I have made application for new gas connection in March-2018. I have not received gas connection till this date. Kindly do needful and provide connection as early as possible.

    I registered in December 2019 and still no connection. Not even plumbing or first visit is done. When going walk in, I am asked to contact centralized customer care number. When calling Customer care number, they have just updating existing complain.

    I officially complained in July 2020 (one year back from today’s date) but no action is taken from Gujarat Gas. Whenever I call customer care number, they are all lay man people. Means they have no knowledge on how any complain is progress. They have no TAT (Turnaround time) or SLA.

    Walk in I am not getting resolution. On customer contact number, I am not getting resolution.

    1 and half year since I booked the connected and 1 year since I officially opened complain, Gujarat Gas has no answer.

        Hi.my name is vasim I have submit the application for restart my gas line frome last two months i have paid the amount same time when I submitted the application but still I'm not getting any help.when I fone the company they just making excuses.the tec was in my village he restarted 1 person line front of me but he did not solve my problem.its been long time no body is helping.is there anyone who can help me..?

          Registered for new connection on 6th March 2021, its been 5 months still the installation not done. When i call customer care, they always say that the complaint is registered and will be services on priority. I don't know when this will be prioritize .

                i am the consumer from surat, gujarat. I have an complain that about gas services, in our city there is on gas agency known as gujarat gas private limited they providing gas supply but they do not provide the bill servicers in our society, and they are generating bills without having gas device readings, and after at the end of the year they provide us a huge amount of bill, we are their costomers we know our duties, we know if we are using product so we should pay for that, but somehow they forgetting theirs duties. Since 4 month we did not get any king of bills i requsting for help us.

                    My service no. [protected] deposit cheque no240957 21/6/21in box and still not clear and added in new bill with fine I went to check and I got very rude response from front desk staff then contact senior staff and satisfy me that we will check I request you to please appoint customer friendly staff

                      Dear sir,

                      We have applied for new gas connection and applied on 08/04/2021. The cheque amount rs.5854 was also given. Still till date no connection was received. Many times complaints done on phone to customer care and also went to physically customer care at 150 ring road, Rajkot. Still no connection received.

                                I had applied for extension of Gas connection from ground floor to 2nd floor on 19th March 2021. Also paid the necessary payment required in advance. It's been more than 3 months now and still there is no response from the Gujarat gas person. I kept on giving reminders over the call but no result. So today forcefully I have to complain over here. Kindly take this on priority and respond at the earliest.
