I am sriraman nc proud owner of godrej Avenue a0704. Do I was one of the first person to book department during January 2016 my position has taken so much time more than four and half years. And even after the registration I have a problem. It seems my Katha had an issue which Godrej properties was aware of it and that was delaying my registration for more than a year. 10 days back I got instruction from Godrej that I can go ahead with the registration of the apartment and take possession of the. Property. I organised all the finances within few days and paid the deuce to God rich and also paid stamp duty and went ahead for the registration. Upon registration I am surprised to know that from your agent that are discrepancy is still not resolved and the registration could not happen though we signed all the document

Despite Godrej aware and relationship manager is aware that there is an unresolved discrepancy in the kotha they force me to go ahead with the registration collected all dues and also made me pay the stamp duty and made me to register.
Do I went ahead with the registration but the registration could not be completed because of the discrepancy.
This is not fair on the part of Godrej on the following counts
1. Knowing about the discrepancy and hiding the information from me and asking me to pay the final Deuce and go ahead with registration is not correct and fair
2. Do I was one of the first book my apartment in the phase 1 I am last to get the registration which is incomplete still.

1. I am completely dissatisfied with the way customers are handled by Godrej.
2. I am completely disappointed for or Godrej asking me to pay all the juice and hurried me to register the document do the document could not be registered because of the discrepancy
3. Technically I paid all the money E I have made a pseudo registration that means I will have to start paying the maintenance though the apartment is not ready. This is completely unfair
I am completely disappointed with the marketing and relationship theme for not keeping me informed not caring about my apprehensions and worries.

    @Godrej Avenues-Water leaks has become common issue and some solution has dropped on to my car damaging car paint .. creating marks and damaging paint.
    Monkeys is a high time issue in the complex.. apartment is full of monkeys .. their numbes have increased drastically and common areas full of monkey pops

      Please maintain the property properly .. moved in this year feb. This apartment getting dirty due to monkeys full name of
      peeing and pooping of monkeys in lobby corridor. Nothing resolved by godrej even after he highlighting this issue ...

        Very Bad Experience with Godrej property:
        1. Lies about maintenance: While purchasing flat it was confirmed that maintenance will be 3-3.5 rs per sq feet. But actually it is more than 4.8 rs per sq feet.
        2. Wrongly portrayed about delivery date while giving flat information. They portrayed that flat will be delivered by march 2021 end.
        3. During pandemic and when lock down was imposed by Gov, bank is asking for original documentation. RM didn't sent the receipts to me. I have to ask them to send it. If they have send it to me then loan gets dispersed on time. As per CRM, Godrej management don't have any process as of now. They are still thinking.
        I keep asking for demand since feb/march and they provided it on 23 April during lockdown and corona second wave and they expecting to be done payment on time when SBI bank is involved.

          I had applied a load for Godrej property, which was with link to Godrej Finance. the representative delayed the loan disbursement from November 2020 till April 2021, intentionally and made me miss out on PMAY.

          I had sent him continues mails, which I have in proof and I have even forwarded them to '[protected]@godrejhf.com'

          Godrej is a very well known name, so we have gone for it. Now nor the sales representative is receiving the call, nor this Loan processor is talking anything in this regards.

          Its the loan letter that was provided after 6 months, ie: on April 2021.
          After so many follow up from my end the loan letter was provided and everytime there were new excuses that i got.

            Need your help and intervention here. I never buy a product without knowing its fact but it looks like I trusted Godrej and feel sorry for it.

            Godrej WoodPark..Mamurdi Pune

            I booked a plot in Godrej WoodPark, Mamurdi.PUNE.. A demo plot of 919ft was put up for show & has fron 20ft and width 45 ft hence i stretched my budget 10lacs more to buy 1082st plot to expect at least 24ft or 26ft in the front but in reality when i got the cost sheet the dimension alloted was 20x54 ft..

            Yes 20ft x54 ft, Even after paying 10lac extra.. You can imagine, I need to construct a house not a train compartment, it will be like a tunnel with no proper sunlight or ventilation.

            I requested RM Rishabh Pathela RM rishabh.[protected]@godrejproperties.com and CRM peter.[protected]@godrejproperties.com and sales Closing bhanu.[protected]@godrejproperties.com to consider my request as below.

            1. Better give me a bigger dimension in front - Answer is NO, Not possible.
            2. Gimme better pricing - Answer is NO, Not possible.
            3. Cancel my Booking and refund my money - Answer is NO, Not possible.
            4. CRM thinks he is the BOSS, Yes.. not allowing me to go above him, Not sharing any contacts of senior mgmt.

            At the time of paying money they didnt disclose the dimensions.. once you pay 10%.. YOU are mere a BAKRA.. Showing No Interest to my queries, take approval on Draft form and claim it as duely signed application with forefiet clause to TRAP customer.. if i am not interested why should i buy, when the product after sales is not as expected. 60 Lacs is a financial commitment for me and if i want to enter into it i must be happy otherwise it doesn't make any sense in buying property as i am yet to get into Sale agreement and Register the Property.

            I am doing rounds from 3months these guys have cornered me and not letting me to talk any senior guys, wat can i expect from a Top Brand like Godrej, whom should we trust if you ppl start playing with Integrity.
            We Trust the core values on which this brand has come so far.. while booking there is no disclosure and suddenly after booking I get a bowl instead of plate.

            I still have faith in Senior Leadership to resolve this. Need a solution.. if you still believe in customer service.

            A frustrated Buyer...!!!

              I am a property owner at Godrej Prakriti sodepur, Kolktata.There are total 3 properties my family members own in this project.I want to bring your kind attention towards security lapses at GP Sodepur as Godrej helpdesk and security which currently functioning here is not doing any thing concrete and just lingering the issues.There are two instances which happened with me in one instance first some one took away both wheels of my colleagues car which was standing in its designated parking when we complain Godrej did nothing now today someone broken my car’s window purposely against when complain helpdesk said some insider z doing this and as area is not covered under cctv so they can’t do much while car was parked in its own parking.These 2 incidents happened with me only while many other residents make such kind of complaints daily.Today its minor issue of car and all if these kind of incidents not checked in time tomorrow some kind of serious incidents happen as many children and ladies do jogging in campus early morning and evening and security is not concrete not even covered by CCTV.It’s also put and serious mark on legacy and brand value of Godrej.So kindly look into this and coordinate with GP Sodepur Kolkata so that safety can be insured.I can also share pics of incidents for further action.

                I have purchased a unit A1503 in g24 banglore under subvention scheme. But its been 2 years the loan has not been sanctioned after hundreds of follow up .

                There is no point raising the demand, I can not pay the amout without loan approval.

                Note :It is not only me other customers are also facing the same issue .

                  It has been found that GPL does not support its customers (even after possession)by providing Autocad drawings of flat layout (as built) and electrical Drawings (as built). This facilitate customer plan his interior without mistake.

                    I had visited your project Se7en at Joka, Kolkata on 11.04.2021 for purchase of flat. During my visit the sales personnel did not inform me about the high tension wire passing through the project. I had booked the flat by paying amount Rs. 50000. Next day, I came to know that a high tension wire was passing through the project. So I informed your team on 12.04.2021 and as per their request I visited again on 14.04.2021. On verification I decided not to purchase the flat due to the high tension wire passing through the project. My father has heart related problem and he has gone through valve replacement, also, he had brain hammeorhage. Therefore, we have decided not to purchase flat at this project due to the above mentioned reasons. Accordingly, I had sent various mails to Mr Arnab and Ms Priyanka for cancellation of my application for flat booking and refund of the booking amount Rs. 50000 paid. But they are not doing needful. You are requested to cancel the booking and Please refund the amount to me. I shall be ever gratefull to you.

                    It seems that officials at Godrej has slept after receipt of my complain against them. Till date they have not responded to my complain. It appears that they are planning something since 28.05.2021.

                    Now I have doubt on credibility of this forum/ website. You are unable to handle our concerns.

                      I am a first time flat buyer (existing plotted development owner of Ozone urbana). I saw your advertisement on Instagram and decided to inquire the flat size, ticket cost and project completion date. I called up the sales number and some Abhinav picked up the call and he started shouting at the call itself. I am not sure whether it is the work pressure or he is mentally unstable. Within 30 seconds of the call he disconnected the phone saying that you are not our buyer and he has 8 years experience etc. I called him up again and he disconnected. I messaged him and he said thay you can go ahead and complain against him. So much arrogance? No wonder developers such as presitige, sobha, brigade are doing better than your company. Your sales personals judge you within 30 seconds on the phone itself whether you are a buyer or not? Such magicians should start predicting for your business as well!

                        Dear Team,

                        This is to bring to your notice that I have booked flat in godrej summit sector 104 Tower K, flat 1004 gurugram haryana.

                        We have completed with entire payment along with registry payment to godrej .However my registry is on hold since 20 days.Concern team is not giving any appropriate date for registry neither they are responding to us for possesion.

                        Its very disapointing from well reputed company like godrej where no one is to provide proper communication.

                        Would request senior management to check on the case on priority and contact us as soon as possible.
                        Further I explain that EMI of loan amount started and we are paying additional rent ammount of 15000/p.m
                        Secondly my dougther in law is servicing in gurgaon and paying about 1800/per day to and fro
                        We have deposited maintenance charges in advance
                        So please give us possession to shift at gurgaon
                        We would be abide all rules of company

                          We have booked a flat in Godrej Green Cove in November 2020. The booking amount was also paid in the same month. SDR was paid in December. The challan was created on 22nd Dec and our registration was supposed to happen in Dec only. It is still pending even after 4 months. We are following up with RM and everytime he gives some or the other reason. Hundreds of phone calls/messages done until now. I am amazed with the stock of reasons the RM has to tell me. Can someone please look into the matter and get our registration done at the earliest? We had done the booking looking at the brand, however, our experience is telling a different story. Is there any legal issue with the project?

                            Sir,
                            Godrej is highly reputed and prestigious company for constructions in the market.with this notion I had booked a flat on the 10 th floor flat no 1008 in GODREJ NIRVAAN TOWER 2, Mumbai . Customer I’d is [protected].
                            I would like to highlight my concerns and problems that I am facing with the team. I tried my level best but no reply from their side.
                            Before booking of the flat I had told my relationship manager that I will be selling out a flat in Virar and then only I will be able to buy this property as I won’t be eligible for such big loan amount. To this condition he had agreed and also I had asked him the sales executive ( don’t want to name him )1000 times whether I will get full refund if I cancel the flat to which 1000 times the answer was YES. This was oral communication.
                            But due to COVID PHASE I was unable to sell the property and hence I failed to raise the fund. But by this time I had already paid a total of Rs 6, 19, 318. No reply till now

                              I have purchase a appartment in Godrej Exquisite, Tower 2, Appt 3006 via your Broker DRE Homes in Dubai. The broker had promised discount of one lakh rupees to be paid to me on this deal once i have done my 10% payment to Godrej. I have already paid 25% of my payment to Godrej, however the broker has not yet paid me the discount amount, reason being Godrej has not paid him his brokerage.

                              This is extremely unacceptable. Kindly have the matter resolved soon.

                                I had book a flat in Godrej nirvaan towers phase 2 but I can’t go ahead with the booking.
                                I have paid 10 percent money and now have raised a request for cancellation of flat. I raised request on 3 March 2021.
                                But sales manager not giving any reply.

                                The company did not take any step to resolve my complaint. They just ignored my request and said that entire amount will be forefeit. In an helpless situation and tired of regular pleading I moved to RERA and filed a complaint. I am still ready to settle the matter I just want my money back. The builder is supposed to return the money. My flat is not registered. I am in money crisis and single mother to two small children plus I have responsibilities of my old parents also.Godrej is a big company. They should not refuse to return the money if customers. Around 6.5 lakhs is not a big money for Godrej to return but it is my savings of 5 years. Mr. Naveed Manna had called me after seeing my complaint but later he refused saying that since I have moved legally so nothing can be done. I didn’t want to go into legal if Godrej was ready to settle the matter again I say I was force to move legally by PR and sales executive head

                                I am exactly in same situation. I informed them within 10 days of paying 5% of application amount. Now since 13 days I am frantically emailing everyone within Godrej. Naveed is giving you an excuse saying that he can't help you because you chose legal channel. Today he tells me, that management will stick to forfeiting my 2 lakhs rupees so I can go through legal channels. So either ways they are interested in forfeiting customers money. No wonder, Godrej properties is planning to invest 1bn in coming years into business. Half the money will be from forfeited amount from customers. It is a shame that brand like Godrej, after years invested in building a brand have no concise.

                                  Payment cheque after possession notice delivered on[protected] by speed post. Delivery proof mailed to the relationship manager and also air.[protected]@godrejproperties.com. TDS amount also paid and challan & Form 26QB mailed. Till date no response. No one picks up the call at customer care phone number. No response for emails. What should I do?

                                    Sir,
                                    Pathetic RM Gaurav Joshi has been assigned to us who is delaying our agreement on purpose and never responds to us on time.

                                    Really harassed by him. We have booked flat in Green clove, Mahalunje Pune

                                      Hello, . Please help us, we are all suffering from poor communication from Godrej Avenue Team members, the staff you have put either they are over loaded or least bothered to attend customers. It is a hand over time absolutely no clear mail nor calls from them. Local builder is far better than so called Godrej. Please wake up wake up. You are being in construction line you need to change your attitude please.

                                        We had paid refundable token online at the behest of a Godrej Properties RM who throughout communicated for the booking from Godrej Property email ID. The actual % stake of Godrej Properties in the Project was kept undocumented and obscured. The documentation with UP RERA on its site for this project also seems to be fraudulent. We did not opt for a booking and wanted our refund. That is stuck with them. We want immediate refund with interest...
