We purchased one hitachi ac from sarat bose road outlet today around 7:30, we payed the full amount rs 40000 by debit card and then returned home. Now at 8:35 pm we received a call from ms siddika who sold the item to us that the product is out of stock and we’ve to visit again the sarat bose road outlet to receive the check. How could they sell the hitachi 3star inverter ac when it’s out of stock and we’ve paid the full amount and now they are telling us to again visit and receive the amount by cheque. Why this kind of harassment we are facing from a renowned company like yours.

We need the amount to be deposited in our bank account. Why should we receive the amount by cheque when we paid in cash and why that sales lady confirmed the sell without checking the stock

    Sir,

    I brought a panasonic led with speaker system near about cost 117102/- and also brought a lg refrigerator in my wife's name cost about 80000/- at your thakur pukur branch dated[protected]. I am very much sure that this time your various scheme is going on. But up till now we are not received any free or gift or scheme product. Unfortunately, sure gift also available on pricing limit. (On 200000= 2 gm gold & 100000 =1gm gold) some thing like that. Next time i am not recommended any person for your brand.
    Please tell me what is the behind it. Why your showroom was cheated me.

      I have purchased one 290 litres of refrigerator from grat eastern trading co, nagerbazar and paid in full. The refrigerator has been dispatched by a lone person. The cover of the refrigerator unit clearly mentioned that 2 or more person must handle this during transportation to avoid any damage. How the trader can send the material with one person only who is taking it in a van rickshaw. If the material gets damaged, there is none from the trader to justify it. How these traders get the license for trading who can not understand the intricacy of electrical goods. This is required to be addressed immediately. The refrigerator is to reach in 1st floor of gorabazar. This sort of business must be checked and the capacity of the traders must be inspected and feedback from customer must be taken.

        I am also a worker in great eastern appliances technocity. I never got permission to come home before how much important my work is but tanima sarkar get permission everd day before shop close. Every day tanima sarkar talk in office phone hour after hour but we are not allowed to talk in office phone. So sir please you take action against tanima sarkar and did not do the partiaty. I have told tanima sarkar that how you got every day release from office in office hour she told me that she had a strong link with officer and owner of great eastern appliances.

          Hi sir/madam,

          I have ordered whirlpool refrigerator 230 vitamagic from great eastern santragachi on 3rd dec 2017. But it was dropped by delivery boy while unloading. He promised us to replace the refrigerator but later on the manager refused to give any replacement. He suggested us to use that “dropped” fridge and will replace if any problem occurs in 7 days. My concern is what if the problem is detected on 8th day. So i refused to take any chance and asked a replacement. If required i also have detailed recording of our conversation where ge executive is aware of the fact that the good was mishandled by them. Please help me to get this issue resolved.

            I have purchased a washing machine from dalhousie great eastern and have produced my gst certificate which is also used for my company bhutnath motor, but at first the cashier (Rajeev choudhury) has refused to accept the gst certificate and he told that it is not possible to bill on this gst as this certificate belongs to bhutnath motor, i have tried to get understand that i am the proprietor, but he again refused and when i asked the name and designation of the cashier then he told me to meet the manager of the store and then i have also told her and she has also no idea about it then she told me to talk with her head accountant, then i have also contacted the aforesaid person then he told it is possible and informed the cashier and store manager, then my problem has been solved.

            I am a regular customer of this company, and if this kind of behaviour the no customer would like to purchase from the showroom and also lots of time was wasted.

At that time sales person assured that because of there internal problem product should be deliver by 10 days max. But after repeated follow ups they tell us same word in between days we deliver. Now the sales person could not receive the call ether. It is very pathetic for us. Such service not expect from as an reliable organisation.                   I have purchased one sony bravia full hd tv and they already delivered it. Now they promised me to complete the installation process today i. E. On 31st october. But it is 10.00 pm now and still it is pending. Several times i tried to call them but i am tired of hearing the busy/unanswered tone. They have not yet informed me about the cancellation of the requested demo service by them. May i know that which kind of professional behaviour is this? Are they interested only in selling or they also know that there is some post delivered services in which the customer completely depends on them?

                    This is to bring to your notice that i have still not received the delivery of the washing machine (Whirlpool stain wash) which i had purchased on 22nd october from great eastern – narendrapur - kolkata 700103

                    The sales executive - chumki, had promised delivery within 7 days, which means by 29th october i should have received the same. I went to the same store on 28th (Last saturday) where i was promised delivery within 2 to 3 days and again when i have visited today, i was again said that it would further take 2 to 3 days time.

                    I had called your help-line @[protected] wherein your call-centre executive - priyanka also said the same thing that the product will get delivered by 2 to 3 days. It seems that its a generic turn around tat "2 to 3 days" for great eastern team to bluff customers.

                    This is extremely sad for a customer like me who has paid the entire amount and going here and there for getting the delivery of the product.

                    This is a case of false/wrong promise done by great eastern for selling products.

                    Aside to whirlpool team — this is a fyi to show how your brand value is getting impacted because of the poor service of your dealer. I will never recommend your product from great eastern as this is completely unacceptable.

                      Purchased Godrej Refrigerator on 19.10.2017 from Great Eastern Barasat - Kolkata Branch. Today on 27th October 2017 Refrigerator was delivered in a very bad condition and damage way. Cartoon was completely torn and in bad shape. I am attaching the picture to this email. It seems they have provided the Display Refrigerator and put the fridge in a torn cartoon and send it to me. This is not expected from a brand company like Great Eastern. Is this way Great Eastern provide product to the customer even when paying full amount in advance? Barasat Great Eastern Branch Manager is not cooperative when informed about the fridge delivery condition.

                        I am rohit singh, from konnagar, book a refrigertor from uttarpara great eastern retail pvt. Ltd. On 25/10/2017. They don't deliver my product yet. When i am call them, they only say 'tommorow we will deliver your product' but i am not get that, i am book this product to surprise on my mom's birthday. But the great eastern staff not solve my problem, in store they dont treat well. Khosla electronics is better than you. They always care us listen us. I am not buy any product from great eastern in future.

                          The same (Godrej rt eon 331p-3.4/ 331 ltr ref - silver meadow) was delivered to our address with broken parts when delivered by the great eastern gorabazar branch. We refused to accept the appliance when we were informed about it by godrej technician. He took a written statement of it and even after informing the sellers no action was taken. The product is still not delivered by date, the date of purchase was 30/09/2017 and even by 28/10/2017 neither the sellers nor the company took any action. The service was very inconvenient and is totally unexpected from brands like godrej. I wish to get my product delivered asap. Thanking you

                            I never thought that my decision of buying an ac from great eastern will force me in such a mess. I bought this on 10/22, salesperson promised me to deliver the product within 5 days (10/27). On the delivery date, when i call him, he says - your product will be delivered by 10:30 pm in the night. And after that when i ask for details of how is it being feasible as an official delivery hour, he switches his phone off & from then on wards he has stopped responding. I have no clue about how to receive my product. Please help me out asap. I will never ever go for great eastern, worst experience.

                              Sunday 22oct 2017, we bought sony bravia 29" model no. P42D from great eastern lichubagan, west bengal.
                              Today Tuesday no one come from company to fit my tv. And i continuously called them there is no response from them. How i set my tv ? Please sort out this as soon as possible
                              I have purchased a TV from Great Eastern on 17/10/2017 from uttarpara shop and I asked him if there is any gift the sales man said that there is no gifts but when I return home I saw your company ad that you are giving assured gift with every purchase

                                It was promised to deliver the above item before deepawali, even after full payment on 16/10/17 it was delivered till today 21/10/17. Cse mr. Sabyasachi could not assure about the delivery date. He informed it may be delivered within 2-3 days. Who will bear the interest for amt paid by me and mental agony which i have faced during this time. Today when i went to their dhakuria show room around 1 p. M., they asked me to go to 1st floor, after going their one person sitting in cash counter charged me who asked me to come to 1st floor. He asked me to go to ground floor. So i came to ground floor, no one was there to attend me. I asked security personal to whom i should talk regarding the issue. Even after all this time taking they could not solve my problem and not only that they were not able to inform, when i could get my item

                                      Material invoice date is 13.08.2017 & material delivery date is 13.10.2017, whereas material availability was checked at the time of placing order. Where is the material which i have ordered on 13.08.2017?

                                      Material (Make: whirlpool, model: 20154, fp343d protton roy - alpha steel, sr. No. Ine[protected] manufacture date & month is 12th september, 2017 at 08:23:47 hrs. Whereas warranty of the material start from 13.08.2017 which is far behind the product manufacture. Is it possible all over the world where the material is manufacture after warranty period?

                                      If great eastern appliances agree to change the invoice date after one month for his own business as the color was not available in the market then why not the company changed the same in same manner as the delivery date is 13.10.2017? Why customers suffer for one company (Great eastern) mismanagement as there is no loss of great eastern, no loss of whirlpool, no loss of finance company (Bajaj finance ltd.)?

                                      Emi for finance (Bajaj finance ltd.) of rs. 4263/- (Code: p[protected]tr) deducted on 03.10.2017 from my account no. [protected]. Is it possible to deduct the emi against finance without material delivery and installation?

                                      To The Managing Director/ Manager, Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd. Sub: An appeal to issue a fresh invoice to modify the Warranty period due to problem at your end Sir, I am a customer of your company. I have purchased one refrigerator (Make: Whirlpool, FP343D PROTTON ROY- ALPHA STEEL) at your Kankurgachi Branch on 13.08.2017 with Finance (Serial no. of Invoice : KG/1718/SA/00311 on 13.08.2017). The representative ( Mrs. Mithu Das) of your Kankurgachi branch given demo about this product and checked the stock and assured that the product and color was available in company’s stock and would be delivered within four days. I requested m’am to deliver the product after 07 to 08 days in place of 04 days as I was not prepared to use the product on that time. I ordered the product in finance mode. But after long time, the product was not delivered and after one month madam requested to return the invoice copy of refrigerator and she would change the invoice date as current date and she requested to accept another color of same model as ALPHA STEEL model was not available in the market. I did not agree to her suggestion and I requested her for sending the same color and same model as I am dedicated to use the ALPHA STEEL color refrigerator. Mithu Das) on 12.10.2017 to deliver the product and change the invoice date as I would loss the warranty period of two months. The Manager did not respond with the positive and helping attitude. He said that if any problem arises, nothing will happen to him, everything will be faced or suffered by the selling person i.e. Smt. Mithu Das. The material was delivered on 13.10.2017 (Two months from the date of invoice) after long chasing and installed on 14.10.2017. Whirlpool Company grants the warranty from 13.08.2017 and registers the same in their record. I requested to Whirlpool representatives to consider the warranty period from 13.10.2017 (material delivered date) in place of 13.08.2017 (invoice date) but they did not agree as per the company laid down rule. The followings points rise as complaint from my end: • Material invoice date is 13.08.2017 & material delivery date is 13.10.2017, whereas material availability was checked at the time of placing order. Where is the material which I have ordered on 13.08.2017? • Material (Make: Whirlpool, Model: 20154, FP343D PROTTON ROY- ALPHA STEEL, Sr. No. INE173704195) manufacture date & month is 12th September, 2017 at 08:23:47 hrs. whereas warranty of the material start from 13.08.2017 which is far behind the product manufacture. Is it possible all over the world where the material is manufacture after warranty period? • If Great Eastern Appliances agree to change the invoice date after one month for his own business as the color was not available in the market then why not the company changed the same in same manner as the delivery date is 13.10.2017? Why customers suffer for one company (Great Eastern) mismanagement as there is no loss of Great Eastern, no loss of whirlpool, no loss of finance company (Bajaj Finance Ltd.)? • EMI for finance (Bajaj Finance Ltd.) of Rs. 4263/- (Code: P17341030408Tr) deducted on 03.10.2017 from my account no. 30264084341. Is it possible to deduct the EMI against finance without material delivery and installation? • Customer losses the utility of a refrigerator for two months and again he is also loosing the warranty period for two months. – Is it desired? Please change the invoice date without any additional pay from me as a customer as I claimed the warranty from the date of delivery (on 13.10.2017).                                       Please feedback me about my complain points as early as possible. It is only pen and paper problem.
                                      I bought a TV from Great Eastern on 17th oct 2017at RS 20000 but didn't get any gifts.On ad it was written that there is assured gifts with every purchase . I bought the TV from uttarpara shop. On online the price was Rs19310 but your company took more than online.I feel that your company has cheated me.

                                        I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on 1st october 2017 from your santragachi store, they told me delivery within 3-4days. But already 7 days over i can't get my delivery item. On 05/10/2017 your representative poly ghosh can't receive my call 6-7 times. Today she received my call and told me you get your refrigerator within 8p. M but i don't get that. Today on 8p. M i physically visit your santragachi store, they give me various excuses about delivery.
                                        I requesting you to solve this problem within 24 hrs or i must take action against your company..
