This is to bring under your kind notice that on 08.06.18 i purchased a fridge of whirpool make having description as follows:
"whirpool fp 263d protton roy-alpha steel
Gr[protected] [protected]"
Mrp has been stated as rs.32000/-
Dp has been stated as rs.28000/- and
Billing price has been stated as rs.24800/- (The amount i have been charged)
However, when i received the material, it has been noted on the cartoon box that the mrp is rs.28925/- in place of rs.32000/- and the dat of manufacture of the product is march'2017.
This shows that i have been charged approximately rs.3000/- more, based on the mrp.
When i pointed out this discrepancy to the sales person, sri ankur roy, over phone, i had been asked to come to their show room. When i went there i had been asked to speak with one person who claimed to be the manager sri dey, of the kankurgach uniti.
When i spoke to sri dey, he misbehaved with me and my wife instead of solving my problem. Rather he tried to avoid the problem through his misbehaviour.
In the light of the above, it is requested to replace the fridge with a currently manufactured fridge having updated mrp. If not possible, my money may please be returned.
An early action in this regard is requested.

This was a complain against calculating the billing price on updated MRP and delivering an old stock product of approximately one year and two months old whose MRP was about Rs.3000/- less.
Product purchased from Great Eastern Retail Pvt Ltd, Kankurgachi and the sales person was Sri Ankur Roy.
Invoice no. KG/1819/SA/02839 DT. 09.06.18.
Order No. KG/1819/SO/02840 DT. 0806.2018
This is a case of misguidance of customer w.r.t. MRP, DP and Customer price during demo in the show room and delivering something else.
Thus a currently manufactured product should be delivered or the amount taken extra should be returned.
None responded till date.
I have used the product for using . The packet is kept in the sealed condition as he dispute has not yet been resolved. For this I am suffering badly.
Kindly arrange to respond and resolve the dispute early.

The product has been kept in sealed condition from the delivery. The same could not be used as the problem has not yet been resolved. Thus the sentence written above: "I have used the product for using" should be : "I have purchased the product for using" but the same could not be used as the problem is not yet been resolved. Kindly arrange to resolve the problem early as I am an old customer of your trading center.

Updated by psmukherjee The issue has not yet been resolved. Please take necessary steps for its early redressal as I, being a customer, for getting proper justice, is suffering very badly, as the item has been purchased for its use. An early sloution of the problem is requested.
