I n c goyal, had booked 4 godrej modular kitchens, for site address house no.-4, vijay block, laxmi nagar, east delhi-92
That i had made the payment of rs. 3, 10, 000/- (Rupees three lakh ten thousand only) vide cheque no.- 000026 drawn on bandhan bank, preet vihar, delhi-92 dated 19/6/2017 in favour of steelmart, mahagun metro mall, easy day,, sector 3, vaishali, ghaziabad, uttar pradesh 201010 from my savings account a/c no.- [protected].
Mr. Shubhit had contacted me and i had handed over the said cheque to him. He had issued receipt no.- 1375 dated-19/6/2017.
I had earlier purchased two godrej modular kitchens in the name of my daughters mrs. Ankita goyal and mrs. Neha goyal through steelmart dated 29/9/2016 and 3/11/2016 respectively which were installed at the following addresses
1) supreme towers, flat no.-902 tower no.-4, sector 99, noida, up
Besides these two godrej modular kitchens i have purchased two godrej centurion almirahs, one customized steel almirah with 4 shutters and 1 dressing table etc for my house. I am very fond and fan of godrej products, all the original bill/invoice are with me which i can show on demand.
That i have suffered heavy financial losses and i nc goyal is suffering from various incurable ailments and i am under treatment for the past two months, therefore the construction at the site has been closed permanently and i am not in position to pay the balance of rs.3, 12, 000/- to the steel mart. It is pertinent to state that the total amount payable by me for 4 kitchen is 6, 22, 000/- and i had paid to the steelmart rs. 3, 10, 000/- balance is rs.3, 12, 000/-.
I have had several telephonic calls with mr. Subhit the owner of the steelmart godrej modular kitchens and requested him to return my booking amount of rs.3, 10, 000/- and told him that site is closed for which the kitchens were booked.
You are humbly requested to refund/return my entire money of rs.3, 10, 000/- to us as early as possible and canceling the booking.
