Very poor installatn service.I bought d ac 2dys ago, nd i adviced dem 2 installit by today bcoz i've e go out of station tmrw.They agreed bt when I called today, they said dat d installatn would b done withi 48 hrs n hanged d ph without proper explaination.I am a customer, bt they treat me as I owe them smthng.I'd not expect such behavior 4m ur end....

I purchased a 1.5 Ton Panasonic AC from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd store at Barabazar, Chandannagar on 31.05.19 (Order No. CNG/SO1920/01848 for model No. Panasonic CS-WU 18VKYF/1.5 TON SPLIT AC.)
It is strange that after 12 days I have not received the purchased material. The concerned person of the store informed me that after 2 days he will be able to intimate me the tentative date of delivery.

We have purchased Voltas A.C on 15th May 2019, Great Eastern B.B.D Branch, Kolkata, and the product delivered as damaged .We have informed the great eastern as well as a Service Request has been locked for complain, But, the A.C hasn't been replaced yet.It's going to be 1 month, since we are suffering although having continuous followups(sometimes even multiple times a day), visiting the store but we are suffering...

On 08/5/19 i had purchase a new hitachi split ac from great eastern gorabazar branch, on 30/4/19 after installing the products on 07/5/19 it was not working due to leakage problem the, matter not yet solve till now i had launch a complaint in customer care through call as well i physically visit in branch regarding my issue.

By several times follow up, she me 3 dates, 21st May, 23rd May, and 26. th May.
Today she give another day 28th May.

I have purchased an ac on 13/05/19 from great eastern dhakuria and it was supposed to be delivered today. However it is not delivered yet. I have tried to contact with them but noone picked up the phone for a single time. Krishnanaghar branch sellsmen subrata roy misbehave with us, and other stuffalso, we are going for buying lg ac but this stuff and other tell me not for sell this product.
