I have a wagon r 2014cng car, in mumbai my car gets filled in 8kg, but in rajasthan near swaroopganj at riddhi siddhi petrol pump, it got filled in more then 10kg, which is not possible and that though with a pressure of 200 kn offline filling, that has never happened.. Their is loot going on.

New connection not done after one year.
It's been a year but the new connection hasn't come yet. And even the gas agency ones don't respond exactly.

Mansi engineering contractor say very high cost for more then new connection charges to shifting charge received, so i would like complain please check and wave these higher charges, we have not satisfied for this work

My costumer id is[protected]/ I had applied for alteration in piped gas line on 2.1.21.and paid rs 5500/-as a advanced payment. The request no is [protected].About 10 days had been passed but no compliance has made by guj gas. I have made complaints two times ie.on 7.1.21.and 10.1.21
But nothing is came out .so pl change pipe line without further delay. We being a cinior citizens of india frusted due to delay and we loosing rs 2000 per day as my construction work is badly delay.thanks if you do my work on priority.

But this payment is not reflecting in the payment history on your portal.

Again I have received a bill of 2982/- with due date as 20th Jan'21.

Kindly make the necessary corrections & resend the revised bill.

Its around 9 days about request..
No action is taken on my request of gas disconnection...
And upon asking... Very rude behaviour is done by customer representative...

I have faced a very unfortunate situation on the date 01/06/2021 @ Gujarat Gas Station:

I was at the filling point and the gas go being filled in my car at the same time they have started maintenance work, because of that I was stuck in between the filling point and a maintenance work point.

One of the guys from the filling point asked me to drive my car away and was guiding me even though I was ready to wait till maintenance work finished. But the manager asked me to drive away my car and two different staff member guiding me to drive my car on was one left one was on the right both were giving instructions to drive a car on the left side, my car smashed with the guard beside the wall. On the right side, they were doing maintenance work by opening something on the ground. The left-sided staff member didn't even looked at the side and was keep on saying to drive my car and it got crashed.

The manager behaved very rudely, he seemed uneducated. the staff didn't co-operate my car had a big scratch of costing 5000. Just because of maintenance at the same time to filling. What should I do now. How you going to punish them and I can get compensate for the same.

let me know the process of our gas connection because someone come my home on 2nd November from Gujrat gas pipeline and committed that your connection is working before 14th November and today is 21st December but no one come for connection and concern person named boby not giving any update
if your team not able to giving connection please refund my amount asap and make dont commit a wrong commitment if you are not ready to deliver service
currently newly pipeline layed and 1st experience is very poor

Team of Gujarat Gas visted hous for routine checup and gas hose replacement. While doing replacement of gas hose for gas gyser, the water inlet of gyser got damaged by them. I told them to fix the problem, . They denied and went away without repairing of water inlet.

Now i have to call another person for repairting. Cost of repair needs to be bear by Gujarat gas.

With due respect it is stated that, i am a new customer to gas (GSPC), i have requested to connect the meter to the gas service line. But since long, i am not getting any final solution to my gas connection line. I have also tried to contact 5-6 times via mobile and face to face to our local gas regional office but as usual they don't have any final solution to my requests.
