    Request your cooperation about the following.

    I already own a Godrej Property - GDRW1B405 - Godrej Royale Woods - Bangalore.
    This is currently ongoing and it is fine, no issues here.

    However, I had booked another property with Godrej Park Greens - Pune.
    Due to certain changes in personal circumstances, I am not able to continue with the sale deed registration of this property - therefore would like to cancel the same.

    My request is the payments made towards Godrej Park Greens project - Pune, may please be transferred to Godrej Royale Woods property - Bangalore - [protected]@gmail.com - I am not sharing the apartment number due to privacy concerns. The email id is the registered one.
    Hence, a total of Rs 450, 329 paid against the Pune project, may please be adjusted towards the Bangalore property.
    All payments made towards the Pune property are attached herewith for your reference.
    Both properties are in single ownership and in my name.

    Please let me know if any additional information is required.

    Unfortunately, no one from the Pune team has reached out to me yet. Please arrange for the money to be refunded. This is becoming extremely unprofessional and close to committing fraud. People from the Pune team especially the sales reps, have time to talk when you are making a purchase. And when some adversity happens, their true colours come out. This behaviour is not of the level of a company of Godrej's stature. Please escalate to the highest levels possible and give me my refund.

      My name is Suhail Shaikh I did booking for flat no.GCTHT11305 and GCTHT11306 in Tower 1 of The Highlands, at Godrej City” Panvel, (RERA Registration number P[protected]) Navi Mumbai, Maharastra. Due to pandemic I had to cancel my booking for flat no. GCTHT11305 only and requested refund of the booking amount which is around 211000 Indian Rupees. Godrej team agreed for the refund amount for flat no. 1305 in the month of May but still it is not being release to me.

      I have chased the company on regular bases but it is always said to me that the amount of refund is under process, Accounts department has raised queries and sales team is replying. However I am failing to understand what kind of query Accounts Department has asked and Sales team is not able to reply from 6 months.

      Below is the email which I received regarding the confirmation of the refund amount in month of May. Kindly help to release the refund amount on priority.

        Handover took place in November 2020, and the snag list issues still remain unresolved. This includes MAJOR LEAKAGES NEAR ELECTRICAL POINTS. We have been been trying to follow up ever since. Our calls and mails are left unanswered. Proof of all leakages have been submitted, but till date nothing has been done. We have not gotten a chance to move in as entire ceiling and walls are covered in dampness. We are extremely disappointed and cannot believe its 'Godrej'. All mails have been sent to helpdesk.[protected]@godrejproperties.com. We can overlook all the minor discrepancies but WE CANNOT MOVE INTO A HOUSE THAT HAS LEAKAGES NEAR ELECTRICAL POINTS. IT CAN CAUSE FATALITIES. I have one point of contact who dodges calls, messages and even mails. I am making this complaint hoping I can get someone to resolve this on priority.

          I live in US and booked one commercial shop online on 26th Aug, 2021, numbered GDPRSHOP 8-GF, Godrej Palm Retreat, Noida. The person from marketing office called and asked to immediately transfer amount (4.84 lac INR) to block the shop, otherwise it will be allotted to other customer in queue. Thinking that it is Godrej property, I transferred the amount. However, later I realized that the shop is L-shape.
          As if that was not enough, I received the agreement papers from Godrej, but first party mentioned in the papers was different builder with name ACE. Godrej was mentioned as third party.
          Sensing the manipulation being done by the marketing person, I have lost the faith as this project is overpriced, which is sold in the name of Godrej but actually it is ACE. I received all the emails and other communication from the Godrej, but never they revealed that first party is ACE.
          I requested them to refund my money, to which they said it will be forfeited. I have not signed any agreement. I am not sure what action I can take. Kindly help.

            I have booked an apartment in Godrej forest gorve pune but i am get effected covid 19 6 month cronic pandemic effected and out of india miidle east job losses and lay off i am suffer from money very bad crises my family for serval very difficult for However the sales team at Godrej forest mamudi i am visit my self meet mr Ritesh and i am talk with my RM Madhumita das as per him they try but not given refunds 4.32 LKH inr
            local agent what i am booking also run away iwhat can i do for my cae

              I have booked 1 BHK flat in Godrej Nirvaan Tower 4 (Unit No. GNNT042106) pre-launch on 12th OCT 2019 by paid Rs 2, 25, 000/- But after book flat due to some financial problem I realize that I can't arrange money for flat and so gone to godrej for cancel my flat booking. They had told me that you will not receive your booking amount because its not refundable. I asked for non refundable rule so they show me agreement form which was written in financial word and its not understandable for us. When I was doing booking at that time no one has told me about cancellation policy. I seen agreement was not real its like book that godrej has printed. How they can define rule by this way? I know this type of defined rule is not valid.
              I have done many follow-ups with onsite team as well with relationship mgr. Mr. Ganesh yadav (Mumbai Reigon) they told me that your amount can't be refund. Really this is too much How can Godrej take my money? I have many financial problem and they are not refunding my money. Why brand is behaving like cheater? I need my money back. please do the needful.

                I've shared interest for apartment at Godrej Exquisite property, Thane. During the visit we were told about the EOI offer with benefits. At first we were interested in the project, so we swiped Rs.1, 00, 000/- through Credit Card. We were assured by the sales person that whatever the case, if you wish to backout or not interested in the project anymore, we'll pay you the refund in no time. I wouldn't have dared to share EOI to any other brand, but being a Godrej brand we trusted. And now we feel like we're cheated.

                I'd applied for refund on 13th Sept 2021. The paper we signed it was clearly mentioned that within 14 days the amount will get refunded. But in reality that's not the case. The sales person never gives a clear statement. Everytime he states new and different reasons with no assurance. But at the time of sales, "Rest Assured" was the term he used like infinite times.

                We believed in the Godrej brand, but not anymore. The process and people working in it are useless. This is the worst experience I ever faced from the big brand. All those nice talking at time of sales, showing off of Godrej values by showing old videos in mini theatre, is all FAKE. The brand has no ability today because of such weak peoples. They have no respect of others. As we're not interested in their project anymore, that has hurt their ego and hence are doing it on purpose.

                One lakh amount is not a small amount for middle class people like us. I assume this amount is being rolled somewhere, hence the delay in refund process. As I paid through my credit card, this delay is also affecting my credit score.

                I don't believe in Godrej brand anymore.

                  I had visited Godrej Hill Retreat Pune on July 25, 2021 and paid a Token amount of 50, 000 (reference-priority pass no P 574).

                  I was convinced by the sales person during my visit that the refund would be processed 15 days after I send a cancellation note. I had cancelled my token on August 17 2021 and I had sent a formal cancellation note.

                  However, I haven't received the refund yet nor I have received any communication. I had followed up with the sales person and the customer relationship manager but their is no clear response from their end.

                      Cancelled booking in Godrej Ananda. Refund amount of 50000 is approved. It has been 3 months but refund amount not credited to my account. They are just postponing to next week always. I will file a case in consumer court for this mental harassment and if i win which is sure thing Godrej will have to pay double the amount and also will lose brand name.

                            Extremely pathetic experience dealing with Harsha Harindran, Godrej United. She has completed the handover unlawfully, without TDS certificate. This happened has she had verbally promised me that Godrej retainer CAs will take care of it. I took the opportunity naively as I live abroad. Now she claims she Godrej won't do it(as written in their docs), she hasn't returned the additional amount paid by me to her for TDS to Godrej. Despite doing unlawful activities, lack of ownership, Godrej hasn't been helpful.

                              I have booked an apartment in Godrej Nest on 14th July 2021 but now don’t want to buy anymore as I need to pay admission fee for my MBA for which I received offer on 23rd August 2021. However the sales team at Godrej Nest is threatening to not refund a single rupee of the booking amount of Rs.5.00 lacs. I am amused to say the least and want my refund immediately. I am planning legal action against the company for such false threats and illegal behaviour with a bank official, God knows how they loot the general population who might not be aware of their rights.

                                Hi, on 6th sep i submitted 5 lakh rupees to book a unit in godrej 101. Before signing application form i asked sales person how many days i have to back iut as i am waiting for a certain fund and there is possibility there might be issue and then i would not be able to proceed. The sales rep never told that the amount will be forfeited if i cancel rather said that crm helps in cancellation
                                On 10th sep i sent mail to crm that i cant go ahead as my fund issue is not resolved. And they will not return a single penny if i cancel. Please consider that no agreement was done and i responsed within 5 days.
                                I am feeling duped by such a big brand on whom i trusted and even asking explocit question was kept in dark about forfeiting amount. This is hard earned money going in waste

                                No need to have complaint open now, as I already discussed with CRM. Since my situation has changed now financially so I have decided to pursue with it anyways.

                                  UNIT A1503 godrej 24 Banglore .Bought the unit under subvention but i am not getting subvention benefits for this and bank is asking me to pay interim payments which i should not pay .

                                  Godrej guys are also hopeless . Simply raising demand and adding interest to it . I am not in a peaceful mind since last 2 years . I know it was a bad decision buying the unit here but how to come out of this ?

                                  Property cost 84 lakh (10 : 80 : 10 scheme) and i have paid 10% and remaining 80% bank funding and 10% at the time of possession .As per subvention BANK should fund 80% till DEC 2022(Godrej has tie up with AXIS) but now bank is not funding 80% and asking me to pay from my pocket .

                                  Please help me, I can provide more details if required .

                                    Address: Godrej Aria Sector 79

                                    After 1year of buying flat, getting many issues like cracks. Recently, ceiling is getting swollen. Rain water is entering into main gate in rainy season, due to technical flaw in construction, there is no shed in the empty space .

                                    After chasing FM team they denied to give resolution on it.

                                    Kindly help me to resolve this issue .

                                    Fixing it thru a maintenance agency is not a solution but the question why has this happened?

                                    If this has happened after 10-15 years of buying then we can digest that it happens sometimes but here It has been only 1 year and issues are coming like a flood.

                                      I bought flat in Godrej 101 and received the final demand invoice without completing the flat.

                                      There is very poor quality construction despite charging premium over nearby properties.

                                      1) Odd tiles fitted in washroom and they are showing reluctance .

                                      2) Floor tiles and wall tiles fitted by unprofessional masson having gaps and ant holes all over.

                                      3) Common area is not ready to live in

                                      4) lifts of tower is operated without completion

                                      5) possession was delayed for almost a year and homebuyers are not compensated.

                                      6) Despite so many complains I was not heard no customer service person called me back.

                                      I want an escalation in my case and need an immediate action

                                      You have delayed in giving possession of Flats in Godrej101 Gurgaon by almost a year .
                                      No compensation yet passed on to home buyer for the delay caused.

                                      On top Godrej Properties is charging interest for delay in payment of one day, two day, four day etc...Old Sahukar mentality.
                                      Interest charged 2% above the existing SBI MCLR (State Bank of India – Marginal cost of Fund Based Lending Rate) .

                                      Godrej properties unfriendly and exploiting business practices should be known to all future home buyers..

                                      You are exploiting retail home buyers by not giving possession in time and charging for delay if payment delay even for one day .. shame on you ..

                                      I bought flat in F302 Godrej 101 Gurgaon.
                                      Let em know if you could get my detail from your official repository and contact back.

                                      I already escalated my case to your customer relation person regularly and they never called back to check .

                                      Stop sending auto forward mail in response to consumer complain posted here in portal and strike for action immediately.

                                      Very poor quality construction both in and outside building.

                                      Ant holes visible in floor and wall tiles.

                                      Black hand marks over various places on walls.

                                      Tower lifts not ready for use.

                                      Besides 100 complains, Godrej properties is not agreeing to waive of interest for delay in payment for one or two days.

                                      Interest calculated 2% above SBI lending rates for delay in payment even for one day.

                                      Godrej properties is showing Sahukar mentality of charging customer and not paying compensation for delay in possession.

                                      Beside all the snag in completion of flat, Godrej properties has collected 100% payment along with 12 month advance maintenance .

                                      Maintenance invoice is not clear of any calculation how the charges arrived and very much unilateral.
                                      Maintenance invoice is raised as common area electrification charges, no detail or period mentioned in bill.
