I have applied for new connection as on 05/01/2021 for residence purpose. but i am not able to get proper answer on call from your side regarding fitment. so please do let me know when will i get my connection for gas pipe as its been more then six complete months....

My service no. [protected] deposit cheque no240957 21/6/21in box and still not clear and added in new bill with fine I went to check and I got very rude response from front desk staff then contact senior staff and satisfy me that we will check I request you to please appoint customer friendly staff

We have applied for new gas connection and applied on 08/04/2021. The cheque amount rs.5854 was also given. Still till date no connection was received. Many times complaints done on phone to customer care and also went to physically customer care at 150 ring road, Rajkot. Still no connection received.

Do needful at earliest....

I have already applied for New Connection before 03 months. I have got my Customer no[protected] wide SMS on dtd 01st May'2021 from Gujarat Gas.

Still no body visit at my home and join the connection.

Kindly check and give the solution for the same....

We dont have to fit gas line in upper side, but teqnition is not hear our voice...

We are the resident of Tower F, Amazon Residency, Ajwa Road Vadodara, The contractor of pipeline work was Ditching the paved block area near our tower without any permission from tower.
Please Insure that they should maintain the previous conditon of the are as soon as the pipeline work completed....

It has been more than 3 months, still didn't receive the gas connection...

I had applied for extension of Gas connection from ground floor to 2nd floor on 19th March 2021. Also paid the necessary payment required in advance. It's been more than 3 months now and still there is no response from the Gujarat gas person. I kept on giving reminders over the call but no result. So today forcefully I have to complain over here. Kindly take this on priority and respond at the earliest.

today i received a gas bill of rs 4265/-.
your company employee not visit my home for read meter.so which base you have that you sent a bill, also we are not using that much gas that you sent a bill on my mobile.we paid last bill on may & the amount of bill is Just rs 170/-.

please sent an employee to chake a meter box and give a perfect number of...

I have been trying to pay the bill online but cannot see online.some error message keeps coming.Please help....

Gujrat gas connection applied for new have paid them my society has all gujrat gas line its been four months whats taking them so long to fit pipeline and meter after all gas is the most needed comodities pls look into gujratgas new cust no is[protected]/885...

I submited my new connection line application last 1.5 year before but still gas line connection is not provided by gujarat gas company. Please do some needful action.

When we were out of station and companies men came and bill adding amount with rubber pipe changing while it's not happened in reality...

Your company branch located in Jamnagar, and according to your order your contractor had made pits in the Mayur Park, last row, unnecessarily before 5-6 months. After that nobody is taking care to filling up the same. With in a short time monsoon will begin. These pits may create the accident, to avoid the such accident please fill up the pits. Thanks...

My complaint is still not done connection in my house, already 12/05/21 - Your request / complaint for cust no.[protected] has been registered with request no [protected] and will be serviced shortly.- Gujarat Gas..generated but field contractor sayed give me 500 rs for drill or core cutting other wise i will not install your connection..also they use abuse word with my wife..jo hoskta h krlo me nahi krunga..5 se 6 mahina...

My house renovation start but gasline 2 mtr. Fould in wall pls gas lines put out side....
