Good Evening team,
I Yogesh Ranjan (MB. no - [protected]) a resident at Godrej Summit, Tower K - 105, Sector 104, Gurgaon, Haryana. I purchased a unit at Godrej Summit. Previously also I have raised an issue with you all regarding the damaged tiles at my unit. I want to give a big thanks to you all for helping me out with that situation. Currently, I am facing the situation that some of the tiles are getting blackish and heavy marking is occurring on the tiles and some of them are getting damaged. The same issue was been shown to the facility team and their visit was also done but they are denying replacing the tiles under the "DLP scheme". I am not able to understand for what purpose this DLP period is been offered to us to only address the issue and get it repaired at our own cost. Please specify this answer. I can understand the issue if my unit's DLP period would be over but my unit is in the DLP period and they are not willing to replace the same. Please provide me with the solution team. For this type of small issue headache, I have opted to purchase a unit in such a big real estate giant. Please help me out. I will be available at (MB. no - [protected])

    Issue with Godrej 24 Bangalore

    I was having an issue with the utility door. I tried to reach out to the relationship manager and she is saying management said " they can't do anything'. I couldn't even use the sq. ft. area which I'm paying. Below are mail communications regarding the same. Not sure how can I resolve this issue.

    Not giving original possession letter

    Address: Punr

    At the time of possession (april 2022) in godrej elements pune, i didn't get original possession letters since it was not signed. Then, requesting a lot, but didn't get it. RM said he will courier, but it never happened till now. I live in mumbai. Please provide me original possession letter. Please courier it at my address.

    I Dr Devdatta Deshmukh, owner of GITT3B0802 have not received video door bell even after possession for more than 1 and half years.
    I require it urgently for installation as I have rented out the flat.
    I have communicated to CRM mayura and other people 1 year back and reminded many times.
    Now unable to reach her and fed up with such a irresponsible behavior.
    I am not happy at all in this whole messed up issue.
    Didn't expect this from Godrej property.
    Kindly get back to me and Do the needful at the earliest.

      Hi Team,

      This is to notify you that there is a frequent power cut in Godrej Summit due to which we have to pay high electricity bill because of the genrator. Usually power back up should always be a part of the cam charges that we are already paying. Moreover max cam charges other societies are charging is around 6000 wherein the Cam charges in Godrej Summit is 10000. We are salaried people hence it is tough to manage the expenses on top if the property loan. I would urge to kindly get the Cam charges and electricity charged to be reduced.

        From starting onwards it's not working properly, somuch of sound, shaking and light not workingof i called also no one responding poor and very bad custom service in kurnool they don't know about customer value...because of these i was struggled like any thing i will give not "0" tating...           There was an assurance from Mr.Aniket Salve and Kastrell Rawat for EOI refund within 14 days after my cancellation.
          14 working days have already passed and I am yet to receive my 1lacs EOI refund.
          Aniket Salve and Kastrell Rawat are sales person who are absolutely unprofessional.

          The same story happened with me with Godrej Rivera Kalyan property.
          There was same assurance from Sale manager Aniket Salve for EOI refund with in 14 days after cancellation.
          I sent cancellation email with cheque screenshot to Aniket email on March 29th 2022.I have been following up last 3 months for refund Aniket Salve not picked up phone. he said process changed fill up form at Kalyan site office. I visited Kalyan property 3 times and there was no process for form filling up. Aniket is lying man.
          I gave cancel cheque second time to Godrej ( to person- Neha Mandale ).I have not received my refund yet.
          Today again I got next week date to credit amount. and Abhijit site manager said if not received then do case on Godrej. That is rude respond from Godrej Manager.

            I have booked a flat in Godrej Park Retreat (GDPRG502), May 8th, 2022 by paying of Rs. 3, 11, 063/- as token amount (5% of down payment of the property rate). As of now, there is no agreement or sale deed has been made between me and the builder (Godrej Varthur-Tower G).

            Due to personal reasons, when I contacted Godrej Property to cancel my booking, there is no refund policy from Godrej answer is coming. Rather the concerned builder RM is asking that the entire amount (3, 11, 63 lac) will be forfeited and considered as cancellation charges.

            Please assist to get refund of booking amount.

              I have multiple times explained my situation to Godrej Air, Bengaluru NRI customer care and also to regional manager explaining them my situation that prevented me from completing the registration process.
              Following were my constraints to complete the registration.
              1. Covid restrictions and travel bans that prevented me to fly from USA to Bangalore
              2. Indian Embassy in US was not accepting the POA requests due to Covid closure
              3.Closure of karnataka government services that prevented me from hiring an agent to assist with the registration
              4. My Mother and my Mother-in-law are senior citizens. Without availability of vaccinations until late 2021 prevented them from moving out of the home to a public place.
              5. My mother was unwell for 6 months in 2021 and she can furnish medical reports to evidence the unavailability.
              Despite these constraints, Godrej Air property management is imposing a heavy holding charges of 1lakh.

                I visited the GODREJ PARK RETREAT and paid an advance of 3.19 Lakh and then I could not able to proceed due to personal and financial contrained arised due to un foreseen issues. I am asking for refund but I was infomred it is not possible. I am ok to pay a penalty and I need help in this case.

                  We had blocked a unit of Godrej 7 joka, Kolkata after we had discussion with the representative without physically visiting the sight as we stay in Hyderabad. We paid an initial amount of RS 50, 000 just a booking amount to black the unit as instructed by the representative.As it was not possible for us to go there physically.Instead we sent one of my relatives to check the sight physically. But unfortunately we didn’t find the Project satisfying. So we want the refund of the booking amount but as promised it was never initiated. Kindly look into this matter and initiate the refund.                         I have a Flat Booked and is now ready for possession in Godrej Eternity project in Bangalore. My registration got done on 29th April 2022. After registration was completed Godrej never contacted me to guide me for process of taking possession of my property. After 24 days I wrote a mail asking for the process then Godrej RM Anshu wrote back asking me to take possession by 29th May 2022 or after that they would start charging Holding charges from me. Due to travel schedule I cannot come to Bangalore (I live in Delhi and Chennai) before 15th June 2032. Godrej team is not resolving this issue. Please help get a resolution from appropriate authorities

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that we are the buyer o[censored]nit no. F-1801, Tower F of your Godrej Anandam, Ganeshpeth, Nagpur.

                            We have signed the Booking Application with Godrej Properties Ltd. on 14.02.2022 and got the allotment letter 23/02/2022 . It was a commitment by the company that possession will be handed over on or before 30 April 2022 and it is of huge concern to us that despite many reminders and follow ups till date we have not received any official communication from Godrej Properties Ltd. regarding the handing over of the possession of the said Flat. Your local officials Mr. Ashwin Saoji and Ms. Priyanka Malode are unable to give any commitments.

                            We are highly disappointed that the company has failed to keep its commitment and has lost the customer's faith as it has delayed the possession of the said flat. We have already paid 90% of the amount as per payment scheduled as under

                            14/02/2022 - ₹4, 99, 999
                            14/0202022 - ₹9, 46, 823
                            14/03/2022 - ₹14, 46, 822
                            09/03/2022 - ₹7500 Adv. fees
                            09/03/2022 - ₹8, 98, 100 Stamp duty

                            ₹130, 21, 401 TOTAL paid out of ₹1, 44, 68, 225
                            90% already paid as per the schedule of the company.

                            Since we are losing the interest from our broken Bank FDs from January 2022 and paying our monthly EMI on bank loans from April 2022, it's becoming a big financial burden to us.
                            We certainly want Godrej Properties Ltd. to compensate the aforementioned interest amount for delayed possession of Flat.
                            Thus, we are not only affected by money but also mentally as this basic necessity of a family is being hampered by your organisation.
                            Further let us know when you will handover the flat so that we can plan our stay accordingly.
                            Looking forward to your positive reply and confirmation.

                                  We have given a token amount of Rs.50 K for visiting a property of Godrej in Bangalore on May 1st 2022.
                                  As due to some urgent financial issues and short of funds due to some emergency, we opt out of that and asked for refund on 4th May.
                                  The concerned person whom we called has said, it's been intimated to the management and to wait for 30 days and then they will update us further information.
                                  May I know why so long time it takes to pay back the money taken as we have not proceeded further.
