I applied for a new connection at my new residence in Pardi, Dist. Valsad. Application no. 80513994 dtd. 27/4/2021 And paid Rs. 5854/- for kitchen and Rs. 1770/- for geyser, point 1. At the time of booking your people did not tell me anything about restrictions in laying pipeline for geyser. The said geyser has been installed on the balcony attached to my bathroom and master bedroom. My flat is on the second floor. Please note that the geyser is in an open position and fully ventilated. The kitchen is adjoining the bedroom and has a balcony. The pipeline for joining the geyser with meter at balcony will be about 22 feet long. Your concerned engineer had come and informed me that you do not provide horizontal piping on the second floor( between the first and second floor). This means I will have to keep an LPG cylinder for the water heater and PNG for the kitchen. The moment I take PNG connection my LPG connection will be canceled as per your terms. How will I run my geyser? Please do needful to provide me PNG connection for geyser along with kitchen connection.

    .
    .i am residence at surat district gujarat . i am appplying for new gas connection in 2019 i also paid the amount whichever is said by the surat office reprentatative officer here i am enclosed the recipiet of that amout which i paid . many times i call or personaly visit the surat branch for the connection but yet not do any work regarding this nor any communication for this. i am very much disappointed the work by the officer... kindly do the needful

      Have not got gas connection event after 8 months of payment. Also raised complaints many a time personally visiting their office, to customer care but still there are not willing to install.
      Not getting why they are taking a lot of time for a 2 hours of one time work.

          I had refilled my cng car at Tarapur Gujarat gas outlet on 29th August 2021 around 12:30 PM the employee at refilling station refused to accept 10 rs coins and he asked me to talk to owner of the station . I discussed same thing to owner but he also refused to accept 10 rs coin.

              Sir, I have applied for connection on 9 Feb 2021, but payment was deducted via cheque almost 16 mar 2021. I have made lots of call but in vain. The office bearer of Chandkheda office do very rude and rustic behaviour with customer and 6 months have already passed but till date connection was not made. The gas line is in the society and only meter connection is required to be done, but every time on telephonic conversation with customer care gave same reply that we have forwarded your complain to concerned section and your work will be done as early as possible. I have gone Chandkheda office 3 times but the behaviour of the person working their is very bad and it is a stigma on the prestigious company. I am anticipated that my work will be done within 2 days.

                Sir Maine march2021 mera gas connection disconnected karvaya tha kyuki mere makan Ka kaam chal Raha tha aur 15 din baad hi reconnect ki aaplication bhi de Di aur Uske advance 5500rs bhi JAMA karva diye aur muje Bola Gaya ki Aapka connection 30.45days me ho jayega lekin Mera connection ABI tak nhi hua h me har 15 days me complaint karta hu aur muje ye Bola JATA h Aapka 15 days me connection ho Jayega . Sir me bahut paresan ho chuka Hu mere paas gas cylinder bhi nhi mere padosi SE mang ke kaam Chala rahu .so please sir meri problem ko jaldi SE jaldi solved Kare...🙏

                    Pls help us ...my gas bill is so higher than the use . I compared my all nebour bill .they all bill calculate and comparing my uses and my bill. And more much different my regular uses and my current bill...pls check my meter and line...my all last 6 bill so higher.pls help...

                        This is to inform you that we have applied a new PNG connection at Motera, Chandkhdea Ahmedabad-38005 on dataed 14th-Dec-20

                        Your employee told that we will get connection in next 90 days, after that, I complain on phone in your customer care and told above all fact details about my new PNG connection and he told that someone from your technical team will call you about you new connection.

                        Still, I haven't received any call from your department for the resolution of my complaint.

                        Let me know still how much time I shall wait for new connection

                            I have applied for disconnection of my connection for Customer no :[protected] on 23 Feb 2021 and even after 5 months we have not received our refund amount . During this time of pandemic we are out of business and they have put such a big amount on hold which would be very useful if we get the deposit amount for people like us

                            kindly look into the matter and do needful .

                              Fir mera ghar ka kaam pura huha. Maine gujarat gas ke office Jake fir se gas connection ke liye request daali. Uno ne tb kaha tha ki apka gas connection 48 day me connection laga diya jayega. But abi koi solution nai huha hai. Maine Gujarat ke office par 5000 something paise jama kar yaye the. But 48 day pura hone ke baad bi customer care wale bol rahe hai ki. Ayege. Abi tk koi aaya nai hai. I hope ki meri problem ka solution jald se jaldy ho jaye.

                                We have done our complain with local gas authority as on date 20/07/2021 with payment of 4000/- for renovation process. But till date our problem is not solved and we are suffuring lot of issues in our regular live because of our gas line not working from 17/07/2021. So that we are requesting to solve our problem as soon as possible.

                                      I registered in December 2019 and still no connection. Not even plumbing or first visit is done. When going walk in, I am asked to contact centralized customer care number. When calling Customer care number, they have just updating existing complain.

                                      I officially complained in July 2020 (one year back from today’s date) but no action is taken from Gujarat Gas. Whenever I call customer care number, they are all lay man people. Means they have no knowledge on how any complain is progress. They have no TAT (Turnaround time) or SLA.

                                      Walk in I am not getting resolution. On customer contact number, I am not getting resolution.

                                      1 and half year since I booked the connected and 1 year since I officially opened complain, Gujarat Gas has no answer.
