The same has delivered on 22/11/2018 to my home
The undersigned has contacted with mr roy chowdhury your asst mgr & mr. Ratan das ([protected]) your out source service supervisor for south kolkata. For assy. The part on 24 or 25 nov 2018, but they could not attend. I personally requested mr. Das that if you confirm me the date & time so that i can take a leave from my office. On the basis of his confirmation i took a leave on 28/11/2018 & after harrasment in whole day technician has knock me at 6 pm. The assy completed at arround 9 pm. During assy i found that no of dowel holes are dammaged by hammer & one dowel hole with sunmica found major damaged picture of damage portion i will send your kolkata service mgr mr rahul kr. Thakur ([protected]) as early as possible. On 29/11/2018 in the morning i found that lock system of single door is incomplete as well as matching of single door with double door not perfectly matched which i saw at your showroom.in this context your intervention is highly solicited. & requested you pl. Arrang to rectify all the problems at your earliest
