It's really a customer harrassment that you can't fullfill your commitment.
Last sunday i have placed the order at nager bazar greateastern. As my current refrigerator is not working properly so, on emergency purpose i had to place the order on sunday & their commitment is that within wednesday it will be delivered. I requested to deliver on last tuesday but they told that due to heavy pressure of ac delivery they will try but you can take eta as wednesday.
Wednesday i called to greateastern they refer me to call delivery department below the bill isd number. After ringing whole day several time at afternoon finally they picked up my call and told that due to insufficient car it may not be possible to delivery. But when i told them within wednesday i should get the delivery & that's why i placed the order, then they told upto 9pm they deliver so they will deliver on that day. But they did not, not even any communication from them.
Next day thursday no delivery, not even any communication received from greateastern or delivery department.
On friday when i complained the same to nagerbazar greateastern they told they will look into it. After few hours received one call from niku that due to bad weather it is not possible to deliver on friday or saturday, it may damage the product due to rain though the reliance digital and others vendor delivered to my housing complex on same day. So my question is in rainy season greateastern stopped their business? On sunday from 9 am they are taking my address several time when i am calling and telling within 1 hours they are reaching from 9 am. At 2 pm i have received the product. As per the discussion and commitment from niku we should get the installation on the same day. We are waiting for the installation and had to cancel our weekend plans also. At 7pm they told that they will come and install refrigerator. But no communication received after that and the contact numbers is either not reachable or switch off. At 9pm when we called them they are telling that installation is not possible today. But no communication received from their end. Really very poor experience with great eastern service and this effect ing your brand value also. My recommendation is either change your customer service or change your company name, it should not be great eastern, it is bad eastern.
How will you compensate this customer harrassment? This is the question for great eastern. Kindly let me know asap.
When i told to cancel on friday they simply denied that it is not possible as the product is already ready. Thank you.
