This mail is in regards to the complaint for providing wrong information by customer care representatives during multiple calls.
It started on 22nd March'15, I booked a trip for four person from Leh to Delhi (by Srinagar) for dated 23rd September (PNR-JFVRZ and DYZQE7). The fare for this tickets come to approx Rs 17500 for all four persons. Seven days later, Go Air stated their promotional offer of Rs 1300 flight cost from Leh to Delhi directly, I called Goibibo customer care and asked for cancellation charges for my old booking. The lady who attended the call calculated cancellation charges of approx Rs 3500 considering all the passenger. I requested her to cancel my old ticket and booked the ticket in ongoing sale fare. In return she suggested me to first go for booking because promotional fares tickets are dynamic and fares may like to change frequently. I understood and booked another tickets on 28th March for the same date and route (Leh to Delhi).
Now the problem started, I called the customer care on 28th March for cancellation of old booking tickets and the customer care representative Mr.Vinod told me a different story altogether. He mentioned Rs 3300 as cancellation charges for one ticket. I told him all my previous discussion, he promised to raise a issue in goibibo internal system and come back in 48 hours.
When nobody responded till 30th March, I called again the customer care. New lady Ms. Neha attended, after listening my story, she committed to return back after another 48 hours, but the more surprise to me is that the cancellation charge break-up provided by her is completely different (Rs. 2800 for one ticket from leh to delhi).
Now I am waiting for update from Goibibo from last 11 days. This is a complete case of mis-communication and false comittment. I am a loyal customer to Goibibo and using its services from long back, if i am not wrong Rs 150000 worth of transaction have made in this long relationship. In place of providing service, I am feeling cheated by someone.
I hope this message will also go to Goibibo decision maker and will provide some solution to keep my trust with Goibibo in future.

so first two days i tried to contact goibibo why my ticket has been cancelled but i could not reach any customer care as all they have only IVRS there is no option given to speak to customer care agent. After searching in Internet i found this email id " [protected]@goibibo.com" so finally i sent my complaint email on 13 April 2014. then after 2 days i received first phone call and asked 3 days to resolve but nothing happened. after that i had several phone calls and email conversation with customer care team but they were not able to resolve my issue . my travelling dates is today still that issue is going on .. They are not ready to cancel my ticket as well as refund my money .
