I bought flat in Godrej Aqua Bangalore in 2020. Recently, I visited my Unit GQH2020 on 31st Jan 2020 and found that there is a garbage collection/processing centre constructed in front of Tower H. However, it was not there in the master plan or the 3D model of the project.
I request you to demolish the garbage collection/processing units from the location. It was never communicated to me that a garbage collection/processing unit would be constructed in front of Tower H.

I was promised that there would not be any structure in front of Tower H except visitor car parking and trees. This lowers the market value of the flat to the tune of 25% to 30%, no buyer or tenant would like to buy or rent the flat in front of the garbage collection/processing centre. Therefore, I can't take possession of flat H202 until the structure is removed from the location.
As you said over the call that some facilities can't be shown in the master plan but the same can be constructed anywhere i.e. electric transformer area also was not part of the master plan. However, if you look at the 3D model of the project, the electric transformer is clearly visible. Hence this argument can not be accepted.

Now Godrej saying that they can not remove garbage processing unit in front of my tower and charge 20% penalty if not taken possession on time.
This is cheting and Gunda gardi by Godrej.

    I am a Godrej property owner and sharing my own experience. I am tired of chasing the Handover team to fix the issues and hence posting my experience here for others to learn.

    1. Hollow Tiles: Literally all the tiles and marbles were hollow during Handover. Even after repeated complaints they didn't fix it to my satisfaction.
    2. Safety: Hardware mostly used are of Godrej brand, and had quality issues. The bathroom latch/lock broke into 2 part within 30 days. And they refused to replace it, and what is seriously concerning that as per their Handover Manager more than 30 apartments are facing the same issue. Many in the Society (including me) were locked inside bathroom because of the latch issue. Serious safety concern.

    3. Seepage: They have no idea on how to fix the seepage issues in the apartments. My bathroom still has seepage issue.

    4. Cracks: The marbles and walls have started developing cracks within 3 months o[censored]se. Imagine the product quality they have used.

    5. Maintenance: They started charging the maintenance much before the Flat was actually ready to live.

    6. Wood Work: Literally all the doors have issues. Either there are cracks or Door Magnet is not working. Door Clips have holes at the joint with Wall. Wooden floor is not fixed properly and shakes badly

    7. Water acccumulation/formation issue in bathroom

    Lastly their Handover Team: This is the most unprofessional team, they like to make fancy stories on issues but would not pay any attention to the real issues. Even for minor things they will make you chase for months.

      Dear Sir/Madam

      I booked a property in Godrej Seven, Joka
      Tower 1 Flat code G7P1A2U0802(2.5 bhk) in Joka, Kolkata in the month of February, 2020. I visited the property on 17.02.2020 and loved it .It was exactly as per my requirement except few including one structural point. i clearly communicated my requirement of the changes required to the Sales executive Subho Chakraborty ( my requirement was to get the second common washroom in the attached form with the second bedroom, it meant both of the washroom to be directly attached with both of bigger rooms) as my primary condition to book the property.. Mr Chakraborty talked with somebody over phone and confirmed me verbally that it was a very minor modification which could be done without any issue..I confirmesd him that once i receive the written confirmation from him my first cheque as booking amount INR 50000 would be ready. the same day Mr Subho sent confirmation mail with the changed plan(annexed here) giving the green signal for my required modification. On 18 .02.2020 i met Subho and handed over the first cheque of INR 50000 as booking amount.

      here I should have mentioned I cleared Mr Subho on the first day that this is my dream project which would be our Future home and it is a confidential one too, as I had plan to gift it to my Husband
      So I have kept my self sole owner of this unit to keep it Confidential and a surprising gift. so obviously I am financing it alone, too (along with a partial Bank loan).Before applying for Godrej Properties I visited almost all the new projects in Joka area along with some other projects in Tollygunge and Behala area. I did my small research about each of the developer from sources available .I could have purchased a flat of similar size from any local promoter with my customized requirement and at a much lesser prices. Financially that could be much convenient for me, but I did not dare to trust any small promoter and developer because I used to believe that at the time of getting the first payment there will be no dearth of fallacious statements even some would be beyond my expectation but at the time of hand over and 5 yrs down the line scenario might be totally different .

      So I wanted a not only a big but also a trustworthy developer whom I can entrust with my dream home even at quite a higher cost.After my little research on all the developers whose project I visited Godrez properties(2.5 bhk to be modified with my requirement) seemed trustworthy, Transparent and Customer friendly, But by now all of these good adjectives have been found totally false for authority of Godrej Seven Joka

      Since the very begining of my interaction with my Relationship Managers mainly Mrs Suchitra Das i kept on informing them that to take care of my required modification verbally, over whatsapp(annexed the screen shot) their legal people during ATS Registration process.Everyone kept on telling '"MADAM DONT WORRY, YOUR REQUIREMENT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF" until i chased Suchitra very strongly during February'2021.the very reason was behind this was I have been sent the demand note on completion of the 8 th floor slab of the tower, my flat is itself on the 8 th floor so I went to visit the site and could realise all of my Relationship Managers kept on fooling me until i chased Suchitra very strongly during February'2021 that, what was the specific status of my prime requirement, to chkk that and let me know it over mail.when without getting any option probably she actually started to follow up with her seniors and designing team, the undernoted story came in front

      She told me though this washroom modification was prerquisite of my booking yet due to HIRA regulatory act it can be done only after getting the CC .I accepted it but I wanted a mail from her as her statement deviated from the initial confirmation. Then she told that she would not able to send any mail as HIRA rules deters developers to send official correspondence on this issue otherwise Godrez Properties might be penalized

      In reply to that I sent my first mail on 13.3.2021 and second one on 16.3.2021 addresising Suchitra Das and copymarking all of the those people, whom i met through Godrej Seven and intimated about my required modifications
      though the mail did not come but my RM made me talk with her seniors who also talked to me in the same tune rather in little louder form referring to HIRA rules.My RM also forwarded me the Escalation matrix based on which i escaleted the communication to their Regional Head east Mr Subha Chakraborty copymarking other seniors to Ms Suchitra Das. i received no reply over mail from any of them but a meeting was arranged among me and immediate seniors of Suchitra Das in their Joka office on 20.04.2021. In this meeting obviously due to my mails they remained very cautious about their statement and kept it same what Suchitra told me about HIRA issue, they were insisting /requesting me to get the modification done after getting the CC which i flatly refused, ultimately they told me that then it had been updated in their record and after getting the CC they would facilitate this modification process and it would be done by them before my unit is handed over to me (and Maintenance will not be charged before this modification is done)

      Though, just few days after this meeting Suchitra called me and requested that if i would have agreed to put my required door (as a second door to the controversial bathroom) after getting CC Godrej would have compensated my expenses in the form of Gift vouchers.Then we had discussion over this and i prepared an estimate, too. but later on i found it would be very tough for me to execute. I informed the same to Suchitra, I guess she realised the practical issues and promised to talk to her seniors if after CC it could be facilitated and done by Godrej as discussed in the meeting on 20.04.2021.

      Despite all of these i kept on remitting my installments on time beleiving Suchitra's words(on record) and mostly trusting that though the Salesguy has committed the mess but senior people like Regional head east of Godrej Properties would have definitely found out some sensible solution to this . i thought of complaining to HIRA authority but still gave him time and Money to the Project on time.

      Till 01.11.2021 I have transferred them INR 3359294 out of total INR 4299315 except, legal fees, GST and financing cost for my partial loan from SBI. after remitting this Payment on 01.11.2021 i cleared Suchitra that until i get any concrete official inputs from her seniors i would not make any further Payment .as till that date infact till today i have not received any single mail from Godrej Seven people referring my complaints

      whatever, ultimately day before yesterday she arranged a call with her senior Mr S ganguly . Mr Ganguly told sorry several times for whatever has happened but also told very smartly that Godrej would not facilitate the modification process, but he can try to compensate my expenses to some extent if i would have agreed to put the door myself.I felt that it is not THE DEVELOPER, rather it is me who have committed some wrong and if i agree to put the door myself he would have done me favor by compensating my expenses to some extent.though i repeatedly told him regarding my problem in doing that and comparatively their ease in doing the same I found him bit insensitive in his response, speciallay when i told that almost all of the conversation with them i have kept on record including yesterday's one .He kept on telling me sorry repeatedly but it did not neutralise his insensitive attitude.

      So then I decided to cancel my order, they as ked me to send a mail today .I have sent the mail mentioning the cancellation the purchase of G7P1A2U0802 and claming for the full refund what i have paid to Godrej properties till date, the financing cost of my loan from SBI which i have been bearing and the Legal fees what I paid to their Lawyer during ATS registration process.

      after sending this i was thinking of filing a complaint to HIRA authority but i was also looking for a platform to raise a Consument Complaint and to reach to higher authorities of Godrej Property. Luckily during searching net I found this forum .

      I have claimed from the Moneytary amount but what about the my emotional attachment with the propertyI developed, mental pain which i have been bearing for the BREACH OF TRUST and ultimately for the value of Time.
      Till now, I have not receiveed any written response from Godrej Seven, Joka against any of my mails .I hope this can compel the authorities of Godrej Properties to give the right response to me

      In reference to my original complaint I would like to state that after getting your first response almost two week's have passed .
      During this period one conference call was arranged by my relationship manager Mrs Suchitra Das with her senior Mr S Ganguly on 14 .02.2022 .During the call Mr Ganguly told me very politely that though i finalised my booking on the basis of confirmation mail from(REGARDING ATTACHMENT OF MY SECOND BAHROOM WITH THE SECOND BIGGER BEDROOM) Godrej's Sales Executive yet Godrez will neither be able to make that modification, any facilitation nor to refund me whole of my Monetary expenses related to this project(AMOUNT PAID TO GODREZ SEVEN, AMOUNT PAID TO THEIR LAWYER DURING ATS AGREEMENT, FINANCING COST OF MY BANK LOAN etc). But he can try to refund me the amount paid to Godrej Seven only. I asked him to send me a official mail mentioning whatever he told me over phone .i also asked him that previously Suchitra asked me that Godrej can compensate me by reimbursing my expenses if I would have agreed to make the modification myself after getting the Completion certificate. Though I repeatedly told Suchitra that it would be very inconvenient for me to make this modification myself and the cost could may come higher just to break one wall and put one door. Still she requested me to quote a cost considering all the charges just to keep a rearest option. I officially mentioned the amount(considering the inflationary charges) in my mail sent to Godrez Seven on 04.02.2022.During our discussion on 14.02.2022 I asked Mr Ganguly just to check if I would have opted for that rearest option will Godrej bear it fully or not.
      Mr Ganguly and Suchitra told me over phone that by the end of the week I would have received the Official mail from them briefing our discussion by the end of last week, but till date I have received no concrete official mail from any of the person of Godrej Seven.

      I posted my complaint here expecting that for a huge brand like Godrej who are working pan India basis particularly any branch or region may work reluctantly to destroy Customer’s trust and to ruin Company’s reputation but when addressed to the head office they must have gone through the genuineness of the issue and render adequate service to eradicate Customer’s pain and keep Brand’s trust value
      PLS YOU PEOPLE EXPLAIN ME THAT WHEN YOUR SALES PEOPLE SENT ME OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION ON BEHALF OF GODREJ PROPERTIES HOW CAN A BRAND LIKE GODREJ AND YOUR STAFFS CAN REFUSE TO PROVIDE THAT SERVICE.INSTAED OF ASKING FOR WRITTEN APOLOGY AND TO HONOR THE ORIGINAL OFFICIAL MAIL THE PEOPLE FROM GODREJ SEVEN ARE GIVING THEIR MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS OVER PHONE .
      Yesterday I received both of message and mail for feed back over my experience regarding the purchase in Godrej Seven.I have submitted the true feed back which I should have submitted a long ago. Hope it reaches to the right person/authority.

      I checked from net that during MAY, 2021 Supreme Court gave some verdict against HIRA in support of RERA and on July, 2021 the West Bengal Government has taken the first steps towards implementation of RERA in the State by notifying rules governing the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in the state. I don’t know the exact current status, but I would like to know as the project is registered under HIRA is that the reason that somebody dare to behave with consumer in such a nasty way.
      Noboby can see Future, but it is always considered that a good Brand always does their best to keep their Reputation irrespective of any odds. That why I trusted Godrej over local promoters.
      WAS IT WRONG ON MY PART. I WANT WRITTEN CONCRETE REPLY FROM GODREJ PROPERTIES.

        Godrej customer management team is the worst.
        When they falter or delay on project they elope the responsibility
        When it comes to payment collection their representative will hound you on your company email id thats how unprofessional they are
        Even after the payments are they delay in payment receipts and charge interest rate
        As a NRI they never mention TDS component and when the buyer ends up faltering owing to Godrej negligence or on purpose the buyer ends up paying penalty.
        After consistent follow on TDS payment details they keep ignoring those communication
        Godrej is a cheat

          Godrej properties have two projects at Hinjewadi phase-1. Customers have paid premium amount for the flats, despite of paying such big amount customers are facing following problems:
          1. No water connection from MIDC/Grampanchayat. Godrej should have. It's embarrassing to see water tankers (that too "manipulated") daily in a premium society for which customer has paid a whopping premium price.
          2. Each customer has been assigned a relationship manager(RM). However, RM doesn't even reply to a single email.

          Godrej doesn't justify their brand at all.

            I purchased my flat in 2019 and then due to COVID and my father's health, I couldn't make the remaining payment. I took loan from L&T Housing Finance for Majority of the Payment. I paid around 5, 50, 000 Rs. to Godrej Properties from my Bank.

            Now when I couldn't arrange the remaining money, I asked for the cancellation and they said they can't refund the money. I agreed to that at that point of time because I was not in a position to pay even an EMI.

            I filed a request of cancellation about 4 months back, however, whenever I call their representative, he either hangs up or doesn't respond. Over this, he never respond to my call or never calls back.

            Now, I want 50% of money paid by me from my bank and 100% of the money to Bank.

            If this issue doesn't get resolved in 2 working days, I will go to higer authorities as it has been more than 3-4 months now and I can't wait enough.

            I even went to the bank and got forclosure latter and gave it to Godrej's representative, however, as expected, no response on that one.

              With due respect I have booked the property in Godrej Emerald Vista
              Tower 2 Fren Flat code 403 in Thane West in the month of November
              2021. I love the property very much and on 8th November i paid Rs.
              50000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees only) and the balance 4.5 lacs i paid
              within next 8 days. so the total booking amount of 5 lacs i paid till
              16th November, 2021. As you know, Covid is on the rise again. My
              company is doing job cuts- which has affected me as well, this has
              also impacted my ability to get the loan approved. This property is a
              huge financial liability that I cannot bear.Moreover, I have taken a
              loan to pay the initial amount which is further adding to this stress.
              Hence i had to let go of this property within 17th days of booking the
              same.On 2nd Dec i emailed your sales manager Sakina Dsilva about the
              withdrawal from the property.However they are refusing to refund
              stating they have completed stamp duty n registration of the property,
              this is impossible as i haven't signed any letter other than the
              initial engagement letter.
              I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and I hope
              you understand that these times are full o[censored]ncertainties and
              insecurities.
              Request you to consider my case and refund the amount. Appreciate your support.

                I had booked 2 bhk flat (GODCR20803) with godrej properties @ godrej Bayview vashi navimumbai on 5 dec 21 by paying booking amount of rs 11, 36, 738/-, due to sudden financial crisis we decided to withdraw and sent a mail to crm and hard copy through speed post to vashi sales office on 31 dec 21.On 5 jan 22 I recieved a mail from crm stating that as per terms and conditions of godrej my entire amount would be forfeited, till 31 dec no receipts or any other documents were shared to me .On 5 dec 21 the day of booking the sale executive after accepting my payment part through credit card rs 1.5 lakh plus rs986738 asked me to sign on the application format I told him that my wife who is first applicant is at home and I need time to read and if I don't understand I need to speak to my lawyer he refused to allow me to carry but said he can arrange a biker and we both have to sign and return it back immediately, I asked to explain few important points in the application form to which he replied that I am not allowed to sell the flat after paying stamp duty and registration till the time of possession and will to pay extra amount incase there is a steep increase in the price of steel and cement, I once again asked to explain payment terms and conditions to which he replied that it's as per rera and godrej properties being a reputed brand there won't any wrong doings keeping in mind his words and immense faith I had in brand godrej we both signed the application and gave it back to the biker.It is just an application from which is one sided where there is no choice for the buyer but to sign on the application format, neither the promoter has signed nor has given a copy to us it is rather difficult for a buyer with common intellect and not familiar with the terminology used in real estate sector to comprehend implications of such terms used in the application format. I have asked godrej to show me forfeiture rules as per maharera. I have to take care of family including my parents my father 81 years and mother 71 years both of whom are highly diabetic and I may need this money for future medical emergency.Godrej properties is not at loss due to my withdrawal they will any way sell the flat and work has not even started, since its a redevelopment project where some people are yet to vacate.I feel cheated by godrej properties they just can't confiscate my money.I request you to up the case with godrej properties management as soon as possible.

                  I don't find any proper document regarding the refund for expression of interest. I have given the 50k amount as an EOI in Godrej Nest but unfortunately dont' want to move it forward. However, salesmen is not confirming the time when the refund will be generated. Kindly share me the formal policy regarding the refund of EOI.

                    I have given a token amount of Rs: 50, 000 on 19th November 2021 to book a 3BHK flat at 'Godrej Meadows' in mahalunge, Pune.

                    I have requested for cancellation on 8th December 2021.

                    As per the refund policy, the said amount should have been credited within 15 days. But I have not received any refund.
                    I contact the sales representative she said she no longer work with Godrej.
                    also, I tried to reach out to pre-sales executives but their contact no is also not reachable.

                    I am requesting you to refund the amount as soon as possible And update me on the same.

                      We had given a Cheque of Rs 5 Lakh as EOI for Godrej Palm Retreat, Sector 150, Noida on[protected].

                      Later on[protected] we applied for unit GDPRC1-0502 by signing a cheque of Rs 12 Lakh and an application form provided, filled and retained by Godrej Empoyees. Nobody from Godrej had signed or acknowledged any of the document.

                      Dear Mr Satadal Nandi
                      With reference to my booking of the Flat in Godrej Hill Retreat, I have come across the fraud made by your Sales People both Rushikesh & Tanya Chaurasia, who are typically acting like Sales People after doing the selling part .I am reaching to you with full confidence since you are the Manager for them .
                      When I booked the Flat an amount of INR 12500 was promised by Ms Tanya & Rushikesh in terms of Gold voucher, which very smartly they did not give in writing, but I believed them since the transaction was for 70 lacs .Now after almost 6 months of booking, I still have not received the Gold voucher, last when I enquired with Rushikesh, he mentioned that once you complete the registry you will get the same within 15 days . The registry has already been completed on 9th Nov 2021 and still I have not received any Gold voucher from Godrej .Again on following with Ms Tanya, she puts the responsibility to Rushikesh and after strong follow up shae gives all the excuses like i am on medical leave, Continuously following with Rushikesh, who has been promising the same from last 15 days and now i don't see any response and he has stop taking my calls .Is this the Professional Approach of Godrej .Let me have the resolution of the same or else I will escalate the same to the highest level in Godrej and also will bring the same in social media and grievance cell, if no positive reply is received within the next 2 days .Enclosed a few chats recently with Ms Tanya and Rushikesh .Also such Sales people are damaging the image of Godrej brand, don't prompt me to go to your Board members or MD/CEO etc .

                        We booked flat during pre-launch and paid premium price to Godrej. Just few months before the handover Godrej showed their real face, we were promised with individual parking(IP) and this was the prime reason I booked the flat at Godrej. But Godrej now allotted us stack parking which was never told at the time of booking. I rejected other projects in pune due to stack parking but Godrej cheated with giving false promise. There was some architectural mistake due to which IP was converted to Stack parking but instead of fixing this issue Godrej allotted them to most of the buyers. I definitely don’t want to stay with stack parking and need my entire money in refund.

                          1) Corporation water not provided By GPL. Instead Tanker water supply.

                          2) Possession late by 1 yr. Evn wen property is completed before 7 to 8 Months back.

                          3) Individual Parking not provided to 218 owners out of 815.

                          4) ITC passback not transferred to owners.
                          Comes under Anti profiteering norms/ Tax chori by brand like GPL.

                          5) Unprofessional behave and no respect to owners.

                            Booked 2BHK flat in premium residence project Godrej 24, Pune, Maharashtra. I booked a flat on the first day of pre-launch dated April 2017.
                            Godrej24 cheated 218 flat owners by forcefully installing and allocating stack parking which was NOT communicated during booking of the flat. Also, the Allotment of parking is not transparent as in the email they said it will be on a first come first served basis but they used the lottery for allotment. They didn’t involve the owner in the lottery processes as well. Seems they handpicked people for allotting the parking to provide favors.
                            1. They promised it’s a premium society with ample individual parking space. The covered parking space would be sufficient for parking 1 car and 1 two-wheeler. But, Stack parking is totally opposite what they promised during flat booking.
                            2. Without any notice to the customers, they have installed stack parking for 218 customers, just before 3 months of possession. Even after rejecting stacking parking allotment through the official email channel. Godrej has forcefully allocated stack parking to 218 customers.
                            3. Due to bad project planning by Godrej24 architects, Godrej installed stack parking. Instead of fixing the architectural issue and building alternate parking spaces for 109 customers, they are forcing 218 families to accept stack parking for the blunder which Godrej is responsible for. This is totally unethical act and was not expected from a big brand like Godrej.
                            4. Due to the Stack parking issue, 816 customers are waiting for possession for the last 6 months.
                            Below are a few damages done by Stack Parking :
                            1. Stack parking can’t be handled individually. This is a concern of Security, Privacy, and Convenience as a car key to be shared with a Third Party for valet parking.
                            2. Stack parking is life-threatening as it leads to accidents, especially for kids.
                            3. There is no provision of 2 wheeler parking provided by Godrej.

                              Booked flat in Godrej, 24 pune considering that Godrej is good brand. During booking and in agreement it was mentioned individual car parking. However they forcefully allocated unsafe stack parking to 218 owners. Few owners during their visit saw stack parking and once confronted they accepted thst it was their mistake but still they allocated stack parking to 218 even when everyone rejected the stack parking. Why should owners pay for godrej mistake I have previously rejected and still rejecting stack parking ... Godrej to either allocate individual car parking for which I have paid 3lakhs or refund me my entire amount plus interest paid to bank plus govt charges paid plus GST paid. Also they should pay for mental harrasment they have been doing from last 3 months ... Godrej as brand is very unethical...

                                Hi, I bought a flat in Godrej 24 almost 2 years back and no one mentioned about stack parking and suddendly it was brought to our notice that there was a technical issue and 218 customers have to go with stack parking. You people cheated big time and never mentioned about this issue while booking a flat. Providing false information to the customers and looting hard earned money of people. Such big cheaters. Now the RM also not picking up phone and mentioned on leave till 3rd Jan 2022 and dropped an email syaing you have been allocated stack parking and to compensate we can provide 2 lakhs rupees ? What a shame and disgrace you guys are bringing to India as I dont stay in India and thought you guys are one of the reputed builders

                                  We bought a flat at Godrej 24.
                                  We chose Godrej thinking it is a renowed builder but before allocation we have been informed there are not enough parking slots available( We don't expect such a blunder from reputed builders like Godrej).
                                  Now we have received another mail that as per lottery system, stack parking is allocated(we are paying same amount then from where this lottery system came to picture).
                                  Highly dissapointed with this attitude. We buy house once in lifetime after working so hard and cannot accept the lottery system to decide which parking space will be allocated.
                                  Kindly look into the matter or return our money as no where it was mentioned that stack parking will be allocated when we bought the flat.
                                  We are not confortable with stack parking and it was your duty to inform about the stack parking before the flat was sold.

                                    I have been trying to get the posession of my home since last 2 months, all payments have been made. I have no luck in receiving any communication from the representatives. It’s been a while I am trying to reach back to them, email, call. There is always a constant feedback I get, we will update you in a days time. But no one responds back. This has created extreme stress and unable to get the home. Paid all the amount in full including the society charges and utilities. They don’t have gas, water in the homes when I went for inspection. This is the worst home buying experience. In short Godrej properties shatter the dreams of people who wants to buy home. Terrible management and employees. Left the customer in complete dark side of the world. Never would suggest anyone to buy property from them.

                                      I booked a unit in Godrej Nurture(Electronic city, Bangalore) via 3B channel partner in early 2020. The agency promised that they will offer a discount of 50k INR if I book via them. I agreed and they sent me a credit note from their official email address. They said that once Godrej releases their referral amount only then they will be able to pay me back 50k INR as promised.

                                      The channel partner contact person was approachable and responding until Godrej was yet to pay them their referral money. I also was following up with my Godrej RM to check status. Very recently, the channel partner contact person confirmed that they received funds from Godrej and told he will follow up. Since last 2 weeks, the person is ignoring my messages and calls.

                                      Its already closed to 2 years. I am yet to receive the funds. I am filing this as the channel partner contact person has stopped responding to my message/calls. I even said I will file an official complaint with Godrej but he ignored.

                                      I am attaching the mail from channel partner which has credit note details. Also, attached is the mail where I sent confirmation to tag my purchase against 3B.

                                      Hi, Issue is still not resolved. Godrej's project team just confirmed that Godrej has paid to channel partner but I haven't received any money, as per commitment made by channel partner. Also, no action has been taken against channel partner 3B?
                                      How can you let channel partner go scotfree with no repurcussions when they make a writtent committement to pay back the discount amount and later don't honor.

                                      Please take it up with channel partner and sort the matter. The handover is due in couple of months but this issue is not yet resolved.
                                      Hi, Why is this case being marked as resolved? I haven't received any update from Godrej on this issue and I am still awaiting the money.
