i booked flight from hyderabad to lucknow but after 30 mints received the confirmation that flight cannot be booked and money is refunded in your account but I havent received the refunded amount yet .As said it would be refunded within 72 hrs but now it has been more than that and i havent still received the amount. i booked a bus ticket using goibibo on Apr 8th on SRM transport from Chennai to Bangalore fro 26th apr2014..after 30 min i got sms and email from SRM transport saying

so first two days i tried to contact goibibo why my ticket has been cancelled but i could not reach any customer care as all they have only IVRS there is no option given to speak to customer care agent. After searching in Internet i found this email id " [protected]@goibibo.com" so finally i sent my complaint email on 13 April 2014. then after 2 days i received first phone call and asked 3 days to resolve but nothing happened. after that i had several phone calls and email conversation with customer care team but they were not able to resolve my issue . my travelling dates is today still that issue is going on .. They are not ready to cancel my ticket as well as refund my money .
First they say price of ticket has gone up .. Then they force you to rebook your ticket and cancel that ticket or give them 5-6000 more to confirm that ticket .. They when you abort that ticket they say it will be refunded within 24 hrs .. 11 days has gone by .. I have received any refunds .. Wht they actually do is take your hard earned money ..then put that money in market and earn interest on it ..then they tell you its just a technical error sir .. Beware of this fraudulent website ..
i was booked a bus Ticket from Banglore to visakhapatnam and i was cancelled, in goibibo it is showing your money is refunded but i was not received yet.

    I have cancelled my ticket for travel from Mumbai to Ahmedabad ( PNR JHTL5) in booking Id: AMD6IBGQ9 on 22nd Feb 15. Cancellation of the same done as the airline service provider rescheduled the flight departure time. Refund for the same has not received till date & it's been shown as refunded in Goibibo application & in reality I have received no refunds. The number given of goibibo customer care [protected] gave no response other than recorded voice. Mail Id used for booking [protected]@gmail.com & mob no.[protected]. Please help me to resolve the same.

      I was booking flight ticket on 18th April, 2015 from Delhi to Patna for my friend. After doing the payment procedure through Net banking, The transaction was failed on the Goibibo site. But the amount of Rs 10, 940 was debited from my account and has not been refunded yet. Moreover there is nobody to listen to my issue on Goibibo. Used phone number for booking was [protected].         I have booked flight ticket through go ibibo, i want to reschedule the ticket, but very fed up to ocntact the customer service, They have given 2 no's for contact.. One is not in use other toll free no is not getting and luckily if some one picks up the call. They cant able to make any online services regarding ticket issue. They telling resons of proxy error, it gateway down, please contact tomorrow like gicing lame execuses. I have paid 23500/- and i have to reschedule my flight asap for doha. But nothing is working out. I need to take this issue to next level, please help me out on this issue. Regards Srikanth b

          I have booked a resort vide Goibibo.com through Booking ID: HTLTQTDP2U for May 7th, 2015 by paying an amount of Rs 10, 540/- with a 100% Cash back promotion however i have received 9000/- instead of Rs 10, 540/- Go cash which is approximately 85% AND NOT 100% rather than getting the same reverted back onto my credit card. I still accepted it but now when i am trying to book a flight or a hotel, on the payment page, it is not accepting my GOCASH amount and seems that this GOCASH amount cannot be clubbed with the promotions or offers provided by the company and I cannot use Gocash of more than Rs 500/- per transaction which means I should make 18 transactions to use my Gocash amount in a span of 3 months which sounds very funny to everyone who are the victims of this promotion. The representative (Himanshu Pratap) handling the call was very rude in his behavior and was not putting me across to the head of the department who was available on the floor despite of several requests made by me and says over the phone, he is the final person whom a customer can talk to without providing me with a solution for my concern which makes me feel very furious and unhappy of being a customer of company like Goibibo. I feel like I have been robbed by goibibo and it does not matter to the company as it is my hard earned money which is spent on the transaction. I WOULD NOW REQUEST THE GOIBIBO AUTHORISED PERSON TO CALL AND TALK TO ME OR CANCEL MY BOOKING AND REFUND MY TOTAL AMOUNT BY TAKING BACK THE GOCASH AMOUNT WHICH CANNOT BE USED / NOT USED. YOU CAN VIEW ALL MY TRAVELS MADE BY GOIBIBO IN THE PAST AND IF THIS ISSUE STANDS UNRESOLVED, YOU MIGHT LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF YOURS. Please call me at [protected] or [protected]

            I did my flight booking from Goibibo on 13-JAN-2015 (GOIBIBO Booking reference number TUA64XV8Y) as below AirIndia flight from Shillong to Kolkata on 28/04/2015 PNR number of ticket Y8BS7 Confirmed AirIndia Ticket number[protected] for Angsuman Sengupta (me) Confirmed AirIndia Ticket number[protected] for Anushka Sengupta (my daughter) I paid Rs 2606 as GOCASH (This cash amount was stored on my account due to some previous cancellation) for this booking. Without any notification GOIBIBO has cancelled our ticket.They even not refunded the paid GOCASH amount. Current flight fare for the two is more that Rs 4000, which is hard to bear for us. While confirming from airline same has been cancelled & remaining money will refunded in GOibibo account. Now after almost after 20 days still the amount is not credited in my account. While contacting thru your customer support centre no relevant reply will be given to me. Please look into the same & arrange to refund my money.

                      Hi Team, I've previously booked a hotel booking using the cashback offer and was given promotional go cash of value 5011. Then later when I cancelled the booking I was just given a refund of the extra tax I had paid. The go cash I received as a refund still stays as a promotional gocash in my account and I am not able to use the complete go cash on my next booking. THIS IS ABSURD. WHEN I PAID 5011/- IN FULL I EXPECT TO USE IT IN FULL. Now when I try to book a hotel room I am able to use only 25% of my booking value due to your latest change in policy which I wasn't even informed about when I was making a previous booking. I want my money back or to be able to use the gocash to the fullest as I had paid the money in full. Please look into this and do the justice to my hard earned money. I don't want you to send a CR. I want a real resolution. Also it would be great if I can speak to someone to get things clarified as the email might not suffice. Best, Akshat

                        Hi I am writing this mail wrt #317533 and #318220 raised in your customer care number I have not received the right answer to my concern. 1. When I was cancelling Booking ID : AMD2ZOE58, I recieved a prompt and the same mail stating that Rs 500 as Go Cash and Rs 5144.0 as refund to the bank will be credited. The screenshot for the above is attached. 2. After confirming the cancellation, I received another email stating the below: Booking ID: AMD2ZOE58 Airline Cancellation Fee: INR 3158.00(PER PERSON) Goibibo Cancellation Fee: INR 400.00(PER PERSON) Convenience Fee: INR 200.00(PER PERSON) Thus the amount that will be refunded to me will be only Rs 2154. The screenshot for the above is attached 3. When I see the "My Trips" section, One flight (Delhi-BOM) is showing status as "Refunded" and another (BOM-COK) is showing "REFUND UNDER PROCESS". The screenshot for the above is also attached I confirmed the cancellation of this booking only on the basis of the Confirmation Prompt of Rs 5644 ( Rs 5144 as Refund to Debit A/C and Rs 500 as GoCash) displayed. I am really pissed of on seeing that only Rs 2154 will be refunded to me instead of the said Rs 5144 . If I don't receive my refund of Rs 5144, I will definitely go forward with Consumer Court on Consumer Redressal Forum and also make sure this MALPRACTICE is shared in the social media world. Please find the attached screenshots: 1. Cancellation Mail stating Rs 5144 will be credited 2. Confirmation Mail stating only Rs 2154 will be credited 3. Delhi - COK Ticket Booking 4. Ltd. and the amount is deducted from my account but till today the above said three means, INB ibibo, shopping needs, and free ka mall are not taking the action towards to forward the product to me either the refund of money to my account there fore you are requested to please take action on above three and settle my problem as by product nor amount refund

                            hve booked a hotel name hotel gouri palace on april 8 in station road jaipur using goibibo mobile app.I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults.My booking id is HTLRDRXZQL. The hotel shown in goibibo was rated as a 3 star hotel.But when we checked in then i did not imagine that what was that???? The condition of hotel was not good and it was so worst than a one star hotel...Even the rooms conditions were too bad and not to stay even a single minute .So we said owner of hotel that this is a 3 star hotel then he said that the hotel is not responsible for it and it is the fault of goibibo company who is showing their hotel such like this.So they said that the refund amount will be back to you in 3 days.So i want to refund the amount

                                Dear Gobibo team, It was the worst experience to book flight ticket with gobibo. Because first I book the ticket with gobibo and they cut the money but the ticket was not confirmed and second to confirming the ticket I called the helpline for one hour and they charge me extra 2500 rupees and also the gobibo charge 1400 rupees which is not fare. Anyway now I want to reschedule my trip back to cochin which is on 16 june and I want to prepond the tiche to like may 20th. Please do the needfull. Ticket ID IS AMDYUT4CW.                                     Dear Customer Care, This mail is in regards to the complaint for providing wrong information by customer care representatives during multiple calls. It started on 22nd March'15, I booked a trip for four person from Leh to Delhi (by Srinagar) for dated 23rd September (PNR-JFVRZ and DYZQE7). The fare for this tickets come to approx Rs 17500 for all four persons. Seven days later, Go Air stated their promotional offer of Rs 1300 flight cost from Leh to Delhi directly, I called Goibibo customer care and asked for cancellation charges for my old booking. The lady who attended the call calculated cancellation charges of approx Rs 3500 considering all the passenger. I requested her to cancel my old ticket and booked the ticket in ongoing sale fare. In return she suggested me to first go for booking because promotional fares tickets are dynamic and fares may like to change frequently. I understood and booked another tickets on 28th March for the same date and route (Leh to Delhi). Now the problem started, I called the customer care on 28th March for cancellation of old booking tickets and the customer care representative Mr.Vinod told me a different story altogether. He mentioned Rs 3300 as cancellation charges for one ticket. I told him all my previous discussion, he promised to raise a issue in goibibo internal system and come back in 48 hours. When nobody responded till 30th March, I called again the customer care. New lady Ms. Neha attended, after listening my story, she committed to return back after another 48 hours, but the more surprise to me is that the cancellation charge break-up provided by her is completely different (Rs. 2800 for one ticket from leh to delhi). Now I am waiting for update from Goibibo from last 11 days. This is a complete case of mis-communication and false comittment. I am a loyal customer to Goibibo and using its services from long back, if i am not wrong Rs 150000 worth of transaction have made in this long relationship. In place of providing service, I am feeling cheated by someone. I hope this message will also go to Goibibo decision maker and will provide some solution to keep my trust with Goibibo in future.                                       Hi Sir, This is regarding the refund of one of my booking with goibibo. Its been 22 days but till now they have not processed the refund. Everytime i call their customer care they said they have forwarded the complain to their back-end team and will refund the amount in next 24 hours. I have called them more than 10 times but everytime they said that it will be done in next 24 hours and when i call after 24 hours they again say the same...

                                      I have made a booking for Rishikesh to New Delhi for 3 passengers. All of them were girls(my cousins) who have came from abroad for trip to Rishikesh. The booking was for 3 seats in an Innova operated by Harish Tours and Travels. The passengers confirmed the timing from the pickup point from operators contact number mentioned in booking confirmation. Even we got reminder from GoIbibo to reach on time at the pick up point. And at the last moment after waiting for 2 hours we were told that booking is cancelled. It was such a great shock to my cousins as they were alone in the morning 6.30 a.m. at the pick up point. After that they have to book a private vehicle from Rishikesh to Delhi as they have got flight back to Mumbai from delhi which they cant afford to miss. Goibibo customer helpline is so pathetic that their are no option to raise the complain or talk with their executives.
