I went to khazipara branch where a buy a panasonic 1.5 toh ac on 10.05.2019 and i paid the full amount on that only nd i told the sales manager to deliver it on 11.05.2019 at that time he said it will be delivered but now 16.05.19 till now i didn't got my product and every when i call them they says it will deliver tomorrow every day and telling false status of delivery i have never heard that a product is loaded on truck for delivery more...

I have bought an ac on 1st may 2019 which was delivered on 8th may and till now on 11th may no one has come to install the ac. While buying they assure that the product will be delivered within 2 days and the installation will be done on the next day. When i tried to contact great eastern with the telephone number provided there was a dead signal most of the time and if by chance it connects they give a # reply that they are doing their best...

Today around 4 pm i visited one of your showroom in dalhousie. My goal was to buy a single door fridge. But all the big fish around, the salesman intentionally neglected me when he heard i am there for a cheap single door fridge. Is this your policy?? This is how you train your salesman??
