Its around 9 days about request..
No action is taken on my request of gas disconnection...
And upon asking... Very rude behaviour is done by customer representative......

I have faced a very unfortunate situation on the date 01/06/2021 @ Gujarat Gas Station:

I was at the filling point and the gas go being filled in my car at the same time they have started maintenance work, because of that I was stuck in between the filling point and a maintenance work...

In Gujarat gas Limited Vapi, I was taken connection since 2013, and they joined pipe line in our home in 2017 but they did not attached ground connection not yet. hence I humble requested to authorized person Please Attached connection.

Gas supply to stove knob is very loose I cant stop supply...

I applied geyser point before 2 month no fitting till date......

I payed money for new connection but no response form 1 year...

let me know the process of our gas connection because someone come my home on 2nd November from Gujrat gas pipeline and committed that your connection is working before 14th November and today is 21st December but no one come for connection and concern person named boby not giving any update
if your team not able to giving connection please refund my amount asap and make dont commit a wrong commitment if you are...

I have aaplied for the new gas connection on 02/02/2019. But still not received yet. Application form no 80305229. Rajkot, please take some posiive steps for above matter. Thank add......

Team of Gujarat Gas visted hous for routine checup and gas hose replacement. While doing replacement of gas hose for gas gyser, the water inlet of gyser got damaged by them. I told them to fix the problem, . They denied and went away without repairing of water inlet.

Now i have to call another person for repairting. Cost of repair needs to be bear by...

With due respect it is stated that, i am a new customer to gas (GSPC), i have requested to connect the meter to the gas service line. But since long, i am not getting any final solution to my gas connection line. I have also tried to contact 5-6 times via mobile and face to face to our local gas regional office but as usual they don't have any final solution to my requests....

We had applied for connection more than 1 year, still we have to waiting for connection, service provider not attend our verbal complaint and written complaint, so we have tired for this, if Gujarat Gas are not able to resolve this complaint and not provide connection timely, than we have canceled this connection request and refunded our money immediately,

Gas line is nearly to my house under 10 feet’s, but still not do...

My bill previousamount max reaches 250 RS only, but recently I have received the sms of ₹1276 & I am much surprised with this.
I am having a single connection of cooking gas .No other connection like geazers .
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest....
