Groupon India / Nearbuy — Voucher not consumed but was mistakenly redeemed | |||||
Hello, I bought a voucher from nearbuy.com which i have mistakenly redeemed on the mobile application. I raised a complaint with nearbuy and after 2 weeks on investigation, they told me that they cannot do anything on this matter as they cannot verify the merchant that if the voucher was consumed or not. The reason which they gave me is that the merchant has location in 4 different cities and it is "impossible" for them to verify if the voucher has been consumed or not. They cannot provide me with a resolution and only they could offer me is rs 300 store credits against rs 899. Frustrated with this i called them and asked them to take these rs 300 as well as they have looted my rs 899. Is there anything that can be done in this regard? Was this information helpful? | |||||
