to go for legal action for defaulting in customer service against the comapny.

                            Godrej Interio — Godrej Kreation Almirah

                            Never think of purchasing Godrej Kreation Almirah /Wardrobe. There remains wide gap 5 mm between the door and main body. It gives easy passage to insects, lizard and moist air, which defeats the very purpose of steel almirah.
                            Hi Team,
                            I registered a complaint D[protected] on the 30th of April 2022, Customer care ask me to call on a number [protected], and the person replied that a technician will be visiting on the 1st of May 2022 afternoon.
                            when no one visited till 04:00 PM I again called on the same number but had no luck,
                            Finally, I again called customer care and they gave me another number for escalation which is [protected].
                            I tried this too 3-4 times with time intervals but no response.
                            I call today in the morning customer care they told me that now they are escalating it.

                            At 10:22 AM I received a call from [protected] and he said Technician is visiting us in 30 minutes.
                            A technician visit our house and said he just came to check the level of GAS and someone visit gain tomorrow to fix it, when I ask him why there is too delay in service, no one is responding to the number given by Godrej customer care, he simply replied he don't know.
                            I ask him can he connect me to his BOSS on his mobile, he dialed a number and I ask the person for the unprofessional behavior of responses, after committing to send a technician on the 1st of May afternoon and after that not picking up the calls. he said that they the do like this (TO FIR KIYA HUA).

                            I asked that now this guy is saying that he can't fix it and another person visits again tomorrow.
                            I asked it is not accepted, he asks to me show the extension of warranty papers, I said I did it online and +Godrej customer care update me that you have that,
                            He said " Paper dekhna humara haq hai, though they have has already given me services 3 times in past.

                            Finally, he said if you show me the papers they will fix the issues today otherwise tomorrow.

                            I again called Godrej customer care and -ask for help -and the representative share an email ID "[protected]@gdrej.com" and i was supposed to receive a call from customer care for help. which I haven’t received so far.
                            NOW I HAVE QUESTIONS:-
                            1. What is SLA of services we have registered for?

                              How long i wait as the compani is not responding .They are noy finishe=ing the remaining work in the modular kitchen .They had given different colous of my modular kitchen .
                              I have ordered for godrej modular kitchen on 12/9 2015. On beheaf of r.S system asst. Manager sales godrej interio mr soumik sanat khan came to my residence ant received rs/- 80000/- (eighty thousand by a chaque if state bank of india cit road branch chq no-615760.Dated 12/9/2016. He told subhajit of godrej to supply the material to my flat at newtown street no 251 house no da 109 . There was much delay .After repeated request to start the work, some material was supplied . Then they send samarjit singh ( mob no[protected] . Came to my flat on 21/12 15 (i.E 3month 9 day has lapsed) to collect a chaque of rs/-67650/-o[censored]nited bank of india cg=haque no 120000'from me on 21/12/15 he also took another chaque of rs/- 30000/-( thirty thousandfor civil work like - himalayan rock, sink(19x16 ) and granite block by a chaque of sbi chq no 279421. I complain to the customer care for such unusual delay. Then he started the work after about 7-10 days . But again left without completing the work. I am under pressure from my co-operative society . I am suffering from mental strain i am 62 years old, and suffered mild heart attack by chasing them over phone . They switched off their mobile phone . Irequest you to do the needful to complete the unfinished work soon, otherwise i shall be bound to move to consumer court.

                                I have purchased Godrej 2nos. three door wardrobe and one 5X6.5 feet bed from Godrej wakad on 9/4/16 which was informed that would be installed within 15 days of date of purchase for which i paid 20% payment. i received material on 28/4/16 which was 20 days. During this time there was wrong calculation in bills raised by 15000/-, and when we received material after 20-25 days at home after long followup the material was defective, after discussion with them they told it would take more 10-15 days to receive the defective material. i think godrej is only by name and not by service. i had paid my full payment in advance 8-10 before material received. Even always we need to followup for material. Wereas i have also order for local party which isued me material and work completion then taken full and final payment.
                                Even the quality of the godrej is too poor, and big communication gap in communicating to customer.

                                  My name is R Venkatesh and working as Deputy General Manager in State Bank of India. I bought home furniture worth Rs.3 lacs in the month of Nov 2015 from ur pan India biggest Godrej Interio showroom on Indiranagar 100ft Road, Bangalore. The furniture was delivered in Dec 2015. The Victoria coffee table came in damaged condition and was returned. It was replaced in Jan 2016
                                  but came on damaged condition again. It is more than 3 months now and even after making repeated requests nothing has been done to replace it.
                                  The Liza dining chairs delivered in Dec 2015 came apart in less than 2 weeks. No quality check was done before delivery. The staff at ur Indiranagar showroom promises to send their technician to examine all the chairs and also replace them. No technician has visited our home till date.
                                  I am totally frustrated and disappointed at the cutomer service of Godrej Interio.5 months have gone by but nothing has been done. I request you to replace all the damaged furniture immediately or refund our money.

                                    Sir I am gyanprakash, I am purchase a godrej ac (1.5ton 5star ) now this ac is not working properly and I request to company many time but they do not make any attantion on my problem .my problem is that the colling of this ac is very bad since purchase date so, I request you to provide me fair justice my Totley faith on you only .

                                    Sir I told them many time to send there senior machanik but they didn't.

                                      Dear sir /madam
                                      I have purchased wardrobe H1, two months back, a person at NGDA godrej interio assured me that the wardrobe will reach my home without a single scratch, but when it reached there were a few dents on it, from day one the doors are making sounds while opening and closing them, and we feel deceived and fooled every time we open and closed it, few weeks back I made a complaint about this on phone on monday and a person from there Said our technicians are very busy now so I'll send one on Thursday, I waited but no one came so after two weeks I personally went to the shop and asked about the same again he said that on Thursday he'll send a technician, technician came and hammered the wardrobe in several places and then was trying to teach me how it should be opened and closed I straight way told him if I need a technique to open and close the almirah I would have bought a cheap and local wardrobe, why I would have purchased a Godrej wardrobe for 26000, now there was less sound and little less trouble opening and closing it, but again after a few weeks sounds started, I request you to resolve these problems, or replace this wardrobe for I've spent a lot of hard earned money to buy this, I trusted Godrej and bought this wardrobe just because I had faith in the name, plz don't deceive me...

                                        We have one washing machine and PCB panel for the washing machine was non operational on Apr 2015. After our request to Godrej Service Centre, the service person came to home and told to replace the PCB panel. We payed him the amount and he insisted to install a temporary PCB as he was sort of appropriate PCB panel.
                                        Still after a year, Appropriate PCB has not been changed and now for changing it, Godrej service centre is demanding visiting charges to replace.

                                        Even Godrej Service Centre closed my request no. A[protected] mentioning as customer refused to pay.

                                        The concern is that why should I pay again for the Panel which I paid already

                                        The service center approached me and telling technician will visit to see PCB and will change but if not in stock will take 15 days of time to replace.

                                        I would like to mention that executive from Service Station has closed my ticket no. A[protected] mentioning that customer refused to pay. Kindly reopen the request to get it closed in proper way.
