I have been cheated by the sales person of Godrej properties and I tried to all sort of negotiation but having no positive results hence raising a complain on the consumer forum.
My expectation from this complaint is to get a full refund of my amount.
Please find complete issue listed below and also attached all the required email trails, Other required proof.
First email came from the Godrej properties ( it is there in the email trail attachment) and below was the response from my end.
“As per discussion and the details which i have got, at the time of flat booking, it was said that it will be 3 floor parking and 2 floor from there(which would be 5th floor from ground) and now what you are giving me is at the level of parking which itself is contradicting to your statement which you had said at the time of booking.
Also during our discussion it was said that the flat will have 849 carpet area and later when the details were given it was 826 carpet area, which is also false information. And when i asked for the 849 one, it was communicated that i will have to pay 25K extra. So why can't 25K be reduced from the 826 unit which is now alloted to me?
This is not my unit which i had asked for (the unit should be 2 floors above the parking), So please change the unit in the same amount or refund the full amount which is already paid.
The total amount paid till now is 4, 18, 550 (1 lakh google pay on 3rd june and the remaining 3, 18, 550 paid via check which cleared on 17th june2022).
Selling the flat on the basis of false promises and not providing details of flat elevation for more than a month. You guys have hidden these details from the customer and have no courtesy to inform the same.
So do let me know how we can settle this? But if this does not fit my requirement I would like to cancel my booking and would like to get a full refund.
It has been an emotional rollercoaster ride for me since the day I had booked the property with Godrej, but it does not seem to go ahead in a fruitful manner. I am sorry to tell you that if this does not get resolved in the next 10 days I will be forced to approach Consumer court for the same.
And henceforth i need a written response and no verbal communication”
